The tightening tool is an L-shaped wrench 15 or a rod-shaped body with sufficient strength for tightening. The wrench shaft 15a or rod-shaped shaft is inserted into the groove 20 from directly beside the side of the head 16 and housed within the groove 20. The wrench handle 15b or rod-shaped handle outside the groove 20 is rotated horizontally in the circumferential direction, and the tool is rotated horizontally to tighten.
