Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] As described above, when refilling a liquid material from a pouch into another container, in the process of turning the pouch upside down so that the discharge port faces downward, and also in the middle of pouring the liquid material, there is a problem that it may spill and it is necessary to pay sufficient attention.
[0006] As a result of various studies to solve these problems, the inventor focused on using a dispensing device that has a pointed dispensing tube at the tip, which is inserted into a container to dispense the liquid from inside the container, and thus came to the present invention.
[0007] The object of the present invention is to provide a liquid dispensing packing sheet that prevents liquid from leaking out of a pouch through a gap between the wall and the dispensing tube, even if a gap exists between the wall and the dispensing tube due to a tear when the dispensing tube of a dispensing tool is inserted into the wall of a pouch made of a resin film that can be broken by the insertion of the dispensing tube of a dispensing section having a dispensing tube. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] To achieve the above objective, the invention described in claim 1 is a liquid dispensing packing sheet to be attached to a pouch containing a liquid made of a resin film that can be broken by the insertion of a dispensing tube of a dispensing device, wherein the liquid dispensing packing sheet is made of a flexible resin material, and the liquid dispensing packing sheet is provided with a hole through which the dispensing tube of the dispensing device passes, and the diameter of the hole is smaller than or the same as the outer diameter of the dispensing tube.
[0009] According to the invention described in claim 1, when the liquid dispensing packing sheet is attached to a suitable location on the outer wall surface of the pouch, and the dispensing tube of the dispensing device is inserted into the pouch through the hole in the liquid dispensing packing sheet attached to the outer wall surface of the pouch, the diameter of the hole is smaller than or the same as the outer diameter of the dispensing tube, so the hole in the liquid dispensing packing sheet is pushed outwards in the centrifugal direction by the dispensing tube, and the hole, which has been pushed outwards in the centrifugal direction, adheres tightly to the outer surface of the dispensing tube due to the restoring force.
[0010] As a result, even if there is a slight gap between the outer wall surface of the pouch, which has been broken by the insertion of the dispensing tube, and the inserted dispensing tube, the liquid dispensing packing sheet seals the gap between the outer wall surface of the pouch and the dispensing tube, preventing the liquid inside the pouch that has flowed out through the gap between the outer wall surface of the pouch and the dispensing tube from leaking to the outside.
[0011] The invention described in claim 2 is a pouch for containing a liquid, characterized in that the liquid dispensing packing sheet described in claim 1 is attached to an appropriate location on the outer wall surface.
[0012] According to the invention described in claim 2, the liquid contained inside can be easily and reliably dispensed using a dispensing device having a dispensing tube. [Effects of the Invention]
[0013] According to the liquid dispensing packing sheet of the present invention, by attaching it to the outer wall surface of a pouch, the liquid contained inside can be easily and reliably dispensed using a dispensing tool having a dispensing tube. [Brief explanation of the drawing]
[0014] [Figure 1] This is a plan view of the liquid dispensing packing sheet according to the present invention. [Figure 2] This is a cross-sectional view of Figure 1. [Figure 3] Figure 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a liquid dispensing packing sheet being attached to the outer wall surface of a pouch. [Figure 4] This is a side view showing an example of a dispensing device. [Figure 5] Figure 3 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional explanatory diagram showing the state in which the dispensing tube of the dispensing device is inserted into the outer wall surface of the pouch shown. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0015] Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the liquid dispensing packing sheet according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Figs. 1 to 5 show an example of an embodiment of a packing sheet for liquid pouring according to the present invention. Fig. 1 is a plan view of the packing sheet for liquid pouring according to the present invention, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 is a perspective view showing an example of the packing sheet for liquid pouring shown in Fig. 1 attached to the outer wall surface of a pouch, Fig. 4 is a side view showing an example of a pouring tool, and Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged explanatory view showing a state in which the pouring tube of the pouring tool is inserted into the outer wall surface of the pouch shown in Fig. 3.
[0016] The packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring in this example is attached to a pouch 4 that houses a liquid material formed of a resin film that can be broken by pushing and inserting the pouring tube 3 of the pouring tool 2. It is formed of a flexible resin material, and a circular hole 5 through which the pouring tube 3 of the pouring tool 2 passes is provided in the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring. The diameter L1 of the hole 5 is smaller than or the same as the outer diameter L2 of the pouring tube 3. In addition, as the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring, a resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene is used.
[0017] Incidentally, the hole 5 provided in the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring is a perfect circle in this example, but it is not limited thereto. As long as the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring does not break when the pouring tube 3 is passed through the hole 5 and adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the pouring tube 3, for example, it may have an elliptical or polygonal shape. In the present invention, when the hole 5 is referred to as circular, it includes these shapes.
[0018] In addition, an adhesive layer 6 that adheres to the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring is laminated on the back surface of the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring. The adhesive layer 6 is laminated around the hole 5, leaving a non-adhesive portion sufficient for the hole 5 pushed and expanded in the centrifugal direction to adhere to the outer peripheral surface of the pouring tube 3 by the restoring force when the pouring tube 3 is passed through the hole 5.
[0019] In addition, in the case of the pouch 4 to which the packing sheet 1 for liquid pouring is attached, as long as it is formed of a resin film that can be broken by pushing and inserting the pouring tube 3 of the pouring tool 2 as described above, its shape and the like are not particularly limited.
[0020] Further, in the pouring tool 2 used for pouring the liquid material from the pouch 4, there is no particular limitation as long as it has a pouring tube 3 that is inserted by breaking the resin film forming the pouch 4. The pouring tool 2 in this example has a configuration in which a stopper 7 is provided on the pouring outlet side of the pouring tube 3. However, for example, although not shown, it may be provided with a pouring tool without a stopper or a pouring tool such as a push pump that actively pours out the liquid material.
[0021] In the pouring of the liquid material from the pouch 4 using the liquid pouring packing sheet 1 configured as described above, first, the liquid pouring packing sheet 1 is attached to the outer wall surface 8 of the pouch 4. The attachment position on the outer wall surface 8 of the pouch 4 is not particularly limited.
[0022] After the liquid pouring packing sheet 1 is attached to the outer wall surface 8 of the pouch 4, the pouring tube 3 of the pouring tool 2 is inserted into the pouch 4 through the hole 5 of the liquid pouring packing sheet 1 attached to the outer wall surface 7 of the pouch 4.
[0023] Then, the stopper 7 provided on the pouring outlet side of the pouring tube 3 is opened, and the pouch 4 is tilted or inverted so that the pouring outlet side of the pouring tube 3 faces downward, whereby the liquid material in the pouch 4 is poured out from the pouring tube 3.
[0024] At the time of pouring the liquid material in this way, the diameter L1 of the hole 5 of the liquid pouring packing sheet 1 is smaller than or the same as the outer diameter L2 of the pouring tube 3. Therefore, the hole 5 of the liquid pouring packing sheet 1 is expanded in the centrifugal direction by the pouring tube 3, and the hole 5 expanded in the centrifugal direction adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the pouring tube 3 due to the restoring force.
[0025] As a result, even if there is a slight gap between the outer wall surface 8 of the pouch 4, which has been ruptured by the insertion of the dispensing tube 3, and the inserted dispensing tube 3, the liquid dispensing packing sheet 1 seals the gap between the outer wall surface 8 of the pouch 4 and the dispensing tube 3, preventing the liquid inside the pouch 4 that has flowed out through the gap between the outer wall surface 8 of the pouch 4 and the dispensing tube 3 from leaking to the outside.
[0026] In order to prove the leak prevention of the liquid dispensing packing sheet 1 configured as described above, the following tests were conducted and evaluated using Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Example 1. Examples 1-4 and Comparative Example 1 specify the diameter L1 of the hole 5 in the liquid dispensing packing sheet 1 and the outer diameter L2 of the dispensing tube 3 in the dispensing device 2.
[0027] [Tilt test] <Testing Method> A liquid dispensing packing sheet 1 (a polyethylene sheet with a thickness of 70 μm) was attached to a pouch 4 (capacity 400 ml) filled to the brim with water. The dispensing tube 3 of the dispensing device 2, having the outer diameter L2 shown below, was inserted into the pouch 4 through a hole 5 having the opening diameter L1 shown below in the liquid dispensing packing sheet 1. With the tube inserted, the pouch 4 was laid on its side and left at room temperature for 12 hours, after which water leakage was visually confirmed. The above checks were performed 10 times with the same pouch 4, and the frequency of leakage after the checks was evaluated as follows.
[0028] <Evaluation Criteria> ○: It never leaked out of 10 attempts. △: Leakage occurred 2 or fewer times out of 10 attempts. ×: Leakage occurred 3 or more times out of 10.
[0029] [Reverse Test] <Testing Method> In the same pouch 4 and dispensing device 2 used in the side-lying test, the dispensing tube 3 was inserted into the pouch 4 through the hole 5 provided in the liquid dispensing packing sheet 1. Then, the pouch 4 was inverted so that the spout side of the dispensing tube 3 was facing downwards, and the pouch 4 was left in this inverted state at room temperature for 12 hours to visually check for water leakage. Similar to the side-lying test, the device was checked 10 times and evaluated as follows.
[0030] <Evaluation Criteria> Evaluation Content ○: It never leaked out of 10 attempts. △: Leakage occurred 2 or fewer times out of 10 attempts. ×: Leakage occurred 3 or more times out of 10.
[0031] <Test Results> The test results are shown in Table 1.
