Abstract
To provide an epoxy resin composition that offers excellent impact resistance. [Solution] A method for producing an epoxy resin composition, comprising: (1) a step of melting an impact modifier in a kneader; (2) a step of supplying an epoxy resin in a kneader; and (3) a step of dispersing the impact modifier in the epoxy resin in a kneader to obtain an impact modifier / epoxy resin mixture. (4) Preferably further comprising a step of supplying epoxy resin in a kneader to dilute the impact modifier / epoxy resin mixture.
