Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of photovoltaic technology, and in particular to a novel photovoltaic cell laminated module that allows at least two photovoltaic cell modules to be fixedly mounted on the same frame structure. BACKGROUND ART

[0002] In recent years, with the development of photovoltaic technology, conversion efficiency and power have been continuously improved. Although scientists have devoted great efforts to the research of various materials and kept breaking through technical problems to achieve remarkable results, this means that various materials will reach their theoretical limits and fall into stagnation in the near future. In view of this, it is considered that the opportunity to further break through the theoretical limit of a single material lies in how to integrate the advantages of different materials, and tandem cells have gradually begun to receive attention.

[0003] In recent years, the tandem cells that have received relatively much attention are mainly those combining perovskite cells with silicon-based cells, wherein the conversion efficiency of perovskite cells is mainly in the short wavelength range, and that of silicon-based cells is mainly in the long wavelength range. The combined effect of the two can increase the efficiency of Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact (TOPCon) cells from 24~26% to more than 30%. However, the currently relatively mature tandem cells still belong to 2T tandem cells, in which a perovskite cell is stacked on a conventional silicon-based cell through a semiconductor process, and the two are combined into a single cell.

[0004] However, perovskite cells are still under development, and their service life is much shorter than that of silicon-based cells. Therefore, after the two are combined, when the service life of the perovskite cell expires, it cannot be replaced later. Accordingly, another type of 4T cell technology has naturally emerged. The difference from 2T is that after the perovskite cell and the silicon-based cell are separately completed, the two cells are connected to form one battery pack, and at this time, when any one of the cells fails, it can be replaced immediately.

[0005] Current solar module installation methods only allow for single-module mounting, and regardless of the frame or support frame / pressure block design, only single-module mounting is considered. Therefore, in this field, there is still a need for frame designs that can simultaneously mount and lock two or more layers of modules in the same space. [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0020] Hereinafter, detailed description will be provided with reference to the drawings. The content in these drawings constitutes a part of the detailed description of the specification, and is presented as a specific example that enables the implementation of the present embodiment. In the following embodiments, sufficient details are explained to enable those skilled in the art to implement the embodiments specifically.

[0021] Naturally, other embodiments may be adopted, and any structural, logical and electrical changes may be made without departing from the embodiments described in the present specification. Therefore, the following detailed description is not intended to be limiting, and conversely, the embodiments included therein should be defined by the appended claims.

[0022] The present invention provides a novel 4T battery / module frame structure that allows two (or more) battery modules to be fixedly mounted on the same frame structure simultaneously, such as a stacked module that adds a TOPCon battery module to a perovskite battery module, which has recently attracted considerable attention.

[0023] The newly designed solar module frame structure allows for the simultaneous installation and locking of two or more layers of battery modules within the same frame space. For example, by combining a perovskite battery module located on the upper layer with a TOPCon battery module located on the lower layer, the conversion wavelengths, which are the advantages of each, can be matched to improve power generation efficiency. Furthermore, the newly designed solar module frame structure is convenient for future maintenance and replacement.

As shown in Figure 1, the photovoltaic stack module 1 includes a frame 10, of which a flange 110 is provided on the inner edge of the bottom of the frame 10. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frame 10 has a central opening OP for housing the photovoltaic module. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frame 10 includes a pair of long-side rod-shaped structures 10a and a pair of short-side rod-shaped structures 10b.

[0025] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the photovoltaic stack module 1 further includes a lower photovoltaic module 20 installed in the central opening OP of the frame 10, and the peripheral edge of the bottom of the lower photovoltaic module 20 is supported by direct contact with the flange 110 of the frame 10. According to an embodiment of the present invention, for example, the lower photovoltaic module 20 may be a silicon-based photovoltaic module such as a tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) cell module, a heterojunction (HJT) cell module, or a forklift back contact (xBC) cell module.

[0026] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the photovoltaic stack module 1 further includes an upper photovoltaic module 30 that is installed in the central opening OP of the frame 10 and stacked on the lower photovoltaic module 20. [0027] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the dimensions of the central opening OP are approximately equal to the dimensions of the lower solar cell module 20 and the upper solar cell module 30, so that the upper solar cell module 30 and the lower solar cell module 20 can be appropriately installed within the frame 10. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the upper solar cell module 30 and the lower solar cell module 20 may have the same dimensions, or they may have different dimensions, for example, arranged in a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio.

A flange 110 is installed on the inner edge of the bottom of the frame 10. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frame 10 has a plurality of central openings OP (three are illustrated in the figure) for housing a plurality of photovoltaic modules.

[0035] In Figure 2, the two intermediate long-side rod-shaped structures 10a and the upper cover 50 may be shared, and the upper cover 50 may be strip-shaped rather than annular and fixed to the long-side rod-shaped structures 10a. Naturally, in another embodiment, the two intermediate long-side rod-shaped structures 10a do not have to be shared; for example, each long-side rod-shaped structure 10a in the figure may be divided into two and placed in parallel.
