[0004] [[Patent Document 1]] Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2021-164228 [[Summary of the Invention]] [[Problem to be Solved by the Invention]]

[0005] In the protector of Patent Document 1 described above, the lock mechanism and the hinge are arranged side by side in the direction in which the hinge shaft (or rotation shaft) of the hinge extends. Therefore, a relatively large space is required for the arrangement of both, and there is room for improvement in that the protector increases in size.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to reduce the size of a hinged component. Means for Solving the Problem and Effect

[0007] The problem to be solved by the present invention is as described above. Next, means for solving the problem and the effects thereof will be described.

[0008] In view of the present invention, a hinged component having the following configuration is provided: the hinged component comprises a first part and a second part connected via a hinge so as to be openable and closable. The first part and the second part are capable of accommodating a part of an object between them when closed. The first part has a male engaging portion positioned between the hinge and a position corresponding to the part of the object. The second part has a female engaging portion that engages with the male engaging portion when closed. The male engaging portion and the female engaging portion are positioned alongside the hinge in a direction perpendicular to the hinge axis of the hinge.

[0009] As a result, by arranging the male and female engaging parts and the hinge side by side in a direction perpendicular to the hinge axis, the length dimension of the part where they are arranged in the direction along the hinge axis can be reduced, and consequently, the hinged component can be miniaturized. Furthermore, when the male and female engaging parts are engaged, if a force is applied to the first and second parts that attempts to release the engagement, that force can be received by the male and female engaging parts rather than the hinge, thus improving the reliability of the hinged component.

[0010] In the aforementioned hinged component, the following configuration is preferable. That is, the second portion has an opposing portion and a protruding portion. The opposing portion is positioned between the hinge and a position corresponding to the part of the object. The opposing portion faces the first portion when closed. The protruding portion protrudes from the hinge side of the opposing portion toward the first portion when closed. A recess is formed in the protruding portion. The female engagement portion is formed by the recess.

[0011] This allows the female engagement portion to be realized in the recess formed in the protruding portion of the second part, thereby keeping the formation cost of the female engagement portion low.

[0012] In the aforementioned hinged component, it is preferable that the length dimensions of the male engagement portion and the female engagement portion in the direction along the hinge axis are 0.3 times or more the length dimension of the hinge.

[0013] As a result, the male and female engaging parts engage over a long range, which significantly increases the engagement strength and, consequently, further improves the reliability of the hinged component.

[0014] In the aforementioned hinged component, it is preferable to further include a pair of structures located on both sides of the hinge in the direction along the hinge axis when the component is closed.

[0015] This allows the hinge to be protected from external impacts by a pair of structural elements.

[0016] In the aforementioned hinged component, it is preferable that, in the closed state, at least a portion of the hinge is located inside the outer contour of the pair of structures when viewed from a direction along the hinge axis.

[0017] This allows the hinge to be protected from external impacts more effectively.

[0018] In the aforementioned hinged component, it is preferable that the pair of structures be provided on one of the first portion and the second portion.

[0019] This simplifies the manufacturing process compared to the case where the first and second parts have separate structures.

[0020] In the aforementioned hinged component, it is preferable that the pair of structures are located on both sides of at least a portion of the hinge in a direction along the hinge axis, even in states other than the closed state.

[0021] This protects the hinge from external impacts even in states other than the closed position, such as the fully open position.

[0022] In the hinged component described above, the following configuration is preferable. Specifically, each of the pair of structures has a contact surface that contacts a part of the other of the first portion and the second portion in an intermediate state during the transition of the first portion and the second portion from the fully open state to the closed state. The first portion and the second portion are temporarily fixed in the intermediate state by the contact between the part of the other of the first portion and the second portion and the contact surface.

[0023] Thereby, by temporarily fixing the first portion and the second portion in the intermediate state as needed, workability when handling the hinged component can be improved. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the hinged component 10 according to this embodiment. Figure 2 is another perspective view showing the configuration of the hinged component 10. Figure 3 is a side cross-sectional view of the hinged component 10 in the fully open state, with a part of it shown in enlargement. Figure 4 is a side cross-sectional view of the hinged component 10 in the closed state, with a part of it shown in enlargement. Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the state in which the main body 11 of the hinged component 10 is attached to the wire harness 101 by the fastening member 102, with a part of it shown in enlargement. [0026] In this specification, "element A is positioned alongside element B in a particular direction" is interpreted to include not only arrangements where the center positions of element A and element B are precisely aligned in that particular direction, but also arrangements where the two center positions are offset from each other. However, this wording does not include arrangements where the entirety of element A does not overlap with element B in that particular direction.

[0027] The hinged component 10 shown in Figures 1 to 7 is configured as a harness clip for attaching a wire harness 101 to an object (not shown) such as a car body. The hinged component 10 of this embodiment can be attached to the wire harness 101 by a single fastening member 102 (for example, a cable tie or tape). The hinged component 10 is made of, for example, synthetic resin. The hinged component 10 comprises a main body 11 and a cover 19. The main body 11 and the cover 19 are integrally connected via a hinge 29. The fastening member 102 is an example of an object. The main body 11 is an example of a second part. The cover 19 is an example of a first part.

[0028] The main body portion 11 is the part that is attached to the wire harness 101 with the fastening member 102. The main body portion 11 can be attached to the wire harness 101 using the fastening member 102 when the cover portion 19 is open (for example, as shown in Figure 5). The main body portion 11 is formed in a roughly rectangular plate shape overall. Figure 1 shows the longitudinal direction D1 and the width direction D2 of the main body portion 11. In the center of the longitudinal direction D1 of the main body portion 11, there is a narrow portion 12 that is narrower than the portions on either side. This narrow portion 12 is the part to which the fastening member 102 is wrapped.

[0029] The main body portion 11 has a first surface 13 and a second surface 14. The first surface 13 is the surface that faces the wire harness 101 when it is attached to the wire harness 101 (as shown in Figures 5 to 7). The second surface 14 is the surface opposite to the first surface 13. A pair of protruding wall portions 15 protrude from the second surface 14, facing each other with the narrow portion 12 in between. In this embodiment, the direction in which the pair of protruding wall portions 15 face each other coincides with the longitudinal direction D1. In the width direction D2 of the main body portion 11, the dimensions of each protruding wall portion 15 are greater than the dimensions of the narrow portion 12. In the width direction D2 of the main body portion 11, each protruding wall portion 15 extends outward beyond both ends of the narrow portion 12.

[0030] The position where the narrow portion 12 is located corresponds to the non-exposed portion 102a (described later) of the fastening member 102 on the main body portion 11. Furthermore, the portion of the second surface 14 of the main body portion 11 located between this position and the hinge 29 is the opposing portion 14a that faces the cover portion 19 when the cover is closed, as shown in Figure 4, etc.

[0031] The main body portion 11 has a first engagement wall portion 16 that engages with the first engagement claw 26 (described later) when the cover portion 19 is closed (as shown in Figure 4, etc.). The first engagement wall portion 16 protrudes from the second surface 14 at the end of the main body portion 11 furthest from the hinge 29. A first engagement hole 16a is formed in the first engagement wall portion 16, and the first engagement claw 26 can engage with its inner wall surface.

[0032] The main body portion 11 has a second engagement wall portion 17 that engages with the second engagement claw 27 (described later) when the cover portion 19 is closed. The second engagement wall portion 17 protrudes from the portion of the opposing portion 14a of the second surface 14 on the hinge 29 side, near the hinge 29, within the main body portion 11. This protrusion direction is toward the cover portion 19 when the cover portion 19 is closed. A second engagement hole 17a is formed in the second engagement wall portion 17, and the second engagement claw 27 can engage with its inner wall surface. The second engagement hole 17a is arranged alongside the hinge 29 in a direction perpendicular to the hinge axis HA (longitudinal direction D1). In the direction along the hinge axis HA (width direction D2), the length dimension of the second engagement hole 17a is 0.3 times or more the length dimension of the hinge 29. In the same direction D2, the length dimension of the second engagement hole 17a may be 0.3 times or more and 1.0 times or less the length dimension of the hinge 29. The second engagement wall portion 17 is an example of a protruding portion. The second engagement hole 17a is an example of a female engagement portion and a recess.

[0033] The cover portion 19 is connected to the main body portion 11 via a hinge 29. The hinge 29 is short and thin and can be deformed. By deforming the hinge 29, the cover portion 19 can rotate around the hinge axis HA to open and close. The cover portion 19 as a whole is formed in a hollow, approximately rectangular parallelepiped shape. When viewed along the protruding direction of the anchor 23, which will be described later, the cover portion 19 is approximately rectangular. In the state where the cover portion 19 is opened 180° relative to the main body portion 11, as shown in Figures 1 to 3, the longitudinal and width directions of the cover portion 19 coincide with the longitudinal direction D1 and width direction D2 of the main body portion 11. This is also true when the cover portion 19 is closed relative to the main body portion 11, as shown in Figure 4, etc. The cover portion 19 has a shape that is open to one side. When the cover portion 19 is closed, the main body portion 11 is located on the open side of the cover portion 19.

[0034] The cover portion 19 has a third surface 21 and a fourth surface 25. The third surface 21 is the surface facing away from the main body portion 11 when the cover portion 19 is closed. The fourth surface 25 is the surface opposite to the third surface 21. An anchor 23 that engages with the target structure is positioned on the third surface 21. The anchor 23 is integrally formed with the cover portion 19. The hinged component 10 is attached to the target structure by the engagement of this anchor 23 with a hole or the like formed in the target structure. The anchor 23 is positioned approximately in the center of the longitudinal direction of the cover portion 19.

[0035] The third surface 21 includes a flat portion 22 located outside the anchor 23 when viewed from its normal direction. In other words, the flat portion 22 refers to the entire region of the third surface 21 that does not overlap with the anchor 23 when viewed from the normal direction of the third surface 21. Therefore, the flat portion 22 includes at least a first flat portion 22A located on the opposite side of the hinge 29 from the anchor 23, and a second flat portion 22B located closer to the hinge 29 than the anchor 23.

[0036] The cover portion 19 has a pair of protruding ribs 24 that face each other in a direction that intersects (in this example, perpendicular to) the opposing direction of the pair of protruding wall portions 15. The protruding direction of the protruding ribs 24 is opposite to the protruding direction of the anchor 23. In this embodiment, the direction in which the pair of protruding ribs 24 face each other coincides with the width direction D2. Each protruding rib 24 is located at both ends of the width direction D2 of the cover portion 19. Also, each protruding rib 24 is located approximately in the center of the longitudinal direction D1 of the cover portion 19. Specifically, a pair of side walls are formed so as to protrude from both ends of the width direction D2 of the fourth surface 25, and the protruding ribs 24 are integrally formed with each side wall. When the cover portion 19 is closed, the pair of protruding ribs 24 face each other in the width direction D2 of the hinged component 10, sandwiching the narrow portion 12 of the main body portion 11.

[0037] When the cover portion 19 is closed, the fastening member 102 can be positioned to pass through the gap between one protruding rib 24 and the narrow portion 12, the space between the fourth surface 25 of the cover portion 19 and the narrow portion 12, and the gap between the other protruding rib 24 and the narrow portion 12. At this time, a part of the fastening member 102 (hereinafter also referred to as the non-exposed portion 102a) is positioned between the main body portion 11 and the cover portion 19, as shown in Figure 6. Also, in the same state, at least a part of the anchor 23 (in this example, the central part of the anchor 23) is aligned with the non-exposed portion 102a in the opposing direction D3 between the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11.

[0038] The non-exposed portion 102a of the fastening member 102 is positioned between the pair of protruding wall portions 15 when the main body portion 11 is attached to the wire harness 101 (as shown in Figures 5 to 7). The non-exposed portion 102a is also positioned between the pair of protruding ribs 24 when the cover portion 19 is closed (as shown in Figures 6 and 7). As a result, when the hinged component 10 is attached to the wire harness 101, the movement of the fastening member 102 is restricted, and consequently, the relative movement between the hinged component 10 and the wire harness 101 can be restricted. As a result, rattling between the hinged component 10 and the wire harness 101 can be reduced.

[0039] The cover portion 19 has a first engaging claw 26 provided on the opposite side of the hinge 29, with the anchor 23 in between. The first engaging claw 26 is positioned at the end of the cover portion 19 furthest from the hinge 29. The first engaging claw 26 is formed to protrude almost vertically from the fourth surface 25. A hook portion is formed at the tip of the first engaging claw 26, protruding toward the hinge 29. The first engaging claw 26 engages with the first engaging wall portion 16 at the same time the cover portion 19 is closed. At this time, the hook portion overcomes the first engaging wall portion 16 as the first engaging claw 26 elastically deforms appropriately, and then the hook portion enters the first engaging hole 16a toward the hinge 29.

[0040] The cover portion 19 has a second engaging claw 27 provided on the side closer to the hinge 29 than the anchor 23. The second engaging claw 27 is positioned between the hinge 29 and the position where the pair of protruding ribs 24 are arranged, i.e., the position on the cover portion 19 corresponding to the non-exposed portion 102a of the fastening member 102. The second engaging claw 27 is also positioned alongside the hinge 29 in a direction perpendicular to the hinge axis HA (longitudinal direction D1). The second engaging claw 27 is formed to protrude almost perpendicularly from the fourth surface 25. A hook portion is formed at the tip of the second engaging claw 27, protruding toward the hinge 29. The second engaging claw 27 engages with the second engaging wall portion 17 at the same time the cover portion 19 is closed. At this time, the hook portion overcomes the second engaging wall portion 17 as the second engaging claw 27 elastically deforms appropriately, and then the hook portion enters the second engaging hole 17a toward the hinge 29. In the direction along the hinge axis HA (width direction D2), the length of the second engaging claw 27 is 0.3 times or more the length of the hinge 29. In the same direction D2, the length of the second engaging claw 27 may be 0.3 times or more and 1.0 times or less the length of the hinge 29. The second engaging claw 27 is an example of a male engaging part.

[0041] Thus, the engagement between the first engaging claw 26 and the first engaging wall 16, and the engagement between the second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging wall 17, are both snap-fit engagements. Furthermore, in the process of the first engaging claw 26 and the first engaging wall 16 snap-fit engaging, the hooking portion of the first engaging claw 26 moves over the first engaging wall 16 and enters the first engaging hole 16a in a direction toward the hinge 29. In other words, because the hooking portion of the first engaging claw 26 protrudes toward the hinge 29, it is easy to position the base of the first engaging claw 26 away from the hinge 29. This makes it possible to widen the first flat portion 22A without increasing the overall size in a layout in which the base of the first engaging claw 26 is positioned at a location corresponding to the end of the first flat portion 22A.

[0042] The cover portion 19 has a pair of first temporary fastening portions 28 provided on the hinge 29 side of the anchor 23. The pair of first temporary fastening portions 28 are provided one at each end of the cover portion 19 in the width direction, at the hinge 29 side of the cover portion 19. Each first temporary fastening portion 28 has a planar first temporary fastening surface 28a perpendicular to the fourth surface 25.

[0043] The main body portion 11 has a pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 that are positioned to contact a pair of first temporary fastening portions 28 in an intermediate state between the fully open state (shown in Figures 1 and 2) and the closed state (shown in Figures 4, 6, and 7) of the cover portion 19. The pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 are provided one at each end of the main body portion 11 in the width direction, near the hinge 29. Each second temporary fastening portion 18 has a planar second temporary fastening surface 18a parallel to the second surface 14. The pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 is an example of a pair of structures. The second temporary fastening surface 18a is an example of a contact surface.

[0044] One of the second temporary fastening parts 18 is located on one side of the hinge shaft HA extending relative to the hinge 29 (width direction D2) when the cover part 19 is closed. The other second temporary fastening part 18 is located on the other side of the hinge shaft HA extending relative to the hinge 29 when the cover part 19 is closed. In other words, a pair of second temporary fastening parts 18 are provided so as to be located on both sides of the hinge shaft HA extending relative to the hinge 29 when the cover part 19 is closed.

[0045] As the cover portion 19 transitions from a fully open state to a closed state, the first temporary fastening portion 28 moves in an arc-shaped trajectory relative to the main body portion 11. Along the way, as shown in Figure 5, the first temporary fastening surface 28a of the first temporary fastening portion 28 faces the second temporary fastening surface 18a of the second temporary fastening portion 18, and the two surfaces come into contact. Since the two planar temporary fastening surfaces are in contact, resistance is generated to any change in the angle of the cover portion 19 from this state (intermediate state). This achieves temporary fastening. However, since both the first temporary fastening surface 28a and the second temporary fastening surface 18a are small, the holding force that restricts the rotation of the cover portion 19 is small. By pressing firmly on, for example, the flat portion 22 of the cover portion 19 with a finger, the first temporary fastening surface 28a can move over the second temporary fastening surface 18a, and the temporary fastening can be released.

[0046] In the example shown in Figure 5, the cover portion 19 is temporarily fastened with the main body portion 11 substantially open at 90°. However, by changing the shapes of the first temporary fastening portion 28 and the second temporary fastening portion 18, temporary fastening can be achieved in any position (for example, open at 120°).

[0047] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, in both the open and closed states of the cover portion 19, at least a portion of the hinge 29 is located inside the outline of the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 when viewed from a direction along the hinge axis HA. In this example, most of the hinge 29 (more than 80% by volume) is located inside the outline of the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18, but this is not limited to this. In the enlarged views of Figures 3 and 4, dot hatching is applied to the area inside the outline of the second temporary fastening portions 18.

[0048] As described above, the hinged component 10 of this embodiment comprises a cover portion 19 and a main body portion 11 that are connected to each other via a hinge 29 so as to be openable and closable. When closed, the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 can accommodate the non-exposed portion 102a of the fastening member 102 between them. The cover portion 19 has a second engaging claw 27 positioned between the hinge 29 and a position corresponding to the non-exposed portion 102a of the fastening member 102. The main body portion 11 has a second engaging hole 17a that engages with the second engaging claw 27 when closed. The second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging hole 17a are positioned alongside the hinge 29 in a direction D1 perpendicular to the hinge axis HA of the hinge 29.

[0049] As a result, by arranging the second engaging claw 27, the second engaging hole 17a, and the hinge 29 side by side in a direction perpendicular to the hinge axis HA, the length dimension of the part where these are arranged in the direction along the hinge axis HA (width direction D2) can be reduced, and consequently the hinged component 10 can be miniaturized. Furthermore, when the second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging hole 17a are engaged, if a force is applied to the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 that attempts to release the engagement, that force can be received by the second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging hole 17a instead of the hinge 29, thereby improving the reliability of the hinged component 10.

[0050] Furthermore, in the hinged component 10 of this embodiment, the main body 11 has an opposing portion 14a and a second engaging wall portion 17. The opposing portion 14a is positioned between the hinge 29 and a position corresponding to the non-exposed portion 102a of the fastening member 102. When closed, the opposing portion 14a faces the cover portion 19. When closed, the second engaging wall portion 17 protrudes toward the cover portion 19 from the hinge 29 side of the opposing portion 14a. A recess is formed in the second engaging wall portion 17. The second engaging hole 17a is formed by this recess.

[0051] As a result, the second engagement hole 17a can be realized in the recess formed in the second engagement wall portion 17 of the main body portion 11, thereby keeping the formation cost of the second engagement hole 17a low.

[0052] Furthermore, in the hinged component 10 of this embodiment, the length dimensions of the second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging hole 17a in the direction along the hinge axis HA are 0.3 times or more the length dimension of the hinge 29.

[0053] As a result, the second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging hole 17a engage over a long range, which significantly increases the engagement strength and, consequently, further improves the reliability of the hinged component 10.

[0054] Furthermore, the hinged component 10 of this embodiment further includes a pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 located on both sides of the hinge 29 in the direction D2 along the hinge axis HA when closed.

[0055] This allows the hinge 29 to be protected from external impacts by the pair of second temporary fastening parts 18.

[0056] Furthermore, in the hinged component 10 of this embodiment, when closed, at least a portion of the hinge 29 is located inside the outer contour of the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 when viewed from the direction D2 along the hinge axis HA.

[0057] This allows the hinge 29 to be protected from external impacts more effectively.

[0058] Furthermore, in the hinged component 10 of this embodiment, the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 are provided on one of the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 (in this example, the main body portion 11).

[0059] This simplifies the manufacturing process compared to the case where the second temporary fastening portion 18 is provided separately on the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11.

[0060] Furthermore, in the hinged component 10 of this embodiment, the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 are located on both sides of at least a portion of the hinge 29 in the direction D2 along the hinge axis HA, even when the component is not in the closed state.

[0061] This protects the hinge 29 from external impacts even in states other than the closed state, such as the fully open state.

[0062] Furthermore, in the hinged component 10 of this embodiment, each of the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 has a second temporary fastening surface 18a that contacts a part of the other part of the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 (in this example, the first temporary fastening surface 28a of the first temporary fastening portion 28) in an intermediate state between the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 transitioning from a fully open state to a closed state. The contact between the second temporary fastening surface 18a and the other part of the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 temporarily fastens the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 in an intermediate state.

[0063] This allows for temporary fastening of the cover portion 19 and the main body portion 11 in an intermediate state as needed, thereby improving workability when handling the hinged component 10.

[0064] Next, a modified example of the above embodiment will be described. Figure 8 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the hinged component 10 according to this modified example, with the cover portion 19 in the fully open state. Figure 9 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the hinged component 10 according to this modified example, with the cover portion 19 in the fully closed state. In the description of this modified example, the same or similar components as those in the above embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and their descriptions may be omitted.

[0065] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, in this modified example, the hook portion provided at the tip of the first engaging claw 26 of the cover portion 19 faces outward. That is, unlike the above embodiment, the hook portion of the first engaging claw 26 protrudes in a direction away from the hinge 29. The first engaging claw 26 engages with the first engaging wall portion 16 of the main body portion 11 at the same time that the cover portion 19 is closed. At this time, the hook portion overcomes the first engaging wall portion 16 as the first engaging claw 26 elastically deforms appropriately, and then enters the first engaging hole 16a toward the side away from the hinge 29.

[0066] Similarly, the second engaging claw 27 of the cover portion 19 engages with the second engaging wall portion 17 of the main body portion 11 at the same time that the cover portion 19 is closed. The engagement of the second engaging claw 27 is the same as in the above embodiment. That is, after the hooking portion overcomes the second engaging wall portion 17 due to the elastic deformation of the second engaging claw 27 as appropriate, the hooking portion enters the second engaging hole 17a toward the hinge 29 side.

[0067] Thus, the engagement between the first engaging claw 26 and the first engaging wall 16, and the engagement between the second engaging claw 27 and the second engaging wall 17, are both snap-fit engagements. Furthermore, when the cover portion 19 is closed, the direction in which the hook portion of the first engaging claw 26 enters the first engaging hole 16a of the first engaging wall 16, and the direction in which the hook portion of the second engaging claw 27 enters the second engaging hole 17a of the second engaging wall 17 are opposite to each other. Therefore, even if the hinge 29 breaks, the snap-fit engagement will not be released whether the cover portion 19 is moved to one side or the other side in the longitudinal direction D1 relative to the main body portion 11. Thus, secure fixing can be achieved.

[0068] Preferred embodiments and modifications of the present invention have been described above, but the above configuration can be modified as follows, for example. Modifications may be made individually, or multiple modifications may be made in any combination.

[0069] The hinged component 10 may be configured as a component other than a harness clip. For example, the hinged component 10 could be configured as a protector that accommodates at least a portion of the cable (object), or as a holder that holds the cable.

[0070] A pair of second temporary fastening parts 18, i.e., a pair of structures located on both sides of the hinge 29 in the direction D2 along the hinge axis HA, may be provided on the cover part 19. Alternatively, one second temporary fastening part 18 may be provided on the cover part 19 and the other second temporary fastening part 18 may be provided on the main body part 11.

[0071] In the main body portion 11, a female-type engaging portion may be provided at any part other than the second engaging wall portion 17.

[0072] The main body portion 11 may be configured as the first part, and the cover portion 19 as the second part. In this case, the main body portion 11, which is the first part, is provided with a male engaging portion (for example, an engaging claw), and the cover portion 19, which is the second part, is provided with a female engaging portion (for example, an engaging hole).

[0073] In the direction D2 along the hinge axis HA, the length dimension of the second engaging claw 27 and / or the second engaging hole 17a may be less than 0.3 times the length dimension of the hinge 29.

[0074] When the cover portion 19 is closed and / or open, the entire hinge 29 may be located outside the outline of the pair of second temporary fastening portions 18 when viewed from a direction D2 along the hinge axis HA.

[0075] The structure of this disclosure does not necessarily have to have a temporary fastening function like the second temporary fastening part 18. Also, the shape and dimensions of the structure can be designed arbitrarily. Furthermore, the hinged part 10 does not necessarily have to have a structure. [Explanation of Symbols]
