Flow channel substrate

Abstract

To provide a flow channel substrate that allows for miniaturization of fluid circuits without the use of a large number of pipe fittings, thereby saving space. [Solution] The flow channel substrate 10 is formed by stacking a plurality of plate-like bodies on top of each other and overlapping at least two of the plate-like bodies, and includes flow channels 21-24, 41-44 for fluid flow, and connecting passages 60-67, 71-74, 81-84 that communicate with the flow channels 21-24, 41-44 and are formed along the stacking direction of the plate-like bodies, and for fluid flow. With this configuration, the fluid circuits 10A-10G configured using these flow channels 21-24, 41-44 can be made smaller and more space-saving compared to fluid circuits configured using manifold bases and pipe fittings.
