Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning agent containing a scrubbing agent.

Background Art

[0002] In cleaning agents containing a scrubbing agent, in addition to the effect of removing dirt by cleaning components such as surfactants, a massage effect by the scrubbing agent and an effect of removing old keratin, sebum, and dirt in pores are expected. For example, in Patent Document 1, a skin cleaning agent containing a scrubbing agent having an average particle diameter of 100 μm to 500 μm in addition to a specific polymer and an anionic surfactant has been proposed. As the scrubbing agent incorporated in the cleaning agent, particles of synthetic resin (microbeads) such as polyethylene have been used. However, microbeads have poor biodegradability, and when discharged into the natural world, they remain for a long time and stay in the ecosystem, and there is concern that they may have various effects by further accumulating, and there is also concern about the effects on the human body. In order to solve such problems, scrubbing agents using highly biodegradable natural-derived solid fats have been proposed. For example, in Patent Document 2, a scrubbing agent containing at least 50% hydrogenated castor oil has been proposed.

[0003] In addition, fatty acid soap has excellent detergency and a refreshing finish, so cleaning agents mainly composed of fatty acid soap have been conventionally preferably used. However, when a scrubbing agent containing hydrogenated castor oil as described in Patent Document 2, which is a highly biodegradable scrubbing agent, is incorporated into a cleaning agent mainly composed of fatty acid soap, the scrubbing feeling may be impaired by storage under high-temperature conditions. In addition, the scrubbing agent in the cleaning agent may settle, etc., and the dispersion of the scrubbing agent may become non-uniform.

Patent Document 1

[0005] As mentioned above, cleansing agents containing scrubbing agents have been preferred because they provide a good user experience, such as improved dirt removal and a massage-like sensation during washing. Furthermore, scrubbing agents using naturally derived solid oils such as hydrogenated castor oil (hardened castor oil) are known as scrubbing agents that are highly biodegradable and have a low environmental impact. However, in order to create a cleansing agent with high cleansing power and a refreshing feeling after washing, a cleansing agent that uses fatty acid soap as the main component, and contains naturally derived solid oils such as hydrogenated castor oil as a scrubbing agent that is highly biodegradable and has a low environmental impact, has yet to be developed that is stable even after storage at high temperatures and does not lose its scrubbing effect. Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a cleansing product containing a scrubbing agent that, when a scrubbing agent containing a naturally derived solid oil such as hydrogenated castor oil is used as the main component of a cleansing product, exhibits excellent stability even after storage under high temperature conditions, maintains its scrubbing sensation, has excellent cleansing power, and provides a good feeling of clean pores after washing. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The present inventors, after diligent research to solve the above problems, have found that by creating a cleansing agent containing (A) a potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, (B) glycerin and / or diglycerin, and (C) a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, and a fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxy saturated fatty acid as a fatty acid residue constituting the fatty acid triglyceride, in specific amounts, storage stability at high temperatures can be improved. Further research has led to the completion of the present invention.

[0007] In other words, the present invention relates to the following: [1] A cleansing agent containing the following ingredients (A), (B), (C), and water. (A) 25% to 40% by mass of potassium salt of saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, (B) Glycerin or diglycerin, or glycerin and diglycerin in an amount of 5% to 30% by mass, (C) A scrubbing agent containing a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, and fatty acid triglycerides including hydroxy saturated fatty acids as fatty acid residues constituting the fatty acid triglycerides, in an amount of 0.5% to 20% by mass. [2] The cleansing agent according to [1], wherein the fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxysaturated fatty acid in component (C) is hydrogenated castor oil. [3] The cleansing agent according to [1] or [2], further comprising (D) glyceryl stearate or sorbitan stearate, or glyceryl stearate and sorbitan stearate in an amount of 0.1% to 5% by mass. [Effects of the Invention]

[0008] The present invention provides a cleansing agent that contains a fatty acid soap as its main component, and as a scrubbing agent, it contains a naturally derived solid oil containing hydroxy saturated fatty acids as fatty acid residues constituting fatty acid triglycerides, such as hydrogenated castor oil, and is excellent in biodegradability. The cleansing agent containing the present invention has high cleansing power and a refreshing feeling after washing, and because it contains a highly biodegradable scrubbing agent, it has a low environmental impact. Furthermore, it has excellent stability when stored under high temperature conditions, the scrubbing sensation is not lost, and it can provide a good feeling of clean pores after washing. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0009] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. In this specification, numerical ranges defined using the symbol "~" include the numbers at both ends (upper and lower limits) of "~". For example, "2~5" means 2 or more and 5 or less.

[0010] The present invention provides a cleansing agent containing a scrubbing agent (hereinafter also referred to as "the cleansing agent of the present invention" in this specification). The present invention provides a scrubbing agent containing (A) a potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, (B) glycerin and / or diglycerin, and (C) a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, and a fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxy saturated fatty acid as a fatty acid residue constituting the fatty acid triglyceride.

[0011] [(A) Potassium salts of saturated fatty acids with 12-18 carbon atoms] The potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms contained as component (A) in the detergent of the present invention is a potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, preferably a straight-chain saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms, such as dodecanoic acid (lauric acid), tetradecanoic acid (myristic acid), hexadecanoic acid (palmitic acid), or octadecanoic acid (stearic acid). This can be obtained by saponifying an oil or fat containing the saturated fatty acid in its constituent fatty acid composition with an alkaline agent containing potassium, or by neutralizing the saturated fatty acid with an alkaline agent containing potassium. In the present invention, saturated fatty acids may be prepared in advance by the method described above to obtain potassium salts, or saturated fatty acids may be mixed with a considerable amount of an alkaline agent containing potassium. The detergent of the present invention may use one potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms selected and used alone, or two or more selected and used in combination. From the viewpoint of the amount and quality of foam of the detergent, it is preferable to use a mixture of two or more potassium salts of saturated fatty acids having 12 to 18 carbon atoms as component (A). In the case of detergents, it is common to use them in a state where fatty acid salts and free fatty acids coexist (superfatty state). In the present invention, a potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms may be prepared, and then the fatty acid constituting the salt may be added. Alternatively, when reacting a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms with an alkaline agent containing potassium, the amount of alkaline agent added may be reduced to leave unreacted free fatty acids. Examples of alkaline agents containing potassium include potassium hydroxide. In this case, the amount of potassium-containing alkaline agent such as potassium hydroxide added is preferably 0.7 to 0.9 equivalents relative to the fatty acid.

[0012] In the present invention, the potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms may be prepared and used by saponifying an oil containing the fatty acid with an alkaline agent such as potassium hydroxide, as described above, or by neutralizing the fatty acid with an alkaline agent such as potassium hydroxide. Commercially available products can be used as the saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms and the potassium-containing alkaline agent such as potassium hydroxide. Alternatively, commercially available products from various companies can be used as potassium salts of saturated fatty acids with 12 to 18 carbon atoms.

[0013] The content of component (A) in the detergent of the present invention is 25% to 40% by mass, preferably 27% to 38% by mass, and more preferably 29% to 36% by mass, based on the total amount of the detergent. If the content of ingredient (A) is less than 25% by mass, the cleansing power may be insufficient or the stability may be reduced. On the other hand, if the content of ingredient (A) exceeds 40% by mass, the scrubbing sensation may decrease after storage at high temperatures. Furthermore, if the potassium salt of a saturated fatty acid with 12 to 18 carbon atoms, component (A), is used in a state where free fatty acids are also present (superfatty state), the content of component (A) includes the content of those free fatty acids.

[0014] [(B) Glycerin and / or diglycerin] In the cleaning agent of the present invention, glycerin contained as component (B) is one type of trivalent alcohol and can be produced by purifying an aqueous solution obtained by hydrolyzing fats and oils through activated carbon treatment, alkali treatment, purification by ion exchange, etc., and distillation, etc. Also, in the cleaning agent of the present invention, diglycerin contained as component (B) is a dimer of glycerin, a tetravalent alcohol having four hydroxyl groups, and can be produced by a method of dehydrating and condensing glycerin and purifying from a mixture of the obtained condensate. In the present invention, glycerin and diglycerin may be produced and used by the above-described methods, but commercially available products provided by various companies can be utilized.

[0015] Glycerin and diglycerin may each be used alone or both may be used in combination. The content of component (B) in the cleaning agent of the present invention is 5% by mass to 30% by mass, preferably 10% by mass to 28% by mass, and more preferably 15% by mass to 26% by mass with respect to the total amount of the cleaning agent. If the content of component (B) is less than 5% by mass, the dispersion stability of the scrubbing agent under high-temperature storage may decrease, or the scrubbing feeling after storage at high temperature may decrease. On the other hand, if the content of component (B) exceeds 30% by mass, the dispersion stability of the scrubbing agent under high-temperature storage may decrease.

[0016] [(C) Scrubbing agent containing a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms and a fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxy-saturated fatty acid as a fatty acid residue constituting the fatty acid triglyceride] In the cleaning agent of the present invention, the scrubbing agent contained as component (C) contains a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms and a fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxy-saturated fatty acid as a fatty acid residue constituting the fatty acid triglyceride.

[0017] Examples of linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohols with 16 to 30 carbon atoms contained in the scrubbing agent of component (C) include 1-hexadecanol (cetanol, palmityl alcohol), 1-octadecanol (stearyl alcohol), 1-eicosanol (arachidyl alcohol), 1-docosanol (behenyl alcohol), 1-tetracosanol (lignoceryl alcohol), hexacosanol (ceryl alcohol), 1-octacosanol, and 1-triacontanol (myricyl alcohol). If the number of carbon atoms in the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol is less than 16 or greater than 30, the storage stability of the scrubbing agent may deteriorate. The scrubbing agent in component (C) may consist of one linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, used alone or in combination of two or more. From the viewpoint of the storage stability of the scrubbing agent of component (C), it is preferable that the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms contains 80% by mass or more of linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 18 to 28 carbon atoms, and more preferably contains 80% by mass or more of linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 20 to 26 carbon atoms. In this invention, commercially available products from various companies can be used as linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohols having 16 to 30 carbon atoms.

[0018] The scrubbing agent of component (C) contains fatty acid triglycerides, including hydroxysaturated fatty acids, as fatty acid residues constituting the fatty acid triglycerides. Examples of the hydroxysaturated fatty acids include 12-hydroxystearic acid and 9,10-dihydroxystearic acid. From the viewpoint of more significantly demonstrating the effects of the present invention when a scrubbing agent is prepared together with a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, it is preferable that the fatty acid residues constituting the fatty acid triglyceride include hydroxy saturated fatty acids, and that hydroxy saturated fatty acid residues constitute 60% to 95% by mass of the fatty acid residues constituting the fatty acid triglyceride, and more preferably 70% to 90% by mass. Examples of triglycerides in which hydroxy saturated fatty acid residues make up 60% to 95% by mass of the fatty acid residues constituting the fatty acid triglycerides include hydrogenated castor oil, in which tri-12-hydroxystearic acid glyceride is the main component, and fatty acid triglycerides obtained by adjusting the content of 12-hydroxystearic acid within the aforementioned range from a mixture of 12-hydroxystearic acid and a straight-chain saturated fatty acid such as stearic acid, to glycerin. In the present invention, fatty acid triglycerides containing hydroxy saturated fatty acids as fatty acid residues constituting fatty acid triglycerides can be prepared by hydrogenating natural oils and fats that mainly contain hydroxy fatty acid residues as fatty acid residues constituting fatty acid triglycerides, such as castor oil, or by esterifying a mixed fatty acid of hydroxystearic acid such as 12-hydroxystearic acid and a straight-chain saturated fatty acid such as stearic acid with glycerin, but commercially available products from various companies can also be used.

[0019] The scrubbing agent of component (C) contains the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol and the fatty acid triglyceride in a total amount of 90% by mass or more relative to the total amount of the scrubbing agent. If the total content of the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol and the fatty acid triglyceride is less than 90% by mass, the storage stability of the scrubbing agent may deteriorate. From the viewpoint of storage stability of the scrubbing agent, it is preferable that the scrubbing agent of component (C) contains the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol and the fatty acid triglyceride in a total amount of 95% by mass or more. The ratio of the content of the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol and the fatty acid triglyceride in the scrubbing agent of component (C) [linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol with 16 to 30 carbon atoms: fatty acid triglyceride containing hydroxy saturated fatty acids as fatty acid residues constituting the fatty acid triglyceride] is 90:10 to 10:90 by mass ratio. If the content ratio is outside the above range, the storage stability of the scrubbing agent may deteriorate. From the viewpoint of storage stability of the scrubbing agent, the content ratio is preferably 79:21 to 21:79 by mass ratio, and more preferably 68:32 to 32:68.

[0020] In addition to the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol and the fatty acid triglyceride mentioned above, the scrubbing agent of component (C) may also contain free fatty acids, fatty acid diglycerides, fatty acid monoglycerides, etc., which are impurities in the fatty acid triglyceride. Furthermore, the scrubbing agent of component (C) may contain oily components such as synthetic hydrocarbon waxes, to the extent that it does not impair its characteristics. The content of components other than the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol and the fatty acid triglyceride in the scrubbing agent of component (C) is 10% by mass or less, preferably 5% by mass or less.

[0021] From the viewpoint of the storage stability of the scrubbing agent, the melting point of component (C) is preferably 50°C or higher, more preferably 60°C or higher, and even more preferably 70°C or higher. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of storage stability of the scrubbing agent, it is preferable that the melting point of component (C) of the scrubbing agent be 95°C or lower.

[0022] The shape of the scrubbing agent of component (C) is not particularly limited as long as it can function as a scrubbing agent, and may be any shape such as spherical, elliptical, flaky, thin, plate-like, rod-like, or needle-like, but it is preferably spherical or polyhedral. Furthermore, a sphericity of 0.1 to 0.8, calculated as described below, is preferable from the viewpoint of storage stability of the scrubbing agent. In this specification, "sphericity" refers to the average of a value obtained by multiplying (α), calculated by measuring the short and long diameters of each particle from images of 10 or more arbitrary scrub particles observed with an electron microscope, and then dividing the short diameter by the long diameter for each particle, by which a value (β) is calculated by measuring the short and long diameters from images of the same particle when the electron microscope observation angle is tilted by an arbitrary angle, and then dividing the short diameter measured at the tilted observation angle by the long diameter measured in the same manner. The average of the values obtained is expressed in a numerical range of 0.0 to 1.0, and the closer the value is to 1.0, the closer the shape of the scrub agent is to a perfect sphere.

[0023] The particle size of the scrubbing agent in component (C) is 50 μm to 2000 μm in median diameter, considering both the storage stability of the scrubbing agent and the ability to exhibit a consistent scrubbing sensation when incorporated into a cleansing product. Here, the median diameter is the average particle size corresponding to 50% of the cumulative distribution curve based on volume. The median diameter of the scrubbing agent in component (C) can be determined from the particle size distribution measured by laser diffraction and scattering. If the median diameter of the scrubbing agent in component (C) is outside the above range, the storage stability of the scrubbing agent may deteriorate, or a stable scrubbing sensation may not be obtained. From the viewpoint of storage stability of the scrubbing agent and a stable scrubbing sensation when incorporated into the cleansing agent of the present invention, the median diameter of the scrubbing agent in component (C) is preferably 100 μm to 1000 μm, and more preferably 200 μm to 500 μm.

[0024] The scrubbing agent of component (C) can be manufactured by a generally known method. For example, a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, a fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxy saturated fatty acid as a fatty acid residue constituting the fatty acid triglyceride, and other components as needed, can be melted and mixed at a temperature above their melting points. The mixture is then sprayed into a spray cooling tower using a hollow cone nozzle, solidified to form spheroids, and classified to obtain a predetermined median diameter. Alternatively, a scrubbing agent having a predetermined median diameter can be manufactured by melting and mixing a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 16 to 30 carbon atoms, a fatty acid triglyceride containing a hydroxy saturated fatty acid as a fatty acid residue constituting the fatty acid triglyceride, and other components as needed, at a temperature above their melting points, then cooling and solidifying the mixture. This mixture is then pulverized in a pulverizer to form polyhedral shapes and classified. In order to obtain a polyhedral shape that is preferable for storage stability of the scrubbing agent, it is preferable to manufacture the scrubbing agent by pulverizing a mixture of molten and mixed linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohols having 16 to 30 carbon atoms and fatty acid residues constituting fatty acid triglycerides, such as fatty acid triglycerides containing hydroxy saturated fatty acids, which have been cooled and solidified.

[0025] The content of component (C) in the cleansing agent of the present invention is 0.5% to 20% by mass, preferably 1% to 15% by mass, and more preferably 1.5% to 10% by mass, based on the total amount of the cleansing agent of the present invention. If the content of component (C) is less than 0.5% by mass, the cleansing effect and massage effect of the scrubbing agent on old keratin, sebum, and pore dirt may not be fully exerted, or the scrubbing sensation may decrease after storage at high temperatures. On the other hand, if the content of component (C) exceeds 20% by mass, the dispersion stability of the scrubbing agent under high-temperature storage may decrease.

[0026] [(D) Glyceryl stearate and / or sorbitan stearate] The cleansing agent of the present invention may further contain glyceryl stearate and / or sorbitan stearate as component (D). Glyceryl stearate is a monoester of glycerin and stearic acid, and sorbitan stearate is a monoester of sorbitan and stearic acid. Glyceryl stearate and sorbitan stearate may be used individually or in combination.

[0027] The content of component (D) in the cleansing agent of the present invention is preferably 0.1% to 5% by mass, more preferably 0.5% to 4.5% by mass, and even more preferably 1% to 4% by mass, based on the total amount of the cleansing agent, from the viewpoint of the stability of the cleansing agent and the scrubbing sensation after storage at high temperatures.

[0028] [water] The cleansing agent of the present invention contains water in addition to the above components (A) to (D). As water, purified water suitable for the manufacture of cosmetics, such as ion-exchanged water or distilled water, is used. The water content in the detergent of the present invention is set as an amount that makes the total amount of the detergent of the present invention 100% by mass. The water content in the detergent of the present invention is preferably 15% to 65% by mass, more preferably 18% to 50% by mass, and even more preferably 20% to 40% by mass.

[0029] In addition to the above-mentioned components (A) to (D) and water, the cleansing agent of the present invention may contain, to the extent that it does not impair the characteristics of the present invention, common additives used in cosmetics and cleansing agents, such as anionic surfactants other than component (A), nonionic surfactants other than component (D), amphoteric surfactants, humectants other than component (B), oils (vegetable oils, hydrocarbon oils, esters, etc.), thickeners, antioxidants, chelating agents, preservatives, bactericides, vitamins, anti-inflammatory agents, astringents, whitening agents, plant extracts, enzymes, etc.

[0030] The cleansing agent of the present invention may be provided as a cleansing agent, facial cleanser (facial foam, shaving foam, etc.), hand cleanser (hand soap, etc.), body cleanser (body shampoo, etc.), or hair cleanser (shampoo, etc.) in the form of, for example, a liquid such as a lotion or emulsion; or a semi-solid form such as a paste, gel, or cream. The cleaning agent of the present invention can be manufactured by conventional methods, depending on its form. For example, it can be manufactured by mixing component (A) and component (B), or further component (D), and water, adding other common additives as needed, heating and mixing uniformly, then cooling, adding and dispersing component (C), adding and mixing common additives with low thermal stability as needed, and then stirring and cooling to near room temperature.

[0031] The present invention provides a cleansing agent that contains a fatty acid soap as its main component, and includes a naturally derived solid oil containing hydroxy saturated fatty acids as fatty acid residues constituting fatty acid triglycerides, such as hydrogenated castor oil, as a scrubbing agent, and is provided as a cleansing agent with excellent biodegradability. The cleansing agent of the present invention has high cleansing power and a refreshing feeling after washing, contains a highly biodegradable scrubbing agent, has a low environmental impact, is highly stable when stored under high temperature conditions, does not lose its scrubbing effect, and provides a good feeling of clean pores after washing. [Examples]

[0032] The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples and comparative examples. [Examples 1-15, Comparative Examples 1-3] Cleansing agents containing scrubbing agents Using potassium salts of saturated fatty acids shown in Table 1 as component (A) and scrubbing agents shown in Table 2 as component (C), cleansing agents containing scrubbing agents were prepared according to the compositions shown in Table 4 (Examples 1-15) and Table 5 (Comparative Examples 1-3). Each of the detergents in the examples and comparative examples was prepared by mixing component (A) and component (B), or further component (D), with water, heating to 80°C to mix uniformly, then cooling, adding component (C) at 30°C and dispersing, and then cooling further.

[0033] The raw materials used in the preparation of each cleaning agent in the examples and comparative examples are as follows: (1) Component (A) "NAA122" (NOF Co., Ltd.) was used as dodecanoic acid (lauric acid), "NAA142" (NOF Co., Ltd.) as tetradecanoic acid (myristic acid), "NAA160" (NOF Co., Ltd.) as hexadecanoic acid (palmitic acid), and "NAA180" (NOF Co., Ltd.) as octadecanoic acid (stearic acid). 0.8 equivalents of potassium hydroxide ("Potassium Hydroxide" (Junsei Chemical Co., Ltd.)) were reacted with each of the above fatty acids to form potassium salts of the fatty acids. These potassium salts were mixed in the compositions shown in Table 1 and used as fatty acid salts for components (A1) and (A2). Note that each fatty acid salt shown in Table 1 contains free fatty acids that do not form salts.

[0034] [Table 1]

[0035] (2) Component (B) Glycerin ("RG-S" (NOF Co., Ltd.)) and diglycerin ("Diglycerin S" (Sakamoto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.)) were used.

[0036] (3) Component (C) As linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohols with 16 to 30 carbon atoms, 1-Hexadecanol (palmityl alcohol) ("1-Hexadecanol" (Tokyo Chemical Industries, Ltd.)), 1-Octadecanol (stearyl alcohol) ("1-Octadecanol" (Tokyo Chemical Industries, Ltd.)), and 1-Docosanol (behenyl alcohol) ("1-Docosanol" (Tokyo Chemical Industries, Ltd.)) are used as fatty acid triglycerides. Hydrogenated castor oil ("Caster Wax A Flakes" (NOF Co., Ltd.)) and glyceride tristearate ("Tristearin" (Tokyo Chemical Industries, Ltd.)) were melted and mixed at 120°C in the composition shown in Table 2, cooled and solidified, and then pulverized using a tabletop pulverizer ("Wonder Blender WB-1" (Osaka Chemical Co., Ltd.)), and classified to prepare scrubbing agents of components (C1) to (C5) and components (C8) to (C10), which were then used. Furthermore, the linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohols and fatty acid triglycerides having 16 to 30 carbon atoms as described above were melted and mixed at 120°C in the composition shown in Table 2, as described above. These mixtures were then sprayed into a spray cooling tower ("ADL311S-A," Yamato Scientific Co., Ltd.) using the attached hollow cone nozzle, solidified into spheres, and then classified to prepare scrubbing agents of components (C6) and (C7), which were then used.

[0037] Table 3 shows the results of measuring the melting point, median diameter, and sphericity of each prepared scrubbing agent, and observing their shape. The melting point, median diameter, and sphericity of each scrubbing agent, as well as the shape observation, were performed as follows.

[0038] (1) Measurement of melting point In this specification, the melting point refers to the temperature at which an endothermic peak is observed during melting, as measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The temperature at which the endothermic peak is observed during melting was confirmed using a differential scanning calorimeter "DSC7000" (Hitachi High-Tech Science Corporation) by performing the following procedure. First, 10 mg of each prepared scrub agent was weighed into an aluminum sample pan as a measurement sample. The weighed sample was then heated to 200°C at a heating rate of 10°C / min in a measurement folder into which nitrogen was blown at a flow rate of 60 mL / min, and then cooled to 30°C at a cooling rate of 2°C / min to ensure a uniform thermal history of the sample. Next, the sample was heated from 30°C to 200°C at a heating rate of 10°C / min to obtain the DSC curve during heating. The melting point was defined as the temperature at which an endothermic peak was observed during this heating process. If two or more endothermic peaks were observed, the melting point was defined as the temperature at which the peak showing the largest endothermic amount was observed.

[0039] (2) Measurement of median diameter 2.0 g of each prepared scrubbing agent was taken into a 100 mL glass beaker, and 100 mL of ethanol was added to prepare the sample. The sample was supplied to a particle size distribution analyzer ("Microtrac MT-3000", Microtrac-Bell Co., Ltd.) and the particle size was measured (principle: laser diffraction and scattering method). When an integrated distribution curve was created with the total volume of the powder sample being measured as 100%, the average particle size at the point corresponding to 50% of the integrated distribution curve was determined and defined as the median diameter.

[0040] (3) Measurement of sphericity For each scrubbing agent, 10 arbitrary particles were observed at 50x magnification using a scanning electron microscope ("JSM-IT300HR InTouchScope" (JEOL Ltd.)). The minor and major axes were measured for each particle image obtained at observation angles of 0 and 20 degrees. The sphericity was calculated by multiplying the value obtained by dividing the minor axis by the major axis (α) measured at an observation angle of 0 degrees by the value obtained by dividing the minor axis by the major axis (β) measured at an observation angle of 20 degrees and calculating the average value.

[0041] (4) Observation of the shape of the scrubbing agent The shape of each scrub agent was observed at 50x magnification using a scanning electron microscope ("JSM-IT300HR InTouchScope," JEOL Ltd.).

[0042] [Table 2]

[0043] [Table 3]

[0044] (4) Component (D) Glyceryl stearate ("MonoGly MB" (NOF Corporation)) was used.

[0045] (5)Water For the water used, we used purified water intended for cosmetic manufacturing.

[0046] The cleaning power and storage stability at high temperatures of the cleaning agents in the examples and comparative examples were evaluated as follows.

[0047] (1) Cleaning power The cleansing power was evaluated by a sensory assessment conducted by a panel of 20 panelists: 10 men and 10 women. Specifically, each panelist took 1g of each cleanser from the examples and comparative examples, spread it well over their palms, applied it to their face, massaged it in with their fingers for 30 seconds, and then rinsed it off with 40°C warm water. They then evaluated the perceived cleansing effect according to the evaluation criteria below and scored it. Next, the sum of the evaluation scores from the 20 panelists was calculated, and the cleansing power was determined according to the judgment criteria below. <Evaluation Criteria> 2 points: If you feel that old dead skin cells and sebum are removed very easily and leave you with a refreshing feeling. 1 point: If you feel that old dead skin cells and sebum are removed somewhat easily, leaving a slightly refreshed feeling. 0 points: If you feel that old dead skin cells and sebum are not easily removed and you don't get a clean feeling. <Judgment criteria> ◎: Total score of 35 points or higher; possesses very good cleaning power. ○: Total score between 30 and 35 points; has good cleaning power. △: Total score between 20 and 30 points; cleaning power is slightly inferior. ×: Total score less than 20 points; poor cleaning power.

[0048] (2) Storage stability at high temperatures (i) Changes in appearance after storage at high temperatures Each cleaning agent from the examples and comparative examples was filled into a glass container and placed in constant temperature baths at 40°C and 50°C, respectively. After storage for one month, the containers were removed from the constant temperature baths, and the changes in appearance were observed when the containers were returned to room temperature. The results were then evaluated according to the evaluation criteria below. <Evaluation Criteria> ◎: When the scrubbing agent was uniformly dispersed in both the cleansing agent stored at 40℃ and 50℃. ○: In the case where the scrubbing agent settles slightly in the cleansing product stored at 50°C, but is uniformly dispersed in the cleansing product stored at 40°C. △: In the case where the scrubbing agent settled in the cleansing product stored at 50°C, but was uniformly dispersed in the cleansing product stored at 40°C. ×: In both cases where the scrubbing agent settled in the cleansing agent stored at 40°C and 50°C.

[0049] (ii) Changes in scrub texture after storage at high temperatures Each of the cleaning agents for the examples and comparative examples was filled into a glass container and stored in a 40°C constant temperature bath for one month, after which it was returned to room temperature. A total of 20 panelists (10 men and 10 women) evaluated the scrubbing sensation of each cleaning agent before and after storage as follows. Specifically, 1g of each cleanser was taken, spread evenly over the palm, applied to the face, massaged with fingers for 30 seconds, and then rinsed off with 40°C warm water. The ease with which old dead skin cells and sebum were removed was evaluated. The change in scrub sensation before and after storage at 40°C was evaluated and scored according to the evaluation criteria below. Next, the total evaluation scores of the 20 participants were calculated, and the change in scrub sensation after storage at high temperature was judged according to the judgment criteria below. However, if the evaluation in (i) above was "×", this evaluation was not performed. <Evaluation Criteria> 2. If you feel that there is no change in how easily old dead skin cells and sebum are removed, even after storage at high temperatures. 1. If you feel that the ease with which old dead skin cells and sebum are removed has slightly worsened after storage at high temperatures. 0 points: If you feel that the ease of removing old dead skin cells and sebum has worsened after storage at high temperatures. <Judgment criteria> ◎: Total score of 35 points or higher; there is almost no change in the scrubbing sensation. ○: Total score between 30 and 35 points; small change in scrub sensation. △: Total score between 20 and 30 points; slight change in scrub sensation is observed. ×: Total score less than 20 points; change in scrub sensation observed.

[0050] The evaluation results for (1) and (2) above are shown in Tables 4 and 5. A "◎" or "○" rating indicates a passing grade.

[0051] [Table 4]

[0052] [Table 5]

[0053] As shown in Table 4, the cleansing agents of Examples 1 to 15 were all evaluated as having very good or good cleansing power, leaving a clean feeling after washing or a slight clean feeling, and the dispersion stability of the scrubbing agent after storage at high temperatures was very good or good, with little or no change in the scrubbing sensation. In particular, the cleansing agent of Example 1, which contains 33% by mass of fatty acid potassium salt A1 containing potassium dodecanoate (laurate), potassium tetradecanoate (myristicate), potassium hexadecanoate (palmiticate), and potassium octadecanoate (stearate), 25% by mass of glycerin, and 5% by mass of scrubbing agent C3 prepared from 1-docosanol and hydrogenated castor oil, and the cleansing agent of Example 13, which further contains 2% by mass of glyceryl stearate, were judged or evaluated as "◎" in all evaluation items. In contrast, as shown in Table 5, none of the cleaning agents in Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were judged or evaluated as passing ("◎" or "〇") in any of the evaluation items. In other words, the cleaning agent of Comparative Example 1, which contained a scrubbing agent (C8) consisting solely of a linear saturated aliphatic monohydric alcohol as component (C), had insufficient cleaning power, and sedimentation of the scrubbing agent was observed both after storage at 40°C and 50°C. Comparative Example 2, a cleansing agent containing a scrubbing agent (C9) consisting solely of hydrogenated castor oil as component (C), showed a slight change in scrubbing sensation after being stored at high temperatures. The cleansing agent of Comparative Example 3, which contains a scrubbing agent (C10) consisting of 1-docosanol and glyceride tristearate (i.e., a fatty acid triglyceride that does not contain hydroxy fatty acids as the fatty acids constituting the fatty acid triglyceride) as component (C), had insufficient cleansing power, and a slight change in the scrubbing sensation was observed after storage at high temperatures.

[0054] [Example 16] Cleansing agent containing a scrubbing agent Detergents containing a scrubbing agent were prepared with the compositions shown in Table 6, and their cleaning power and storage stability at high temperatures were evaluated in the same manner as in Examples 1 to 15 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3. (Manufacturing method) In Table 6, (1) to (3), (5), (6), and (8) to (11) were added to (7) and mixed, heated to 80°C to homogenize, then cooled, and (4) and (12) to (14) were added at 30°C, dispersed uniformly, and then cooled further.

[0055] The raw materials used in the preparation of the cleaning agent in Example 16 are as follows. (1) As component (A), the fatty acid salt described above was used as component (A1). (2) For component (B), the same raw materials used in the preparation of the detergents in Examples 1 to 15 were used. (3) As component (C), a scrubbing agent prepared in the same manner as in (C3) above (melting point = 78.3°C, median diameter = 347 μm, sphericity = 0.3, polyhedral shape) was used. (4) Component (D) (i) The same raw material used for glyceryl stearate was used for the preparation of the washing agent in Example 13. (ii) As sorbitan stearate, "Nonion SP-60RP pellets" (NOF Corporation) were used. (5) For the water used, we used purified water for cosmetic manufacturing. (6) Other ingredients (i) Lauric acid diethanolamide: "Stahome DL" (NOF Corporation) was used. (ii) Disodium lauryl amino acid diacetate: "Nissan Anon LA" (NOF Corporation) was used. (iii) N-coconut oil fatty acid acyl-L-glutamic acid triethanolamine: "Amisoft CT-12S" (Ajinomoto Co., Inc.) was used. (iv) Polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene glyceryl ether (24E.O.)(24P.O.): "Unilube 50TG-32" (NOF Corporation) was used. (v) Dimethyldiallylammonium chloride / acrylamide copolymer: "Cosmo VH" (Senka Co., Ltd.) was used. (vi) O-[2-hydroxy-3-(trimethylammonio)propyl]hydroxyethylcellulose chloride: "Polyquta125KC" (KCI Limited) was used. (vii) 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine / butyl methacrylate copolymer: "Lipidure-PMB (Ph10)" (NOF Corporation) was used.

[0056] [Table 6]

[0057] The cleansing agent of Example 16 exhibited excellent cleansing power, provided a good feeling of clean pores after washing, and demonstrated excellent dispersion stability of the scrubbing agent when stored at high temperatures, maintaining a good scrubbing sensation even after storage at high temperatures. [Industrial applicability]

[0058] As described in detail above, the present invention provides a cleansing agent that contains a fatty acid soap as the main component, and contains a naturally derived solid oil or fat containing hydroxy saturated fatty acids as fatty acid residues constituting fatty acid triglycerides, such as hydrogenated castor oil, as a scrubbing agent, and is excellent in biodegradability.
