[Solution] The system according to the embodiment comprises a classification unit, an evaluation unit, a generation unit, and a provision unit. The classification unit automatically classifies email inquiries. The evaluation unit evaluates the priority and urgency of the inquiries classified by the classification unit. The generation unit automatically generates the optimal response template based on the results evaluated by the evaluation unit. The provision unit provides the response template generated by the generation unit to the user.
