Abstract

The objective is to provide an image processing device, an image processing terminal, an image processing system, an image processing method, and an image processing program that can suppress the decrease in inference accuracy with simple processing. [Solution] The video processing device includes a decoding unit that decodes compressed video and outputs decoded video, a filtering unit that applies a low-pass filter to each frame constituting the video, and an inference processing unit that performs inference processing on either the decoded video or the decoded video to which the low-pass filter has been applied, according to the value of an encoding parameter for controlling image quality obtained when the decoded video is decoded by the decoding unit.
