The system according to this embodiment aims to extract necessary steps from a screen recording of a task and automatically generate a procedure manual. [Solution] The system according to the embodiment comprises a reception unit, an analysis unit, an extraction unit, and a generation unit. The reception unit receives screen recordings of the work. The analysis unit analyzes the screen recordings received by the reception unit. The extraction unit extracts the necessary steps from the work analyzed by the analysis unit. The generation unit generates a procedure manual based on the steps extracted by the extraction unit.
