[Solution] In one embodiment of the model data generation system, an information processing device that processes a point cloud measured by a measuring device acquires the point cloud measured by the measuring device as point cloud data, deletes point cloud data indicating 3D objects outside a predetermined area from the acquired point cloud data, smooths the point cloud data, converts the smoothed point cloud data into intermediate data including 3D coordinates and attributes, deletes data that is not necessary for conversion from the converted intermediate data to model data, converts the data after deleting the unnecessary data into model data, identifies objects caused by noise when measured by the measuring device from the converted model data, and deletes the identified objects from the converted model data.
