Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a hinge cap attached to the mouth of a container body, and particularly to a hinge cap that does not require uncapping with a pull ring and includes a stopper body separate from the cap.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, hinge caps attached to the mouth of a container body are known, which include a cap body provided with a spouting cylinder and an upper lid having a sealing cylinder that seals the spouting cylinder. In this type of hinge cap, a spouting cylinder is erected on the upper surface of the partition wall of the cap body, and a removal portion with a pull ring is provided inside the spouting cylinder to form a spout. When the product is used for the first time, it is necessary to pull up the pull ring and remove the removal portion before use. However, children, women, and elderly consumers with weak strength have demanded a hinge cap that does not require the uncapping operation of removing the removal portion with a pull ring.

[0003] For this reason, as a hinge cap that does not require a removal portion with a pull ring, and in which the inner plug (stopper body) is removed from the spouting cylinder together with the upper lid simultaneously when the lid is opened to open the spout, an inner plug integrally molded with the cap body is integrally formed on the cap body via a breakable weakened portion below the seal portion of the spouting cylinder, the seal portion having an inner diameter that can be in close contact with the inner plug, and it has been conventionally known that the edge of the broken weakened portion on the cap body side is positioned inside the spouting cylinder. (See, for example, Patent Document 1).

Summary of the Invention

Problem to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] However, the hinge cap described in Patent Document 1 had a problem in that when the filling process conditions, such as hot filling or hot water shower, were high temperature, the sealing portion would experience stress relaxation due to the heat, reducing the sealing force and potentially causing liquid leakage from the sealing portion.

[0006] The present invention aims to solve the above problems and to provide a hinge cap that can prevent leakage of liquid contents filled at high temperatures and allows for easy leak testing. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a hinged cap comprising: a cap body having a breakable stopper attached downward from the lower end of a spout on which a dispensing cylinder is erected; and a top lid having a sealing cylinder attached to the cap body via a hinge and suspended from the lower surface of the top wall, capable of forming a first seal portion by sealing the dispensing cylinder. The cap body has a weakening flange that protrudes inward from the lower end of the spout and whose tip is breakable; the top lid has a holding portion formed inside the sealing cylinder and holding the stopper; the stopper has a circumferential side portion attached to the tip of the weakening flange and an engaging portion that can engage with the holding portion of the top lid; and the stopper detaches from the weakening flange by being pushed up from below, sealing the spout with its circumferential side portion and forming a second seal portion.

[0008] As an embodiment of the hinge cap, the second sealing portion is characterized by being formed by a sealing ridge provided on at least one of the side circumference of the stopper body and the spout side of the cap body, and the stopper body is characterized by being pushed up from below in the open state, sealing the spout with the sealing ridge, and then performing a leak test by flowing air from below the stopper body, and the stopper body is characterized by having a partition wall portion that closes the inside of the side circumference, and a recess formed by the lower surface of the partition wall portion and the inner circumference of the side circumference, and the stopper body has a fitting cylinder portion erected from the side circumference, and a fitting portion as an engaging portion formed on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion, and the top lid is characterized by having a locking cylinder that is suspended from the inside of the sealing cylinder, and a fitting projection formed on the outer circumference of the locking cylinder as a holding portion that fits with the fitting portion of the stopper body, and the stopper body has a fitting cylinder wall portion as the side circumference, and a fitting cylinder wall The plug has a locking projection as an engaging part formed on the outer circumference of the part, and the top lid has a retaining part formed on the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder that fits with the locking projection of the plug body. The plug body is erected from the side circumference and has a locking projection as an engaging part, and the top lid has an engaging hole that opens to the inside of the sealing cylinder on the top wall, and a locking part formed on the inner circumference of the engaging hole that fits with the locking projection of the plug body. The plug body has a fitting cylinder part erected from the side circumference, a screw receiving part as an engaging part that is screwed into the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder part, and a rotation-preventing rib formed on the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder part, and the top lid has a locking cylinder that is suspended from the inside of the sealing cylinder, a screw projection as a retaining part that is screwed into the outer circumference of the locking cylinder and screw-fits with the screw receiving part of the plug body, and a rotation-preventing part formed on the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder that fits with the rotation-preventing rib of the fitting cylinder part. [Effects of the Invention]

[0009] By adopting the above configuration, the hinge cap of the present invention allows for easy leak testing of the cap body after integral molding. This is achieved by lifting the stopper body relative to the cap body with a jig, thereby sealing the spout of the cap body. Furthermore, closing the top lid forms a first seal portion on the spout of the cap body by the sealing cylinder, and holding the stopper body inside the sealing cylinder of the top lid seals the spout, forming a second seal portion. As a result, the cap body is double-sealed at the spout and the spout, preventing leakage of the contents filled at high temperatures. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0011] Next, the hinge cap of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings shown in the examples. In the following explanation, as seen in Figure 1, the left direction is referred to as the "dispensing side (opposite the hinge)," the right direction as the "back side (hinge side)," the upward direction as "up," and the downward direction as "down."

[0012] (Example 1) In Figures 1 and 2, A is the container body, B is the cap body attached to the container body A, C is a stopper that is detachably connected to the spout of the cap body B to close it, and E is the top lid that is attached to the cap body B via a hinge D so as to be openable and closable. The container body A has an opening 1 at its top, and a fitting projection 2 is provided on the upper outer surface of the opening 1.

[0013] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cap body B includes: a mounting portion 5 fitted to the mouth portion 1 of the container body A; a partition wall 6 extending inward from the inner edge of the mounting portion 5 and closing the opening of the mouth portion 1; an opening 6a eccentrically penetrating through the pouring side of the partition wall 6; an outer cylindrical wall 7 erected from the peripheral edge of the opening 6a of the partition wall 6; a pouring cylinder 8 extending upward from the inner upper end of the outer cylindrical wall 7; an inner cylindrical wall 9 extending downward from the inner lower end of the pouring cylinder 8; and a weakened flange 10 protruding inward from the inner lower end of the inner cylindrical wall 9, having a breakably formed tip end and continuously provided with the plug body C. The inner circumference of the inner cylindrical wall 9 serves as a content liquid pouring outlet 9a, and the pouring outlet 9a is closed by the weakened flange 10 and the plug body C during molding.

[0014] The mounting portion 5 is composed of: a base wall portion 12 abutting against the upper surface of the mouth portion 1 of the container body A; an inner cylindrical portion 13 vertically provided downward from the inner circumferential side of the base wall portion 12; an outer circumferential wall portion 14 vertically provided downward from the outer circumferential side of the base wall portion 12; and a lid engaging portion 15 erected on the upper surface of the base wall portion 12 and having an outer circumference engaged with the upper lid E.

[0015] The outer circumferential wall portion 14 is provided with an engaging protrusion 16 at the lower inner circumference that engages with the fitting protrusion 2 of the mouth portion 1 of the container body A, and a hinge D is continuously provided at the upper end on the back side of the outer circumference. At the upper portion of the outer circumferential wall portion 14, on the pouring side, there is provided a stepped recess 18 recessed from the outer circumference in an arc shape within an arc range of approximately 180°, and the back side is formed as an upper surface 14a having the same height as the upper surface of the partition wall 6.

[0016] In the range of the upper surface 14a of the outer circumferential wall portion 14, as shown in Figure 2(a), near the left side of the hinge D of the outer circumferential wall portion 14 (at a position approximately 35° leftward from the center of the back side), a substantially V-shaped outer circumferential cut portion 14 in a plan view is cut from the upper surface 14a on the outer circumferential surface, leaving a thin bottom wall 20 at the lower end. Although not shown in the figures, the position corresponding to the outer circumferential cut portion 19 on the inner circumference of the outer circumferential wall portion 14 is cut including the engaging protrusion 16, the outer circumferential wall portion 14 in this portion is cut from the inside and outside to be thin, and a vertical weakened portion 21 connected to the thin bottom wall 20 and forming a vertical tear line is formed. Further, on the hinge D side from the outer circumferential notch 19 of the upper surface 14a, the outer circumferential wall portion 14 is provided with a slit groove 22 recessed from the upper surface 14a, the slit groove 22 extending in the circumferential direction starting from a position spaced apart by a thin-walled portion (notch) at the upper inner circumferential side of the end face 19a to the stepped recess 18 on the right end side of the upper surface 14a. A portion of the upper surface 14a located outward of the slit groove 22 forms an arc wall portion 23 to which the hinge D is continuously provided, and a portion of the upper surface 14a on the pouring side of the outer circumferential notch 19 (a portion adjacent to the outer circumferential notch 19) forms a thick-walled portion 24.

[0017] As shown in Figure 2, the bottom surface 25 of the slit groove 22 is formed such that the height thereof from the upper surface 14a gradually decreases from the end face 19a side to the end of the stepped recess 18. The inner circumferential side of the bottom surface 25 forms a thin-walled lower horizontal weakened portion 26 that connects the outer circumferential wall portion 14 from the end face 19a side to the central portion of the hinge D and the lower wall portion of the base wall portion 12. The lower horizontal weakened portion 26 passes through the bottom surface 25 of the slit groove 22 and the inner edge of the stepped recess 18, and constitutes the starting end of a circumferential tear line that continues to the pouring-side end of the thick-walled portion 24.

[0018] As shown in Figure 1(b) and Figure 2, the plug body C has an outer circumferential upper end portion continuously connected to the inner circumferential lower end portion of the inner cylindrical wall 9 of the cap body B and the breakable tip end portion of the weakened flange 10, and comprises: a partition wall portion 30 that closes the spout 9a of the inner cylindrical wall 9; a side peripheral portion 30 vertically provided from the outer edge of the lower surface of the partition wall portion 30; and a fitting cylindrical portion 32 vertically provided from the upper surface of the partition wall portion 30 and fitted into a locking cylinder 43 of an upper lid E to be described later. A recess 33 is formed by the lower surface of the partition wall portion 30 and the inner circumference of the side peripheral portion 31. A sealing protrusion 35 is protrudingly provided at a predetermined height on the outer circumference of the side peripheral portion 31, the tip of the sealing protrusion 35 being in close contact with the spout 9a of the inner cylindrical wall 9 of the cap body B and sliding thereagainst. A fitting portion 37 serving as an engaging portion is formed at a predetermined height on the inner circumference of the fitting cylindrical portion 32, the outer circumference of the locking cylinder 43 of the upper lid E to be described later being fitted into the fitting portion 37. A notch 38 is formed at the upper end of the back side to facilitate insertion of the locking cylinder 43 within the rotation range of the locking cylinder 43 when the upper lid E is rotated about the hinge D as a fulcrum during lid closing after leak inspection to be described later.

[0019] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the top lid E is provided with a top wall 40, a side periphery wall 41 that extends vertically from the periphery of the top wall 40 and has a hinge D attached to the lower end of the rear side of its outer circumference, a sealing cylinder 42 that extends vertically from a position eccentric to the dispensing side of the lower surface of the top wall 40 and whose lower outer circumference seals the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B when the lid is closed, and a locking cylinder 43 that extends vertically from the inside of the sealing cylinder 42 and whose outer circumference fits into the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 32 of the stopper body C. The outer periphery side of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top wall 40 is recessed from the lower surface and has a thin deformable portion 44 that is deformable.

[0020] The inner circumference of the lower end of the side circumferential wall 41 is provided with an engaging recess 45 that engages with the upper surface and outer circumference of the lid engaging portion 15 to maintain the closed lid state. A covering wall 46 is provided vertically on the dispensing-side outer edge of the lower surface of the side circumferential wall 41, so as to cover the stepped recess 18 of the outer circumferential wall portion 14 of the cap body B when the lid is closed. On the dispensing side of the outer circumference of the side circumferential wall 41, an arc-shaped knob portion 47 is formed in the circumferential direction at the lower end (including the outer circumference of the covering wall 46).

[0021] The lower outer circumference of the locking cylinder 43 is provided with a fitting projection 49 that fits with the fitting portion 37 (engaging portion) on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 32 of the plug body C, and serves as a retaining portion to prevent the plug body C from falling out of the top cover E.

[0022] In this embodiment, when the hinge cap is closed, as shown in Figure 1(a), a first sealing portion a is formed where the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid E is inserted into the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, a second sealing portion b is formed where the tip of the sealing projection 35 on the outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper C is in close contact with the dispensing port 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. In this embodiment, to prevent unauthorized opening before use, a shrink label or sealing member may be provided between the cap body B and the top lid E, although this is not shown in the illustration.

[0023] Next, the usage and effects of this embodiment will be described. The hinge cap in this embodiment is integrally molded in the open state shown in Figure 2. In this configuration, the top lid E is attached to the cap body B by a hinge D in the open position, and the tip of the weakened flange 10 at the lower inner circumference of the inner cylinder portion 13 is connected to the upper outer circumference of the partition wall portion 30 of the plug body C, so that all the components of the hinge cap are integrally molded in the open position without any breaks.

[0024] As shown in Figure 3(a), the molded hinge cap is first assembled by setting the upper jig T1 above the plug body C and the lower jig T2 below it. The lower jig T2 is inserted into the recess 33 of the plug body C from below (shape such that it fits into the recess 33 and contacts the lower surface of the side circumference 31), and the plug body C is pushed up from below relative to the cap body B. When only the stopper C is pushed up relative to the cap body B, the tip of the weakening flange 10 of the inner cylinder wall 9 connecting the stopper C and the cap body B breaks, and the stopper C is pushed up within the inner cylinder wall 9, causing the sealing ridge 35 on the outer circumference of the side portion 31 of the stopper C to overcome the weakening flange 10 and slide while in close contact with the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9. After that, the stopper C comes into contact with the upper jig T1. Furthermore, the lower jig T2 fits into the recess 33 of the stopper C, lifting the lower end of the stopper C, so that the stopper C does not tilt and slides uniformly against the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9.

[0025] The stopper C is pushed up relative to the cap body B, and finally, as shown in Figure 3(a), the upper jig T1, which is set to a predetermined height, comes into contact with the upper end of the stopper C, stopping the upward movement of the lower jig T2, and the stopper C is set on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B. In this configuration, the tip of the sealing projection 35 on the outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body C becomes a second sealing portion b that tightly adheres to a predetermined location on the spout 9a of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Additionally, the fractured tip of the weakened flange 10 abuts against or is close to the lower part of the outer circumference of the side circumference 31, becoming a temporary sealing portion c. The stopper body C is then fixed to the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B.

[0026] Subsequently, with the stopper C sealed at a predetermined location on the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B at the spout 9a, air is flowed from the inside (the side circumference of the lower jig T2) through the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B to perform a leak test on the inside and outside of the cap body B. If there is no abnormality, the second sealing portion b between the sealing ridge 35 on the outer circumference of the side portion 31 of the stopper body C and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 will block the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, creating a seal, and no air will flow inside or outside the cap body B.

[0027] If no abnormalities are found during the leak test, the upper jig T1 is moved, and with the lower jig T2 held in the recess 33 of the plug body C, the upper cover E is rotated via the hinge D as shown in Figure 3(b) and placed over the cap body B, and then closed as shown in Figure 4(a). Since the plug C is fixed by the lower jig T2, the upper lid E, while rotating to close the lid, comes into contact with the plug C, preventing the plug C from being pushed downwards. During the closing rotation, as shown in Figure 3(b), the locking cylinder 43 of the upper lid E is made easier to insert into the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 32 of the plug body C due to the notch portion 38 provided.

[0028] As shown in Figure 4(a), after closing the lid, the fitting projection 49 on the outer circumference of the locking cylinder 43 engages with the fitting portion 37 on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 32, and the plug C is mounted inside the top lid E. Furthermore, the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid E adheres tightly to the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a, and the sealing ridge 35 on the outer circumference of the side portion 31 of the stopper body C attached to the top lid E adheres tightly to the dispensing outlet 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, forming a second seal portion b, thereby sealing the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B. When the lid is closed, the engaging recess 45 on the side periphery wall 41 of the top lid E engages with the lid engaging portion 15 of the cap body B, maintaining the lid closed.

[0029] The lower jig T2 is removed from under the closed hinge cap, and the cap is pressed into the opening 1 of the container body A filled with the liquid, resulting in a product container with the hinge cap attached, as shown in Figure 1(a). In the capping process, the annular groove formed between the inner cylinder portion 13 and the outer peripheral wall portion 14 of the mounting portion 5 is set from above onto the mouth portion 1 of the container body A, and pressing force is applied from above onto the top lid E, causing the engaging projection 16 of the outer peripheral wall portion 14 to overcome the fitting projection 2 of the mouth portion 1 and engage, and the mouth portion 1 of the container body A is clamped and mounted by the outer circumference of the inner cylinder portion 13, the inner circumference of the outer peripheral wall portion 14, and the base wall portion 12.

[0030] When the cap is closed and falls upside down, even if an impact force is applied to the top wall 40 of the top lid E, the thin-walled deformable portion 44 absorbs the impact received by the top lid E, preventing the sealing cylinder 42 from being pushed in or pulled away from the dispensing cylinder 8. This does not affect the tight seal between the sealing cylinder 42 and the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, preventing the sealing cylinder 42 and the dispensing cylinder 8 from coming undone or damaging each other.

[0031] When using the liquid contents of the container, place your fingers on the knob 47 of the top lid E and lift it using the hinge D as a pivot point relative to the cap body B. This lifts the stopper C attached to the locking cylinder 43 of the top lid E, releasing the second seal portion b between the sealing projection 35 on the outer circumference of the stopper C and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B. Simultaneously, the first seal portion a between the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid E and the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B is released, and the engagement between the engaging recess 45 on the side circumferential wall 41 of the top lid E and the lid engaging portion 15 of the cap body B is released, allowing the top lid E with the stopper C attached to it to be opened, as shown in Figure 4(b). When the opened container is tilted towards the dispensing side, the liquid contents inside the container body A can be dispensed out through the opening 6a of the partition wall 6 of the cap body B, through the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, and out through the dispensing cylinder 8.

[0032] In this embodiment, the hinged cap is provided with a covering wall 46 on the dispensing-side outer edge of the lower surface of the side peripheral wall 41 of the top lid E. This hides the stepped recess 18 of the outer peripheral wall portion 14 of the cap body B when the lid is closed, and prevents contact with the inside of the top lid E when the lid is opened, thus keeping the inside of the cap clean.

[0033] The container in this embodiment can be reused by closing the top lid E, to which the stopper C is attached, back onto the cap body B. The lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid E is in close contact with the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a. Furthermore, the sealing projection 35 on the outer circumference of the side portion 31 of the stopper body C attached to the top lid E is in close contact with the dispensing outlet 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, forming a second seal portion b. Thus, the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B is double-sealed, preventing liquid leakage. In addition, even if one seal fails, the other seal remains, preventing a complete loss of seal, and ensuring that the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 is reliably sealed when the lid is closed, preventing the contents from leaking out of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B.

[0034] Next, we will describe a method for separately disposing of the hinge cap after all the liquid contents in container A have been used. In this process, the hinge cap is opened, and the top cover E is grasped with the fingers and pulled outward. This pulls the arc-shaped wall portion 23, which is connected to the hinge D of the outer peripheral wall portion 14, and pulls the back side of the connected outer peripheral wall portion 14, deforming it from above. Due to the tension on the back side of the outer peripheral wall portion 14, the vertically weakened portion 21 formed by the outer peripheral cut portion 19 is fractured from above.

[0035] Furthermore, when the top cover E is pulled, the lower horizontal weakening portion 26 of the bottom surface 25 of the slit groove 22 is cut in the circumferential direction from the end surface 19a side connected to the vertical weakening portion 21. As the lower lateral weakened portion 26 is cut and the subsequent circumferential tear line rupture progresses, the upper lid E and a portion of the fractured outer peripheral wall portion 14 of the cap body B connected to it separate from the cap body B. The engagement projection 16 of the outer peripheral wall portion 14 in that portion and the fitting projection 2 of the mouth portion 1 of the container body A are released, and when lifted upwards, the hinge cap can be easily separated from the container body A and disposed of.

[0036] (Example of modification) In Embodiment 1, a sealing ridge 35 is provided on the outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body C that is attached to the top lid E, and is made to be in close contact with the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B to form a second sealing portion b. However, as a modified embodiment, as shown in Figure 5, an inward-facing sealing ridge 55 may be provided on the upper part of the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, and the inner circumference of the sealing ridge 55 may be made to be in close contact with the outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body C and slide. As described above, the sealing protrusions 35 and 55 that form the second sealing portion b only need to be provided on at least one of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body C and the spout 9a of the cap body B. In this embodiment, when only the stopper C is pushed up relative to the cap body B, the tip of the weakened flange 10 of the inner cylinder wall 9 connecting the stopper C and the cap body B is broken. As the stopper C is pushed up within the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, the tip of the sealing ridge 55 on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 comes into contact with the outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper C. The outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper C slides while in close contact with the tip of the sealing ridge 55. Finally, the tip of the sealing ridge 55 of the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B comes into close contact with the outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper C at a predetermined location, forming a second sealing portion d that creates a sealed state, and the stopper C is set inside the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B.

[0037] In this embodiment, similar to Embodiment 1, by flowing air from the inside through the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B and performing a leak test on the inside and outside of the cap body B, the sealing state of the second seal portion d (the outer circumference of the side circumferential portion 31 of the stopper body C and the sealing projection 55 of the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9) can be confirmed. Furthermore, after closing the lid, the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid E adheres tightly to the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a. Together with the second seal portion d, it provides a double seal, preventing the contents from leaking out of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B.

[0038] (Example 2) Next, Example 2, in which the shapes of the stopper C and the top cover E in Example 1 are modified, will be described with reference to the figures. In the following description, components identical to those in Example 1 will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and modified components will be denoted by new reference numerals, with the differences being the main focus of the explanation.

[0039] In Figure 6, A is the container body, B is the cap body attached to the container body A, Ca is a stopper that is detachably connected to the spout 9a of the cap body B to close it, and Ea is the top lid that is attached to the cap body B via a hinge D so as to be openable and closable.

[0040] The stopper Ca closes the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, and as shown in Figure 6(b), the breakable tip of the weakened flange 10 at the lower inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B is connected to the upper outer circumference, and the stopper Ca comprises a fitting cylinder wall portion 60 that is fitted inside the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea, which will be described later, a partition wall portion 61 that closes the inside at a predetermined height on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60, and a reinforcing projection portion 62 that is erected from the center of the upper surface of the partition wall portion 61, and a recess 63 is formed between the lower surface of the partition wall portion 61 and the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60. The fitting cylinder wall portion 60 has a locking projection 65 on its upper outer circumference, which serves as an engaging part whose tip is fitted into the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea; a sealing projection 66 on its lower outer circumference, which slides in close contact with the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B; and a wing portion 67 on its lower outer edge, whose lower end abuts against the upper surface of the weakening flange 10 when the lid is closed and which is elastically deformable vertically.

[0041] As shown in Figure 6, the top lid Ea comprises a top wall 40, a side periphery wall 41 that extends vertically from the periphery of the top wall 40 and has a hinge D attached to the lower end of the rear side of the outer circumference, and a sealing cylinder 70 that extends vertically from a position eccentric to the dispensing side of the lower surface of the top wall 40, and when the lid is closed, the lower part of the outer circumference seals the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, and the upper outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca is attached to the inner circumference. On the lower surface of the top wall 40, a reinforcing portion 71 is provided inside the sealing cylinder 70 to fix the upper end of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca from the inside, and a thin deformable portion 44 is provided on the outer circumference side of the sealing cylinder 70 that is recessed from the bottom surface and hollowed out, and whose portion is deformable.

[0042] The inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 70 is provided with a retaining portion 73 that engages with a locking projection 65 on the upper outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the plug Ca, thereby preventing the plug Ca from falling out of the top cover Ea.

[0043] In this embodiment, when the hinge cap is closed, as shown in Figure 6(a), a first sealing portion a is formed where the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 70 of the upper lid Ea is inserted into the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, a second sealing portion b is formed where the tip of the sealing projection 66 on the lower outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca is in close contact with the dispensing port 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, the sealing projection 66 that forms the second sealing portion b only needs to be provided on at least one of the sides of the stopper body Ca (fitting cylinder wall portion 60) and the cap body B (outlet 9a side).

[0044] Next, the usage and effects of this embodiment will be described. In the hinge cap, which is integrally molded in the open state, the upper jig T1 is set above the stopper Ca and the lower jig T2 is set below it, as in Example 1. The lower jig T2 is inserted into the recess 63 of the stopper Ca from below, and when only the stopper Ca is pushed up against the cap body B from below, the tip of the weakening flange 10 of the inner cylinder wall 9 connecting the stopper Ca and the cap body B is broken, and the stopper Ca is pushed up within the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, and the locking projection 65 on the upper outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca overcomes the weakening flange 10 of the cap body B, and when pushed further up, the sealing projection 66 on the lower outer circumference overcomes, and slides while in close contact with the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9. Finally, the upper jig T1, which is set to a predetermined height, comes into contact with the upper end of the plug Ca, stopping the upward movement of the lower jig T2, and the plug Ca is set on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B. At this time, the tip of the sealing ridge 66 on the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca becomes a second sealing portion b that tightly adheres to a predetermined location on the spout 9a of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. At the same time, the wing portion 67 at the lower end of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 overcomes the weakening flange 10, and the lower end of the wing portion 67 abuts against the upper surface of the weakening flange 10, thereby fixing the stopper Ca to the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B.

[0045] Subsequently, with the stopper Ca sealed to the designated location on the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B at the spout 9a, a leak test is performed. If there is no abnormality, the second sealing portion b between the sealing projection 66 at the lower outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper body Ca and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 will block the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, creating a seal and preventing air from flowing inside or outside the cap body B.

[0046] If no abnormalities are found during the leak test, the upper cover Ea rotates via the hinge D while the lower jig T2 is held in the recess 63 of the plug Ca, and is placed over the cap body B to close the cover. When the plug Ca is fixed with the lower jig T2, the upper lid Ea comes into contact with the plug Ca during the closing rotation, preventing the plug Ca from being pushed downwards.

[0047] After closing the lid, the retaining portion 73 on the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea engages with the locking projection 65 on the upper outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the plug Ca. At the same time, the tip of the reinforcing projection 62 of the plug Ca abuts against the lower surface of the inner top wall 40 of the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea, and the upper end of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 is clamped between the reinforcing portion 71 of the top lid Ea and the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 70, thereby mounting the plug Ca inside the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea. Furthermore, the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea adheres tightly to the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a. The sealing projection 66 on the lower outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca attached to the top lid Ea adheres tightly to the dispensing outlet 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, forming a second seal portion b, thereby sealing the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B.

[0048] The lower jig T2 is removed from under the closed hinge cap, and the cap is pressed into the opening 1 of the container body A filled with the liquid, resulting in a product container with the hinge cap attached, as shown in Figure 6(a).

[0049] When using the liquid contents of the container, place your fingers on the knob 47 of the top lid Ea and lift it using the hinge D as a pivot point relative to the cap body B. This lifts the stopper Ca attached to the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea, releasing the second seal portion b between the sealing ridge 66 on the outer circumference of the stopper Ca and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, and opening the top lid Ea with the stopper Ca attached.

[0050] The lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 70 of the top lid Ea adheres tightly to the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a. Furthermore, the sealing projection 66 on the lower outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca, which is mounted inside the sealing cylinder 70 on the top lid Ea, adheres tightly to the dispensing outlet 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, forming a second seal portion b. Thus, the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B is double-sealed, preventing leakage. In addition, even if one seal fails, the other seal remains, preventing a complete loss of seal, and ensuring that the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 is reliably sealed when the lid is closed, preventing the contents from leaking outside the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B.

[0051] When the container falls while the lid is closed, the thin deformable portion 44 absorbs the impact received by the top lid Ea, and the wing portion 67 at the lower end of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 contacts the upper surface of the weakened flange 10 at the lower inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, elastically deforming to act as a spring and mitigating the impact transmitted to the stopper Ca attached to the top lid Ea. Together with the second sealing portion b of the sealing projection 66 at the lower outer circumference of the fitting cylinder wall portion 60 of the stopper Ca, this prevents the stopper Ca from falling downward within the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, thereby maintaining a tight seal. Other effects and benefits are the same as in Example 1.

[0052] (Example 3) Next, Example 3, in which the shapes of the stopper C and the top cover E in Example 1 are modified, will be described with reference to the figures. In the following description, components identical to those in Example 1 will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and modified components will be denoted by new reference numerals, with the differences being the main focus of the explanation.

[0053] In Figure 7, A is the container body, B is the cap body attached to the container body A, Cb is a stopper that is detachably connected to the spout 9a of the cap body B to close it, and Eb is the top lid that is attached to the cap body B via a hinge D so as to be openable and closable.

[0054] The stopper Cb closes the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, and as shown in Figure 7(b), it comprises a side circumference portion 75 to which the breakable tip of the weakened flange 10 at the lower inner circumference end of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B is connected to the upper outer circumference end, a pull-up cylinder portion 76 that is erected from the upper end of the side circumference portion 75 with a reduced diameter, a partition wall portion 77 that closes the upper inner circumference end of the pull-up cylinder portion 76, and a mountain-shaped engaging projection 78 that is erected from the upper surface of the partition wall portion 77 as an engaging portion, with a recess 79 formed between the inner circumference of the side circumference portion 75 and the lower end of the pull-up cylinder portion 76. A sealing ridge 80 is provided on the outer circumference of the side portion 75 at a predetermined height, with its tip in close contact with and sliding against the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B.

[0055] As shown in Figure 7, the top lid Eb comprises a top wall 85, a side wall 41 extending vertically from the periphery of the top wall 85 and connected to a hinge D at the lower end of the rear side of the outer circumference, and a sealing cylinder 86 extending vertically from a position eccentric to the dispensing side of the lower surface of the top wall 85, with the lower part of the outer circumference sealing the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B when the lid is closed. An engagement hole 87 is opened inside the sealing cylinder 86 of the top wall 85, and the inner circumference of the engagement hole 87 has a stepped portion at the bottom, providing an engagement portion 88 as a retaining portion that engages with the engagement projection 78 of the stopper body Cb. Furthermore, a thin-walled deformable portion 44 is provided on the outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 86, which is recessed from the bottom surface to reduce weight and whose portion is deformable.

[0056] In this embodiment, when the hinge cap is closed, as shown in Figure 7(a), a first sealing portion a is formed where the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 86 of the upper lid Eb is inserted into the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, a second sealing portion b is formed where the tip of the sealing projection 80 on the lower outer circumference of the side portion 75 of the stopper Cb is in close contact with the dispensing port 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, the sealing projection 80 that forms the second sealing portion b only needs to be provided on at least one of the side circumference 75 of the stopper body Cb and the spout 9a of the cap body B.

[0057] Next, the usage and effects of this embodiment will be described. In the hinge cap, which is integrally molded in the open state, the upper jig T1 is set above the stopper body Cb and the lower jig T2 is set below it, as in Example 1. The lower jig T2 is inserted into the recess 79 of the stopper body Cb from below, and when only the stopper body Cb is pushed up against the cap body B from below, the tip of the weakening flange 10 of the inner cylinder wall 9 connecting the stopper body Cb and the cap body B is broken, the stopper body Cb is pushed up within the inner cylinder wall 9, the sealing ridge 80 on the upper outer circumference of the side circumference 75 of the stopper body Cb overcomes the weakening flange 10 of the cap body B, and slides while in close contact with the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9. Finally, the upper jig T1, which is set to a predetermined height, comes into contact with the upper end of the plug Cb, stopping the lower jig T2 from rising, and the plug Cb is set on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B. In this configuration, the tip of the sealing projection 80 on the outer circumference of the side circumference 75 of the stopper body Cb becomes a second sealing portion b that adheres tightly to a predetermined location on the spout 9a of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Additionally, the fractured tip of the weakened flange 10 abuts against or is close to the lower part of the outer circumference of the side circumference 75, becoming a temporary sealing portion c. The stopper body Cb is then fixed to the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B.

[0058] Subsequently, with the stopper Cb sealed to the designated location on the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, a leak test is performed. If there is no abnormality, the second sealing portion b between the sealing projection 80 at the lower outer circumference of the side circumference 75 of the stopper body Cb and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 will block the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, creating a seal and preventing air from flowing inside or outside the cap body B.

[0059] If no abnormalities are found during the leak test, the upper cover Eb rotates via the hinge D while the lower jig T2 is held in the recess 79 of the plug Cb, and is placed over the cap body B to close the cover. Immediately after closing the lid, the upper part of the engaging projection 78 protrudes through the engagement hole 87. As shown in Figure 7(a), the upper part of the engaging projection 78 is expanded to fill the engagement hole 87 by a retaining process such as melting, and the engaging projection 78 engages with the upper surface of the engaging portion 88, thereby attaching the plug Cb to the lower surface of the top wall 85 of the top lid Eb. Furthermore, the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 86 of the top lid Eb adheres tightly to the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a. The sealing projection 80 on the lower outer circumference of the side portion 75 of the stopper body Cb attached to the top lid Eb adheres tightly to the dispensing outlet 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, forming a second seal portion b, which seals the inside of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B. The lower jig T2 is removed from under the closed hinge cap, and the cap is pressed into the opening 1 of the container body A filled with the liquid, resulting in the product container with the hinge cap attached, as shown in Figure 7(a).

[0060] When using the liquid contents inside the container, place your fingers on the knob 47 of the top lid Eb and lift it using the hinge D as a pivot point relative to the cap body B. This also lifts the stopper Cb that is attached to the top wall 85 of the top lid Eb, releasing the second seal portion b between the sealing ridge 80 on the outer circumference of the stopper Cb and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, and opening the top lid Eb to which the stopper Cb is attached.

[0061] In this embodiment, the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 86 of the top lid Eb is in close contact with the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, forming a first seal portion a. Furthermore, the sealing ridge 80 on the lower outer circumference of the side portion 75 of the stopper body Cb, which is attached to the top wall 85 of the top lid Eb, is in close contact with the dispensing outlet 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, forming a second seal portion b. Thus, the container is double-sealed inside the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, preventing liquid leakage. In addition, if the container is dropped while the lid is closed, the thin-walled deformation portion 44 absorbs the impact received by the top lid Eb, maintaining the seal. Other effects and benefits are the same as in Example 1.

[0062] (Example 4) Next, Example 4, in which the shapes of the stopper C and the top cover E in Example 1 are modified, will be described with reference to the figures. In the following description, components identical to those in Example 1 will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and modified components will be denoted by new reference numerals, with the differences being the main focus of the explanation.

[0063] In Figure 8, A is the container body, B is the cap body attached to the container body A, Cc is a stopper that is detachably connected to the spout 9a of the cap body B to close it, and Ec is the top lid that is attached to the cap body B via a hinge D so as to be openable and closable.

[0064] As shown in Figure 8(b), the stopper body Cc has a breakable tip and upper outer end of a weakening flange 10 at the lower inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B connected to a partition wall portion 30 that closes the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, a side circumference portion 31 that extends vertically from the lower outer edge of the partition wall portion 30, and a fitting cylinder portion 90 that extends upright from the upper surface of the partition wall portion 30. A recess 33 is formed between the lower surface of the partition wall portion 30 and the inner circumference of the side circumference portion 31, and a sealing projection 35 is provided on the outer circumference of the side circumference portion 31. The fitting cylinder portion 90 has a screw receiving portion 91 on its inner circumference, which serves as an engaging portion that loosely screws into the outer circumference of the locking cylinder 95 of the upper cover Ec, and a rotation-preventing rib 92 is provided on its outer circumference to stop the screw from rotating.

[0065] As shown in Figure 8, the top lid Ec is provided with a top wall 40, a side periphery wall 41 that extends vertically from the periphery of the top wall 40 and has a hinge D attached to the lower end of the rear side of the outer circumference, a sealing cylinder 42 that extends vertically from a position eccentric to the dispensing side of the lower surface of the top wall 40 and whose lower outer circumference seals the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B when the lid is closed, and a locking cylinder 95 that extends vertically from the inside of the sealing cylinder 42 and whose outer circumference loosely screws into the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 90 of the stopper body C, and a thin-walled deformed portion 44 is provided on the outer circumference side of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top wall 40.

[0066] On the outer circumference of the locking cylinder 95, a threaded projection 97 is provided, which serves as a retaining part that loosely screws into the threaded receiving part 91 on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder part 90 of the plug body Cc. A rotation-stopping portion 98 is provided on the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 42, which engages with the rotation-stopping rib 92 on the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 90 to stop rotation.

[0067] In this embodiment, when the hinge cap is closed, as shown in Figure 8(a), a first sealing portion a is formed where the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid Ec is inserted into the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, a second sealing portion b is formed where the tip of the sealing projection 35 on the lower outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body Cc is in close contact with the dispensing port 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. In addition, the fractured tip of the weakened flange 10 abuts against or is close to the lower outer circumference of the side circumference 31, forming a temporary sealing portion c. Furthermore, the sealing projection 35 that forms the second sealing portion b only needs to be provided on at least one of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body Cc and the spout 9a of the cap body B.

[0068] Next, the usage and effects of this embodiment will be described. In the hinge cap, which is integrally molded in the open position, the plug body Cc is set on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B using the upper jig T1 and the lower jig T2, as in Example 1, and a leak test is performed. The second sealing portion b between the sealing projection 35 on the outer circumference of the side circumferential portion 31 of the stopper body Cc and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 blocks the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, preventing air from flowing inside or outside the cap body B.

[0069] If no abnormalities are found during the leak test, the upper cover Ec rotates via the hinge D while the lower jig T2 is held in the recess 33 of the plug Cc, and is placed over the cap body B to close the cover. While the lid is closed, the locking cylinder 95 of the top lid Ec is inserted into the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 90 of the plug body Cc, and due to the loose screw engagement, the tip of the screw projection 97 on the outer circumference of the locking cylinder 95 moves over the inner tip of the screw receiving portion 91 on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 90 as it is inserted. After closing the lid, as shown in Figure 8(a), the threaded projection 97 on the outer circumference of the locking cylinder 95 and the threaded receiving portion 91 on the inner circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 90 are screwed together, securing the plug Cc to the locking cylinder 95 of the top lid Ec so that it does not fall out. Furthermore, after closing the lid, the rotation-preventing rib 92 on the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 90 of the plug body Cc engages with the rotation-preventing portion 98 on the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 42 of the top lid Ec, stopping the rotation of the plug body Cc, thus preventing the screw connection between the top lid Ec and the plug body Cc from loosening. Other effects and benefits are the same as in Example 1.

[0070] (Example 5) Next, Example 5, in which the shapes of the stopper C and the top cover E in Example 1 are modified, will be described with reference to the figure. In the following description, components identical to those in Example 1 will be denoted by the same reference numerals, and modified components will be denoted by new reference numerals, with the differences being the main focus of the explanation.

[0071] In Figure 9, A is the container body, B is the cap body attached to the container body A, Cd is a stopper that is detachably connected to the spout 9a of the cap body B so as to close it, and Ed is the top lid that is attached to the cap body B via a hinge D so as to be openable and closable.

[0072] As shown in Figure 9(b), the stopper body Cd has a breakable tip and upper outer end of a weakening flange 10 at the lower inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B connected to a partition wall portion 30 that closes the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, a side circumference portion 31 that extends downward from the lower outer edge of the partition wall portion 30, and a fitting cylinder portion 100 that extends upright from the upper surface of the partition wall portion 30. A recess 33 is formed between the lower surface of the partition wall portion 30 and the inner circumference of the side circumference portion 31, and a sealing projection 35 is provided on the outer circumference of the side circumference portion 31. Multiple engaging wing pieces 101, which serve as engaging parts, are arranged at intervals around the upper outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 100. These engaging wing pieces 101 are formed so that their tips can be reversed vertically with the connecting portion 101a as a pivot point.

[0073] As shown in Figure 9, the top lid Ed comprises a top wall 40, a side periphery wall 41 that extends vertically from the periphery of the top wall 40 and has a hinge D attached to the lower end of the rear side of its outer circumference, and a sealing cylinder 105 that extends vertically from a position eccentric to the dispensing side of the lower surface of the top wall 40, with the lower outer circumference sealing the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B when the lid is closed, and the upper outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 100 of the stopper body Cd attached to its inner circumference. The outer circumference side of the sealing cylinder 105 of the top wall 40 is recessed from the bottom surface and hollowed out, and a thin-walled deformable portion 44 is provided in that portion.

[0074] The inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 105 is provided with a retaining portion 106 that contacts the tip of an engaging wing 101 which is inverted from the upper end of the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 100 of the plug body Cd, preventing the plug body Cd from falling out of the top cover Ed.

[0075] In this embodiment, when the hinge cap is closed, as shown in Figure 9(a), a first sealing portion a is formed where the lower outer circumference of the sealing cylinder 105 of the top lid Ed is inserted into the upper inner circumference of the dispensing cylinder 8 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. Furthermore, a second sealing portion b is formed where the tip of the sealing projection 35 on the lower outer circumference of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body Cd is in close contact with the dispensing port 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B, creating a sealed state. In addition, the fractured tip of the weakened flange 10 abuts against or is close to the lower outer circumference of the side circumference 31, forming a temporary sealing portion c. Furthermore, the sealing projection 35 that forms the second sealing portion b only needs to be provided on at least one of the side circumference 31 of the stopper body Cd and the spout 9a of the cap body B.

[0076] Next, the usage and effects of this embodiment will be described. In the hinged cap, which is integrally molded in the open position, the plug body Cd is set on the inner circumference of the inner cylinder wall 9 of the cap body B using the upper jig T1 and the lower jig T2, as in Example 1, and a leak test is performed. The second sealing portion b between the sealing ridge 35 on the outer circumference of the side portion 31 of the stopper body Cd and the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9 blocks the spout 9a of the inner cylinder wall 9, preventing air from flowing inside or outside the cap body B.

[0077] If no abnormalities are found during the leak test, the upper cover Ed rotates via the hinge D while the lower jig T2 is held in the recess 33 of the plug Cd, and is placed over the cap body B to close the cover. During the closing process, the fitting cylinder portion 100 of the stopper Cd is inserted into the sealing cylinder 105 of the upper lid Ed. Furthermore, the tip of the upward-facing engaging wing 101, which is positioned at the upper end of the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 100, contacts the lower surface of the top wall 40 of the top cover Ed and is reversed downward with the connecting portion 101a as the pivot point. Finally, as shown in Figure 9(a), the tip of the inverted, downward-facing engaging fin 101, which is positioned at the upper end of the outer circumference of the fitting cylinder portion 100 of the plug body Cd, abuts against the holding portion 106 on the inner circumference of the sealing cylinder 105 of the top cover Ed, thereby securing the plug body Cd inside the sealing cylinder 105 of the top cover Ed so that it does not fall out. The lower jig T2 is removed from under the closed hinge cap, and the cap is pressed onto the opening 1 of the container body A, which is filled with the liquid, to create the finished product: a container with a hinge cap. Other effects and benefits are the same as in Example 1. [Industrial applicability]

[0078] In the hinged cap of the present invention, after integral molding, the stopper is lifted relative to the cap body with a jig, thereby sealing the spout of the cap body with the stopper, allowing for easy leak testing of the cap body. Furthermore, by closing the top lid, a first seal is formed on the spout of the cap body by the sealing cylinder, and a second seal is formed by holding the stopper inside the sealing cylinder of the top lid, sealing the spout. As a result, the cap body is double-sealed at the spout and the spout, preventing leakage of the contents filled at high temperatures. Therefore, it is suitable as a hinge cap for containers that do not require uncorking. [Explanation of Symbols]
