Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to geological survey technology, and specifically relates to a construction geological survey sampling device.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] Construction geological survey is a critical part of evaluating geological conditions in engineering construction, which requires stratified collection of soil samples to analyze geological properties at different depths, while the prior art has obvious drawbacks. For example, Chinese invention patent with publication number CN113295458A discloses a survey instrument and a survey method for geological survey, which realizes sampling through airflow suction, but its single-point sampling design requires repeated adjustment of the position of the drill bit, leading to low efficiency. Chinese invention patent with publication number CN118275159A discloses a sampling device and a sampling method for geological survey, which adopts a nested pipe structure and enables stratified sampling, but it relies on disassembly of the outer pipe and secondary drilling of the inner pipe, resulting in complicated operations, high likelihood of sample contamination, and insufficient work continuity. To meet the demands for accuracy, efficiency and reliability in construction geological survey, there is a strong urgent need for an efficient sampling device that can continuously collect samples at multiple depths in a single drilling operation.

[0007] Furthermore, the tube seat is rotatably mounted on the sampling disc, and the tube seat is connected to a second rotating member that drives it to rotate around its own axis. When the sampling tube is in the position of the sampling hole, the tube seat can rotate such that the axial direction of the sampling tube and the first radial direction of the sampling disc form a first narrow angle, and the first radial direction is the direction of the line connecting the center of the tube seat and the center of the sampling disc.

[0008] Furthermore, the angle of the first angle is between 0° and 60°.

[0013] Furthermore, the first rotating member includes a first motor, which is fixed to the inner wall of the boring pipe via a mounting frame, and the output shaft of the first motor is positioned coaxially with the boring pipe, with one end of the output shaft fixedly connected to the central part of the sampling plate. [Effects of the Invention]

[0014] Compared to conventional technology, the construction geological survey sampling device provided by this application has the following beneficial effects.

[0015] 1. This construction geological survey sampling device utilizes a sampling mechanism that combines a rotating sampling disc and multiple independent sampling tubes. This allows for the sequential protrusion of sampling tubes from the sampling hole at different depths with a single penetration of the boring pipe, enabling continuous layered sample collection, single or multiple sampling at the same location, and continuous sampling at different locations. Intermediate sampling tube replacement or secondary boring is unnecessary. This improves sampling efficiency, accuracy, and diversity, reduces working time and costs, and is suitable for rapid and accurate exploration of complex geological environments.

[0016] 2. With this construction geological survey sampling device, by controlling the rotation angle of the sampling disc, when the sampling pipe and the sampling hole become misaligned, the opening at the position of the sampling pipe is shielded by the inner wall of the boring pipe. As a result, when the boring pipe penetrates the soil, the sampling pipe is closed off within the boring pipe and does not come into contact with the outside soil. If sampling is required at a certain depth, sampling can be performed by driving the sampling disc to face the sampling hole using the first rotating member, and during sampling, the inner pipe can be driven outwards using the driving member. This reduces operating time and improves sampling efficiency.

[0017] 3. According to this construction geological survey sampling device, when the number of sampling holes is the same as the number of pipe seats, the sampling plate rotates to make each sampling pipe correspond one-to-one with each sampling hole. This provides an alternative sampling method in which, when the boring pipe reaches the desired sampling depth, each sampling pipe aligns with the corresponding sampling hole simultaneously, enabling multiple samples to be taken at once and improving sampling efficiency. Furthermore, since the sampling positions are set circumferentially around the boring pipe to allow for multiple samples to be taken, sampling errors that may occur when sampling at the same depth are avoided. [Modes for Carrying Out the Invention]

[0019] In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the present application will be described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0020] In the embodiments, with reference to Figures 1 to 10, the engineering geological survey sampling apparatus includes a boring pipe 1 for drilling holes, a sampling mechanism 2 is disposed inside the boring pipe 1, the sampling mechanism 2 includes a sampling disk 21, the sampling disk 21 is provided with at least two tube seats 22 arranged in an annular array, the tube seats 22 are used for mounting sampling tubes 23, the sampling tube 23 is composed of an outer tube 231 and an inner tube 232, one side of the outer tube 231 is provided with a driving member 27 that drives the inner tube 232 to move in its axial direction, the sampling disk 21 is connected to a first rotating member 24 that drives it to rotate around the central axis of the boring pipe 1, at least one sampling hole 25 is formed in the boring pipe 1, and when the sampling disk 21 rotates, the sampling tube 23 moves to the position of the sampling hole 25, and the inner tube 232 can be protruded out of the sampling hole 25 for sampling under the driving of the driving member 27.

[0021] In one embodiment of the present invention, a specific example (not shown) of the drive member 27 including a reciprocating plunger mechanism is provided, the outer tube 231 communicating with the reciprocating plunger mechanism via an air supply tube 271, and the reciprocating plunger mechanism drives the inner tube 232 to move in the axial direction of the outer tube 231. The reciprocating plunger mechanism is a conventional plunger pump that drives the movement of the inner tube 232 by injecting or extracting fluid between the outer tube 231 and the inner tube 232, and since this method is prior art, the corresponding structure is not shown in the drawings.

[0022] In one embodiment of the present invention, another specific example (not shown) of the drive member 27 is provided, which is an air cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder, or an electrically retractable rod. The piston rod of the air cylinder, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, or the retractable rod of the electrically retractable rod passes through the outer tube 231 and is connected to the end of the inner tube 232, and the cylinder block of the air cylinder, the cylinder block of the hydraulic cylinder, or the cylinder block of the electrically retractable rod is attached to the end of the outer tube 231. This is also prior art, so a detailed explanation is omitted here and it is not shown in the figures.

[0023] In one embodiment of the present invention, the first rotating member 24 includes a first motor 241, which is fixed to the inner wall of the boring pipe 1 via a mounting frame 242. The output shaft of the first motor 241 is positioned coaxially with the boring pipe 1, and one end of the output shaft is fixedly connected to the center of the sampling plate 21. The first motor 241 drives the sampling plate 21 to rotate, thereby rotating the pipe seat 22 and the sampling tube 23 on it.

[0024] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, by controlling the rotation angle of the sampling plate 21, when the sampling tube 23 and the sampling hole 25 are misaligned, the opening at the position of the sampling tube 23 is shielded by the inner wall of the boring pipe 1. As a result, when the boring pipe 1 penetrates the soil, the sampling pipe 23 is closed inside the boring pipe 1 and does not come into contact with the outside soil. If sampling is required at a certain depth, sampling can be performed by driving the sampling plate 21 to face the sampling hole 25 using the first rotating member 24, and during sampling, the inner tube 232 can be driven outwards using the drive member 27. The penetration of the boring pipe 1 is achieved by a boring mechanism (not shown), which works in cooperation with the sampling mechanism 2 to perform sampling at different depths by rotating and moving the boring pipe 1 downwards to penetrate the soil.

[0025] In actual use, depending on the sampling requirements, a boring pipe 1 with a different number of sampling holes 25 can be selected, where the number of sampling holes 25 is either one or the same as the number of pipe seats 22.

[0026] In one embodiment of the present invention, when there is only one sampling hole 25, the sampling plate 21 rotates, allowing each sampling tube 23 to be sequentially moved to the position of the sampling hole 25. As the depth of the boring pipe 1 changes, sampling can be performed once or multiple times at the same depth position or at different depth positions, enabling efficient and accurate soil sample collection. This design is flexible, adaptable, and suitable for a variety of geological exploration needs.

[0027] In practical use, if a single sampling is required at different depths, the sampling disc 21 can be rotated after reaching different penetration depths to align with the sampling hole 25, and the inner tube 232 can be driven to protrude, allowing the sampling tube 23 to enter the soil and collect a sample. On the other hand, if multiple samplings are required at the same depth, the penetration can be paused at the same depth, and different sampling discs 21 can be repeatedly rotated to align with the sampling hole 25, driving the inner tube 232 to protrude multiple times. The same applies to multiple samplings at different depths. This design not only improves the efficiency and accuracy of sampling but also effectively avoids sample contamination and ensures data reliability, making it suitable for exploring complex geological conditions.

[0028] In one embodiment of the present invention, when the number of sampling holes 25 is the same as the number of pipe seats 22, the sampling plate 21 rotates to make each sampling tube 23 correspond one-to-one with each sampling hole 25. This provides another sampling method in which, when the boring pipe 1 reaches a desired sampling depth, each sampling tube 23 simultaneously aligns with the corresponding sampling hole 25, enabling multiple samples to be taken at once and improving sampling efficiency. Furthermore, since the sampling positions are set in the circumferential direction of the boring pipe 1 to allow for multiple samples to be taken, sampling errors that may occur when sampling at the same depth are avoided.

[0029] In one embodiment of the present invention, the tube seat 22 is rotatably mounted on the sampling disc 21, and the tube seat 22 is connected to a second rotating member 26 that drives it to rotate around its axis, and when the sampling tube 23 is in the position of the sampling hole 25, the tube seat 22 can rotate such that the axial direction of the sampling tube 23 and the first radial direction 4 of the sampling disc 21 form a first narrow angle 3, the first radial direction 4 being the direction of the line connecting the center of the tube seat 22 and the center of the sampling disc 21.

[0030] As shown in Figure 4, the tube seat 22 can flexibly adjust the angle of the sampling tube 23 by driving the second rotating member 26. An advantage of this method is that if the inner tube 232 cannot be directly cut due to special circumstances at the sampling location, the sampling tube 23 can bypass the obstacle by adjusting the angle of the tube seat 22, thereby ensuring smooth sampling and further improving the adaptability of the equipment and the accuracy of sampling.

[0031] Furthermore, this provides an alternative sampling method in which, after stopping penetration at a certain depth, the boring pipe 1 can continue to rotate around its axis, and by adjusting the angle of the sampling tube 23 (first narrow angle 3), the inner tube 232 of the sampling tube 23 can be extended a certain distance outside the boring pipe 1, and the opening of the inner tube 232 can continue to sample along the soil layer by scraping due to the continuous rotation of the boring pipe 1, thereby achieving sampling through the continuous protrusion of the inner tube 232. This effectively expands the sampling range, ensures the comprehensiveness and representativeness of the sampling, reduces redundant operations, and improves work efficiency.

[0032] In one embodiment of the present invention, the angle of the first angle 3 is between 0° and 60°. When the angle is 0°, the inner tube 232 protrudes radially from the sampling plate 21. When rotated to 60°, the inner tube 232, after protruding, can scrape the soil at the sampling position as the boring pipe 1 rotates, and the larger the angle, the better the scraping effect. However, if the angle is too large, the length of the outer tube 231 will be limited.

[0033] In one embodiment of the present invention, one specific example of the second rotating member 26 includes an annular frame 261 located at the bottom of a sampling disc 21, the annular frame 261 being fixedly connected to the inner wall of a boring pipe 1 via a plurality of connecting rods 262, a first rotating shaft 263 being fixedly connected to the bottom of the pipe seat 22, the first rotating shaft 263 being rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sampling disc 21 through the sampling disc 21, a first gear 264 being fixedly connected to the bottom of the first rotating shaft 263, and teeth 265 that mesh with the first gear 264 being provided on the inside of the annular frame 261.

[0034] As shown in Figures 5 and 6, the position of the teeth 265 is set according to the position of the sampling hole 25, and based on the above embodiment, there are specifically two methods.

[0035] According to the first method, if there is one sampling hole 25, there is also one tooth 265. When either pipe seat 22 moves to the position of the sampling hole 25 while the sampling disc 21 is rotating, the tooth 265 meshes with the first gear 264. At the start of the meshing, the first angle 3 is 0°. In this case, radial sampling can be performed by driving the inner tube 232 to protrude outward. As the sampling disc 21 continues to rotate with the tooth 265 and the first gear 264 meshed, the first gear 264 follows and rotates, gradually deviating the pipe seat 22 and sampling tube 23 from the radial direction, forming the desired first angle 3 and achieving angle adjustment. At this time, the boring pipe 1 may stop rotating and perform sampling, or it may continue rotating and scrape the opening of the inner tube 232 along the soil layer for sampling. To meet the sampling requirements at different depth positions, the above procedure should be followed.

[0036] According to the second method, if there are multiple sampling holes 25, the number of teeth 265 increases accordingly, so that each tooth 265 corresponds to the position of one sampling hole 25. The principle is the same as the first method, the difference being that when each tooth 265 and each first gear 264 mesh, each sampling tube 23 adjusts its angle synchronously.

[0037] Furthermore, the first gear 264 and the teeth 265 have a gear ratio such that the sampling hole 25 corresponds to the required protrusion direction of the sampling tube 23. That is, in the process of changing the first angle 3, this gear ratio ensures that the protrusion direction of the sampling tube 23 and the position of the sampling hole 25 precisely coincide, making it possible to sample through the sampling hole 25 when the inner tube 232 protrudes. When the first angle 3 is relatively large, the protrusion direction of the inner tube 232 is offset from the center of the sampling hole 25. Therefore, by providing the sampling hole 25 in the shape of an oval hole on the surface of the boring pipe 1, it is ensured that the sampling tube 23 can smoothly pass through the sampling hole 25 at different angles, as shown in Figures 3 and 4.

[0038] In one embodiment of the present invention, according to another specific example (not shown) of the second rotating member 26, a second motor is connected to the bottom of the first rotating shaft 263, and the second motor drives the first rotating shaft 263 to rotate, and further directly drives the tube seat 22 and the sampling tube 23 connected thereto to adjust the angle.

[0039] As shown in Figure 10, when the first gear 264 and the teeth 265 are not meshed, the first gear 264 becomes rotatable. To prevent the first gear 264 from rotating excessively due to inertia while the boring pipe 1 is rotating, when the first gear 264 rotates in a region other than the teeth 265, two adjacent teeth of the first gear 264 slide against the inner surface of the annular frame 261. This prevents the first gear 264 from rotating when it moves in other regions.

[0040] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, a protrusion 233 is provided at one end of the inner tube 232 that is close to the center of the sampling plate 21, and a helical groove 234 is formed on the inner wall of the outer tube 231 that is slidably connected to the protrusion 233, so that the inner tube 232 can rotate around its central axis when the outer tube 231 moves in the axial direction. When the inner tube 232 is extended outward for sampling, the rotation of the inner tube 232 can reduce frictional resistance with the soil and improve sampling efficiency.

[0041] In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figure 7, a plurality of sampling mechanisms 2 are provided and arranged in an array in the axial direction of the boring pipe 1. Each sampling mechanism 2 is independently controlled, and the sampling position and depth can be flexibly adjusted according to the requirements of different soil layers.

[0042] The above describes some exemplary embodiments of the present application, and of course, those skilled in the art can modify the described embodiments in various different ways without departing from the gist and scope of the present application. Therefore, the above drawings and descriptions are essentially illustrative and should not be interpreted as limiting the scope of protection of the present application. [Explanation of Symbols]
