[0003] [[Patent Document 1]] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2023-20663 [[Summary of the Invention]] [[Problem to be Solved by the Invention]]

[0004] In a conventional label wrapping device, if the cable is not inserted into the insertion portion at an appropriate timing, the cable may not be able to abut against the adhesive surface of the label. In addition, the tip of the label may collide with the cable, which may cause label jamming. Further, wrapping may not be properly performed, for example, the sticking posture may be tilted.

[0005] Furthermore, if the cable is pulled out before the wrapping unit completes wrapping the label around the cable, the label may not be properly wrapped around the cable, or the cable may deviate from a predetermined position, which applies a high load to the wrapping unit and may cause a device failure.

[0006] The objective of the present invention is to provide a label wrapping device that can inform the user whether a cable can be inserted or removed. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] A label winding device according to a first aspect of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a transport unit for transporting labels; a first insertion unit into which a rod-shaped member is inserted toward the labels transported by the transport unit; a second insertion unit into which the rod-shaped member that has moved through the first insertion unit is inserted together with the labels, and a winding unit for winding the labels around the rod-shaped member inserted into the second insertion unit; and a notification unit that notifies that the transport of the labels has been completed and that the rod-shaped member can be inserted into the second insertion unit together with the labels.

[0008] According to the label wrapping device of the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the rod-shaped member from being inserted into the second insertion part without a label.

[0009] A label winding device according to a second aspect of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a transport unit for transporting a label toward a support unit; a winding unit including an insertion groove into which a rod-shaped member is inserted together with the label transported to the support unit; and a rotating member for winding the label onto the rod-shaped member inserted through the insertion groove; and a display unit that displays different information depending on whether the label transported by the transport unit is placed on the support unit or not.

[0010] According to the label wrapping device of the second aspect of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the rod-shaped member from being inserted into the insertion groove without a label. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Figure 4] This is an enlarged perspective view of the vicinity of the control panel 13. [Figure 5] This is a block diagram showing the electrical configuration of the label wrapping device 1. [Figure 6] This is a flowchart of the wrapping process. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0012] A label wrapping device 1, an embodiment of the present invention, will be described with reference to the drawings. The drawings are used to explain the technical features that the present invention may adopt. The configuration of the device shown in the drawings is not intended to limit the device to that configuration only, but is merely an illustrative example. Hereinafter, the lower left, upper right, upper left, lower right, top, and bottom of Figure 1 will be referred to as the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom of the label wrapping device 1, respectively.

[0013] The label winding device 1 is a device that creates labels 160 by printing on the film tape 110 of the tape cassette 100 shown in Figure 3. The label winding device 1 is a device for winding and attaching the created labels 160 to a rod-shaped member. In the following description, a cable 19 is used as an example of a rod-shaped member. However, the rod-shaped member is not limited to a cable 19 and may be a tool, stationery, etc. An example of a tool is a screwdriver. An example of stationery is a pen or pencil.

[0014] <Overview of Label Wrapping Device 1> Referring to Figures 1 to 3, a label winding device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described. The label winding device 1 has a box-shaped housing 10. The housing 10 has a base 11, a main plate 12, a cover 15, a cassette cover 38, a tape mounting section 30, a printing section 3, a cutting section 9, a peeling section 4, an opening / closing member 6, and a winding section 7, which will be described later. The base 11 is the base of the label winding device 1. The base 11 houses a power supply board, a battery, etc. (not shown).

[0015] The main plate 12 is a plate that extends in the vertical and horizontal directions. The main plate 12 has a tape mounting section 30, a printing section 3, a cutting section 9, and a winding section 8 on its right side. The main plate 12 also supports a control unit 14 (shown in Figure 5) and a drive unit (not shown) on its left side. The control unit 14 controls the operation of the label winding device 1. The cover 15 is provided on the upper front of the housing 10. The cassette cover 38 covers the tape mounting section 30 and is openable and closable. The cassette cover 38 has rectangular viewing windows 38A and 38B.

[0016] As shown in Figure 3, the right side of the main plate 12 is provided with a tape mounting section 30 at approximately the center of the housing 10 in the front-to-back and up-to-down directions. The tape mounting section 30 is box-shaped with the right side open, and can accommodate various types of tape cassettes, such as thermal type, receptor type, and laminate type. A thermal type tape cassette is equipped with thermal paper tape. A receptor type tape cassette is equipped with tape and an ink ribbon. In this embodiment, an example of a tape cassette used in the label winding device 1 is a laminate type tape cassette 100. The tape cassette 100 is housed inside an openable and closable cassette cover 38.

[0017] The laminated tape cassette 100 comprises a film tape 110, a double-sided adhesive tape 120, and an ink ribbon 130. An example of the film tape 110 is a transparent PET tape. The film tape 110 is wound on a film spool 111. The double-sided adhesive tape 120 is a tape in which a base material and a release agent 170 are laminated with an adhesive in between. The double-sided adhesive tape 120 is wound on a tape spool 121. The ink ribbon 130 is wound on a ribbon spool 131. Used ink ribbon 130 is wound on a take-up spool 132.

[0018] <Print section 3> As shown in Figure 3, the printing unit 3 is located below the tape mounting unit 30. The printing unit 3 includes a head holder 31, a thermal head 32, a platen roller 33, a conveyance roller 34, a drive shaft 35, and a take-up shaft 36. The head holder 31 is a plate-shaped member extending in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. The lower surface of the head holder 31 is provided with the thermal head 32. The thermal head 32 includes a plurality of heating elements. The plurality of heating elements are aligned in a row in the left-right direction.

[0019] The drive shaft 35 is located diagonally forward and upward of the head holder 31. In a state where the tape cassette 100 is mounted on the tape mounting unit 30, the drive shaft 35 engages with the shaft hole of the conveyance roller 101 of the tape cassette 100. The drive shaft 35 drives the conveyance roller 101 that conveys a tape 150 to be described later. A take-up shaft 36 for driving a take-up spool 132 is located diagonally rearward and upward of the head holder 31.

[0020] Below the head holder 31, the platen roller 33 and the conveyance roller 34 are located. The platen roller 33 presses the film tape 110 and the ink ribbon 130 against the thermal head 32. The conveyance roller 34 is located on the left side of the platen roller 33. The conveyance roller 34 superimposes the double-sided adhesive tape 120 and the film tape 110 and presses them against the conveyance roller 101. The conveyance roller 101 conveys the film tape 110 and the double-sided adhesive tape 120 while sandwiching them between itself and the conveyance roller 34.

[0021] During printing in the printing unit 3, the platen roller 33 superimposes the film tape 110 and the ink ribbon 130 and presses them against the thermal head 32. The platen roller 33 rotates and conveys the film tape 110 forward. The thermal head 32 generates heat, and the ink of the ink ribbon 130 is transferred to the printing surface of the film tape 110. Accordingly, an image including characters or the like is printed on the film tape 110. After printing, the ink ribbon 130 is separated from the film tape 110 and taken up onto the take-up spool 132.

[0022] The double-sided adhesive tape 120 is placed on top of the printed surface of the printed film tape 110. The base material of the double-sided adhesive tape 120 contacts the printed surface of the film tape 110 from above. The film tape 110 and the double-sided adhesive tape 120 pass between the transport roller 101 and the transport roller 34. The film tape 110 to which the base material of the double-sided adhesive tape 120 is attached is tape 150.

[0023] A cutting section 9 is located in front of the printing section 3. The tape 150 is transported from the printing section 3 through the cutting section 9 to the peeling section 4, which will be described later.

[0024] <Cut section 9> As shown in Figure 3, the cutting section 9 is located downstream of the transport roller 34 of the printing section 3 in the transport direction of the tape 150. The cutting section 9 has a full-cut cutting blade and a half-cut cutting blade. The full-cut cutting blade cuts the film tape 110, the double-sided adhesive tape 120, and the release agent 170. That is, it cuts the tape 150. The half-cut cutting blade cuts the film tape 110 and the double-sided adhesive tape 120, leaving the release agent 170 intact. The label 160 is the tape 150 with the release agent 170 removed. <Winding section 8> The winding section 8 is located at the front of the upper part of the main plate 12. The winding section 8 has a cylindrical reel 80. The reel 80 winds up the release agent 170.

[0025] <Peeled section 4> As shown in Figure 3, the peeling section 4 is the part that peels the label 160 from the release agent 170. The peeling section 4 has a first wall 231 and a second wall 236 and protrudes forward. The peeling section 4 has a round rod-shaped peeling shaft 40 extending in the left-right direction at the connection point between the first wall 231 and the second wall 236.

[0026] As shown in Figure 3, the angle between the first wall 231 and the second wall 236 is 90 degrees or less. The winding unit 8 pulls the release agent 170 of the tape 150 along the second wall 236. As a result, the tape 150 bends at an angle of 90 degrees or less at the peeling unit 4 with the release agent 170 in contact with the peeling shaft 40. Thus, the end of the label 160 of the tape 150 peels off from the release agent 170. The reel 80 of the winding unit 8 winds up the release agent 170. The downstream end of the label 160 in the transport direction rides up onto the support surface 62 of the opening / closing member 6, which will be described later. The support surface 62 supports the end of the label 160 with the adhesive surface of the label 160 facing upward.

[0027] <Opening / closing member 6> As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the opening / closing member 6 is a box-shaped member that extends vertically. The opening / closing member 6 is located on the front side of the housing 10. The opening / closing member 6 is rotatable with its shaft 6A as the axis of rotation. When the opening / closing button 6B at the front upper corner is pressed, the upper end of the opening / closing member 6 rotates forward, opening the door.

[0028] As shown in Figure 3, the opening / closing member 6 has a pressing member 60 that protrudes rearward when in the closed state. The pressing member 60 extends vertically, with its lower end supported by the shaft 6A and its upper end swinging in the front-rear direction. The pressing member 60 is biased rearward by a compression coil spring 6C located inside the opening / closing member 6. The rear surface of the pressing member 60 is the pressing surface 61. When the opening / closing member 6 is in the closed state, the pressing surface 61 extends vertically and horizontally and faces rearward.

[0029] Below the peeling shaft 40 of the peeling section 4, a guide surface 51 is located, facing the pressing surface 61. The guide surface 51 extends in the vertical and horizontal directions and faces forward. The gap between the pressing surface 61 and the guide surface 51 is a guide passage 50 into which the cable 19 is inserted.

[0030] The opening / closing member 6 has a support surface 62 at the rear of its upper part. The support surface 62 is connected to the upper end of the pressing surface 61. The support surface 62 guides the tip of the cable 19 when the cable 19 is transported downstream in the transport direction. The tip of the label 160 that has been peeled off from the release agent 170 rests on the support surface 62. Therefore, when a user attaches the tip of the label 160 to the cable 19, the support surface 62 sandwiches the tip of the label 160 between itself and the cable 19 and adheres it to the cable 19. Also, if the outer diameter of the cable 19 is larger than the gap between the pressing surface 61 and the guide surface 51, the cable 19 will come into contact with the support surface 62, widening the gap in the guide passage 50 between the pressing surface 61 and the guide surface 51.

[0031] <Wrapping section 7> As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the winding section 7 is located on the front side of the center in the front-rear direction of the label winding device 1. The winding section 7 winds and attaches a label 160, whose end is to be attached, to a cable 19 positioned at the winding position P3 shown in Figures 2 and 3. The surrounding components, including the winding section 7, constitute the winding unit 7A. The winding unit 7A is fixed to the front side of the base 11. As shown in Figure 3, the winding section 7 has a substantially cylindrical rotating body 70 with its sides partially missing. The rotation axis 70A of the rotating body 70 is the winding position P3 shown in Figure 3. The rotating body 70 is rotatably supported by the winding unit 7A with the rotation axis 70A, which extends in the left-right direction, as the center of rotation.

[0032] As shown in Figure 3, the winding section 7 has arm members 76, 77, coil springs 78, 79, and a support shaft 702 inside the rotating body 70. When the winding section 7 winds the label 160 around the cable 19, the arm members 76, 77 hold the cable 19 in place. The arm members 76 and 77 are symmetrical metal members. The gap between the arm members 76 and 77 is an insertion groove 70C into which the cable 19 is inserted together with the label 160. The upper part of the insertion groove 70C is the insertion opening 70B. The cable 19 is inserted into the insertion opening 70B together with the label 160.

[0033] The rotating body 70 rotates, causing the arm members 76 and 77 to press the label 160 against the cable 19, wrapping the label 160 around the cable 19. The rotating body 70 can rotate in a counterclockwise direction and in a counterclockwise direction. The winding unit 7A, including the winding section 7, is mounted on the base 11.

[0034] <Control Panel 13> The control panel 13 will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 4. The control panel 13 is located in the upper left of the front of the housing 10. The control panel 13 is a rectangular plate and has control buttons 17A to 17C, an upward-facing LED 16A, a central LED 16B, a downward-facing LED 16C, and LED lamps 16D and 16E on its front. The control buttons 17A to 17C are rectangular push buttons and are arranged vertically to the left of the center on the control panel 13. Examples of control buttons 17A to 17C include a power button and a button to instruct the tape 150 to advance.

[0035] The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C are arranged in a vertical line on the right side of the center of the control panel 13. The upward-facing LED 16A is located on the upper part of the control panel 13 and is an LED display unit with a pointed upper end and a vertically elongated shape. The central LED 16B is located on the middle part of the control panel 13 and is an LED display unit with a vertically elongated rectangular shape. The downward-facing LED 16C is located on the lower part of the control panel 13 and is an LED display unit with a pointed lower end and a vertically elongated shape. The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C display, i.e., notify, the operating status of the label wrapping device 1 and indicate whether the cable 19 can be inserted or removed. Further details will be described later. LED lamps 16D and 16E are positioned between the operation buttons 17A to 17C and the central LED 16B and downward-facing LED 16C.

[0036] The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may be single-color LEDs or LEDs capable of emitting multiple colors. Furthermore, the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may all emit the same color or they may all emit different colors.

[0037] <Electrical Configuration> Referring to Figure 5, the electrical configuration of the label wrapping device 1 will be described. The control unit 14 of the label wrapping device 1 includes a CPU 41, ROM 42, RAM 43, flash memory 44, input / output interface 45, drive circuits 196, 197, and an external interface 47. The external interface 47 will be referred to as external I / F 47 below. The CPU 41, ROM 42, RAM 43, flash memory 44, and input / output interface 45 are connected via a data bus 46. The CPU 41 provides overall control of the label wrapping device 1.

[0038] ROM 42 stores constants necessary for the CPU 41 to execute various programs. RAM 43 stores primary data generated when the CPU 41 executes processing. Flash memory 44 stores programs, variables, etc., executed by the CPU 41. The input / output interface 45 is connected to the notification unit 16, the operation unit 17, the drive circuits 196, 197, the sensor S, and the external I / F 47. The notification unit 16 includes an upward-facing LED 16A, a central LED 16B, a downward-facing LED 16C, and LED lamps 16D, 16E, which are capable of notifying the status of the label winding device 1. The central LED 16B and the downward-facing LED 16C have built-in LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) and emit light. An example of LED lamps 16D, 16E is an LED lamp that lights up when the tape cassette 100 is in a replaceable state.

[0039] The control unit 17 includes operation buttons 17A to 17 for operating the label wrapping device 1. The drive circuit 196 is an electronic circuit for driving motors 191 to 195. The drive circuit 197 is an electronic circuit for driving the thermal head 32. The external I / F 47 communicates with the external terminal 47A. For example, the CPU 41 can update the program by storing the program received from the external terminal 47A in the flash memory 44. The external terminal 47A is a general-purpose personal computer or a portable terminal.

[0040] Motor 191 is a DC motor for driving the winding section 7. Motor 192 is a DC motor for driving the winding section 8. Motor 193 is a motor for driving the drive shaft 35 and the winding shaft 36. Motor 194 is a motor for driving the full-cut cutting blade. Motor 195 is a motor for driving the half-cut cutting blade.

[0041] Sensor 181 is a microswitch capable of detecting whether or not the cable 19 is positioned at winding position P3 at the left end of the winding section 7. Sensor 182 is a microswitch capable of detecting whether or not the cable 19 is positioned at winding position P3A at the right end of the winding section 7. Sensor 183 is a transmissive photosensor for detecting the rotational position and rotational speed of the winding section 7. Sensor 184 is a contact sensor for detecting whether or not the tape cassette 100 is mounted in the tape mounting section 30. Sensor 185 is a set of multiple detection switches for detecting the type of tape cassette 100. Sensor 186 is a microswitch for detecting whether or not the movable blade of the full-cut cutting blade is in its initial position. Sensor 187 is a microswitch for detecting whether or not the movable blade of the half-cut cutting blade is in its initial position.

[0042] <Wrapping process> Referring to Figure 6, the wrapping process performed by the CPU 41 of the label wrapping device 1 will be explained. The CPU 41 reads and executes the wrapping process program stored in the flash memory 44. When the wrapping process starts, the CPU 41 determines whether a print command has been received (S1). If the CPU 41 does not determine YES in S1 (S1: NO), it continues the determination in S1. If the CPU 41 has received a print command (S1: YES), it lights up the central LED 16B to indicate that the label 160 is being created (S2). The CPU 41 drives the transport motor 193 (S3). The CPU 41 also starts printing by the printing unit 3 (S3).

[0043] The CPU 41 determines whether the label 160 has been transported a predetermined distance to create the label 160 according to the printing command (S4). If the CPU 41 does not determine YES in the determination in S1 (S4: NO), it continues the determination in S4. If the CPU 41 determines that the label 160 has been transported a predetermined distance (S4: YES), it stops the transport motor 193 because the creation of the label 160 is complete (S5). The CPU 41 turns off the central LED 16B (S6). The CPU 41 lights up the downward LED 16C to indicate that the cable 19 can be inserted (S7).

[0044] The CPU 41 determines whether the cable detection sensors 181 and 182 are ON (S8). If the CPU 41 does not determine YES in the determination in S8 (S8: NO), it continues the determination in S8. If the cable detection sensors 181 and 182 are ON (S8: YES), the cable 19 is correctly positioned at the winding position P3 of the rotating body 70. The CPU 41 turns off the downward-facing LED 16C (S9). Next, the CPU 41 lights up the central LED 16B to indicate that the label 160 is being wound around the cable 19 (S10). The CPU 41 drives the winding motor 191 (S11).

[0045] The CPU 41 determines whether the rotating body 70 has completed rotation by a predetermined amount according to the printing command (S12). An example of a predetermined amount of rotation is 3 rotations. If the rotating body 70 has completed rotation by the predetermined amount (S12: YES), the CPU 41 stops the winding motor 191 (S13). The CPU 41 turns off the central LED 16B (S14). The CPU 41 lights up the upward LED 16A to indicate that the cable 19 is removable (S15).

[0046] The CPU 41 determines whether the cable detection sensors 181 and 182 are OFF (S16). If the CPU 41 does not determine YES in S16 (S16: NO), it continues the determination in S16. If the cable detection sensors 181 and 182 are OFF (S16: YES), the cable 19 has been removed from the winding position P3 of the rotating body 70. The CPU 41 measures the time since the cable detection sensors 181 and 182 were turned OFF (S17: YES). The CPU 41 determines whether a predetermined time has elapsed (S18). An example of a predetermined time is 30 seconds, because 30 seconds is enough time to remove the cable 19 from the label winding device 1. If the CPU 41 does not determine YES in S18 (S18: NO), it continues the determination in S18.

[0047] If the CPU 41 determines that a predetermined time has elapsed (S18: YES), it turns off the upward-facing LED 16A to prompt the removal of the cable 19 from the label winding device 1 (S19). The CPU 41 then determines whether it has wound the last label out of the number of labels specified in the print command (S20). If the CPU 41 does not determine YES in S20 (S20: NO), it proceeds to process S2 and winds the next label. If the CPU 41 determines that it has wound the last label out (S20: YES), it terminates the process.

[0048] <Effects of the Embodiment> In the label winding device 1 of the above embodiment, a downward-facing LED 16C is provided to indicate that the transport of the label 160 is complete and that the cable 19 can be inserted together with the label 160 into the insertion groove 70C of the rotating body 70. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cable 19 from being inserted into the insertion groove 70C of the rotating body 70 when there is no label 160. It is also possible to prevent the cable 19 from colliding with the leading edge of the transported label 160.

[0049] In the label wrapping device 1, the upward-facing LED 16A indicates that the wrapping of the label 160 around the cable 19 has been completed in the wrapping section 7 and that the cable 19 can be removed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cable 19 from being removed before the label wrapping is complete. The central LED 16B indicates that the wrapping section 7 is in the process of wrapping the label 160 around the cable 19. Therefore, the central LED 16B makes it clear that the label 160 is being wrapped around the cable 19.

[0050] The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C are illuminated indicators, allowing the user to visually confirm notifications. The upward-facing LED 16A has a pointed upper end and is elongated vertically. The downward-facing LED 16C has a pointed lower end and is elongated vertically. Therefore, the upward-facing LED 16A and the downward-facing LED 16C are shaped to indicate the direction in which the cable 19 should be moved. These LED notifications make it easy for the user to determine whether it is time to insert or remove the cable 19.

[0051] <Other> In the above embodiment, the cable 19 is an example of the "rod-shaped member" of the present invention. The transport roller 101 is an example of the "transport section" of the present invention. The guide passage 50 is an example of the "first insertion section" of the present invention. The insertion groove 70C is an example of the "second insertion section" or "insertion groove" of the present invention. The winding section 7 is an example of the "winding section" of the present invention. The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C are examples of the "notification section" or "display section" of the present invention. The printing section 3 is an example of the "printing section" of the present invention. The CPU 41 is an example of the "control section" of the present invention. The winding unit 7A is an example of the "winding unit" of the present invention. The rotating body 70 is an example of the "rotating member" of the present invention.

[0052] <Variation> The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible. For example, the arrangement of the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C is not limited to the front surface of the housing 10. The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may be arranged on the top surface 10B, the right side surface 10C, or the left side surface 10D of the housing 10. Alternatively, the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may be arranged on the front surface 6D of the opening / closing member 6. In this case, the user can easily see the notification unit when inserting the cable 19 into the winding section 7.

[0053] Furthermore, the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may be arranged in a horizontal line rather than vertically. The upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may also be made to flash in addition to being constantly lit. Flashing can be used to alert the user. Moreover, the notification unit is not limited to the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C. It may also consist of just two LEDs, the upward-facing LED 16A and the downward-facing LED 16C. Furthermore, the number of LEDs may be increased from three. For example, five LEDs may be arranged vertically, and the five LEDs may flash sequentially to indicate the insertion and removal directions of the cable 19.

[0054] The CPU 41 of the label wrapping device 1 may change the light color of the central LED 16B when the print content of the printing unit 3 changes. For example, if the CPU 41 lit the central LED 16B green during the previous print, it will light the central LED 16B green again when printing the same content as the previous print. If the CPU 41 prints different content than the previous print, it may light the central LED 16B red, for example. The user will know that a label 160 with different print content from the previous print has been created. Therefore, when attaching multiple labels 160 with the same content to the cable 19, the user can prevent attaching the wrong label 160.

[0055] The components of the winding unit 7A, including the winding section 7, may be made of light-transmitting material. Furthermore, the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C may be installed inside the winding unit 7A. In this case, the user can visually observe the upward-facing LED 16A, the central LED 16B, and the downward-facing LED 16C from the outside of the winding unit 7A. Therefore, the user can determine the timing for inserting and removing the cable 19. The user can also visually observe the winding section 7 into which the cable 19 is inserted. Therefore, the user can visually confirm whether the cable 19 has been inserted into the insertion groove 70C. Thus, work efficiency is improved. Additionally, the user can check the state of the cable 19 when it is inserted into the winding section 7, whether the label 160 is attached, and whether the label 160 has been attached correctly.

[0056] Furthermore, the rotating body 70 and the arm members 76, 77 and coil springs 78, 79 that constitute the insertion groove 70C may be made light-transmitting. In this case, any labels remaining in the insertion groove 70C when the cable 19 is inserted into the winding portion 7 can be seen from the outside. In addition, a window may be provided on the front surface 6D of the opening / closing member 6 so that the rotating body 70 can be visually inspected. [Explanation of symbols]
