Abstract

This invention provides a dispersion of PTO particles that enables low-resistance conductive films. [Solution] A dispersion containing tin oxide (PTO) particles doped with phosphorus, and a solvent, wherein the PTO particles contain electrons (e - A sol prepared by distributing the dispersion so that the PTO particle concentration is 10% by weight has an oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) of 240 mV or less. The inclusion of electron-donated PTO particles in the powder makes it possible to lower the resistance compared to conventional PTO. Furthermore, a coating solution for forming a conductive film can be prepared, which includes the dispersion and a binder component. Furthermore, a film can be formed on a substrate using this coating solution to manufacture a substrate with a conductive film.
