Pet animal cruelty prevention system

Abstract

To deter animal cruelty by utilizing IT technology. [Solution] The system includes a transmission means 110, a receiving means 210, and an output means 220 for presenting images of multiple pet animals to a user; an input means 230, a transmission means 240, and a receiving means 120 for receiving information to identify a pet animal selected by the user from among the pet animals in the images; a request means 170 for requesting the transmission of a video of the specific pet animal when the user has taken possession of that pet animal; and a determination means 180 for determining whether or not the pet animal has been abused based on the video transmitted in response to the request of the request means 170.
