Abstract

A foaming agent for hydraulic compositions that allows for easy cleaning and removal of foaming agents adhering to the inside of equipment used to manufacture air bubble-containing hydraulic compositions. [Solution] A foaming agent for hydraulic compositions comprising (A) one or more selected from anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants having a hydrocarbon group with 8 to 30 carbon atoms, (B) a nonionic compound with a LogP of 0 to 7.0, and (C) an organic compound with a LogP of -5.0 to less than 0, wherein the foaming agent for hydraulic compositions contains 10% to 50% by mass of component (A), 1% to 10% by mass of component (B), and 1% to 20% by mass of component (C).

Claims

1. A foaming agent for hydraulic compositions, comprising: (A) one or more selected from anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants having hydrocarbon groups with 8 to 30 carbon atoms [hereinafter, component (A)]; (B) a nonionic compound with a LogP of 0 to 7.0 [hereinafter, component (B)]; and (C) an organic compound with a LogP of -5.0 to less than 0 [hereinafter, component (C)], wherein the foaming agent for hydraulic compositions contains 10% to 50% by mass of component (A), 1% to 10% by mass of component (B), and 1% to 20% by mass of component (C).

2. The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1, wherein the foaming agent for hydraulic compositions further contains water, and the water content in the foaming agent for hydraulic compositions is 40% by mass or more and 90% by mass or less.

3. The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (A) contains an alkyl or alkenyl sulfate ester or salt thereof having an alkyl or alkenyl group having 12 carbon atoms [hereinafter, component (A1)].

4. The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 3, wherein component (A) further contains alkyl or alkenyl sulfate esters or salts thereof other than components (A2) and (A1).

5. The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (C) is an organic compound having one to ten hydroxyl groups.

6. (C) The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (C) is one or more selected from monohydric alcohols and polyhydric alcohols.

The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (C) is one or more selected from monohydric alcohols having linear or branched alkyl groups, monohydric alcohols having linear or branched alkenyl groups, dihydric alcohols having linear or branched alkenyl groups, polyalkylene glycols, and alkanolamines.

8. (B) The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (B) is a nonionic alcohol with a LogP of 1 or more and 6.5 or less.

9. (B) The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (B) is one or more selected from monohydric alcohols and polyhydric alcohols.

The foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (B) is one or more selected from monohydric alcohols having linear or branched alkyl groups, monohydric alcohols having linear or branched alkenyl groups, dihydric alcohols having linear or branched alkenyl groups, aromatic monohydric alcohols, alicyclic monohydric alcohols, and polyalkylene glycol alkyl ethers.

11. A foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio [(B) / (C)] of the content of component (B) to the content of component (C) is 0.1 or more and 10 or less.

12. A foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio of the content of component (B) to the content of component (A) [(B) / (A)] is 0.04 or more and 0.4 or less.

13. A foaming agent for hydraulic compositions according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mass ratio [(C) / [(B)+(C)]], which is the content of component (C) to the total content of the content of component (B) and the content of component (C), is 0.1 or more and 0.9 or less.

A bubble-containing hydraulic composition containing hydraulic powder, water, (A) one or more selected from anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants having hydrocarbon groups with 8 to 30 carbon atoms [hereinafter referred to as (A) component], (B) a nonionic compound with a LogP of 0 to 7.0 [hereinafter referred to as (B) component], and (C) an organic compound with a LogP of -5.0 or more and less than 0 [hereinafter referred to as (C) component], A bubble-containing hydraulic composition wherein the content of component (A) is 0.000005 parts by mass or more and 0.2 parts by mass or less per 100 parts by mass of hydraulic powder, the content of component (B) is 0.0000005 parts by mass or more and 0.06 parts by mass or less per 100 parts by mass of hydraulic powder, and the content of component (C) is 0.0000005 parts by mass or more and 0.06 parts by mass or less per 100 parts by mass of hydraulic powder.
