Abstract

We provide security devices and security systems that can enhance security. [Solution] According to the embodiment, the security device has a communication unit and a processor. The security device stores an encryption key and performs encryption processing using the encryption key. The communication unit communicates with other security devices that mutually monitor each other. The processor determines the status of other security devices based on information obtained from other security devices that communicate with the communication unit, and notifies the other security devices of any abnormality detected.
