Abstract

To provide an automatic valve with a simple configuration that can discharge a larger amount of target fluid, such as drain, in a shorter time, while also ensuring reliable valve opening operation. [Solution] The valve body bar 2 of the check valve mechanism closes the rear end opening 55 of the valve seat 50, and the valve seat space 53 is maintained at a moderate pressure. As a result, the pressure difference before and after the orifice 51 (the difference between the high pressure on the valve chamber 15 side and the moderate pressure in the valve seat space 53) is kept small, and the float 10 is prevented from sticking to the orifice 51. In addition, the biasing force (elastic force) of the coil spring 5 that biases the valve body bar 2 can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment bar 6, and the moderate pressure value can be set.
