Abstract

To provide a motherboard that can suppress the decline in reliability. [Solution] The mother board according to the embodiment includes a substrate having a plurality of panel areas on which a display panel is formed and peripheral areas that demarcate the plurality of panel areas, a lower electrode disposed on the substrate, ribs that cover a part of the lower electrode and demarcate pixels, and partition walls disposed on the ribs in the plurality of panel areas and peripheral areas. In the plurality of panel areas, the partition walls are arranged in a pattern that demarcates pixels. In the peripheral area, the partition walls are arranged in the same pattern as the partition walls disposed in the plurality of panel areas.
