分離処理能力及び処理安定性に優れる二酸化炭素(CO2)の分離回収技術を提供する。【解決手段】CO2分離膜の分離機能層に面する第一ガス流路に原料ガスを供給し、CO2分離膜で第一ガス流路と隔てられている第二ガス流路にスイープガスを供給して、原料ガス中のCO2を第二ガス流路に分離する。分離機能層には親水性高分子及びアミン化合物を含む層を用い、スイープガスには減圧スチームを用いる。
