Abstract

A method for producing a scaffold that can promote cell growth, and a scaffold to be provided. [Solution] A method for producing a scaffold, comprising the step of curing a scaffold composition containing a polymerizable monomer (A), resin particles (B), and a polymerization initiator (C), wherein the polymerizable monomer (A) is a (meth)acrylate monomer, the resin particles (B) are a powder of a (meth)acrylate polymer having a volume average particle diameter of 8 μm or more and 200 μm or less, the polymerization initiator (C) is an organoboron compound, and the content ratio of the polymerization initiator (C) to 100% by mass of the total of the polymerizable monomer (A), the resin particles (B), and the polymerization initiator (C) is 0.1% by mass or more.
