Abstract

In conventional methods of driving anchor bolts, there is a risk of damaging other parts due to mis-hits or crushing the tips of the anchor bolts. This is often done in environments where using a set hammer is difficult, and the work requires considerable strength and skill. The present invention was made to solve all of these problems. [Solution] A metal rod, approximately 25mm in diameter, 1.2m long, and weighing about 4.6kg, is inserted into a pipe approximately 34mm in diameter. The tip of the pipe is placed against the desired location, and the rod acts as a guide to precisely strike the target area. A pinpoint hammer that provides consistent and effective hammering performance.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to anchor bolt driving work and driving of piles and nails. BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Conventionally, after installing machinery and the like, anchor driving work is required to fix the machinery and the like, and the driving work has been performed by swinging down a set hammer in a narrow environment with many surrounding obstacles. It should be noted that dedicated tools and the like have also been devised. PRIOR ART DOCUMENTS

[0003] [Non-Patent Document 1] Issuer: Sanko Techno Co., Ltd. Product name: All-anchor exclusive hand holder Referenced URL: https: / / www.homemaking.jp / products / detail.php?product_id=75571 Reference date: March 8, 2025 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0004] When performing driving work by a conventional method, there are many works in environments where it is difficult to use a set hammer, such as damaging other parts due to driving mistakes or crushing the tip of an anchor bolt, and the work requires considerable force and skill. The present invention has been made to solve all of these problems. MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM

[0005] A metal round bar serving as a hammer, having a diameter of 25 mm, a length of about 1.2 m and a weight of about 4.6 Kg is inserted into a pipe having a diameter of about 34 mm, the tip end of the pipe is abutted against a position to be driven, and the round bar serving as a hammer accurately strikes a pinpoint position with the pipe serving as a guide. A pinpoint hammer configured as described above. EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION

[0006] Conventional methods involved bending over and swinging a hammer, or using some kind of tool to drive the material in. However, this invention allows for stable driving by placing the tip of the pipe against the area to be driven while standing, lifting the round bar that acts as the hammer, and swinging it down. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0007] [Figure 1] Front view of the present invention [Figure 2] Exploded view of the present invention [Figure 3] Procedure diagram showing the procedure for using the present invention. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0008] The following describes embodiments of the present invention. (See Figures 1 and 2) The hammer shaft (1), which acts as the hammer, is inserted into a guide pipe (2), and the hammer shaft (1) moves up and down inside the guide pipe (2). It is a simple mechanism, but since the hammer shaft alone weighs about 4.6 kg, it is somewhat heavy, so a retaining pin (3) is provided to prevent it from falling out when lifted during movement. Attach an M8 hex socket head bolt near the midpoint of the hammer shaft, so that the bolt head protrudes from the surface of the hammer shaft. The guide pipe has an elongated hole through which the bolt head slides smoothly. The bolt slides within this hole, but the elongated hole restricts its movement, preventing it from falling out. The present invention has the structure described above. When using this invention (see Figure 3), hold the upper part of the guide pipe (2) with one hand and grip the upper part of the hammer shaft (1) with the other hand, never pressing down with the palm of your hand. The rebound impact is significant, so there is a possibility of injury. Lift the hammer shaft (1) held in your palm to a comfortable degree, then drop it with force. The hand holding the guide pipe (2) does not need much force, but it should support the guide pipe (2) so that it does not move too much, both at the tip and at the base. Repeat the above steps until the input is complete, and you can confirm completion by the input sound. Furthermore, by using the dedicated adapter (4), it can also be used for driving in CT anchors and grip anchors. [Explanation of symbols]

Claims

1. This pinpoint hammer, with its guide pipe, allows for precise and pinpoint application of the hammer shaft's impact force, and is compatible with all-purpose anchors, CT anchors, and grip anchors.

2. The pinpoint hammer according to claim 1, characterized by a structure that allows for standing work, whereas conventional work was mainly done in a crouched position, measures to prevent damage to the surrounding area, and the ability to accurately strike the target object.
