[Solution] An information processing device according to one embodiment includes an acquisition unit that acquires video footage of an event held at a venue, an identification unit that identifies highlight scenes of the video footage according to the experience of a specific participant who attended the event in person at the venue, and a generation unit that generates a highlight video by collecting the video footage of the highlight scenes. In this information processing device, the identification unit identifies the video footage from the time period in which the event occurred as the highlight scene, based on event information that identifies an event that occurred within a specific range based on the participant's position at the venue.
