The system according to this embodiment aims to efficiently provide solutions to business challenges and improve the output capabilities of workers. [Solution] The system according to the embodiment comprises a reception unit, an analysis unit, a search unit, a proposal unit, a provision unit, and a learning unit. The reception unit receives input of business problems from users. The analysis unit analyzes the business problems received by the reception unit. The search unit searches for relevant information based on the business problems analyzed by the analysis unit. The proposal unit generates solutions based on the information retrieved by the search unit. The provision unit provides the solutions generated by the proposal unit to the user. The learning unit provides information for further learning based on the solutions provided by the provision unit.
