[Solution] The system includes a first determination unit that determines whether or not second member identification information relating to a player possessing a recording medium is registered in the database unit, and a second determination unit that, if the second member identification information obtained from the recording medium is not registered in the database unit, determines whether or not first corporate identification information identifying the corporation to which the store belongs matches second corporate identification information obtained from the recording medium that identifies the corporation to which the store that issued the recording medium belongs. If the first determination unit determines that the second member identification information obtained from the recording medium is not registered in the database unit, and the second determination unit determines that first corporate identification information identifying the corporation to which the store belongs matches second corporate identification information obtained from the recording medium, the system determines that it can provide gaming services related to the recording medium.
