The system according to this embodiment aims to provide customized interview training based on the individual skills and experience of job seekers. [Solution] The system according to the embodiment comprises an analysis unit, a question generation unit, an interview provision unit, and a feedback unit. The analysis unit analyzes the job seeker's background. The question generation unit generates questions based on the characteristics of the prospective employer based on the background analyzed by the analysis unit. The interview provision unit provides a mock interview based on the questions generated by the question generation unit. The feedback unit provides real-time feedback based on the results of the mock interview provided by the interview provision unit.
