[Solution] An information processing device comprising: an information acquisition unit that acquires sensing results in a predetermined space; a storage unit that stores an incident table associating a list of incidents in the predetermined space with an action for each of the incidents; a plan generation unit that generates an action plan that instructs the execution of the action for at least one of the incidents detected from the sensing results, based on the sensing results and the incident table; and a connection control unit that transmits the action instructed to be executed by the action plan to at least one of an autonomously mobile robot or a terminal device held by a user.
