[0053] The movable cover plate 21' is made of plastic, and a mounting column 22' is erected in the center of the movable cover plate 21'. The mounting column 22' passes through the mounting hole 12' and is movable up and down relative to the fixed cover 10'.
[0054] The sealing ring 23' is made of rubber or silica gel and is fitted onto the outer circumference of the movable lid plate 21'. When the movable lid plate 21' covers the kettle body opening, it forms a seal at the contact point between the movable lid plate 21' and the top structure of the kettle body 200.
[0055] The decorative sheet is made of stainless steel, positioned on the opposite side of the movable lid plate 21' from the fixed lid 10', and is substantially the same material and color as the fixed lid 10', enhancing the aesthetics of the kettle lid 100. Furthermore, covering the movable lid plate 21' with a stainless steel decorative sheet improves the strength of the movable lid assembly 20' to some extent and protects the movable lid plate 21' from wear and deformation.
[0056] The button assembly 30' is positioned in the storage cavity and partially protrudes through the through-hole 71' and the decorative lid 70', and is vertically movable and connected to the fixed lid 10' and the mounting column 22' to have an open and closed state, and when subjected to external pressure, when switching from the open state to the closed state, the mounting column 22' is pressed downward and the movable lid plate 21' descends relative to the fixed lid 10' to seal the top opening of the electric kettle, or when switching from the closed state to the open state, the mounting column 22' is pressed downward and the movable lid plate 21' rises relative to the fixed lid 10' to open the top opening of the electric kettle and allow drainage.
[0057] In the push-button water-opening kettle lid 100 of the present invention, pressing the button assembly 30' switches the lid from the open state to the closed state, causing the movable lid assembly 20' to descend and seal the kettle body opening. Pressing the button again switches the lid from the closed state to the open state, causing the movable lid assembly 20' to rise and open the kettle body opening, allowing water to flow out. Thus, pressing the button enables opening and closing of the water outlet of the kettle body 200, making it easy to use and highly safe. Here, when the button is pressed against the fixed lid 10', the movable lid assembly 20' closes the kettle body opening, sealing the electric kettle. Compared to the conventional kettle lid 100 that dispenses water by pressing a button, the problem of accidentally pressing the button and dispensing water can be avoided, further improving safety during use.
[0058] In one embodiment, a fixed shell 17' having an internal cavity 170 around the mounting hole 12' is provided inside the fixed lid 10', and strip-shaped grooves 171' and tooth-shaped grooves 172' are alternately formed on the inner wall of the fixed shell 17' that communicate with the internal cavity 170, and both the strip-shaped grooves 171' and tooth-shaped grooves 172' are opened from one end of the fixed shell 17' near the bottom wall of the fixed lid 10' to the other end away from the bottom wall of the fixed lid 10' and are in communication with each other, and in the height direction of the fixed shell 17', the length of the strip-shaped groove 171' is longer than the length of the tooth-shaped groove 172'.
[0059] The button assembly 30' includes a button head 31' and a movable tooth block 32'.
[0060] The button head 31' is cylindrical and has an internal cavity 410. [0061] The movable tooth block 32' is formed in a stepped shape and is housed within the fixed shell 17'. The top of the movable tooth block 32' is fixed to the mounting column 22' as a fixed end 322', and the outer circumference of the lower end of the movable tooth block 32' extends outward to form a flange 321', on which a plurality of locking teeth 323' are evenly distributed. When the movable tooth block 32' receives a pressing action from the button head 31', the locking teeth 323' switch and enter the strip-shaped groove 171' or the tooth-shaped groove 172'. The return spring 40' is fitted onto the mounting column 22', and both ends of the return spring 40' abut against the bottom wall of the fixed cover 10' and the movable tooth block 32', respectively, and tend to abut the locking teeth 323' into the tooth-shaped groove 172'.
[0062] As a result, when the button on the kettle lid 100 is pressed to switch from the open state to the closed state, the movable lid plate 21' is driven to move downward, closing the top opening of the kettle body and sealing the kettle. When the button is released, the locking teeth 323' slide into the toothed groove 172', locking the movable lid plate 21' and maintaining the sealed state. When the button is pressed again, the kettle lid 100 switches from the closed state to the open state, and the movable tooth block 32' rotates by a certain angle under the action of the button head 31' and enters the area where the strip-shaped groove 171' is located. When the button head 31' is released, the locking teeth 323' slide upward along the strip-shaped groove 171' under the action of the return spring 40', and the movable tooth block 32' drives the movable lid plate 21' to move upward relative to the fixed lid 10', opening the top opening of the kettle body 200 and draining the water.
[0063] In one embodiment, the end of the button head 31' is provided with a drive inclined surface, the locking tooth 323' is provided with a pressure-receiving inclined surface 3231' that cooperates with the drive inclined surface in a diagonally slidable manner, and both the strip-shaped groove 171' and the tooth-shaped groove 172' are provided with a cooperating inclined surface that cooperates with the pressure-receiving inclined surface 3231'. When the button head 31' is pressed, the drive inclined surface acts on the pressure-receiving inclined surface, causing the movable tooth block 32' to rotate by a predetermined angle, thereby switching the locking tooth 323' between the strip-shaped groove 171' and the tooth-shaped groove 172'. By providing inclined surfaces that cooperate with each other, the smoothness of relative movement between the button head 31', the movable tooth block 32', and the fixed shell 17' is improved.
[0064] In one embodiment, a drive tip 311' is provided at the end of the button head 31', the drive inclined surface is formed on the side surface of the drive tip 311', the number of locking teeth 323' is equal to the number of strip grooves 171' and tooth grooves 172', and the number of drive tips 311' is twice the number of locking teeth 323'.
[0065] In one embodiment, a guide block 312' is provided on the outer circumference of the button head 31', and the guide block 312' is embedded in the strip-shaped groove 171' and is slidable up and down along the strip-shaped groove 171'.
