The present invention provides an image sensor, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electronic device including the image sensor. [Solution] The disclosed image sensor, method for manufacturing the same, and electronic device including the image sensor include a sensor substrate including a plurality of sensing elements, an intermediate layer provided on the sensor substrate, an etching stop layer provided on the intermediate layer, and a nano-optical lens array provided on the etching stop layer and including a plurality of nanostructures that focus incident light onto the plurality of sensing elements, wherein the etching stop layer may provide an image sensor including a transparent conductive material.
