[Solution] In a railway vehicle 1 comprising a vehicle body 10 and a side panel 2 covering the interior side of the vehicle body 10, the side panel 2 is provided with a plurality of fixing parts 23A-23F fixed to the vehicle body 10 on the floor side edge 21 and the ceiling side edge 22, at least one of the plurality of fixing parts 23A-23F is a positioning fixing part fixed to the vehicle body 10 via a U-shaped leaf spring 24 consisting of a deformable end 24a connected to the side of the side panel 2, a fixed end 24b connected to the side of the vehicle body 10, and a curved part 24c connecting the deformable end 24a and the fixed end 24b, the deflection direction D1 of the leaf spring 24 is perpendicular to the track direction, and the plurality of fixing parts 23A-23F, except for the positioning fixing part, are fixed to the vehicle body 10 via vibration-damping rubber 25.
