Abstract

This invention provides a curtain tape for attaching curtain hooks that allows curtains to be washed without any problems while the hooks are still attached. [Solution] The curtain tape for attaching curtain hooks is formed integrally by weaving and is sewn to the upper edge portion 3 of the curtain 2 in the direction of its extension. An overlapping tape 9 is arranged on the surface of the main tape 6 that extends in the direction of its extension along the upper edge portion 3. The lower edge of the overlapping tape 9 is connected to the main tape 6, forming a hook housing portion 13 with an open upper end. With the pivot portion 16 provided at the bottom of the hook housing portion 13 housed in the recess 29 at the bottom of the curtain hook 5, the curtain hook 5 can rotate around the pivot portion 16 within the hook housing portion 13 to exhibit an upright state and a reclined state. In the reclined state, the entire curtain hook 5 is housed within the hook housing portion 13 and that state is maintained.

Technical Field

More specifically, the present invention relates to a curtain tape for attaching a curtain hook, which enables the curtain to be washed without any problem while the curtain hook is attached, and also relates to a curtain in which the curtain tape is sewn to a portion on the upper edge side of the curtain.

Embodiment for Carrying out the Invention

Example

[0016] In Figures 1 to 6, the curtain tape 1 for attaching curtain hooks according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as "curtain tape") is attached to the upper edge portion 3 of a curtain 2 in the direction of its extension, allowing a curtain hook 5 to be attached. The curtain tape 1 has an overlapping tape 9 positioned on the surface portion 7 of a main tape 6 that extends in the direction of its extension along the upper edge portion 3, in the direction of the extension F of the main tape 6, and the lower edge portion 10 of the overlapping tape 9 is connected to the main tape 6 by a horizontal connecting portion 11. The overlapping tape 9 is connected to the main tape 6 at required intervals in the direction of its extension F, at required portions of the overlapping tape 9 as viewed in the vertical direction by vertical connecting portions 12, so that a bag-shaped hook housing portion 13 with an open top is provided between adjacent vertical connecting portions 12, 12 as viewed in the direction of extension F, by the overlapping tape 9 and the main tape 6. Furthermore, a pivot portion 16 is provided in the lower part 15 of the hook housing portion 13 by connecting the main tape 6 and the overlapping tape 9 at a single point, and an insertion portion 17 is formed between the pivot portion 16 and the lower edge portion 10 for inserting the upright piece portion 26 described later. In addition, the curtain hook 5 is attached to the hanging ring 20 (Figure 1) of the curtain runner 19 which can slide on the curtain rail 18, and an upright piece portion 26 that rises upward is extended from the lower end 23 of one piece portion 22 of the hook portion 21 which is bent in an inverted U shape with an open lower end, via a U-shaped bend portion 25. As shown in Figure 5, the curtain hook 5 is configured such that the pivot portion 16 is housed in a recess 29 that forms the inside of the U-shaped bent portion 25, with the pivot portion 16 rotatable within the hook housing portion 13, with the pivot portion 16 housed within the hook housing portion 13, with the upright portion 26 standing upright (Figure 6), and the curtain hook 5 is configured to exhibit two states: an upright state A (Figure 6) with the upright portion 26 standing upright, and a tilted state B (Figure 5) with the upright portion 26 aligned with the lower edge portion 10 of the overlapping tape 9 and the entire curtain hook housed within the hook housing portion 13. This will be explained in detail below.

In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 and 6, the curtain hook 5 is constructed by bending a metal wire of a desired length and is attached to the hanging ring 20 of the curtain runner 19. An upright portion 26 extends linearly upward from the lower end 23 of one of the pieces 22, via, for example, the U-shaped bent portion 25, which is an arc-shaped bend. Furthermore, a downward-extending hanging portion 51 is provided at the lower end 50 of the V-shaped bent portion 49 of the other side 47 of the hook portion 21. The hanging portion 51 is passed through the suspension ring 20 from its lower end 52, and the upper end 53 of the hook portion 21 can be suspended from the suspension ring 20 (Figure 1).

[0023] In the curtain hook 5, as shown in Figure 6, the upper end 55 of the upright piece 26 is located slightly below the upper end 56 of the hook portion 21, and the lower end 52 of the hanging portion 51 is located at approximately the same height as the lower end 59 of the U-shaped bent portion 25. In the tilted state B, the entire curtain hook 5 is housed within the hook housing portion 13.

1. The curtain tape for attaching a curtain hook according to claim 2, 3, or 4, characterized in that an insertion and holding portion is provided on the surface of the seam allowance portion on the main tape, for inserting the leading end portion of the upright piece of the curtain hook, which is in an upright position, from below and holding it to the main tape.

The curtain tape for attaching a curtain hook according to claim 5, characterized in that the insertion engagement portion, which is inserted through the end opening into the front to middle portion of the gap between the upright portion and the one portion of the curtain hook in the tilted state, is formed in the lower part of the hook housing portion by connecting the main tape and the overlapping tape in a point manner.
