Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to an opening frame that is opened and closed by a heat insulating door, and an opening and closing apparatus provided with the opening frame. BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Refrigerators and freezers whose internal space is temperature-controlled are provided with a heat insulating door that opens and closes in a sliding door type or hinged door type, an opening frame that is opened and closed by the heat insulating door, an elastic airtight member that airtightly seals the gap between the heat insulating door and the opening frame, and the like, and a heat insulating material is disposed inside the heat insulating door and the opening frame to properly maintain good heat insulating properties and the like. Patent Document 1 shows an example of related prior art. In particular, in large-sized refrigerators and freezers in which a large amount of food and the like are stored, high strength is required in addition to heat insulating properties for large and heavy heat insulating doors, opening frames, and the like. Therefore, in some cases, in addition to the heat insulating material, a wooden aggregate having relatively good heat insulating properties and high strength is disposed inside such a large heat insulating door or opening frame. PRIOR ART DOCUMENTS PATENT DOCUMENTS
[0003] PATENT DOCUMENT 1 Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 10-160329 SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION
[0004] However, according to the above-described prior art, the wooden aggregate disposed inside the heat insulating door or the opening frame may absorb moisture, increase in weight, and have insufficient strength, or the moisture-absorbed wooden aggregate may cause propagation of bacteria. MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS
[0005] In view of such problems, one aspect of the present invention has the following configuration. An opening frame that is opened and closed by an insulated door, comprising: a frame body having a recess on its rear side and an airtight contact surface on the front side opposite to the rear side that is airtightly contacted by the insulated door when closed; and a plate-shaped insulating material made of foamed synthetic resin fitted into the recess. [Effects of the Invention]
[0006] As described above, the present invention is configured to provide a hygienic and highly durable structure. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0008] Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009] <Specific Embodiments> Figures 1 and 2 show an example of an opening and closing device equipped with an opening frame according to the present invention. This opening / closing device 1 is installed in an opening A (see Figure 3) in the wall of a storage facility (for example, a refrigerated warehouse, a frozen warehouse, etc.) where the internal space is temperature-controlled. In the diagram, "inside of the storage unit" refers to the interior side of the storage unit, and "outside of the storage unit" refers to the exterior side of the storage unit.
[0010] This opening and closing device 1 comprises an insulated door 10 that opens and closes, an opening frame 20 that is opened and closed by the insulated door 10, a cover piece 30 connected to the opening frame 20 that covers the visible surface of the opening A, and a transom 40 that suspends the insulated door 10 from above and moves it in the opening and closing direction, thus forming a single-sliding type suspended sliding door.
[0011] The insulated door 10 comprises a door body 10a, which is a rectangular plate in front view and has a hollow interior constructed from multiple members; an insulating foam 14 filled inside the door body 10a; and an elastic airtight material 17 that protrudes from the door body 10a and makes airtight contact with the opening frame 20 and the lower fixed surface (for example, the floor or bottom frame), so that no wood is provided inside the door body 10a.
[0012] The elastic airtight seal 17 is formed from an elastic material (for example, rubber or elastomer resin) into a thin plate that flexes when pressed against the opening frame 20 or the lower fixed surface. This elastic airtight seal 17 is provided on the left end, upper end, and right end of the interior side surface of the door body 10a, and on the lower end surface of the door body 10a, respectively (see Figures 1 and 3). These elastic airtight seals 17 are integrally joined and continuous. This elastic airtight member 17 is attached to the door main body 10a after the filling of the heat insulating foam 14 into the door main body 10a is completed.
[0013] The opening frame 20 is mounted on the visible surface of the wall, pillar or the like constituting the opening A (see Figure 3). This opening frame 20 is configured as an integral inverted concave shape in front view, consisting of left and right vertical frames 21, 22 that are continuous in the vertical direction, and a horizontal frame 23 connected between the upper ends of these vertical frames 21, 22 (see Figure 1 and Figure 2).
[0014] One vertical frame 21 is integrally composed of a vertical frame main body 21a that is long in the vertical direction, and a plate-shaped heat insulating material 21b fitted to the back side (the inner side of the storage compartment in the illustrated example) of the vertical frame main body 21a, so that no wood is provided inside the vertical frame main body 21a.
[0015] The vertical frame main body 21a is formed of a hard resin material (for example, polyvinyl chloride) or the like into an elongated shape continuous in the vertical direction, and its upper end portion is formed in an inclined shape (see Figure 4 and Figure 5). This vertical frame main body 21a has a recess 21a1 continuous in the vertical direction on the back side, and further has an airtight contacted surface 21a2 that comes into airtight contact with the elastic airtight member 17 of the heat insulating door 10 when the door is closed, on the front side opposite to the back side (the outer side of the storage compartment in the illustrated example). Further, the vertical frame main body 21a is provided with a fitting recess 21a3 such that a vertical cover piece 31 of a cover piece 30 to be described later is press-fitted therein.
[0016] The recess 21a1 has a concave cross section that continues in the vertical direction, with its upper end and lower end open. Inside this recess 21a1, the plate-shaped heat insulating material 21b is fixed via an adhesive (for example, double-sided tape, adhesive or the like).
[0017] The airtight contacted surface 21a2 is a flat surface continuous in the vertical direction. This airtight contacted surface 21a2 maintains the airtightness between the inside and outside of the heat insulating door 10 by contacting with the fin-shaped elastic airtight member 17.
[0018] The fitting recess 21a3 is a groove that opens on the inside of the storage compartment and is continuous in the vertical direction. On the inner surface of this fitting recess 21a3, a protrusion (in one example shown in Figure 5, a continuous projection in the vertical direction) is provided so as to be pressed against the vertical cover piece 32.
[0019] The plate-shaped insulation material 21b is made by molding a foamed synthetic resin material (for example, expanded polystyrene) into a long plate shape, and is fitted into the recess 21a1 over approximately the entire length in the vertical direction of the vertical frame body 21a.
[0020] The other vertical frame 22 is constructed symmetrically with respect to the vertical frame 21. This vertical frame 22 integrally comprises the vertical frame body 22a and the plate-shaped insulation material 22b, and does not have any wood material inside the vertical frame body 22a. In the same manner as with the vertical frame 21, the vertical cover piece 32 (see Figure 2) is press-fitted into the vertical frame body 22a of the vertical frame 22.
[0021] As shown in Figure 6, the horizontal frame 23 is integrally constructed from a horizontal frame body 23a that is elongated in the left-right direction, a plate-shaped insulating material 23b fitted to the back side of the horizontal frame body 23a, and connecting pieces 23c that protrude from both the left and right ends of the horizontal frame body 23a and the plate-shaped insulating material 23b, so that no wood is provided inside the horizontal frame body 23a.
[0022] The horizontal frame body 23a is formed from a rigid resin material (e.g., polyvinyl chloride) or the like in a long, continuous shape in the left-right direction, with its left and right ends formed in an inclined shape (see Figures 4 and 6). These inclined left and right ends overlap the inclined upper ends of the vertical frame body 21a and the inclined upper ends of the vertical frame body 22a, respectively.
[0023] The horizontal frame body 23a has a recess 23a1 on its rear side that is continuous in the left-right direction, and an airtight contact surface 23a2 on the front side relative to the rear side that is airtightly contacted by the elastic airtight material 17 of the insulated door 10 when it is closed (see Figure 6). Furthermore, the horizontal frame body 23a is provided with a fitting recess 23a3 so that the upper cover piece 33 of the cover piece 30, which will be described later, is press-fitted into it. These recesses 23a1, airtight contact surfaces 23a2, and fitting recesses 23a3 have the same shape as the recesses, airtight non-contact surfaces, and fitting recesses of the vertical frame bodies 21a and 22a described above.
[0024] The plate-shaped insulation material 23b is formed from a foamed synthetic resin material (e.g., expanded polystyrene) into a long plate shape, and is fitted into the recess 23a1 over approximately the entire length in the left-right direction of the horizontal frame body 23a, and is fixed in place by an adhesive (e.g., double-sided tape or adhesive).
[0025] At both the left and right ends of the horizontal frame body 23a, a connecting piece 23c is sandwiched between the inner bottom surface of the recess 23a1 and the plate-shaped insulation material 23b.
[0026] The connecting piece 23c is formed in the shape of a rectangular plate from a hard metal material (for example, stainless steel or galvanized steel sheet) that has sufficient corrosion resistance and strength, and is fixed to the horizontal frame body 23a by fasteners (for example, screws, bolts, rivets, etc.).
[0027] The left and right connecting pieces 23c each protrude toward the left and right vertical frames 21 and 22. These protruding portions of the left and right connecting pieces 23c are sandwiched between the vertical frame bodies 21a and 22a and the plate-shaped insulation material 21b and 22b of the left and right vertical frames 21 and 22, respectively, and are fixed to the vertical frame bodies 21a and 22a by fasteners (for example, screws, bolts, rivets, etc.).
[0028] In addition, as an embodiment other than the illustrated example, instead of providing the connecting piece 23c on the horizontal frame 23, connecting pieces 23c may be provided on the left and right vertical frames 21 and 22 respectively, in the same manner as the above configuration, and these connecting pieces 23c may be connected to the horizontal frame 23.
[0029] The covering piece 30 consists of left and right vertical covering pieces 31 and 32, and an upper covering piece 33 that extends between the upper ends of these vertical covering pieces 31 and 32 (see Figure 2). Each of the vertical covering pieces 31, 32 and the upper covering piece 33 has a shape in which a roughly L-shaped cross-section is extended in an elongated manner, and is formed by bending a metal sheet material with good corrosion resistance (for example, a stainless steel sheet material) into an L-shaped cross-section. The vertical cover pieces 31 and 32 are inserted into the vertical frames 21 and 22, respectively, and are integrally fitted and secured. Similarly, the upper cover piece 33 is inserted into the horizontal frame 23 and is integrally fitted and secured.
[0030] These vertical covering pieces 31, 32 and the upper covering piece 33 cover the visible surface of the opening A with a plate-shaped insulating material 34 in between (see Figure 3). The plate-shaped insulation material 34 is formed in the same material as the plate-shaped insulation material 21b described above, into a long plate shape.
[0031] The transom 40 is fixed to the wall where the opening / closing device 1 is to be installed, so as to fit into the horizontal frame 23 above the opening path of the insulated door 10. This transom 40 consists of a hollow housing containing a suspension wheel and rail, an electric drive device, etc., that suspends the door roller on the upper end of the insulated door 10 and guides it in the opening and closing direction.
[0032] <Effects and Effects> According to the opening and closing device 1 with the above configuration, unlike conventional technology, foamed synthetic resin plate-shaped insulation materials 21b, 22b, and 23b are provided inside the opening frame 20 without using wood. Therefore, the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms can be suppressed, and it has excellent heat insulation properties and sufficient strength.
[0033] Furthermore, with the opening frame 20 configured as described above, good assembly and connection strength can be obtained through the connecting piece 23c.
[0034] <Examples of application to other switchgear> In the above embodiment, the structure of the opening frame 20 was applied to a single-sliding type sliding door (opening / closing device 1), but the basic structure of the opening frame 20 can be applied to the insulated doors and other types of opening / closing devices shown in Figures 7 to 11.
[0035] The opening and closing device 2 shown in Figure 7 is a double-sliding type (double-sliding type), and the basic structure of the opening frame 20 described above is applied to the opening frame 220 which is opened and closed by the insulated doors 210, 210 on both sides.
[0036] The opening and closing device 3 shown in Figure 8 is a single-leaf type hinged door, and the basic structure of the opening frame 20 described above is applied to the opening frame 320 which is opened and closed by a rotating insulated door 310.
[0037] The opening and closing device 4 shown in Figure 9 is a double-leaf type hinged door, and the basic structure of the opening frame 20 described above is applied to the opening frame 420 which is opened and closed by the insulated doors 410, 410 on both sides.
[0038] The opening and closing device 5 shown in Figure 10 is an upper and lower door (up and down sliding door), and the basic structure of the opening frame 20 described above is applied to the opening frame 520 which is opened and closed by an insulated door 510 that slides in the vertical direction.
[0039] Furthermore, the opening frame 20 with the above configuration can be applied to opening frames of folding doors, balance doors, shutter devices, and other opening frames of opening and closing devices (not shown).
[0040] <Regarding reinforcing members> The opening frames 20, 220, 320, 420, and 520 in the above configuration are reinforced with reinforcing members as needed.
[0041] For example, the opening frame 320 of the opening / closing device 3 (swing door) shown in Figure 8 is reinforced by reinforcing members 21d, 22d, and 23d (see Figure 11), which will be described later.
[0042] To explain in detail, the opening frame 320 is the same as the opening frame 320 for the opening / closing device 3 (swing door) described above, but with the vertical frames 21, 22 and horizontal frame 23 replaced by vertical frames 21', 22' and horizontal frame 23', respectively. In the following description, for this opening frame 320, components with the same configuration as those of the opening frame 20 will be given the same reference numerals as those of the opening frame 20, and redundant detailed explanations will be omitted.
[0043] As shown in Figure 11, the vertical frames 21' and 22' are integrally constructed by fitting the plate-shaped insulation material 21b' and 22b' and the reinforcing members 21d and 22d into the recesses 21a1 and 22a1 of the vertical frame bodies 21a and 22a, respectively. The horizontal frame 23' is integrally constructed by fitting the plate-shaped insulation material 23b' and the reinforcing member 23d into the recess 23a1 of the horizontal frame body 23a, and further providing the aforementioned connecting pieces 23c, 23c.
[0044] The plate-shaped insulation materials 21b', 22b', and 23b' are formed by creating notches 21b1, 22b1, and 23b1 in the plate-shaped insulation materials 21b, 22b, and 23b, respectively.
[0045] The notches 21b1, 22b1, and 23b1 are formed to accommodate the reinforcing members 21d, 22d, and 23d, respectively, and are provided in the parts to which fasteners (e.g., bolts, screws, rivets, etc.) not shown are fastened.
[0046] In the illustrated example, in the vertical frame 21', the notch 21b1 of the plate-shaped insulation material 21b' (see Figure 11) is positioned to correspond to the fastening locations of the lateral latch receiver 24 and locking device 25, etc. (see Figure 8).
[0047] In the vertical frame 22', the notches 22b1 (see Figure 11) of the plate-shaped insulation material 22b' are provided in a long, continuous shape in the vertical direction, corresponding to the multiple hinge support brackets 26 (see Figure 8) of the insulated door 310.
[0048] Furthermore, in the horizontal frame 23', the notch 23b1 (see Figure 11) of the plate-shaped insulation material 23b is positioned to correspond to the fastening location of the upper latch receiver 27 (see Figure 8).
[0049] The plate-shaped insulation materials 21b, 22b, and 23b are formed so as to fit into the notches 21b1, 22b1, and 23b1, respectively. The plate-shaped insulation materials 21b, 22b, and 23b are then fixed to the vertical frame bodies 21a, 22a and horizontal frame body 23a, respectively, by adhesive (for example, double-sided tape or adhesive).
[0050] Therefore, the opening frame 320 with the above configuration can improve the fastening strength of the fasteners and reduce the likelihood of the fasteners coming loose, detaching, or becoming loose. As an alternative example, the reinforcing member in the above configuration may be placed in a position where structural strength is required, regardless of the position of the fastener.
[0051] Furthermore, for the other opening and closing devices 1, 2, 4, and 5 described above, if necessary, notches and reinforcing members of the above configuration may be provided in each opening frame to reinforce fastening points and areas where loads are applied partially or entirely.
[0052] According to the above embodiment, the opening frame is constructed in a gate-shaped three-sided frame form by left and right vertical frames and an upper horizontal frame. However, the opening frame can be constructed by connecting horizontal frames to vertical frames on both the left and right sides. In addition to the illustrated example, the opening frame can also be constructed in a four-sided frame form with horizontal frames above and below the left and right vertical frames. In this case, the lower horizontal frame includes a part referred to as a threshold or trim.
[0053] According to the above embodiment, the vertical frame body and the horizontal frame body are formed from a synthetic resin material, thereby providing a surface with good thermal insulation properties for the airtight contact surface. However, as an alternative, the vertical frame body and the horizontal frame body may be formed from a material with relatively low thermal insulation properties (for example, a metal material such as stainless steel), and the airtight contact surface may be formed from a material or material with high thermal insulation properties, such as a synthetic resin.
[0054] In the above embodiment, a particularly preferred configuration is in which the reinforcing member is fitted into the notch of the plate-shaped insulation material. However, other examples include in which the reinforcing member is sandwiched between two plate-shaped insulation materials that do not have a notch, or in which the reinforcing member is held by another means (not shown).
[0055] Furthermore, the present invention is not limited to the specific configurations described above, and can be modified as appropriate without altering the essence of the invention.
[0056] In addition, in the above embodiment, a particularly preferred invention is that the plate-shaped insulating material is fitted into the recess. Other inventions having the same function include an embodiment in which a fluid, heat-insulating foamed resin is injected into the recess and hardened into a plate shape to form the plate-shaped insulating material, and an embodiment in which the overall shape of the recess and the plate-shaped insulating material is integrally formed from a heat-insulating synthetic resin.
[0057] <Summary> As described above, the above embodiment discloses the following invention. (1) An opening frame that is opened and closed by an insulated door, comprising: a frame body having a recess on its rear side and an airtight contact surface on the front side opposite to the rear side that is airtightly contacted by the insulated door when closed; and a plate-shaped insulating material made of foamed synthetic resin fitted into the recess.
