Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide a copolymer composition with excellent storage stability. [Solution] A copolymer composition (X) comprising a copolymer (A) containing hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate (a1), dialkyl (alkyl with 1-2 carbon atoms)aminoethyl (meth)acrylate (a2), and (meth)acrylic acid (a3) as constituent monomers, and a solvent (S). Preferably, the copolymer composition has a weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of copolymer (A) of 100,000 to 700,000.
