To provide a coating system, a coating apparatus, and a method for manufacturing solar cells that can detect the aggregation of the coating solution and improve the quality of the coating solution. [Solution] The coating system 1,1B is a coating system comprising coating devices 2,2B and a control device 3 for controlling the coating devices, wherein the coating device comprises tanks 21,21B,22,22B for storing coating liquid, coating sections 27,27B from which the coating liquid is discharged, first flow paths F1,F1B for connecting the tanks and coating sections and supplying coating liquid from the tanks to the coating sections, and an ultrasonic measuring unit 24 provided in the first flow path, having a transmitter 241 for irradiating the coating liquid with ultrasonic waves and a receiver 242 for receiving ultrasonic waves that have passed through the coating liquid, and the control device calculates the ultrasonic wave attenuation rate based on the received signal received by the receiver and determines the state of the coating liquid based on the calculated attenuation rate.
