Claims

1. A speech recognition means for converting audio data into text data, A natural language processing means for analyzing the aforementioned text data and evaluating the degree of risk, A generation means for generating a response message based on the aforementioned risk level, A means for transmitting the generated response message to the other party, A system including a warning mechanism that notifies family members of an alert if the aforementioned level of danger exceeds a predetermined standard.

2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the warning means generates and provides a manual or video containing preventive measures to the family.

3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the natural language processing means identifies words or phrases that indicate characteristics of fraud and calculates a risk score based thereon.
