Abstract

This technology provides an advantage in easily controlling the opening and closing of the lid of a housing box that can accommodate electronic components. [Solution] The storage box 27 comprises a storage body 61, a storage lid 62, and a locking body 63 provided on the storage body 61. When an external force is applied, the locking body 63 transitions from a restricting protrusion state P31 that restricts the movement of the storage lid 62 from the closed position to the open position to an allowable protrusion state that allows the movement of the storage lid 62 from the closed position to the open position. The movement-restricting movable part 45 can be positioned at a lid-open position G1 that does not restrict the movement of the storage lid 62, and at a lid-restricting position G2 that restricts the movement of the storage lid 62. When the storage body 61 is positioned at the set position P11, the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned at the lid-restricting position G2, thereby placing the locking body 63 in the allowable protrusion state.

Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a processing system provided with a storage box capable of storing electronic components. Background Art

[0002] The electronic component processing system disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a storage box for collecting electronic components, which is advantageous for preventing unintended mixing of electronic components. Prior Art Documents Patent Documents

[0003] Patent Document 1 Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2024-154641 Summary of Invention Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] The storage box of Patent Document 1 is provided with a locking body for locking the main body of the storage box and the lid. That is, in a state where the opening of the storage box is closed by the lid, the locking body protrudes from the side surface of the storage box and locks to the lid, so that the lid cannot be opened. Then, the locking body is pressed by a pressing mechanism to reduce the protruding amount of the locking body, whereby the lock between the main body of the storage box and the lid is released.

[0005] As described above, the storage box of Patent Document 1 requires a dedicated pressing mechanism exclusively for unlocking between the main body of the storage box and the lid, and it is required to perform an unlocking process using such a dedicated pressing mechanism.

[0006] The present disclosure provides a technique that is advantageous for easily performing opening and closing control of a storage lid relative to a storage main body of a storage box capable of storing electronic components. Means for Solving the Problems

[0007] One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a processing system comprising a recovery device for recovering a plurality of electronic components into a storage box, wherein the storage box comprises a storage body having a storage opening and accommodating a plurality of electronic components introduced through the storage opening at a recovery position; a storage lid movably provided with respect to the storage body, which can be positioned in a closed position that closes the storage opening and in an open position that exposes at least a portion of the storage opening; and a locking body provided on the storage body, which, when an external force is applied, reduces the amount of protrusion from the storage body so as to transition from a restricting protrusion state that restricts the movement of the storage lid from the closed position to the open position to an allowable protrusion state; and the recovery device comprises a movement-restricting body and a movement-restricting movable part movably provided with respect to the movement-restricting body, wherein the movement-restricting movable part moves with respect to the movement-restricting body so as to be positioned in a lid-open position that does not restrict the movement of the storage lid and a lid-restricting position that restricts the movement of the storage lid, and when the storage body is positioned in a set position, the locking body is placed in the allowable protrusion state by being positioned in the lid-restricting position.

[0008] The movement-restricting movable part is attached to the movement-restricting body so as to be able to rotate around the axis of rotation, and has a support claw that moves around the axis of rotation. When the movement-restricting movable part is positioned in the lid-open position, the support claw is separated from the locking body, and when the movement-restricting movable part is positioned in the lid-restricting position, the support claw may push the locking body into the allowable protruding state.

[0009] The support claw has a pressing surface, and as the movement-restricting movable part moves from the lid open position to the lid restricted position, the support claw may press the locking body while the pressing surface contacts the locking body, so as to gradually bring the locking body closer to the allowable protruding state.

[0010] The guide unit guides the movement of the storage body in the direction of movement between the set position and the retrieval position, and the storage body may be moved from the set position to the retrieval position while the movement-restricting movable part is positioned at the lid restriction position, thereby shifting the position of the storage lid from the closed position to the open position.

[0011] The guide unit comprises a guide side wall portion extending in the upright direction, which restricts the movement of the housing body in the lateral direction perpendicular to both the movement direction and the upright direction. The guide side wall portion is provided with a notch, and when the housing box is positioned in the set position, at least a portion of the housing lid that protrudes laterally from the housing body may be positioned in the notch. [Effects of the Invention]

[0012] According to this disclosure, it is advantageous to easily control the opening and closing of the lid of a housing box that can house electronic components. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0014] Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosed technology will be described in an illustrative manner with reference to the drawings.

[0015] In the following description, the terms "upstream" and "downstream" are based on the conveyance of electronic components (workpieces W described later), unless otherwise specified. In addition, the terms "upper" and "lower" are based on the height direction (standing direction Dz described later), unless otherwise specified.

[0016] FIG. 1 is a top view showing an example of an inspection system 10.

[0017] In the present embodiment, a processing system including a collection device 20 that collects a plurality of workpieces W into storage boxes 27 to 29 is configured as an inspection system 10 that inspects the plurality of workpieces (electronic components) W, and sorts and collects each of the plurality of workpieces W based on the inspection results. The inspection system 10 shown in FIG. 1 classifies a plurality of workpieces W into any of non-defective products, defective products, and uninspected products based on the results of inspection performed by an inspection device 83, and collects them into the storage boxes 27, 28, 29 assigned to the non-defective products, defective products, and uninspected products respectively.

[0018] The workpiece W of the present embodiment is an electronic component, and for example, a diced semiconductor chip (for example, a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC)) may be used as the workpiece W. The characteristics, shape, size and other properties of the workpiece W are not limited, for example, the workpiece W may include a magnetic body, and the shape of the workpiece W may be a rectangular parallelepiped.

[0019] The inspection system 10 shown in FIG. 1 includes a conveyance device 80, a workpiece supply device 81, an alignment guide 82, an inspection device 83, a collection device 20 (a first collection unit 21 and a second collection unit 22), and charging devices 84A, 84B.

[0020] The transport device 80 includes a transport table 80a on which a workpiece W is placed, and a transport drive device 80b that drives the transport table 80a to continuously rotate in the transport direction X under the control of the control unit 50. The disc-shaped (specifically, annular) transport table 80a shown in Figure 1 has an upper surface (transport surface) forming a horizontal plane, and rotates around the central axis (the rotary drive shaft of the transport drive device 80b). Note that while the transport table 80a is rotated continuously (without interruption) without intermittent stopping in this embodiment, it may also be rotated intermittently.

[0021] Further, the transport table 80a of this embodiment is made of a material that can transmit visible light (for example, a transparent glass material). Thereby, the workpiece W on the transport table 80a, devices located above the transport table 80a, and the like can be imaged through the transport table 80a by an imaging unit (for example, the inspection device 83) located below the transport table 80a.

[0022] The workpiece supply device 81 sequentially supplies a plurality of workpieces W onto the surface of the transport table 80a (particularly on the transport line 85) that rotates around the rotary drive shaft of the transport drive device 80b. The alignment guide 82 aligns the workpieces W on the transport table 80a onto the transport line 85.

[0023] The workpieces W on the transport table 80a are transported along the transport line 85 as the transport table 80a rotates. The transport line 85 represents the ideal transport trajectory of each workpiece W transported by the transport table 80a, and is determined according to the position on the upper surface of the transport table 80a where the workpiece W from the workpiece supply device 81 is placed and the position where the workpieces W are aligned by the alignment guide 82.

[0024] An inspection device 83 is provided downstream of the alignment guide 82. The inspection device 83 inspects each workpiece W transported by the transport table 80a and transmits the inspection results to the control unit 50. The inspection device 83 shown in Figure 1 includes a plurality of imaging units 83a to 83f that image each workpiece W from various directions (for example, front, back, left, right, up, and down), and transmits the captured image of each workpiece W and / or analysis information of the captured image (for example, information on whether the workpiece W is good or bad) as the inspection result to the control unit 50. The determination of whether the workpiece W is good or bad based on the analysis of the captured image may be performed by each imaging unit 83a to 83f or by the control unit 50.

[0025] The inspection device 83 may include any other device (for example, a device for performing electrical inspection of the workpiece W) in place of or in addition to the imaging units 83a to 83f.

[0026] Downstream of the inspection device 83, a recovery device 20 is provided for recovering workpieces W from the transport table 80a. The recovery device 20 in this embodiment has a first recovery unit 21 and a second recovery unit 22 provided downstream of the first recovery unit 21. The first recovery unit 21 comprises a first workpiece moving device 24 and a first storage box 27 for recovering workpieces W classified as good products as a result of inspection by the inspection device 83, and a second workpiece moving device 25 and a second storage box 28 for recovering workpieces W classified as defective products. The second recovery unit 22 comprises a third workpiece moving device 26 and a third storage box 29 for recovering workpieces W (uninspected products) that were not recovered by the first recovery unit 21 (first storage box 27 and second storage box 28).

[0027] Workpiece moving devices 24-26 move the workpieces W from the transport table 80a (transport line 85) to the corresponding storage boxes 27-29 for collection. The configuration and collection method of the workpiece moving devices 24-26 are not limited, but typically, the workpiece moving devices 24-26 blow air onto the workpieces W on the transport table 80a (transport line 85) to blow them away so that the workpieces W are collected in the corresponding storage boxes 27-29. In particular, the first workpiece moving device 24 and the second workpiece moving device 25 discharge air intermittently, selectively blowing air onto the workpieces W (workpieces W classified as good and workpieces W classified as defective). On the other hand, the third workpiece moving device 26 may continue to discharge air intermittently so that all workpieces W on the transport line 85 that were not collected by the first collection unit 21 are stored in the third storage box 29.

[0028] When air is discharged intermittently from the workpiece moving devices 24-26, the on / off switching of air discharge from the workpiece moving devices 24-26 is controlled under the control of the control unit 50. For example, when a motor driven based on rotational position information (e.g., a servo motor or a stepping motor) is used as the transport drive device 80b, the on / off switching of air discharge from the workpiece moving devices 24-26 can be controlled based on this rotational position information and the inspection results from the inspection device 83.

[0029] Storage boxes 27-29 contain the workpieces W recovered from the transport table 80a. The configuration of storage boxes 27-29 is not limited in principle, but detailed examples will be described later (see Figures 2-7).

[0030] The charging devices 84A and 84B are equipped with polarization devices that charge the upper surface of the conveyor table 80a (particularly the area corresponding to the conveyor line 85) so that the workpiece W is electrostatically attracted to the conveyor table 80a. In the example shown in Figure 1, the charging device 84A is provided at or near the location where the workpiece W is aligned by the alignment guide 82, and the charging device 84B is provided in the conveyor line 85 between the second recovery unit 22 (recovery device 20) and the alignment guide 82. The number and location of such charging devices are not limited.

[0031] [Recovery device] Next, the recovery device 20 will be described.

[0032] The following description will primarily focus on the first retrieval unit 21 (particularly the first storage box 27 and the devices associated with the first storage box 27). The second retrieval unit 22 may have the same configuration as the first retrieval unit 21 described below, or it may have a different configuration. Furthermore, the description of the first storage box 27 below can also be applied to the second storage box 28.

[0033] Figure 2 is a perspective view showing an example of the first retrieval unit 21, where the first storage box 27 is positioned at the set position P11 and the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned at the lid-open position G1. Figure 3 is a perspective view showing an example of the first retrieval unit 21, where the first storage box 27 is positioned at the set position P11 and the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned at the lid-restricting position G2. Figure 4 is a perspective view showing an example of the first retrieval unit 21, where the first storage box 27 is positioned at the retrieval position P12 and the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned at the lid-restricting position G2. Figure 5 is a side view of the first retrieval unit 21 shown in Figure 4, where some elements (for example, one guide side wall 42 adjacent to the first storage box 27 (particularly located on the outside) and the support claw 46 located on the outside) are omitted from the illustration.

[0034] The first storage box 27 of this embodiment has a storage body 61 capable of accommodating a plurality of workpieces W, and a storage lid 62 that is slidably attached to the storage body 61 and is provided to be movable relative to the storage body 61.

[0035] The storage body 61 is configured as a rectangular box with its top section open as a storage opening 65, and accommodates multiple workpieces W introduced through the storage opening 65 at the retrieval position P12 (see Figures 4 and 5).

[0036] In this embodiment, the storage body 61 slides in the direction of movement Dx between the set position P11 and the retrieval position P12. This movement of the storage body 61 can be performed manually by an operator (user) grasping the handle 61a of the storage body 61 and pushing or pulling the storage body 61, but it may also be performed mechanically.

[0037] The storage lid 62 can be moved relative to the storage body 61 in the direction of movement Dx, so that it can be positioned in a closed position P21 (see Figures 2 and 3) that closes the storage opening 65, and in an open position P22 (see Figures 4 and 5) that exposes at least a part of the storage opening 65. That is, while the storage body 61 is positioned in the set position P11, the storage lid 62 is positioned in the closed position P21. On the other hand, while the storage body 61 is positioned in the retrieval position P12, the storage lid 62 is positioned in the open position P22.

[0038] Figure 6 is a front view (side view) of the first storage box 27 shown in Figure 3.

[0039] The first storage box 27 of this embodiment further includes a locking body 63 provided on the storage body 61.

[0040] In this example, as shown in Figure 6, two locking bodies 63 are provided on each side of the housing body 61 (particularly the second housing body portion 61c (see Figure 2)). When no external force is applied, each locking body 63 is in a restricted protrusion state P31, protruding horizontally (in the lateral direction Dy perpendicular to the direction of movement Dx) from the housing body 61. On the other hand, when an external force is applied, the amount of protrusion from the housing body 61 is reduced so that each locking body 63 moves from a restricted protrusion state P31, which restricts the movement of the housing lid 62 from the closed position P21 to the open position P22, to an allowable protrusion state P32, which allows the movement of the housing lid 62 from the closed position P21 to the open position P22. In the allowable protrusion state P32, the locking body 63 may or may not protrude horizontally Dy from the housing body 61.

[0041] The locking body 63 having the above-described characteristics can be installed on the housing body 61 in any configuration, but typically, an elastic body (such as rubber or a spring) is provided on the housing body 61 to elastically bias the locking body 63 so that it protrudes from the housing body 61.

[0042] With the storage lid 62 positioned in the closed position P21 relative to the storage body 61, the locking body 63 is located outside the storage lid 62 with respect to the direction of movement Dx (particularly in the direction opposite to the direction in which the storage body 61 moves from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12), and in the projection of the direction of movement Dx, the locking body 63 in the restricted protruding state P31 and the storage lid 62 overlap each other.

[0043] As a result, when no external force is applied, the locking body 63 is in a restricted protrusion state P31, restricting the movement of the storage lid 62 relative to the storage body 61 (especially movement where the storage body 61 shifts relative to the storage lid 62 from the set position P11 towards the retrieval position P12), and locking the storage lid 62 in the closed position P21, which closes the storage opening 65 of the storage body 61. On the other hand, when the locking body 63 is placed in the permissible protrusion state P32 by an external force, the lock of the storage lid 62 relative to the storage body 61 is released, and the storage lid 62 is placed in a state where it can move relative to the storage body 61 (and thus a state where it can move from the closed position P21 to the open position P22).

[0044] In particular, in the first recovery unit 21 (recovery device 20) of this embodiment, the lock of the storage lid 62 on the storage body 61 is released by the lid movement limiting unit 43 (especially the movement limiting movable unit 45).

[0045] In other words, the first retrieval unit 21 includes a guide unit 41 that guides the movement of the storage body 61 of the first storage box 27 from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12, and a lid movement limiting unit 43.

[0046] The guide unit 41 guides the movement of the storage body 61 in the movement direction Dx between the set position P11 and the retrieval position P12. The guide unit 41 in this example includes a guide side wall portion 42 extending in the upright direction Dz (the height direction perpendicular to the movement direction Dx and the lateral direction Dy). Two guide side walls 42 are provided for the first storage box 27, and the first storage box 27 is positioned between the two guide side walls 42 in the lateral direction Dy. The two guide side walls 42 allow the storage body 61 of the first storage box 27 to move in the movement direction Dx, while restricting the movement of the storage body 61 in the horizontal direction (lateral direction Dy) perpendicular to the movement direction Dx and the upright direction Dz.

[0047] Each guide side wall 42 has a concave guide groove 42g on the side facing the first storage box 27. When the storage body 61 is positioned at the setting position P11 and the retrieval position P12, and while the storage body 61 is moving between the setting position P11 and the retrieval position P12, guide protrusions 61e (see Figure 6), which are provided to protrude from both sides of the storage body 61 in the lateral direction Dy, are positioned in the guide groove 42g.

[0048] Similarly, two guide side walls 42 are provided for the second storage box 28, which is located adjacent to the first storage box 27. However, one guide side wall 42 is provided between the first storage box 27 and the second storage box 28. This single guide side wall 42 is assigned to both the first storage box 27 and the second storage box 28, and guides the movement of both the first storage box 27 and the second storage box 28.

[0049] A concave notch 42c extending in the direction of movement Dx is provided at the upper end of the guide side wall portion 42. At least a portion of the housing lid 62, which is positioned at the set position P11, that protrudes laterally in the direction Dy from the housing body 61 is positioned in the notch 42c. The size of the notch 42c in the various directions Dx, Dy, and Dz is not limited, as long as a portion of the housing lid 62 positioned at the set position P11 can be appropriately positioned without interfering with the notch 42c (guide side wall portion 42).

[0050] On the other hand, the lid movement limiting section 43 includes a movement limiting body 44 having a through hole (support body guide hole 44d; see Figure 5) and a movement limiting movable section 45 that is movably provided relative to the movement limiting body 44.

[0051] The movement restriction body 44 is positioned higher in the vertical direction Dz than the housing body 61 at the setting position P11 and the housing body 61 at the retrieval position P12, and partially or completely covers the housing body 61 located at the setting position P11 or the retrieval position P12.

[0052] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, the movement restriction body 44 includes a first movement restriction body portion 44a and a second movement restriction body portion 44b connected to the first movement restriction body portion 44a in the direction from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12 (hereinafter also referred to as the "lid opening direction"). The second movement restriction body portion 44b includes a portion that protrudes downward from the first movement restriction body portion 44a, and this protruding portion constitutes a stepped portion 44c relative to the first movement restriction body portion 44a. A support body guide hole 44d is formed in the second movement restriction body portion 44b.

[0053] The stepped portion 44c acts as a stopper that restricts (stops) the movement of the storage lid 62 in the lid-opening direction (to the right in Figure 5). That is, when the entire first storage box 27 is positioned at the set position P11, the storage lid 62 is positioned in the space below the first movement-restricting body portion 44a, and in the projection of the movement direction Dx, at least a part of the storage lid 62 and the stepped portion 44c overlap each other. Therefore, when the storage body 61 moves from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12, the storage lid 62 comes into contact with the stepped portion 44c and its movement is restricted, causing the storage lid 62 to move from the closed position P21 to the open position P22 in relation to the storage body 61.

[0054] In this example, with the entire first storage box 27 positioned at the set position P11, the position of the stepped portion 44c (second movement-restricting main body portion 44b) in relation to the movement direction Dx is determined so that the storage lid 62 contacts the stepped portion 44c.

[0055] The movement-restricting movable part 45 is provided so as to be movable relative to the movement-restricting body 44 so as to be able to be positioned in a lid-open position G1 where the movement of the storage lid 62 is not restricted, and a lid-restricting position G2 where the movement of the storage lid 62 is restricted. When the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned in the lid-open position G1, it does not overlap at all with the first storage box 27 (storage body 61 and / or storage lid 62) in the projection of the movement direction Dx (see Figure 2).

[0056] On the other hand, the movable part 45 (particularly the support claw 46 described later) positioned at the lid restriction position G2 overlaps with the first storage box 27 (particularly the storage lid 62) in the projection in the direction of movement Dx (see Figures 3-5). Furthermore, as shown in Figure 2, the storage body 61 in this example includes a first storage body part 61b and a second storage body part 61c connected to the first storage body part 61b in the direction opposite to the lid opening direction (the direction from the retrieval position P12 toward the setting position P11). The first storage body part 61b includes a portion that protrudes laterally (lateral direction Dy) from the second storage body part 61c, and this protruding portion constitutes a stepped portion 61d relative to the second storage body part 61c. The movable part 45 (support claw 46) positioned at the lid restriction position G2 overlaps with the stepped portion 61d of the storage body 61 in the projection in the direction of movement Dx. Therefore, the movement-restricting movable part 45 in this example locks onto the storage lid 62 and the storage body 61 (especially the stepped portion 61d) at the lid restriction position G2, restricting the movement of the first storage box 27, which is positioned at the setting position P11, in the direction from the retrieval position P12 toward the setting position P11.

[0057] The movement-restricting movable part 45 of this embodiment is attached to the movement-restricting body 44 so as to be able to pivot around the rotation axis Ax, and has a support claw 46 that moves in an arc trajectory around the rotation axis Ax. In this example, a rotating shaft 47 extending on the rotation axis Ax is supported by the lid movement-restricting part 43, and the oscillating body 48 is supported so as to be able to swing by the rotating shaft 47 (hinge part). The support claw 46 is provided on the side of the oscillating body 48 opposite to the part supported by the rotating shaft 47.

[0058] When the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned in the lid-open position G1 (see Figure 2), the support claw 46 moves away from the locking body 63. On the other hand, when the first storage box 27 (storage body 61) is positioned in the set position P11, and the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned in the lid-restricting position G2 (see Figure 3), the support claw 46 pushes the locking body 63 and positions it in the allowable protruding state P32.

[0059] With the storage lid 62 positioned at the set position P11, the support claw 46 (oscillating body 48) is positioned at the lid limit position G2, thereby supporting the storage lid 62 by contacting and being clamped in the direction of movement Dx by the support claw 46 and the stepped portion 44c.

[0060] In this example, a oscillating body 48 having an integrated structure is shared by both the first housing box 27 and the second housing box 28. That is, the oscillating body 48 has a total of four support claws 46, each assigned to one of the two locking bodies 63 in the first housing box 27 and one of the two locking bodies 63 in the second housing box 28. The distance between the two support claws 46 assigned to the two locking bodies 63 in the first housing box 27 corresponds to the distance between the two locking bodies 63 (particularly the distance between the tips of the two locking bodies 63 in the allowable protruding state P32). Similarly, the distance between the two support claws 46 assigned to the two locking bodies 63 in the second housing box 28 corresponds to the distance between the two locking bodies 63. Therefore, when the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned at the lid restriction position G2 (Figure 3), the position, size, and shape of the four support claws 46 are adjusted so that the four support claws 46 simultaneously press against the corresponding locking body 63, transitioning from the restricted protrusion state P31 to the allowable protrusion state P32.

[0061] In particular, each support claw 46 in this embodiment has a pressing surface 46s. When the movement-restricting movable part 45 moves from the lid open position G1 toward the lid restricted position G2, the support claw 46 presses the locking body 63 while bringing the pressing surface 46s into contact with the locking body 63, so as to gradually bring the locking body 63 toward the allowable protruding state P32.

[0062] Figure 7 shows an example of the pressing surface 46s of the support claw 46. The pressing surface 46s shown in Figure 7 is formed by an inclined surface created by cutting out a part of the tip of the support claw 46. The surface shape and other characteristics of the pressing surface 46s are not limited, and the pressing surface 46s may be configured as a flat surface, a curved surface, a concave surface, a convex surface, or an uneven surface.

[0063] The pressing surface 46s preferably has characteristics that are advantageous for smoothly and reliably transitioning the locking body 63 from the restricted protrusion state P31 to the permissible protrusion state P32 when the support claw 46 (oscillating body 48) moves from the lid open position G1 to the lid restricted position G2. Therefore, it is preferable that the characteristics of the pressing surface 46s are determined by considering not only the characteristics of the support claw 46 (oscillating body 48) but also the characteristics of the locking body 63 (for example, shape, material, amount of protrusion from the housing body 61 in the restricted protrusion state P31 and the permissible protrusion state P32, and the magnitude of the elastic biasing force applied to the locking body 63).

[0064] A guide block 55 having a block guide hole 55a (see Figure 5) is provided on the movement restriction body 44. The block guide hole 55a opens outward (particularly facing the transport table 80a (see Figure 1)) and also opens into the storage opening 65 of the storage body 61 when it is positioned at the retrieval position P12. The workpiece W blown away by the first workpiece moving device 24 (see Figure 1) is guided by the guide block 55 and the movement restriction body 44 (second movement restriction body section 44b) to the storage opening 65 of the storage body 61 positioned at the retrieval position P12. That is, the workpiece W blown away by the first workpiece moving device 24 enters the storage body 61 positioned at the retrieval position P12 through the block guide hole 55a, the support body guide hole 44d and the storage opening 65, and is stored in the storage body 61.

[0065] The first workpiece moving device 24 and the second workpiece moving device 25 may be supported by the guide block 55. For example, the first workpiece moving device 24 and the second workpiece moving device 25 may be connected to the guide block 55 via an intermediate block (not shown). By providing the intermediate block so as to be movable (e.g., pivotable) relative to the guide block 55, the first workpiece moving device 24 and the second workpiece moving device 25 are provided so as to be movable (e.g., pivotable) relative to the guide block 55 (and consequently the lid movement limiting section 43).

[0066] Next, an example of the use of the first storage box 27 in the first recovery unit 21 (inspection system 10) will be described.

[0067] First, an example of how to set up (install) the first storage box 27 on the first recovery unit 21 will be described. In the following example, the operator (user) manually sets up the first storage box 27 on the first recovery unit 21, but the setting up of the first storage box 27 may also be performed by a device (not shown) using the same procedure.

[0068] With the movement-restricting movable part 45 positioned in the lid-open position G1, the worker grasps the handle 61a and positions the first storage box 27 at the set position P11 (see Figure 2).

[0069] Then, with the first storage box 27 positioned at the set position P11, the worker moves the movement-restricting movable part 45 from the lid-open position G1 to the lid-restricted position G2 (see Figure 3). As a result, the movement of the storage lid 62 in the direction of movement Dx is restricted by the movement-restricting movable part 45 (support claw 46) and the movement-restricting body 44 (stepped part 44c), and the storage lid 62 is supported by the storage body 61 at the set position P11, and the lock between the storage body 61 and the storage lid 62 by the locking body 63 is released by the support claw 46 of the movement-restricting movable part 45.

[0070] Then, with the movement-restricting movable part 45 positioned at the lid restriction position G2, the worker grasps the handle 61a and pushes the storage body 61 in, moving it from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12. As the storage body 61 is pushed in with the lock by the locking body 63 released, the storage body 61 can be smoothly moved from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12. Meanwhile, the movement of the storage lid 62 is restricted by the movement-restricting body 44 (especially the stepped part 44c (second movement-restricting body part 44b)), and the relative position of the storage lid 62 with respect to the storage body 61 shifts from the closed position P21 to the open position P22 (see Figures 4 and 5).

[0071] As the above-described series of steps are performed, the setting of the first storage box 27 into the first recovery unit 21 is completed, and the storage body 61 is positioned at the recovery position P12 with at least a portion of the storage opening 65 open and not covered by the storage lid 62. In the above-described series of steps, the only tasks that the worker actually performs are "positioning the first storage box 27 at the setting position P11", "movement-restricting movable part 45 from lid open position G1 to lid-restricting position G2", and "pushing the storage body 61 from the setting position P11 toward the recovery position P12". In particular, the "pushing the storage body 61 from the setting position P11 toward the recovery position P12" automatically (inevitably) completes the "positioning of the storage lid 62 from the closed position P21 to the open position P22", which is convenient for the worker and reduces the amount of work required.

[0072] In the example above, "pushing the storage body 61 from the set position P11 toward the retrieval position P12" is performed after "moving the movement-restricting movable part 45 from the lid-open position G1 to the lid-restricting position G2," but it may be performed before or simultaneously with "moving the movement-restricting movable part 45 from the lid-open position G1 to the lid-restricting position G2." In this case, "positioning the first storage box 27 at the set position P11" and "pushing the storage body 61 from the set position P11 toward the retrieval position P12" can be performed continuously, allowing for smoother and faster work execution. However, in this case, the first retrieval unit 21 is required to be configured such that the storage lid 62 is properly supported at the set position P11 by members other than the support claw 46 (movement-restricting movable part 45) (for example, the guide side wall part 42 (notch part 42c)).

[0073] Next, an example of how to remove the first storage box 27 from the first recovery unit 21 will be described. In the following example, the operator (user) manually removes the first storage box 27 from the first recovery unit 21, but the removal of the first storage box 27 may also be performed by a device (not shown) using a similar procedure.

[0074] With the movement-restricting movable part 45 positioned at the lid restriction position G2, the worker grasps the handle 61a and pulls the first storage box 27 to position it from the retrieval position P12 to the setting position P11 (see Figure 3).

[0075] Furthermore, when the storage body 61 moves from the retrieval position P12 and the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned at the lid restriction position G2, and the storage body 61 is positioned at the setting position P11, the locking body 63 is in the permissible protruding state P32. The locking body 63 may remain in the permissible protruding state P32 while the storage body 61 moves from the setting position P11 to the retrieval position P12 and at the retrieval position P12. In this case, for example, the storage lid 62 may press against the locking body 63 while the storage body 61 moves between the setting position P11 and the retrieval position P12 and at the retrieval position P12, thereby keeping the locking body 63 in the permissible protruding state P32.

[0076] Alternatively, the locking body 63 may be released from pressure and placed in the restricted protrusion state P31 while the housing body 61 is moving between the set position P11 and the retrieval position P12, or at the retrieval position P12. If the locking body 63 transitions from the permissible protrusion state P32 to the restricted protrusion state P31 while the housing body 61 is moving from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12, it is preferable that the first retrieval unit 21 is configured such that the locking body 63 after transitioning to the restricted protrusion state P31 does not fundamentally obstruct the movement of the housing body 61 toward the retrieval position P12. It is also preferable that, while the housing body 61 is moving from the retrieval position P12 to the set position P11, the locking body 63 is automatically (inevitably) pushed by the housing lid 62 or other arbitrary member (e.g., support claw 46) and placed in the permissible protrusion state P32. In this case, the housing lid 62 or any other member that automatically presses the locking body 63 preferably has characteristics that are advantageous for smoothly and reliably transitioning the locking body 63 from the restricted protrusion state P31 to the permissible protrusion state P32, and may have an inclined surface such as the pressing surface 46s (see Figure 7) described above.

[0077] Then, with the first storage box 27 positioned at the set position P11, the worker moves the movement-restricting movable part 45 from the lid-restricting position G2 to the lid-release position G1 (see Figure 2). This releases the pressure on the locking body 63 by the support claw 46 of the movement-restricting movable part 45, increasing the amount of protrusion of the locking body 63 from the storage body 61, and the locking body 63 returns from the allowable protrusion state P32 to the restricted protrusion state P31. As a result, the storage lid 62 is locked to the storage body 61 by the locking body 63.

[0078] Then, with the movement-restricting movable part 45 positioned in the lid-open position G1, the worker grasps the handle 61a and moves the first storage box 27 from the set position P11, thereby removing the first storage box 27 from the first retrieval unit 21.

[0079] As the above-described series of steps are performed, the removal of the first storage box 27 from the first recovery unit 21 is completed, and the first recovery unit 21 is placed in a state where a new first storage box 27 can be set up. In the above-described series of steps, the only tasks that the operator actually performs are "moving the storage body 61 from the recovery position P12 to the setting position P11", "movement-restricting movable part 45 from the lid restriction position G2 to the lid open position G1", and "moving the storage body 61 from the setting position P11". In particular, by performing the "task of pulling the storage body 61 from the recovery position P12 towards the setting position P11", the "positioning of the storage lid 62 from the open position P22 to the closed position P21" is completed automatically (inevitably), thus providing convenience to the operator and reducing the workload.

[0080] As described above, according to this embodiment, in an inspection system 10 equipped with a recovery device 20 for recovering a plurality of workpieces W into a first storage box 27, the first storage box 27 comprises a storage body 61 having a storage opening 65 for accommodating a plurality of workpieces W introduced through the storage opening 65 at a recovery position P12; a storage lid 62 movably provided with respect to the storage body 61, which can be positioned in a closed position P21 that closes the storage opening 65 and an open position P22 that exposes at least a part of the storage opening 65; and a locking body 63 provided on the storage body 61, which reduces the amount of protrusion from the storage body 61 so as to transition from a restricting protrusion state P31 that restricts the movement of the storage lid 62 from the closed position P21 to the open position P22 to an allowable protrusion state P32 that allows the movement of the storage lid 62 from the closed position P21 to the open position P22 when an external force is applied. The recovery device 20 comprises a movement-restricting body 44 and a movement-restricting movable part 45 that is movable relative to the movement-restricting body 44. The movement-restricting movable part 45 moves relative to the movement-restricting body 44 so that it can be positioned at a lid-open position G1 in which the movement of the containment lid 62 is not restricted, and a lid-restricting position G2 in which the movement of the containment lid 62 is restricted. When the containment body 61 is positioned at the set position P11, the movable part 45 is positioned at the lid-restricting position G2, thereby placing the locking body 63 in the permissible protruding state P32.

[0081] In this way, the movement-restricting movable part 45 (lid movement-restricting part 43) performs the action of "restricting the movement of the storage lid 62 at the set position P11," which automatically (inevitably) performs the action of "releasing the lock between the storage body 61 and the storage lid 62 by the locking body 63." Therefore, the opening and closing control of the storage lid 62 relative to the storage body 61 of the first storage box 27 can be easily performed.

[0082] The movement-restricting movable part 45 is attached to the movement-restricting body 44 so as to be able to pivot around the rotation axis Ax, and has a support claw 46 that moves around the rotation axis Ax. When the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned in the lid-open position G1, the support claw 46 moves away from the locking body 63. When the movement-restricting movable part 45 is positioned in the lid-restricting position G2, the support claw 46 pushes the locking body 63 into the allowable protruding state P32.

[0083] In this way, the state of the locking body 63 is adjusted by the rotational movement of the movement-restricting movable part 45 (support claw 46), making it easy to control the opening and closing of the storage lid 62 relative to the storage body 61.

[0084] The support claw 46 also has a pressing surface 46s. When the movement-restricting movable part 45 moves from the lid open position G1 to the lid restricted position G2, the support claw 46 presses the locking body 63, bringing the locking body 63 closer to the allowable protruding state P32, while the pressing surface 46s contacts the locking body 63.

[0085] Providing such a pressing surface 46s on the support claw 46 is advantageous for smoothly transitioning the locking body 63 from a restricted protrusion state P31 to an allowable protrusion state P32.

[0086] The guide unit 41 also guides the movement of the storage body 61 in the direction Dx between the set position P11 and the retrieval position P12. When the storage body 61 is moved from the set position P11 to the retrieval position P12 with the movement-restricting movable part 45 positioned at the lid restriction position G2, the storage lid 62 moves from the closed position P21 to the open position P22.

[0087] This makes it possible to easily change the position of the storage lid 62 from the closed position P21 to the open position P22.

[0088] The guide unit 41 also includes a guide side wall portion 42 extending in the upright direction Dz, which restricts the movement of the housing body 61 in the lateral direction perpendicular to the movement direction Dx and the upright direction Dz. A notch 42c is provided in the guide side wall portion 42. When the first housing box 27 is positioned at the set position P11, at least a portion of the housing lid 62 that protrudes laterally from the housing body 61 is positioned in the notch 42c.

[0089] This makes it possible to compactly and appropriately arrange the first storage box 27 in a limited space, and also allows the guide side wall portion 42 (notch portion 42c) to function as a lid movement restricting portion 43 on which the storage lid 62 is placed.

[0090] [Differentiation] In the embodiment described above, the first recovery unit 21 and the second recovery unit 22 are provided separately as the recovery device 20, but three or more recovery units may be provided as the recovery device 20, or only one recovery unit may be provided as the recovery device 20.

[0091] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the disclosed technology is applied to an inspection system 10 in which the workpiece W is inspected, but the disclosed technology can also be applied to a processing system that performs any processing other than inspection on the workpiece W.
