Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] In a riding rice transplanter, since the fertilizer tank is provided at a high position on the machine body, it is difficult to manually lift a heavy fertilizer bag and supply it to the fertilizer tank.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to make it easier to supply fertilizer from a fertilizer bag to the fertilizer tank of a riding rice transplanter.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The problems of the present invention are solved by the following technical means.
[0007] The invention of claim 1 is a fertilizer loading device for a riding rice transplanter, in which a fertilizer tank 13 is mounted at the rear of the cockpit 21, a fertilizer loading case 16 is provided at the front ends of support rods 15, 15 that extend forward from the machine body 10, the support rods 15, 15 are supported so that they can be flipped up from the front, and a fertilizer flow pipe 17 for flowing granular fertilizer from fertilizer bags placed in the fertilizer loading case 16 to the fertilizer tank 13 is arranged along the support rods 15.
[0008] The invention of claim 2 is a fertilizer loading device for a riding rice transplanter according to claim 1, wherein the fertilizer loading case 16 is provided with a bag opening device 22 at the bottom into which a fertilizer bag is inserted vertically.
[0009] The invention of claim 3 is a fertilizer loading device for a riding rice transplanter according to claim 2, wherein the bag opening tool 22 is an electric heating nichrome wire 22a that burns and opens the fertilizer bag.
[0010] The invention of claim 4 is a fertilizer loading device for a riding rice transplanter according to claim 1, wherein the outlet 17a of the fertilizer flow pipe 17 is made swivelable from side to side on the fertilizer tank 13. [Effects of the Invention]
[0011] In the invention of claim 1, the operator standing in front of the riding rice transplanter loads a fertilizer bag into a fertilizer loading case 16 located at the tip of the support rods 15, 15 that extend forward from the machine body 10. When the fertilizer loading case 16 is flipped up onto the machine body, granular fertilizer flows from the fertilizer bag through the fertilizer flow pipe 17 to the fertilizer tank 13, thus eliminating the need to lift heavy fertilizer bags and making the work easier.
[0012] In the invention of claim 2, the fertilizer bag placed on the fertilizer loading case 16 can be opened using the bag opening tool 22 while the bag is lifted above the machine body 10, allowing the granular fertilizer to flow through the fertilizer flow pipe 17 into the fertilizer tank 13, making fertilizer loading work easier.
[0013] In the invention of claim 3, the fertilizer bag placed on the fertilizer case 16 is opened by heating the end of the electric nichrome wire 22a with a switch, making the opening operation easy.
[0014] In the invention of claim 4, the fertilizer flowing through the fertilizer flow pipe 17 is swung left and right at the outlet 17a and can be evenly supplied to the left and right into the fertilizer tank 13, so that the spraying from the fertilizer tank 13 to the field is not uneven.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the examples shown in the drawings.
[0017] Figs. 1 and 2 show an overall view of a fertilizer supply device mounted on a riding rice transplanter. The machine body 10 that travels on the front wheels 11 and the rear wheels 12 is provided with a driver's seat 21. A seedling transplanting device 20 is mounted on the rear part of the machine body 10 so as to be able to move up and down. A horizontally long fertilizer tank 13 is provided between the driver's seat 21 and the seedling transplanting device 20.
[0018] Support frames 14 are provided on the left and right sides of the aircraft body 10, flanking the cockpit 21. Support rods 15, 15 are pivotally supported from these support frames 14, extending forward on the left and right sides of the aircraft body. Fertilizer loading cases 16 are attached to the tips of the support rods 15, 15, and the support rods 15, 15 are biased and supported by gas spring dampers 18 so that they can be bounced up.
[0019] Therefore, a worker standing in front of the machine 10 can insert the fertilizer bags vertically into the fertilizer loading case 16, load them, and then lightly push up the support rod 15 with the rod 19 to lift the fertilizer loading case 16 upwards on the machine 10. If the gas spring damper 18 is replaced with a hydraulic cylinder, there is no need to manually push up the fertilizer loading case 16. Also, when not in use, the push rod 19 is attached along the side of the machine 10.
[0020] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 3, the fertilizer drain pipe 17 is attached along the support rod 15 with a knob bolt 29, making it easy to remove, replace, or clean.
[0021] Figure 4 shows the tip of the support rod 15. When the fertilizer case 16 is lifted, the link 17b rotates, opening the lid 13a of the fertilizer tank 13, which is connected by a wire (not shown), allowing fertilizer to be loaded. The outlet 17a of the fertilizer flow pipe 17 can swivel left and right. When the lever 24, located near the operator in Figure 5, is operated left or right, the outlet 17a swivels, distributing the fertilizer to both sides of the horizontally elongated fertilizer tank 13. The fertilizer is then released from the sprayer of the seedling transplanting device 20 and evenly distributed to the transplanted seedlings. The fertilizer tank 13 is equipped with a full sensor, which alerts the operator at the front of the machine 10 with a buzzer or lamp when the fertilizer is replenished.
[0022] Figures 6 and 7 show another embodiment of the fertilizer storage case 16. The fertilizer tray 27, on which the fertilizer bag 27 is placed horizontally, has power switches 26a, b, c, and d at its four corners. When the fertilizer bag is placed on the tray and the switches are turned on simultaneously, the electric nichrome wire 22a located in the center heats up, burning the bag open and allowing the granular fertilizer to be poured into the fertilizer storage case 16. Once the fertilizer is discharged from the fertilizer bag 27, the tray becomes lighter, and the power to the electric nichrome wire 22a is turned off.
[0023] Figure 8 shows an embodiment in which a vertical bag support frame 28 is constructed for inserting a fertilizer bag 27 vertically, and power switches 26a, b, c, d and a heating nichrome wire 22a are provided at the bottom. As the long end of the fertilizer bag 27 is burned and opened, the empty fertilizer bag 27 can be reused.
[0024] Figure 9 shows that the fertilizer loading case 16 has a vertical bag support frame 28 on the fertilizer tank 13 into which the fertilizer bags are inserted vertically, and it slides horizontally to distribute the fertilizer to both sides.
[0025] Figure 10 shows another embodiment of the fertilizer loading device, in which two guide rods 30 and 31 and an arc-shaped fertilizer receiving bracket 33 that slides left and right on them are provided in front of the fertilizer tank 13. Fertilizer bags 27 placed on a fertilizer bag receiving stand 32 provided on the side of the machine body 10 are tilted onto the fertilizer receiving bracket 33 and slide laterally, opening the top end and lifting the bottom of the fertilizer bag to supply fertilizer to the fertilizer tank 13.
