Abstract

This invention provides a clamper for bone-in chicken thighs and a clamping method for bone-in chicken thighs that can stably hold bone-in chicken thighs, such as poultry thighs. [Solution] The device comprises a lower clamp 21 having a lower clamping piece 29 on which the ankle of the poultry thigh in a lying position is positioned, and an upper clamp 43 having an upper clamping piece 43 that moves up and down relative to the lower clamping piece 29, approaching and moving away from the lower clamping piece 29. The ankle of the poultry thigh in a lying position is clamped by the lower clamping piece 29 and the upper clamping piece 43.
