Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an ink stamp provided with a storage body that supplies ink to a printing font.

Background Art

[0002] A type of stamp in which a printing font is formed of a porous material or the like and the stamp is pressed by supplying ink from a storage body is known and is widely used because it is not necessary to attach ink every time it is used.

[0003] Patent Document 1 describes a stamp capable of replenishing ink by replacing a cartridge-type storage rod. In this stamp, the lower end surface of the slide always protrudes downward from the printing surface of the printing font, and by pressing the gripping body, the printing surface is moved to the lower end surface of the slide together with the main body for stamping.

[0004] A stamp with this structure can be used semi-permanently by replenishing ink by replacing the cartridge. However, since the printing font is always stored inside the slide, a structure for biasing the main body upward is required between the slide and the main body, and it is common to use a coil spring as in Patent Document 1.

[0005] When a coil spring is used between the slide and the main body in this way, it is necessary to provide a spring receiving seat or make the main body thinner than the coil spring. As a result, the main body has to have a cross-sectional area smaller than the printing surface. Therefore, the ink storage body as a cartridge is rod-shaped, but the rod-shaped ink storage body has a problem that the contact area with the printing font is small, and it takes a certain amount of time until stamping becomes possible after replacing the cartridge.

[0006] To solve this problem, there is a stamp that allows the ink reservoir to be replaced from the side, as described in Patent Document 2. This stamp in Patent Document 2 has a large contact area between the ink reservoir cartridge and the printing body, and ink supply takes relatively little time, making it suitable for commemorative stamps used at events and other venues where the frequency of use is extremely high. However, there were problems such as the printing body being prone to wear when the ink reservoir is repeatedly inserted and removed from the side, and the cartridge being prone to falling out and potentially staining the surrounding area with ink. [0007] [Patent Document 1] Publication number 06-12943 [Patent Document 2] Utility Model Registration No. 2504315 Publication [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0008] The objective of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems and to provide a stamp that can increase the contact area between the absorbent material and the printing material, and that also allows for easy replacement of the absorbent material. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] The present invention, made to solve the above problems, is a stamp comprising at least a printing body having at least one stamp surface at its lower part, a frame supporting the printing body, an ink-absorbing body supplying ink to the printing body, a main body to which the frame can be attached, and a slide capable of housing the frame and the main body, wherein the stamp can be made by raising and lowering the main body relative to the slide, and the frame is capable of protruding from the slide and is detachably attached to the main body.

[0010] Preferably, a protrusion is formed on the side surface of the frame, and preferably, the protrusion is located below the lower end of the slide when the frame protrudes from the slide. Furthermore, it is preferable that the ink storage element is built into the frame and that the ink can be replenished by replacing the ink storage element. It is also preferable that the structure further includes a holder to which the main body can be attached. [Effects of the Invention]

[0011] The stamp of the present invention allows the main body to be lowered relative to the slide, causing the frame supporting the printing element to protrude from the slide. This allows the frame to be removed from the main body, and the cartridge-type absorbent material supported by the frame to be replaced without soiling the surrounding area. Because this absorbent material has a large contact area with the printing element, stamping is possible immediately after replacement. Furthermore, if a protrusion is formed on the side of the frame, and this protrusion is positioned below the lower end of the slide when the frame is protruding from the slide, it becomes easy to remove the frame from the main body by gripping it with your fingertips.

[0012] Furthermore, if the absorbent material is built into the frame, it can be directly replaced from the frame. Also, if there is a holder to which the main body can be attached, the absorbent material can be replaced using only the frame, which allows for greater flexibility in the shape of the holder and enables a variety of stamp designs. Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention

[0014] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is a front view of the seal impression of the embodiment and its cross-sectional view taken along line A-A, and FIG. 2 is a side view of the seal impression of the embodiment and its cross-sectional view taken along line B-B. Further, FIGS. 3, 4, and 5 are exploded perspective views thereof.

[0015] In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 10 denotes a slide having a rectangular cylindrical outer wall 11. A cylindrical portion 12 protrudes highly at the central portion of the slide 10. An annular groove 13 is formed around the lower part of the cylindrical portion 12 at a position lower than the upper end of the cylindrical outer wall 11, and the cylindrical wall 来14 on the outer periphery of the annular groove 13 reaches the upper end of the cylindrical outer wall 11.

[0016] Reference numeral 20 denotes a holder located above the slide 10. As shown in FIG. 1, the holder 20 includes a tapered outer wall 21 that gently expands downward and a central cylindrical portion 22 formed at its center. As shown in FIG. 7, vertical notches 28 are formed on both sides of the central cylindrical portion 22.

[0017] The upper part of the holder 20 is expanded so as to be easy to hold by hand, and its upper end face is an inclined seal impression display label holding surface 23. A lens 24 is mounted above it, and it has a structure that can magnify and visually recognize the seal impression display label 25 placed on the seal impression display label holding surface 23 from above. The seal impression display label 25 displays the characters and figures of the seal impression surface to be stamped by this seal impression.

[0018] As shown in Figure 2, the holder 20 is able to move up and down relative to the slide 10 with its central cylindrical portion 22 inserted into the cylindrical portion 12 of the slide 10, and its tapered outer wall 21 inserted into the annular groove 13 of the slide 10. A holder spring 26 is positioned inside the annular groove 13 of the slide 10. The lower end of the holder spring 26 abuts against the bottom surface of the annular groove 13, and the upper end abuts against the lower interior surface of the holder 20. Therefore, when no external force is applied, the holder spring 26 holds the holder 20 in the upper position shown in Figures 1 and 2. A projection 27 is formed on the upper interior end of the central cylindrical portion 22.

[0019] As shown in Figures 3 to 5, this stamp is equipped with a cap 16, and under normal circumstances, the lower end of the slide 10 can be placed inside the cap 16 to hold it upright. However, in Figures 1 and 2, the cap 16 has been removed for the sake of clarity in the drawings.

[0020] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the main body 40, the cartridge 50, and the frame 65 are housed inside the cylindrical outer wall 11 of the slide 10. The frame body 60 that constitutes the frame 65 is rectangular in shape, and a printing element 90 is incorporated into its lower end. The printing element 90 is made of a porous material, and its lower surface has at least one printing surface 91. The printing element 90 is supported by a printing element holder 80 and fitted into the lower side of the frame body 60. In this embodiment, the frame 65, which is detachable from the main body 40, is a combination of the frame body 60 and the printing element holder 80. However, the frame body 60 and the printing element holder 80 do not necessarily have to be two separate components and may be formed as a single unit.

[0021] As shown in Figure 4, positioning protrusions 81 are provided at the four corners of the upper part of the print body holder 80, and projections 83 with horizontally elongated engagement holes 82 are provided at the upper parts of two opposing sides. These positioning protrusions 81 and projections 83 are in close contact with the outer surface 61 of the rectangular frame body 60. The print body holder 80 is mounted below the frame body 60 by fitting elastic projections 62 formed on the opposing outer surface 61 of the frame body 60 into the engagement holes 82 formed in the projections 83 of the print body holder 80. Horizontally elongated protrusions 84 are formed at the lower ends of the two opposing sides of the print body holder 80. The amount of protrusion of these protrusions 84 is preferably such that a finger can be placed on it, for example, it can be about 0.5 to 1 mm.

[0022] The cartridge 50 is also rectangular in shape and has a top surface 51, in which multiple through holes 52 are formed. An ink-impregnated storage body 53 is housed in the space below the top surface 51 of the cartridge 50. This storage body 53 adheres tightly to the entire upper surface of the printing body 90 and supplies ink to the printing body 90. As shown in Figure 5, multiple ribs 56 are provided protruding from the inner surface of the peripheral wall of the cartridge 50, allowing the storage body 53 to be pressed into place.

[0023] As shown in Figure 5, protrusions 54 are provided on two opposing upper surfaces of the cartridge 50. Elongated recesses 55 are formed at the upper ends of the other two opposing surfaces of the cartridge 50. Meanwhile, elongated slit-shaped recesses 63 are formed on two opposing outer surfaces of the frame body 60, and elongated recesses 64 are formed at the upper ends of the other two opposing sides. The cartridge 50 is housed inside the frame body 60 with its protrusions 54 fitted into the elongated recesses 64 of the frame body 60. Thus, the frame body 65 consists of the frame body 60 and the print body holder 80. The print body holder 80, which holds the print body 90, and the cartridge 50, which holds the storage material 53, are mounted on the frame body 60. The frame body 65 is then mounted on the lower surface of the main body 40.

[0024] Figure 6 shows the shape of the main body 40. The main body 40 has a cylindrical projection 42 at the top center of a rectangular top plate 41, which is inserted into the central cylindrical portion 22 of the holder 20. A deep slit 43 is formed at the upper end of the cylindrical projection 42 to provide flexibility. A pair of wedge pieces 44 are also provided protruding from the upper end of the cylindrical projection 42. As shown in Figure 2, the main body 40 is attached to the lower part of the holder 20 by inserting the cylindrical projection 42 into the central cylindrical portion 22 of the holder 20 and engaging the wedge pieces 44 with the elongated notches 28 formed in the central cylindrical portion 22 of the holder 20.

[0025] As shown in Figure 2, a stamping spring 29 is provided between the upper end of the cylindrical projection 42 of the main body 40 and the holder 20, and normally holds the main body 40 in the position shown in Figure 2, that is, in a position where the wedge piece 44 is in contact with the lower end of the elongated notch 28 formed in the central cylindrical part 22.

[0026] As shown in Figure 6, mounting portions 45 for attaching the frame 65 are formed on two opposing sides of the main body 40. The mounting portions 45 are formed on the outer wall 46 surrounding the top plate 41 of the main body 40, and as shown in Figure 8, the lower end is an inwardly facing hook-shaped protrusion 47, and both sides of it are cut out to give the mounting portions 45 flexibility.

[0027] As shown in Figure 8, the frame body 60 of the frame 65 is inserted below the top plate 41 of the main body 40, and the convex portion 47 of the mounting portion 45 is fitted into the horizontally elongated slit-shaped recess 63 of the frame body 60 shown in Figure 5, thereby mounting the frame body 65 below the top plate 41 of the main body 40. However, if left as is, there is a risk that the frame body 65 may fall off when subjected to unexpected force, so a T-shaped reinforcing member 70 is formed on the underside of the top plate 41 of the main body 40. As shown in Figure 8, the tip of the reinforcing member 70 is located close to the horizontally elongated slit-shaped recess 63 of the frame body 60, suppressing deformation of this part.

[0028] As described below, in this invention, the frame 65 is removed from the main body 40 to replace the storage body 53. For this reason, the frame 65 must not easily detach from the main body 40, but it must also be removable. In this embodiment, as shown in the lower left diagram of Figure 6, three ribs 74 are provided protruding from the outside of the surface of the T-shaped reinforcing member 70, and the force with which the mounting portion 45 restrains the frame body 60 is adjusted. Note that the same effect can be obtained by forming the ribs 74 on the inner surface of the main body 40 facing the reinforcing member 70, as shown in the right half of the lower left diagram of Figure 6.

[0029] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the lower surface of the top surface 41 of the main body 40 has protrusions 49 that correspond to the multiple through holes 52 formed in the top surface 51 of the cartridge 50. When stamping, these protrusions 49 penetrate the through holes 52 and press against the upper surface of the ink storage body 53. This supplies ink from the ink storage body 53 to the printing body 90 and also applies pressure to the printing body 90, enabling a clear impression.

[0030] Next, the method of using the stamp configured in this way will be explained. This stamp is normally placed upright on a desk as shown in Figures 1 and 2. As mentioned above, the cap 16 is omitted in these figures, but it is preferable to place it upright on top of the cap 16. In this state, even if the cap 16 is removed, the stamp surface 91 of the printing body 90 is higher than the lower end of the slide 10.

[0031] The user grips the top of the holder 20 and pushes it down against the slide 10. The holder 20 then descends, compressing the holder spring 26 and the stamping spring 29, and the main body 40 also descends inside the slide 10. As a result, the frame 65 attached to the main body 40 and the ink-absorbing material 53 and printing material 90 held in the frame 65 also descend, and the stamp surface 91 of the printing material 90 is pressed against the paper to make a stamp. During stamping, multiple protrusions 49 protruding from the underside of the top plate 41 of the main body 40 press against the upper surface of the ink-absorbing material 53, supplying ink to the printing material 90 and applying pressure to the entire printing material 90, resulting in a clear stamp. Afterwards, when the pressure on the holder 20 is released and it becomes free, the holder 20 rises due to the holder spring 26 and the stamping spring 29 and returns to the initial position shown in Figures 1 and 2.

[0032] When the amount of ink absorbed by the ink-absorbing body 53 decreases due to repeated stamping, the ink can be replenished by replacing the ink-absorbing body 53. To do this, hold the slide 10 with one hand, lift it off the paper, and firmly press down on the holder 20. As shown in Figure 9, when the holder 20 is pressed down until the lower end of the tapered outer wall of the holder 20 contacts the bottom surface of the annular groove 13 of the slide 10, the frame 65 attached to the main body 40 will protrude from the lower end of the slide 10. In this state, if you grasp both sides of the frame body 60 of the frame 65 with your fingertips and pull firmly, you can remove the frame 65 from the mounting part 45 of the main body 40, as shown in Figure 10. At this time, the horizontally elongated protrusions 84 formed on two opposing sides of the print body holder 80 are located below the lower end of the slide 10, so removal can be easily done by placing your fingertips on the protrusions 84. As described above, the frame 65 is attached to the main body 40 by fitting the protrusion 47 of the mounting part 45 into the horizontally elongated slit-shaped recess 63 of the frame body 60. For this reason, as in this embodiment, if the protrusion 84 of the frame 65 is formed on the side facing the same direction as the slit-shaped recess 63, the force from the fingertip is directly transmitted to the recess 63, making it easy to remove.

[0033] When stamping, the printing element 90 comes into contact with the paper surface, so both the holder spring 26 and the stamping spring 29 are compressed during stamping. However, in the state shown in Figure 9, where the storage element 53 is replaced, the printing element 90 is not restrained by the paper surface, so only the holder spring 26 is compressed, and the stamping spring 29 is not compressed. As a result, as shown in Figure 9, it becomes possible to make the frame 65 protrude significantly.

[0034] After removing the frame 65 from the main body 40 in this manner, the cartridge 50 can be removed from the frame 60, allowing the storage element 53 to be replaced without soiling the surrounding area. After replacing the storage element 53 in this manner, pressing the frame 60 against the underside of the main body 40 will reattach the frame 65 to the main body 40, returning it to its initial state.

[0035] As described above, the stamp of the present invention can increase the contact area between the absorbent body 53 and the printing body 90, enabling clear imprinting immediately after replacing the absorbent body 53. Moreover, since the frame 65 can be made to protrude from the slide 10 and is detachably attached to the main body 40, the absorbent body 53 can be replaced without soiling the surrounding area by removing the frame 65.
