Abstract
The present invention provides a gas barrier film that possesses high gas barrier properties and high ultraviolet blocking properties, while also exhibiting high adhesion of the gas barrier layer, suppressing turbidity even in high-temperature environments, and suppressing film warping. [Solution] A gas barrier film in which a substrate, a base layer, and a gas barrier layer are laminated in this order, satisfying the following conditions (i) and (ii). (i) The transmittance at a wavelength of 380 nm is less than 10.5%. (ii) When 100 square-shaped cuts measuring 1 mm on each side are formed in the gas barrier layer, and adhesive tape is pressed onto the entire area of the cuts, and the end of the adhesive tape is peeled off the gas barrier layer while keeping it perpendicular to the gas barrier layer, the ratio of the number of squares that remain intact to the total number of squares in the cuts is 50% or more.
