Abstract

Providing fire-retardant technology for artificial wood, and a ring structure for ultra-lightweight / insulating materials and its manufacturing method. [Solution] The artificial wood of this invention is primarily made from plant cells whose life activity has been stopped, and is characterized by resources that are produced in large quantities, such as rice straw, thinned wood, and non-edible plants. It is a technology to make cellulose and semi-cellulose, which are wood components, non-combustible, and a method for producing physical tree rings that replace lignin. The polyvalent salts, which are components of seawater, are characterized by a technology that makes all combustible materials on Earth non-combustible by applying the principle of "salting vegetables". The continuous porous structure shown in freeze-dried tofu is the origin of its ultra-lightweight and heat-insulating properties. The tree ring structure of this invention is the origin of the network structure of dark matter. The gauze layered structure of this invention is a technology that can freely control giant energy waves.

Description

Technical background (indicated by * below)

[0001] This relates to the field of manufacturing non-combustible / liquid compositions and tree-ring structures for artificial wood. [*1] In nature, it takes at least 80 years for a tree ring to form in Akita cedar, and the afforestation industry is not profitable due to heavy labor and a shortage of manpower, which is the background to the neglected state of the forests. In the last five years, there have been 6,500 forest fires in Japan, of which 32.8% are estimated to be naturally occurring fires (213,200 cases). One-third of Japan's landmass (12 million hectares in 2023) has been burned, the linear rainbands unique to the Japanese archipelago are in a precarious state, and the Ofunato forest fire has destroyed the habitat of crustaceans, putting them at risk of extinction. [*2] The frequent occurrence of forest fires and their subsequent desertification are the main causes of abnormal weather, and the mass consumption of everyday goods derived from crude oil and rubber / plastics is the main cause of marine pollution, with the human body already being the final destination.

[0002] Artificial wood is a solvent-based material; its sick building syndrome is caused by formaldehyde residue; collagen disease is caused by asbestos residue; flammable solvents cause black smoke fires; and incomplete combustion and carbon monoxide poisoning caused by flame retardants in synthetic wood are real-world firefighting methods using water. [*3] The residual levels of formaldehyde from the solvents in composite materials are within the standards for approval of building materials; tragic building fires leave residents unconscious due to oxygen deprivation, while firefighters, heavily equipped with oxygen tanks and heat-resistant suits, engage in desperate rescue operations; forest fires spread along valleys, and water cannons are used to extinguish them on riverbanks; dragonflies, fireflies, cicadas, shrimp, crabs, and pill bugs (70,000 species) are endangered; and Japan's four seasons are on the verge of being destroyed. The black smoke and oxygen deficiency (CO+) from synthetic building materials are caused by halogen compound flame retardants, and the widespread use of crude oil-derived insulation sponges in skyscrapers makes the ultimate non-combustible insulation material an urgent issue.

[0003] The final residue from petrochemical complexes is asphalt pavement, and paved roads across the Japanese archipelago—from mountain roads to rural areas and cities—have lost their water retention capacity. Global warming is leading to a decrease in the water retention capacity of forests in mountainous regions, reducing the amount of CO2 absorbed by photosynthesis in degraded forests. Organic fertilizers in agricultural vinyl cultivation soil are being replaced by hydroponics, and vegetables are constantly exposed to 24 / 7 LED light. Convenience store shelves are being filled with frozen packs, and the Japanese food culture that considered vegetables a health food is disappearing, leaving behind the background of mineral intake in the "21st century" being entirely reliant on supplements. [*1] Linear rainbands across the Japanese archipelago lead to forest degradation, and the reduced water retention capacity of asphalt on mountain roads and fields triggers landslides and major floods. Traffic history shows that chain reactions of intersection collapses and highway tunnel collapses in large cities are mainly caused by groundwater retention and fluctuations. The growth of bamboo roots at a speed exceeding 1m / day in the dark underground is incorrectly called a "bamboo nuisance." Bamboo forests can serve as breakwaters on both sides of roads and highways in mountainous areas, and tsunami breakwaters along the coast, expanding the coastal alluvial fans of Japan. [Proposed technology] This has been the main theme of the applicant's "Bamboo Village" research group for the past two years. [*2] Modern humans obtain their mineral intake through supplements, while herbivores in the savannah, using communal watering holes for rock salt minerals discovered by elephants, share a common ground with ferocious beasts like lions, tigers, and hyenas, creating a peaceful scene where they "do not hunt prey" together. The technical challenges and solutions of this proposal (indicated by * below)

[0004] Recovery from global forest fires, desertification, and deforestation will take at least a century, based on the fact that natural timber grows to one flower per year, the post-war "wake up the young cedars in the mountains" cedar-only planting is the main cause of hay fever, tourist areas with degraded forests should prioritize scenery and prohibit logging, the proposed technology is to replace neglected and degraded cedar forests with the prefectural tree, and the industry that would see immediate results is the pulp and paper mill. [*1] Replacing the proposed non-combustible "beams and columns" with this new method would dramatically shorten the lifespan of newspaper printing by 80 years, thus "time-traveling" the newspaper's printing cycle. This would improve the water retention capacity of forests in mountainous areas, revive rice paddy landscapes, and ultimately improve rice prices. [*2] This invention is a technology that uniformly strengthens the density of tree rings, is a "mesh cloth" tree ring for the beams and columns of large trees, is an application of Baumkuchen winding technology, is an application of "grafting" technology that involves diagonally cutting the overlapping fabric of unvulcanized fabric and mesh cloth, and is a technology that allows for free adjustment of length while maintaining uniform thickness. [*3] The proposed long beams and columns are molded using a two-part mold / shamisen neck joint system, and the lightweight [piping / structural joints] are best suited to the aerial suspension [on-site assembly kit] method of lightweight panels in mountainous areas, significantly shortening the construction period.

[0005] The porous cells in this proposal are polyvalent salt-containing water, their dehydration marks are a salting technique of osmotic equilibrium that moves through a semipermeable membrane forming continuous sponge pores, they are alluvial fans on the Pacific and Sea of Japan sides, their raft structure is a wave-dissipating block, they are breakwaters made of floating plastic, and there are countless habitats for small fish throughout the Japanese archipelago. [*1] This invention applies the gelation technology used for freeze-dried tofu, which lowers the freezing temperature of polymer alloys and polyvalent salt compositions to below -1°C. The 3000 km long spindle of the Japanese archipelago serves as a natural manufacturing facility. [*2] The freezing principle of this invention is an applied technology based on the nighttime and daytime weather changes in high mountains under reduced pressure (23℃ / 400>hPa), with the 3000m-class Alps mountain range serving as the manufacturing process for the liquid rubber composition. [*3] The dewatering marks are a natural leaving manufacturing process that simultaneously creates weight reduction and fire resistance, and is an application of the manufacturing technology for freeze-dried tofu. The liquid rubber composition is in an unvulcanized state when sealed, and storage in drums / delivery by tank truck (cement mixer truck) is applicable. [*4] The proposed [CR-LX] gradually thickens below 10°C in Koyasan and forms an irreversibly dehydrated solid below -1°C, while NR-LX utilizes the properties of aggregation in acidic regions and below freezing points, employing pressure and temperature differences as application technologies. Production will begin in Hokkaido during the winter and eventually move to Okinawa and other prefectures, with specialized technicians accompanying each prefecture, completing the technology transfer within one year.

[0006] This proposal is a solidification technology that takes advantage of the instability of liquid compositions that gel at room temperature with high-load vibration waves and hot water, and at low temperatures (the negative principle; hereinafter referred to as the negative application), and a "skilled technician" will be immediately produced if one reads the references regarding the storage stability of latex. [*1] This proposal is based on low-load stirring, a gentle and quick mixing technique reminiscent of the skilled chefs at long-established Japanese restaurants, and a low-speed mixing of liquid compositions using mechanical stirring blades, similar to the manual fermentation techniques of sake brewers. [*2] The negative application of this proposal involves artificial vibration vulcanization outside the mold and indirect crosslinking with high frequency, which does not require conventional large-sized presses / heat sources / molds, is an inexpensive, simple, and short-time process, and is readily available in a wide range of fields from nature to traditional technology in modern science, with countless existing pieces of equipment.

[0007] This technology utilizes the principle of negative forces in reverse in each manufacturing process of this proposal. [*1] The first step involves salting rice straw in a seawater tank for several days, which drains the water, and then semi-dries the flammable material, making it "non-flammable." This process does not affect the high-load history and allows for long-term airtight storage. [*2] The second step involves weighing [NR-LX, CR-LX, and PVC] and [rice straw], and the mixing step with a stirrer ensures that the liquid alloy composition is stable under transport vibrations / at room temperature conditions as long as moisture is present, allowing it to travel northward in accordance with the harvest season across the Japanese archipelago. [*3] The third step is the lamination process of the liquid alloy composition and mesh cloth. The dried laminate can be further processed in the same way as washi paper / newspaper, is unaffected by the storage history over time, can be stored permanently, and can be exported as a semi-finished product to various parts of the world. [*4] The first to third steps of this plan are independent of each other, the salt acts as a repellent for fungi / microorganisms, no cross-linking / deterioration / reaction occurs, moisture-retaining storage is possible in drums / plastic bags / warehouses / containers, and long-term transportation to undeveloped areas is possible. [*5] The negative application of the present case can be transported around the world to desert regions / extremely cold regions / undeveloped lands / developing countries [on-site construction], which can expand new industries and new employment on a global scale, and resolve the refugee problem and food crisis.

[0008] In Claim 1, the liquid polymer of the liquid composition and the blended composition for making flammable plant fibers non-flammable are shown in "Table 1".

[0009] In Claim 2, the annual ring structure of 80-year-old Akita cedar to 1500-year-old Yakusugi cedar is shown in "Photo 5".

[0010] In Claim 3, the two-split mold structure showing the cylindrical mold for long beams and columns and the mechanism of steam vulcanization is shown in "Drawing 1".

[0011] The field for replacing the sponge heat insulating material described in Claim 4 is the offshore city concept and the skyscraper complex (United Arab Emirates), which can be applied to the air conditioning equipment (atmospheric pressure and solar energy) of the skyscraper complex.

[0012] Loading composite parts into the inner diameter of the mold of Claim 5 (beam and column field) is consistent with the "Design of a Future Society where Life Shines" for the symbolic wooden architecture and large roof of the Japan Pavilion at the Osaka-Kansai World Expo.

[0013] In Claim 6, the element of the ultra-high-speed vulcanization formulation is the cosmic largest (Ka / Na) aqueous electrolyte solution, and the indirect vulcanization by vapor pressure is a principle that complies with the laws of nature. The freezing energy of the present case is a natural freezer that applies natural seawater components, thin oxygen in the Alps, and low air pressure. For the glacial energy of the two polar regions and the scorching magmatic earth energy, the (Earth's largest) manufacturing facilities already exist.

[0014] As shown in Claim 7, a rotary press for (time-travel) newspaper printing with the super ability to cover the entire surface of the Earth with only 2 units currently exists. The ancestors effectively utilized the supernatural powers of the natural world, and our invention mechanizes natural laws, returns the crude oil components of petroleum complexes back to natural components. Marine pollution and genetically modified foods induce unknown rare and intractable diseases. The photosynthesis of the sun is revived, and surplus CO2 is "not the culprit of air pollution". On artificial floating islands, gauze laminated structures are used to produce fresh water from seawater components, and the filtered residual components are natural compost. 73% of the Earth's oceans are a new frontier for [agricultural vinyl house cultivation], and the courage [deep remorse] to re-examine "Gassho-zukuri in Gokayama" once again is required.

[0015] [*1] The vulcanization system of the present case is an improvement technology for the existing equipment of continuous vulcanization (rotary press drum) using an electromagnetic cooker (IH heater), and the immediate-effect conversion technology is fully prepared. [*2] In the present case, the applied technology of sunlight / radio waves / geomagnetism (Microwave) is an invention useful for the next generation, and it is the "elder pine proposal technology" to retrieve the lifestyle of 100 years ago.

[0016] [*3] The steam vulcanization apparatus in "Drawing 1" is shown. A square flat plate with mold dimensions (length 1220 × width 2440 × thickness 50 cm) is shown. TIFF2026167341000001.tif50166

[0017] The applied technology of glucomannan other than for food as set forth in Claim 8 is airships and balloon bombs. Inflexible (Konjac stone; Cozite) rock masses from the Precambrian (500 to 2500 million years ago) exist in reality, with a permanent aging history, and the actual products can be purchased via the Internet. In the present case, the optimal material for a radiation barrier is a shirasu balloon konjac composition. The ultra-lightweight closed-cell spherical body reduces the half-life with astronomical reflectivity between radiant rays. "Shirasu balloon konjac" is a technical proposal that suggests a "savior for the decommissioning trend of nuclear power plants".

[0018] In "Figure 1", the combustible component of natural wood is cellulose (C6H7O2(OH)3) n• Nitrate ester obtained by treating hemicellulose (C5H8O4)n with a mixture of nitric acid / sulfuric acid is nitroglycerin [C3H5(ONO2)3], an explosive that explodes with slight vibration, the CH3COOH alcohol in forest bark is armor, and the lignin (C6H) in tree rings 12 In O6)n, the high density of the outer ring acts as a protective barrier against esterification reactions in nature. Fallen trees in deforested areas are like exposed powder kegs, causing frequent large-scale forest fires and being a major cause of desertification. In this proposal, newspaper is soaked in saltwater (refined salt; 5%) and, once dried, will not ignite with a lighter (it will carbonize), and the flame will extinguish when the flame is removed. Newspaper pulp is absorbent and can be made non-flammable by brushing it with magnesium chloride / refined salt, making it suitable for use as packaging paper for document storage boxes / scroll tubes.

[0019] Figure 2 shows the composition of seawater in the Earth's saline hydrosphere [73%]. TIFF2026167341000003.tif89152 The elemental composition of seawater, which is 96.5% water, is 65.0% oxygen, 18.0% hydrogen, 10.0% nitrogen, 3.0% calcium, 1.5% phosphorus, 1.0% sulfur, 0.25% potassium, 0.15% sodium, 0.15% chlorine, and 0.05% magnesium, with the remaining 4% containing all the elements of the periodic table. Photosynthetic cyanobacteria were born in the ocean 2.7 billion years ago, purifying the seawater, and life began to appear on Earth. Humankind was born 5 million years ago, civilization developed 5,000 years ago, and modern science has polluted the oceans in just 50 years.

[0020] In Figure 3, the photoassimilation process in terrestrial plants and rice cultivation (rice and wheat) involves carbon dioxide / CO2 from solar energy, carbon / C in the stem, and oxygen / O 2↑ It is disassembled, LEDs are shone on it day and night without rest, and the soil's nutrients are grown hydroponically, so "the appearance of the vegetables remains unchanged," but in the natural world, 40,000 species of organisms per year are going extinct. TIFF2026167341000004.tif75170

[0021] Figure 4 is a graphical representation of water resources. TIFF2026167341000005.tif97115 There are approximately 200 countries in the world with tap water, but only a small percentage (10%) have safe tap water. The reason is water quality management, with bacteria / viruses / parasites being the main cause. Japan's water standards, once considered the best in the world, are beginning to crumble, and PFAS contamination is a serious problem. The main causes are asphalt and reduced forest water retention, and the evidence for this is linear rainbands.

[0022] Figure 5 shows the three states of matter. Evaporation occurs at all temperatures, boiling occurs at a specific temperature, and liquids change into gases. Solidification occurs at low temperatures, with very weak thermal motion, interparticle attractive forces causing micro-vibrations without changing position, constant volume and shape, and sublimation without liquefaction under reduced pressure. TIFF2026167341000006.tif53136

[0023] Figure 6 shows the intermolecular states. Liquid molecules move actively in the direction of heating (Brownian motion), while in the direction of cooling (intermolecular forces) halt their kinetic energy. TIFF2026167341000007.tif53152 The liquid composition of this invention is an application technology of the high-density intermolecular forces of cooling molecules [frozen solid], in which the frozen solid stops moving and the ice solid sublimes under reduced pressure of cold wind [water triple point].

In this proposal, the Earth's atmosphere is "spacetime," and the dilation of time is the resistance of the meandering passage of the crossnet, meaning "spacetime" is always relative. TIFF2026167341000016.tif73151 This proposal employs a lamination technology of gauze cloth and freeze-destroyed bamboo / hemp / Japanese paper fibers in a filter, which is a field in which we can contribute to the world, and the principle of the filtration effect of natural purification systems is [Avatamsaka Sutra; The Mysterious Few].

[0036] The principle behind a sailboat sailing against the wind is that the pressure difference between the main sail and the jig sail generates lift, allowing it to move upwind. Its maximum angle of movement is 45°, and its turning radius is 90°. [0037] Let's take a look at the global environment in the 21st century. TIFF2026167341000021.tif74162 Glucomannan is used to solidify konjac, which is then submerged on the seabed for permanent storage. TIFF2026167341000022.tif62164 The contaminated soil will be permanently stored on-site / underground on remote islands / below sea level by solidifying it with konjac.

[0038] The sobering reflection of the 20th century's era of synthetic rubber and plastics is the "motorized society", which accounts for 80% of the total rubber consumption including fuel gasoline, oil-resistant hoses, vibration-proof rubber, and tires. *1 Over half a century, microscopes have evolved, and an era has arrived where the three-dimensional structures of molecules can be observed. *2 The physical strength of the main chain of diene-based [[CH2=CH-CH=CH2]] 1,2-butadiene [[CH2=C=CH-CH3]] derived from crude oil is superior for natural rubber at

[120] compared to

[100] for synthetic rubber. However, both natural rubber (from immature rubber plantations with 12-year-old mature trees) and synthetic rubber are commercial products that are dried after the serous fluid is extracted, with the hydrocarbon main chain having two digits, and potato starch [[C 38X H 28x O 18x has [main chain × three digits], natural macromolecules have high density, and the strength of their polymers, which is literally orders of magnitude higher, shows the numerical value of [19 万 52 倍 . *3 For reserves based on the premise of depletion, the discovery of desert oil fields and offshore oil fields relies on artificial satellites, and space development is in the "era of quantum computer development" and an "era of re-recognizing our current footing". *4 Crude oil is a resource formed by the aging of sediments on the seabed and on land, and the sediments are the numerous polymers from the fractionated gas of petroleum complexes. The rocks collected by Itokawa are also composed of seawater components and olivine, all originating from animal and plant cells whose life activities have ceased. *5 Scorching Mercury close to the Sun also has polar ice, the tail of a comet that shines opposite the Sun is made of ice, 9.99% of Earth's air composition remains unchanged (from before the Industrial Revolution), and the slight 0.01% increase in carbon dioxide is the "one and only" chance to restore the environment of half a century ago.

[0040] In conclusion, the "inexpressible, inexpressible turn" in the Buddhist text Avatamsaka Sutra is a multiplier of 10^ in 4-digit units, and it was difficult to understand the existence of numerals from 5000 years ago. 8 The mesh fabric of the present case also has a 4-digit grid ^ 2 It is a layered structure, with the mantle at the center that absorbs light from all directions on Earth, and the squares on the chessboard / board represent the geocentric model. The heliocentric model of the universe shows that the decimal part of pi is indivisible forever, the error value on Earth is zero [Photo 5], the distortion of dark matter is □^, the gravitational pull at the contraction limit of black holes in the Milky Way galaxy and the birth of neutrinos in nova explosions are unknown energies, and it shows evidence that the universe repeats an infinite cycle of reincarnation.

[0041] The sacred name of Kukai, Kobo Daishi: "Namu Daishi Henjo Kongo" なむたいしへんじょうこんごう The "Mandala" hanging scroll of the three secrets is a diagram of the arrangement of □^. This proposal is a technology that pursues a new energy source, based on the conviction of the source of gauzemesh, where the self (θ) is the central point, and its diagonal (α·β) is the "mirror's inverse formula," where spacetime distance and spacetime are equal in all directions.

[0042] The "mirror formula" in this proposal is the "geocentric model," where the self is located at the center of a sphere, while the "heliocentric model" states that the self is located at the center of a square, and the projection distance and reflection time are equal. Life on Earth is the "geocentric model," and the afterlife is not reflected in a mirror, but is a world of nothingness. The Avatamsaka Sutra / heliocentric model / geocentric model / theory of relativity are... This is similar to the "network structure" of the present proposal. TIFF2026167341000024.tif2774

[0043] TIFF2026167341000025.tif160170 [Examples]

[0044] The simple fire-retardant technology described in this proposal dates back 35 years, when newspaper was "salted" with natural Ako salt (a polyvalent salt) to establish the fire-retardant technology. Since then, fire-retardant tests using lighters have been conducted for 25 years.

[0045] The fire-resistant building material in this proposal is made from rice husks [SiO2], which are flame-retardant. The cork cell membrane [3%] and air [97%] are the afterimages of a fireworks display, and the house was built in Kobe City [8 years ago]. The undisclosed model house is prior art for which a PC international patent has been registered.

[0046] The rice and wheat stalks in this proposal cannot be digested by anything other than herbivores, the combined roller harvests in strips, and the component that modifies the nitroglycerin component of the large amount of waste generated to make it non-combustible is the "polyvalent salt" of seawater, which is a proven component that has made the Earth, a magma ocean, non-combustible.

[0047] However, the caustic soda decomposition solution used in the pulp manufacturing process is strongly alkaline (pH 11), and polyvalent salts neutralize organic matter to the acidic side, preventing the decomposition reaction of wood from occurring. As an exception, refined salts with a pH of 7 are used in the pulp and papermaking process.

[0048] This century, we will completely reverse course in space development, using electron microscopy to unravel and fill in the remaining "blank elements" of the periodic table (99,909%), and, together with sunlight, utilize unknown elementary particle energy to restore the environment of our "green planet" Earth.

This proposal, which proposes a common energy source for humankind for vulcanizing non-edible starches / polysaccharides, is characterized by the fact that the world's oldest pottery dates back to the Jomon period, and the steam energy used in Japanese cooking culture, which involves boiling and simmering, is based on rice straw, dead branches, and firewood. Currently, rice straw and the worthless resources of degraded forests are inexhaustible primary raw materials and heat sources, and it simultaneously solves forest fires and desertification. The global energy sources proposed in this plan include the untouched geothermal energy from glaciers and volcanoes in the Arctic and Antarctic, as well as the steam energy from traditional Japanese cooking methods such as kamado boiling and "seiro-mushi" (steaming in bamboo steamers) that are deeply rooted in Japanese cuisine culture. These methods have their origins in home cooking from half a century ago and can be immediately implemented by repurposing existing manufacturing equipment in the food sector, requiring very little new investment. The wooden houses of Japan's Nara / Heian period had tatami floors, and the tatami floors that automatically extinguished the flame of the Japanese candle in "Photo 4" when the candlestick fell over were made of salt-containing cotton. The living environment of the Heike refugees is a world cultural heritage that is still relevant in modern society. The manufacturing method proposed in this project is based on a real-world example of "exemplary technology" demonstrated by a World Heritage site [with 500 years of experience].

3. The annual ring structure of this proposal features a square mesh fabric [medical gauze] with a regular square cross structure that cancels out and absorbs energy from all directions applied to the beams and columns of artificial wood. (Hereafter referred to as mesh fabric) The annual ring structure of natural logs has two directions: longitudinal (buckling) and transverse (stress fracture). All of the cross-network reinforcement structures with multiple different openings in this invention require a liquefaction composition. The polymer of this invention is a liquid mixture of chloroprene (hereinafter referred to as CR / LX), natural rubber latex (hereinafter referred to as NR / LX), and polyvinyl chloride resin (hereinafter referred to as PVC). The serum has a pH of 10±1, and the solid concentration is in the range of 50%±10. The increase or decrease of the serum is applied to control the freeze / foaming ratio and continuous porous structure. The fire-resistant wood composition of this invention was confirmed to be fire-resistant, as polyvalent salts remain in the pulp of frozen tofu, and the flammable substances in the dried powder of the "okara" (starch / polysaccharides / lipids / fibers) do not ignite with a lighter, and combustion experiments with salted newspapers for 20 years and current newspaper color inks are non-flammable, as is the case with the salted gauze cloth of this invention (10%).

4. The artificial wood in this proposal carbonizes but is self-extinguishing, the flames do not spread or spread, it falls under the category of semi-noncombustible materials under the Building Standards Act, it does not generate black smoke or toxic gases during water-fired firefighting, and the technology ensures sufficient evacuation routes and time. This proposal features a "new building material" that completely satisfies the essential requirements of [non-combustible, lightweight, and heat-insulating] to replace the laminated timber used in high-rise buildings, high-rise residential buildings, and housing complexes, and in particular to replace the insulating sponge used in super high-rise building complexes. Table 1 of this proposal shows the formulation [liquid rubber composition] for non-edible plants such as rice and wheat soaked in seawater and semi-dried for 200 phr to make them non-flammable. The technology for making the gauze cloth non-flammable in this proposal is shown in "Table 1," which is a brush-coated and dried mesh cloth with a pure rubber water-based adhesive that excludes edible plants.

5. The mold for forming the long beams and columns in this proposal is cylindrical, eliminating the need for large molding equipment. It can be used regardless of the arrangement of the logs (vertical or horizontal), and the cylindrical mold structure, as shown in "Drawing 1," has two sections with flanges on both sides of the outside that also serve as opening and closing lids. This construction method is characterized by its ability to be manufactured in bulk at the construction site and completed once the framework is erected. The water vapor pressure energy of this invention is obtained by pressurizing water vapor [1 kgf / cm²] into one side of the lid. 2 ~101kgf / cm 2 The mold structure features a high-pressure rubber hose for supplying the material, and the opposite end of the lid serves as both a drain and a pressure release valve for demolding. The crosslinking energy in this proposal is the vapor pressure of the polymer serum, and its principle is based on Boyle's Law and Charles's Law, and the bonded particles [H ++ +0 - The interatomic distance of the material is in the visible light [Å; particle], and the material penetrates a semi-permeable membrane of plant cells [5-250 μm], and the mold is filled with a vapor vulcanization system [125°C < ] in which an ion-level energy source with a correlation distance [0.1 nm] with vapor pressure and temperature history is present.

6. As shown in "Photo 5," the central part of the annual rings of natural cedar is broad and soft, the core pillars of shrines and temples are the result of microbial invasion and age-related decay by decay fungi, and the base of Yakushima cedar (1500 rings) is also without exception hollowed out. This proposal is a gauze mesh tree ring structure. The salt crystals remaining in the cells of the gauze fibers do not dissolve except when immersed in water. The body fluids of invading microorganisms become highly concentrated due to osmotic pressure, eliminating the living environment for rats, cockroaches, and termites. The salt-containing gauze tree rings form an invasion defense wall that confines viruses. The melamine in the outer layer of the bark is a gas-impermeable polymer, maintaining a permanent airtight structure that eliminates any microorganisms. This structure is characterized by its ability to permanently maintain the ruin structure, similar to ancient castles and stone chambers of the Roman era. This proposal features a panel / assembly structure in which aluminum / steel pipes are embedded in the core material of the fragile tree rings, and electrical wiring, fire extinguishing pipes, pressurizing / depressurizing pipes, and joint connections are housed together within the inner diameter of the aggregate.

7. In this proposal, the tree ring technology, which uses the principle of high-speed winding from giant tree rings (newspaper rotary press; 1456 mm) to logs (toilet paper JIS; 114 mm), is a technology that allows us to travel through time tens of thousands of years. A practical device for this proposal is the Baumkuchen roll used in confectionery making, employing a "grafting" technique where the unvulcanized dough is cut diagonally, with the branching stems also forming an annual ring structure. The injection technology for the liquid rubber composition in this invention is a pulsating pump transfer, and is characterized by a remote hose injection technology, whether the construction is in progress or completed. The bark in "Photo 5" of this proposal is a demolding structure as shown in "Drawing 1" that divides the central part of the long mold into two. The structure involves pre-applying glucomannan from coniferous trees / konjac, and directly coating the gas-impermeable melamine paint / metal sheet metal. This structure maintains permanent fire resistance and durability, and is characterized by its applicability to civil engineering ground foundations in reclaimed land for improving ground at sea level and as a countermeasure against liquefaction.

8. The non-edible plant in this proposal is the [refined powder; 40%] from the konjac potato powdering process, the [flying dust; 60%] from the dust collector is waste, and the gelling agent is calcium hydroxide / Ca(OH) 2 It is an additive, and when radioactive material (moisture; 90%) is mixed with konjac (Cs-137), it is characterized by a natural polymer (konjac powder) that permanently and irreversibly solidifies, regardless of whether it is inorganic or organic. This proposal features a ground improvement technology for anchor piles that are susceptible to liquefaction, which involves making all fibrous materials present on Earth non-combustible and injecting boiling glucomannan solution into drilling holes in the ground. The [flying powder] formulation specified in this proposal utilizes the characteristic that its vibration waves propagate through water, regardless of the type of sound source, to install raft blocks on alluvial fans to dissipate giant tsunamis caused by plate movement, and to control liquefaction phenomena in sandstone areas, the [piles] feature a layered structure of water-solid konjac and gauze mesh that can withstand all seismic waves. This proposal prepares for future reactor decommissioning by utilizing volcanic ash from shirasu balloons, which is an inexhaustible resource in Kagoshima and other volcanic regions, and is a technology that can be immediately started using cement mixer trucks.
