Abstract
To provide a high-temperature hydrogen supply system that can stably supply large quantities of high-temperature hydrogen, generated using a high-temperature gas reactor, for applications such as hydrogen reduction ironmaking, for power generation, hydrogen production, and hydrogen heating. [Solution] The system comprises an intermediate heat exchanger that extracts heat from a high-temperature gas furnace to the outside of the furnace, a turbine power generation facility that generates electricity using the extracted heat, a low-temperature heat utilization facility for utilizing the waste heat of the turbine power generation facility, and a second heat utilization facility that produces hydrogen using steam or water supplied from the low-temperature heat utilization facility and electricity supplied from the turbine power generation facility, heats the hydrogen using the heat from the intermediate heat exchanger, and then supplies it to the outside of the system.
