The system according to this embodiment aims to reduce the review burden by identifying insufficient information and logical inconsistencies in the requirements definition document in advance. [Solution] The system according to the embodiment comprises a creation unit, a feedback unit, a modification unit, and a submission unit. The creation unit creates a requirements definition document. The feedback unit analyzes the requirements definition document created by the creation unit and points out any omissions or logical inconsistencies. The modification unit modifies the requirements definition document based on the points raised by the feedback unit. The submission unit submits the requirements definition document modified by the modification unit to the development department.
