[Solution] The control device for a hybrid vehicle includes an engine, a fuel tank for storing fuel supplied to the engine, a generator driven by the engine, and a drive battery for storing electricity, and comprises an external charging mode for charging the drive battery from an external power source, an engine power generation mode for storing electricity generated by the engine in the drive battery, a refueling mode for prompting the user to refuel the fuel tank, and a disaster information acquisition unit for acquiring disaster information, and performs priority control that prioritizes at least one of the external charging mode, engine power generation mode, and refueling mode according to the disaster information acquired by the disaster information acquisition unit.
