[0066] According to the above technical proposal, in the suspension member provided by this disclosure, a first drum is suspended from a first suspension part, and a second drum is suspended from a second suspension part. In other words, at least two drums are suspended from the suspension member. Therefore, when the drums rotate during operations such as drying or washing, they are prone to resonating with the suspension member. Furthermore, since the connection part is installed between the first drum and the second drum, when the suspension member undulates up and down during resonance, the connection part becomes the part of the suspension member where the vibration amplitude is greatest. Herein, this disclosure provides a rigidity reduction part at the connection part, and by using the rigidity reduction part to reduce the rigidity of the connection part, the natural frequency of the connection part can be reduced. This makes it possible to move the natural frequency of the connection part away from the vibration frequency of the drums in the suspension member, and further reduces or avoids resonance between the connection part and the drums. In other words, the suspension member of this disclosure can reduce or avoid resonance between itself and the drums.

[0067] Furthermore, this disclosure reduces the rigidity of the connection portion by reducing the rigidity of the connection portion in the rigidity reduction portion, thereby reducing both the primary and secondary natural frequencies of the connection portion. This allows the primary natural frequency of the connection portion to be moved away from the vibration frequency when the drum rotates at low speed, thereby avoiding resonance with the connection portion when the drum rotates at low speed. Consequently, the rigidity reduction portion of this disclosure has a superior vibration reduction effect when the drum rotates at low speed.

[0068] Other features and advantages of this disclosure are described in detail in the following sections on specific embodiments. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0070] The following describes specific embodiments of this disclosure in detail, in conjunction with the drawings. The specific embodiments described herein are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit this disclosure.

[0071] In this disclosure, unless otherwise stated, directional terms such as “up,” “down,” “front,” “back,” “left,” and “right” used are defined in relation to the garment processing apparatus, where the up-down direction may refer to the direction of gravity of the garment processing apparatus or suspension member, the left-right direction may refer to the width direction of the garment processing apparatus, and the front-back direction may be understood as the side facing the user of the garment processing apparatus and the side facing away from the user, where the drum door of the garment processing apparatus is usually located on the front side of the garment processing apparatus. Furthermore, the first and second directions may refer to the drawing directions in Figures 1 to 23, where, when the suspension member of this disclosure is applied to a garment processing apparatus, the first direction may correspond to the left-right direction of the garment processing apparatus, the second direction may correspond to the front-back direction of the garment processing apparatus, the first side may correspond to the front side, and the second side may correspond to the rear side. “Inside” and “outside” refer to the inside and outside of each component itself. Terms such as “first” and “second” used are used to distinguish one element from another and do not have priority or importance. In the following explanation, when referring to drawings, the same reference numerals in different drawings represent the same or similar elements, and detailed explanations are omitted here.

[0072] According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a suspension member is provided, as shown in Figures 1 to 23, the suspension member 100 includes a first suspension section 1, a connecting section 2 and a second suspension section 3 arranged along a first direction, the first suspension section 1 being used to suspend a first drum 4 of a garment processing device, the second suspension section 3 being used to suspend a second drum 6 of a garment processing device, the connecting section 2 being connected to the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3, and the connecting section 2 being provided with a stiffness reduction section 5 for reducing the stiffness of the connecting section 2.

[0073] In the suspension member 100 provided by this disclosure, a first drum 4 is suspended from a first suspension section 1, and a second drum 6 is suspended from a second suspension section 3. In other words, at least two drums are suspended from the suspension member 100. Therefore, when the drums rotate during operations such as drying or washing, they are prone to resonating with the suspension member 100. Since the connection section 2 is installed between the first drum 4 and the second drum 6, when the suspension member 100 undulates up and down during resonance, the connection section 2 becomes the part of the suspension member 100 where the vibration amplitude is greatest.

[0074] With the above-described technology, the present disclosure makes it possible to reduce the rigidity of the connection part 2 via the rigidity reduction part 5 by installing a rigidity reduction part 5 on the connection part 2, and further reduce the natural frequency of the connection part 2. As a result, the natural frequency of the connection part 2 can be moved away from the vibration frequency of the drum in the suspension member 100, thereby reducing or avoiding resonance between the connection part 2 and the drum. In other words, the suspension member 100 of the present disclosure can reduce or avoid resonance between itself and the drum.

[0075] Furthermore, this disclosure reduces the rigidity of the connection part 2 with the rigidity reduction part 5, thereby reducing the natural frequency of the connection part 2, that is, reducing both the primary and secondary natural frequencies of the connection part 2. In this way, the primary natural frequency of the connection part 2 can be moved away from the vibration frequency when the drum rotates at low speed, thus avoiding resonance with the connection part 2 when the drum rotates at low speed. Consequently, the rigidity reduction part 5 of this disclosure has a better vibration reduction effect when the drum rotates at low speed.

[0076] This disclosure does not limit the specific structure and material of the rigidity reduction section 5, and will be described in detail in the following embodiments. As those skilled in the art will know, reducing the rigidity of a component can reduce its natural frequency, that is, when the rigidity of the connection section 2 is reduced, the natural frequency of the connection section 2 also decreases. Here, the natural frequency can be composed of frequencies from the first to the Nth order, and the higher the order, the higher the natural frequency. For example, the first natural frequency is smaller than the second natural frequency. Furthermore, when the drum rotates at a low speed, if the rotational speed of the drum is 400 RPM to 600 RPM, for example, 500 RPM, the rigidity reduction section 5 of this disclosure can effectively move the natural frequency of the connection section 2 away from the vibration frequency of the drum, that is, if the rotational speed of the drum is 500 RPM to 700 RPM, the rigidity reduction section 5 can effectively avoid resonance between the drum and the connection section 2 or the suspension member 100.

[0077] The drum mentioned above refers to the drum suspended from the suspension member 100, and that is, the drum may be the first drum 4 or the second drum 6.

[0078] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the stiffness reduction section 5 may be configured in any suitable manner, for example, as shown in Figures 2 to 9, the stiffness reduction section 5 may include at least one notch 51, and at least a portion of the notch 51 is connected to the connection section 2. Here, by forming at least a portion of the notch 51 on the connection section 2, the physical structure of the portion of the connection section 2 corresponding to the notch 51 can be omitted, the stiffness of the connection section 2 can be reduced by changing the geometric shape of the connection section 2, and resonance between the physical structure of the portion of the connection section 2 corresponding to the notch 51 and the drum can be avoided. As a result, by reducing the stiffness of the connection section 2 and omitting the physical structure of the portion of the connection section 2 corresponding to the notch 51, resonance between the connection section 2 and the drum can be effectively reduced or avoided. When the drum rotates at a low speed, such an installation can move the primary natural frequency of the connection section 2 away from the vibration frequency when the drum rotates at a low speed, improve the stability of the garment processing device when the drum rotates at a low speed, and reduce noise during operation of the garment processing device.

[0079] Furthermore, the notch 51 in this disclosure can be understood as an open mouth-like structure on one side; that is, the circumferential direction of the notch 51 is not closed, and in other words, the contour line 513 surrounding the notch 51 does not form an annular shape.

[0080] In addition, the fact that at least a portion of the notch 51 is formed on the connection portion 2 may be understood in some embodiments as the notch 51 being formed only on the connection portion 2, as shown in Figure 5. The advantage of this arrangement is that the entire notch 51 can be placed on the connection portion 2, effectively reducing the rigidity of the connection portion 2 and further avoiding resonance with the connection portion 2 or the suspension member 100 when the drum rotates at a low speed. Here, if there are at least two notches 51, at least one of the notches 51 may be formed only on the connection portion 2. In some other embodiments, as shown in Figure 2, the notch 51 spans the first suspension section 1, the connecting section 2, and the second suspension section 3, that is, a portion of the notch 51 is formed in each of the first suspension section 1, the connecting section 2, and the second suspension section 3. In this way, on the one hand, the rigidity of the suspension member 100 is further reduced, which in turn further reduces the rigidity of the connecting section 2. That is, as the rigidity of the entire suspension member 100 decreases, the rigidity of the connecting section 2 also decreases, which is advantageous in moving the primary natural frequency of the connecting section 2 away from the vibration frequency at low speed rotation of the drum. On the other hand, the area of the notch 51 installed in this way is large, which is advantageous in avoiding other parts of the garment processing apparatus. Here, if there are at least two notches 51, at least one of the notches 51 can span the first suspension section 1, the connecting section 2, and the second suspension section 3.

[0081] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, 5 and 8, the connecting portion 2 may have a first side 21 and a second side 22 that are installed opposite each other in the second direction, and the first and second directions are perpendicular to each other, and both the first and second sides may have notches 51, and the notch 51 of the first side 21 may be formed only on the connecting portion 2, and the notch 51 of the second side 22 may span the first suspension portion 1, the connecting portion 2 and the second suspension portion 3, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0082] Furthermore, when the suspension member 100 is applied to a garment processing device, the first side 21 may be the front side, and the second side 22 may be the rear side.

[0083] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 2 to 9, the connection portion 2 has a first center line 50 extending along a second direction, the first and second directions being perpendicular to each other, the first drum 4 and the second drum 6 may be installed axially symmetric with respect to the first center line 50, and the notch 51 itself may be installed axially symmetric with respect to the first center line 50. In this way, by installing the notch 51 symmetrically with respect to the first center line 50, the rigidity of the connection portion 2 with respect to the first center line 50 can be distributed symmetrically. Thus, when either drum rotates at a low speed, such installation can reduce or avoid resonance between the drum and the connection portion 2.

[0084] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 2 to 8, the first suspension section 1 may be provided with a first connection point 10 and a second connection point 20 arranged along a second direction, and the first drum 4 may be connected to the first suspension section 1 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, that is, the first suspension section 1 is connected to the first drum 4 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, and the second suspension section 3 may be provided with a third connection point 30 and a fourth connection point 40 arranged along a second direction A second drum 6 may be connected to the second suspension section 3 via a third connection point 30 and a fourth connection point 40, that is, the second suspension section 3 is connected to the second drum 6 via a third connection point 30 and a fourth connection point 40, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20 may be installed symmetrically with respect to the second center line 60, and the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40 may be installed with respect to the second center line 60.

[0085] Here, the notch 51 has an outer end 512 and an inner end 511 that are installed correspondingly in the second direction, and the inner end 511 may be flush with the second center line 60 or located outside the second center line 60. Here, the notch 51 has depth in the second direction, and the inner end 511 being located outside the second center line 60 can be understood as the second center line 60 being installed inside the inner end 511, with the physical portion of the connection part 2 between them. In this way, the above installation can avoid the notch 51 becoming too deep and causing the connection part 2 to break when the drum rotates, that is, such an installation can achieve both a reduction in the rigidity of the connection part 2 and stability of the connection part 2.

[0086] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 2 to 9, the notch 51 has a width in the first direction, and the width of the notch 51 may be 240 mm to 250 mm, for example, 245 mm. In this way, it is possible to avoid having little effect on the rigidity of the connection part 2 when the width of the notch 51 is narrow, and avoid the rigidity of the connection part 2 decreasing too much when the width of the notch 51 is wide. That is, such an installation can achieve both a reduction in the rigidity of the connection part 2 and stability of the connection part 2. Here, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, when the notch 51 is installed on the first side 21 of the connection part 2, the width of the notch 51 may be D1, and when the notch 51 is installed on the second side 22 to be connected, the width of the notch 51 may be D2.

[0087] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 2 to 8, the connector 2 has a first side 21 and a second side 22 that are positioned opposite each other in a second direction, the first and second directions being perpendicular to each other, and a notch 51 is provided on the first side 21 and / or the second side 22, that is, a notch 51 is provided on at least one of the first side 21 and the second side 22. In some embodiments, the connector 2 may have a notch 51 only on the first side 21, and in some other embodiments, the connector 2 may have a notch 51 only on the second side 22.

[0088] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 1 to 9, when the suspension member 100 is applied to a garment processing device, the first drum 4 may be installed at the front of the first suspension section 1, the second drum 6 may be installed at the front of the second suspension section 3, and the rigidity reduction section 5 may be installed on the first side 21 of the connection section 2, that is, the rigidity reduction section 5 may be installed on the front side of the connection section 2. In this way, since the drum is installed on the front side, the first side 21 of the connection section 2 is prone to resonance with the drum, and therefore, by installing the rigidity reduction section 5 on the first side 21 of the connection section 2, the probability of resonance with the connection section 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed can be further reduced. In some embodiments, if the stiffness reduction section 5 includes at least one notch 51, the connection section 2 may have a notch 51 only on the first side 21, thereby ensuring an effective reduction in the stiffness of the connection section 2. Alternatively, the connection section 2 may have notches 51 on both the first side 21 and the second side 22, thereby further reducing the stiffness of the connection section 2 and thereby lowering the natural frequency of the connection section 2. Of course, the above configurations can appropriately reduce the stiffness of the connection section 2, and in order to avoid the stiffness of the connection section 2 being too low, the stiffness of the connection section 2 must be greater than or equal to a preset stiffness value.

[0089] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, the notch 51 may have width in a first direction, and in a second direction, the notch 51 may have an outer end 512 and an inner end 511 that are positioned opposite each other, wherein the width of at least one outer end 512 of the notch 51 is greater than the width of the inner end 511. In this way, the notch 51 can be designed to be wider on the outside and narrower on the inside. With this arrangement, since the outer end 512 is set further outward, designing the outer end 512 to be wider is advantageous in reducing the rigidity of the connection 2, while reducing the impact on the stability of the connection 2. Since the inner end 511 is positioned further inward, designing the inner end 511 to be narrower ensures the rigidity of the inside of the connection 2, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the connection 2.

[0090] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, the vertical projection of the notch 51 has a contour line 513, where the first direction, the second direction and the vertical direction are perpendicular to each other, and at least a portion of at least one contour line 513 may be configured as a curve. In this way, a curved design can improve the smoothness of the notch 51 and avoid stress concentration at the connection 2 in the notch 51.

[0091] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, the contour line 513 of at least one notch 51 may be configured as a curve, that is, the entire contour line 513 of the notch 51 may be configured as a curve, in which case the smoothness of the notch 51 can be further improved. Here, in some embodiments, when the entire contour line 513 of the notch 51 is configured as a curve, the width at the inner end 511 of the notch 51 may be 0 mm.

[0092] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, the contour line 513, which is configured as a curve, may be configured as a sinusoidal peak or trough. That is, the width of the notch 51 can be set to gradually narrow from a preset width until it becomes 0, thereby effectively improving the smoothness of the notch 51 and uniformly reducing the rigidity of the connection portion 2 at the notch 51. Here, if the notch 51 is installed on the first side 21 of the connection portion 2, the notch 51 may be sinusoidal trough, and if the notch 51 is installed on the second side 22 of the connection portion 2, the notch 51 may be sinusoidal peak. The shapes of sinusoidal peaks and troughs are well known to those skilled in the art, and a detailed explanation is omitted here. In other embodiments, the contour line 513, which is configured as a curve, may be configured as a semicircular contour line, and this disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0093] In some embodiments, at least one contour line 513 is configured as a curve in part, for example, as shown in Figures 2 and 8, at least one contour line 513 includes a first partial contour line 5131 and a second partial contour line 5132, wherein the second partial contour line 5132 is connected to both sides of the first partial contour line 5131 in a first direction, where the first partial contour line 5131 may be configured as a straight line and the second partial contour line 5132 may be configured as a curve, and in this way the first partial contour line 5131 can be positioned at the inner end 511, where the width of the inner end 511 is greater than 0 and may be a predetermined width. As a result, the design of the first partial contour line 5131 can reduce the difficulty of manufacturing the suspension member 100 and avoid stress concentration at the connection part 2 in the notch 51.

[0094] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3 to 7, at least one notch 51 may be configured as a rectangular opening, thereby reducing the difficulty of manufacturing the suspension member 100 by designing it as a rectangular opening.

[0095] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 3, 4, and 6, notches 51 may be provided on both the first side 21 and the second side 22, and the projection of the notch 51 in the vertical direction has a contour line 513, the first direction, the second direction and the vertical direction are perpendicular to each other, at least a part of the contour line 513 of the notch 51 on the first side 21 is configured as a curve, and the notch 51 on the second side 22 is configured as a rectangular opening. Here, the contour line 513 of the notch 51 on the first side 21 may be configured as a sinusoidal peak or trough shape. Here, as shown in Figure 3, when the suspension member 100 is applied to a garment processing device, relief cutouts 80 may be provided on the front of the first suspension part 1 and the front of the second suspension part 3.

[0096] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 2 to 8, both the first side 21 and the second side 22 may be provided with notches 51, the vertical projection of the notch 51 has a contour line 513, the first direction, the second direction and the vertical direction are perpendicular to each other, at least a portion of the contour line 513 of the notch 51 on the first side 21 is configured as a curve, and the notch 51 on the second side 22 may include the first partial contour line 5131 and the second partial contour line 5132. Here, the contour line 513 of the notch 51 on the first side 21 may be configured as a sinusoidal peak or trough.

[0097] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 5, notches 51 may be installed on both the first side 21 and the second side 22, and both the notches 51 on the first side 21 and the notches 51 on the second side 22 may be configured as rectangular openings.

[0098] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 7, the second side 22 may be provided with a notch 51, which may be configured as a rectangular opening.

[0099] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, notches 51 are provided on both the first side 21 and the second side 22, and the minimum distance between the two notches 51 in the second direction is 160 mm to 180 mm, for example, 170 mm. In this way, it is possible to avoid the connection portion 2 being prone to breakage when the minimum distance is too small, and the connection portion 2 being too rigid when the minimum distance is too large. Here, as shown in Figure 9, the minimum distance may be L3.

[0100] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the notch 51 has depth in the second direction, and the maximum depth of the notch 51 on the first side 21 may be 65 mm to 75 mm, for example, 70 mm. In this way, it is possible to avoid the connection portion 2 being prone to breakage when the notch 51 on the first side 21 is too deep, and the connection portion 2 being too rigid when the notch 51 on the first side 21 is too shallow. Here, as shown in Figure 9, the maximum depth of the notch 51 on the first side 21 may be L1.

[0101] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the notch 51 of the second side 22 has depth in the second direction, and the maximum depth of the notch 51 of the second side 22 may be 140 mm to 160 mm, for example, 150 mm. In this way, it is possible to avoid the connection portion 2 being prone to breakage when the notch 51 of the second side 22 is too deep, and the connection portion 2 being too rigid when the notch 51 of the second side 22 is too shallow. Here, as shown in Figure 9, the maximum depth of the notch 51 of the second side 22 may be L2.

[0102] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the first suspension portion 1 and the second suspension portion 3 may have a width in the first direction, and the width of the first suspension portion 1 and the second suspension portion 3 may be 160 mm to 180 mm, for example, 170 mm. The connecting portion 2 may have a width in the first direction, and the width of the connecting portion 2 may be 160 mm to 180 mm, for example, 170 mm.

[0103] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 2, the garment processing apparatus may include a housing 7, and both the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3 may be fitted with mounting sections 8, and the mounting sections 8 may be connected to at least one wall plate of the housing 7. In this way, the connection between the mounting sections 8 and at least one wall plate can effectively improve the connection strength between the suspension member 100 and the housing 7, and therefore the rigidity of the suspension member 100 can be effectively improved. Thus, resonance between the suspension member 100 and the drum can be avoided when the drum rotates at a high speed. Here, when the suspension member 100 is applied to a garment processing apparatus, the mounting sections 8 may be installed at the rear of the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3.

[0104] Furthermore, by setting the mounting portion 8 to be connected to at least one wall plate of the housing 7, the rigidity of the suspension member 100 can be improved, and the natural frequency of the suspension member 100 can be further improved. When the rigidity of the suspension member 100 increases, the natural frequency of the suspension member 100 also increases, and at the same time, both the primary and secondary natural frequencies of the suspension member 100 increase. Here, when the drum rotates at high speed, the vibration frequency of the drum is high, and at this time, the secondary natural frequency of the suspension member 100 increases. Therefore, this setting can avoid resonance with the suspension member 100 when the drum rotates at high speed. Furthermore, because the rigidity of the connection part 2 is reduced, the primary natural frequency of the connection part 2 is low. When the drum rotates at a low speed, and the suspension member 100 undulates up and down during resonance, the connection part 2 becomes the part where the vibration amplitude of the suspension member is largest. Therefore, by effectively reducing the primary natural frequency of the connection part 2, this disclosure can effectively avoid resonance with the connection part 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed. As a result, the garment processing apparatus of this disclosure can reduce or avoid resonance with the connection part 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed and resonance with the suspension member 100 when the drum rotates at a high speed through the above settings. This effectively improves the reliability of the garment processing apparatus and reduces noise from the garment processing apparatus.

[0105] In some embodiments, when the rotational speed of the drum during high-speed rotation is 800 RPM to 1200 RPM, the above design can effectively avoid resonance between the drum and the suspension member 100.

[0106] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figure 2, the second side 22 of the connection portion 2 may have a notch 51, and when the suspension member 100 is applied to a garment processing device, the second side 22 may be the front side of the connection portion 2, i.e., the notch 51 may be installed on the front side of the connection portion 2, and the mounting portion 8 is used to surround the second side 22 or the front side notch 51 of the connection portion 2. This is advantageous for forming the notch 51. In this case, the notch 51 can span the first suspension portion 1, the connection portion 2 and the second suspension portion 3.

[0107] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figure 2, the housing 7 includes a side wall plate 71 and a rear wall plate 72, and the mounting portion 8 may be connected to at least one of the side wall plate 71 and the rear wall plate 72, thereby further improving the rigidity of the suspension member 100, and thereby improving the natural frequency of the suspension member 100. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 2, the mounting portion 8 may be connected to both the side wall plate 71 and the rear wall plate 72.

[0108] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 2, the mounting portion 8 and the first suspension portion 1 or the second suspension portion 3 are further enclosed to form an escape opening 70. In this way, the escape opening 70 can be used to avoid components inside the housing 7.

[0109] In some other embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the stiffness reduction portion 5 may include at least one reduction hole 52 formed in the connection portion 2.

[0110] With the above-described technology, the suspension member 100 provided by this disclosure, by utilizing the reduction hole 52, can omit the physical structure of the part of the connection part 2 corresponding to the reduction hole 52. Therefore, by changing the geometric shape of the connection part 2, the rigidity of the connection part 2 can be reduced, and by omitting the physical structure of the part of the connection part 2 corresponding to the reduction hole 52, resonance between the physical structure of that part and the drum can be avoided. As a result, by reducing the rigidity of the connection part 2 and omitting the physical structure of the part of the connection part 2 corresponding to the reduction hole 52, resonance between the connection part 2 and the drum can be effectively reduced or avoided. When the drum rotates at a low speed, such an installation can move the primary natural frequency of the connection part 2 away from the vibration frequency when the drum rotates at a low speed, improve the stability of the garment processing device when the drum rotates at a low speed, and reduce noise during operation of the garment processing device.

[0111] As those skilled in the art will understand, reducing the rigidity of a component can reduce its natural frequency; that is, when the rigidity of the connection part 2 decreases, the natural frequency of the connection part 2 also decreases. Here, the natural frequency can be composed of frequencies from the first to the Nth order, and the higher the order, the higher the natural frequency. For example, the first natural frequency is smaller than the second natural frequency. Furthermore, when the drum rotates at a low speed, if the rotational speed of the drum is 400 RPM to 600 RPM, for example, 500 RPM, the rigidity reduction part 5 of this disclosure can effectively move the natural frequency of the connection part 2 away from the vibration frequency of the drum; that is, if the rotational speed of the drum is 500 RPM to 700 RPM, the rigidity reduction part 5 can effectively avoid resonance between the drum and the connection part 2 or the suspension member 100.

[0112] Furthermore, the reduction hole 52 has a perforated structure, meaning that the circumferential direction of the reduction hole 52 is closed. This differs from the setting in which one side of the notch 51 is open.

[0113] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the reduction hole 52 may be configured as a circular hole, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, thereby avoiding stress concentration due to the connection portion 2 in the reduction hole 52.

[0114] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the suspension member 100 may be configured as a plate, and the reduction hole 52 may be configured as a through hole that penetrates the suspension member 100 along the thickness direction of the suspension member 100. In this way, the design of the through hole can further reduce the rigidity of the connection portion 2. Of course, in other embodiments, the reduction hole 52 may be configured as a blind hole.

[0115] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the first suspension section 1 may be provided with a first connection point 10 and a second connection point 20 arranged along a second direction, and the first drum 4 may be connected to the first suspension section 1 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, that is, the first suspension section 1 is connected to the first drum 4 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, and the second suspension section 3 may be provided with a third connection point 30 and a fourth connection point arranged along a second direction 40 may be installed, and the second drum 6 may be connected to the second suspension section 3 via the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40, that is, the second suspension section 3 is connected to the second drum 6 via the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20 may be installed symmetrically with respect to the second center line 60, and the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40 may be installed with respect to the second center line 60.

[0116] Here, the connecting portion 2 has a first side 21 and a second side 22 that are installed opposite each other in the second direction, and a plurality of reduction holes 52 may be installed in the portion of the connecting portion 2 that is located on the side of the second center line 60 that is closer to the first side 21, that is, a plurality of reduction holes 52 may be installed in the portion of the connecting portion 2 that is located in front of the second center line 60. Here, a first drum 4 is usually installed in front of the first suspension portion 1, and a second drum 6 is usually suspended in front of the second suspension portion 3, so by installing a plurality of reduction holes 52 in the portion of the connecting portion 2 that is located in front of the second center line 60, it is advantageous to reduce the rigidity of the front of the connecting portion 2, and furthermore, it is possible to reduce or avoid resonance with the connecting portion 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed.

[0117] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 10 to 11, a plurality of reduction holes 52 may be provided in the portion of the connection portion 2 located on the side closer to the second side 22 of the second center line 60, that is, a plurality of reduction holes 52 may be provided in the portion of the connection portion 2 located behind the second center line 60. In this way, the rigidity of the connection portion 2 can be further reduced, the primary natural frequency of the connection portion 2 can be further reduced, and the primary natural frequency of the connection portion 2 can be moved away from the vibration frequency when the drum rotates at low speed.

[0118] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the diameter of the reduction hole 52 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the first side 21 is larger than the diameter of the reduction hole 52 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the second side 22. That is, the diameter of the reduction hole 52 located in front of the second center line 60 is larger than the diameter of the reduction hole 52 located behind the second center line 60. In this way, the rigidity of the front part of the connection 2 can be further reduced, which is advantageous in reducing the rigidity of the front part of the connection 2 and can further reduce or avoid resonance with the connection 2 when the drum rotates at low speed.

[0119] In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 10, the spacing between two adjacent reduction holes 52 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the first side 21 is smaller than the spacing between two adjacent reduction holes 52 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the second side (22). That is, the spacing between two adjacent reduction holes 52 located in front of the second center line 60 is smaller than the spacing between two adjacent reduction holes 52 located behind the second center line 60. In this way, the rigidity of the front part of the connection 2 can be further reduced, which is advantageous in reducing the rigidity of the front part of the connection 2 and further reduces or avoids resonance with the connection 2 when the drum rotates at low speed. Here, the reduction holes 52 may be arranged in rows or columns, and this disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0120] In some embodiments, as shown in Figures 10 and 11, the connection portion 2 has a first center line 50 extending along a second direction, and the first drum 4 and the second drum 6 may be installed axially symmetric with respect to the first center line 50, and the plurality of reduction holes 52 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the first side 21 may be arranged axially with respect to the first center line 50, that is, the plurality of reduction holes 52 located in front of the second center line 60 are arranged axially with respect to the first center line 50, and / or the plurality of reduction holes 52 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the second side 22 may be arranged axially with respect to the first center line 50, that is, the plurality of reduction holes 52 located behind the second center line 60 are arranged axially with respect to the first center line 50. In this way, by symmetrically arranging the multiple reduction holes 52 corresponding to the first center line 50, the rigidity of the connection part 2 with respect to the first center line 50 can be symmetrically distributed. Thus, when either drum rotates at a low speed, this setting can reduce or avoid resonance between the drum and the connection part 2.

[0121] In some embodiments, the diameter of the reduction hole 52 may be 65 mm to 75 mm, or for example, 70 mm, in which case it is possible to avoid the stability of the connection part 2 being reduced due to the diameter of the reduction hole 52 being too large.

[0122] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 12 to 15, the rigidity reduction portion 5 may include a thinned portion 53, and the thinned portion 53 is formed on at least a part of the connecting portion 2, and the thickness of the connecting portion 2 in the thinned portion 53 is smaller than the thickness of the other parts of the connecting portion 2 other than the thinned portion 53, or smaller than the thickness of the first suspension portion 1 or the second suspension portion 3.

[0123] With the above-described technology, in the garment processing apparatus provided by this disclosure, by installing a thinning portion 53 on the connection portion 2, the thickness of the connection portion 2 in the thinning portion 53 can be reduced. Such a setting can reduce the rigidity of the connection portion 2 and further reduce the natural frequency of the connection portion 2, thereby effectively reducing or avoiding resonance between the connection portion 2 and the drum. When the drum rotates at a low speed, such a setting can move the primary natural frequency of the connection portion 2 away from the vibration frequency of the drum at low speed rotation, thereby improving the stability of the garment processing apparatus when the drum rotates at low speed and reducing noise during operation of the garment processing apparatus.

[0124] Furthermore, when the thickness of a component decreases, its rigidity also decreases, which in turn lowers its natural frequency.

[0125] In some embodiments, the suspension member 100 may be configured as a plate, which is advantageous for forming the thinned portion 53.

[0126] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 12, the thinned portion 53 may be configured as a flat plate, that is, the thickness of each part of the thinned portion 53 may remain the same.

[0127] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the thickness of the thinned portion 53 is 2 mm to 3 mm, thereby avoiding a situation where the thinned portion 53 is too thick, resulting in a small reduction in the rigidity of the connection portion 2. Here, the thickness of the thinned portion 53 may be less than 2.5 mm.

[0128] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the thickness of the thinned portion 53 may be 0.6 mm to 1 mm, for example, 0.8 mm or more. In this way, it is possible to avoid the situation where the thinned portion 53 is too thin, which would result in poor stability of the connection portion 2 and cause it to break.

[0129] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 13 and 14, the first suspension section 1 may be provided with a first connection point 10 and a second connection point 20 arranged along a second direction, and the first drum 4 may be connected to the first suspension section 1 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, that is, the first suspension section 1 is connected to the first drum 4 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, and the second suspension section 3 may be provided with a third connection point 30 and a fourth connection point 4 arranged along a second direction. 0 is installed, and the second drum 6 may be connected to the second suspension section 3 via the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40, that is, the second suspension section 3 is connected to the second drum 6 via the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40, the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20 may be installed symmetrically with respect to the second center line 60, and the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40 may be installed symmetrically with respect to the second center line 60.

[0130] Here, the connecting portion 2 has a first side 21 and a second side 22 that are installed opposite each other in the second direction, and the thickness of the thinned portion 53 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the first side 21 is smaller than the thickness of the thinned portion 53 located on the side of the second center line 60 closer to the second side 22, that is, the thickness of the thinned portion 53 in front of the second center line 60 may be smaller than the thickness of the thinned portion 53 behind the second center line 60. Here, the first drum 4 is usually installed at the front of the first suspension portion 1, and the second drum 6 is usually installed at the front of the second suspension portion 3, and therefore, by setting the thickness of the portion of the connecting portion 2 located in front of the second center line 60 to be small, it is advantageous to reduce the rigidity of the front of the connecting portion 2, and it is possible to further reduce or avoid resonance with the connecting portion 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed.

[0131] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 13, the thickness of the thinned portion 53 may gradually decrease from the second side to the first side, that is, it may gradually decrease from back to front, and in this way, it is possible to achieve a continuous and gradual change in the thickness of the thinned portion 53.

[0132] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 14, the thickness of the thinned portion 53 may decrease gradually from the second side to the first side, that is, it may decrease gradually from back to front. In this way, a gradual change in the thickness of the thinned portion 53 can be achieved.

[0133] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figure 15, the thinned portion 53 may include a first subsection 531 and a second subsection 532, the first subsection 531 may be connected to a first suspension portion 1, the second subsection 532 may be connected to a second suspension portion 3, the thickness of the first subsection 531 gradually decreases along a first direction toward the second subsection 532, and / or the thickness of the second subsection 532 gradually decreases along a first direction toward the first subsection 531. In this way, it is possible to achieve a gradual change in the thickness of the thinned portion 53 along a first direction.

[0134] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 15, the thinned portion 53 includes a third subsection 533, which is connected to the first subsection 531 and the second subsection 532, and the third subsection 533 is configured as a flat plate. That is, the thickness of each part of the third subsection 533 remains the same. In this way, the stability of the thinned portion 53 in the third subsection 533 can be improved. Herein, in some embodiments, the thickness of the third subsection 533 may be 0.6 mm to 1.0 mm, for example, 0.8 mm, and this disclosure is not limited thereto.

[0135] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 16 to 20, the stiffness reduction portion 5 may include at least one reduction groove 54, the connecting portion 2 is at least partially bent to form at least one reduction groove 54, the reduction groove 54 extends along a second direction and has length in the second direction, and the first and second directions are perpendicular to each other.

[0136] With the above-described technical proposal, in the garment processing apparatus provided by this disclosure, a reduction groove 54 can be formed by bending the connecting portion 2 at least partially, and the reduction groove 54 has length in the second direction, i.e., the reduction groove 54 is elongated. As a result, such a setting can reduce the rigidity of the connecting portion 2, thereby lowering the natural frequency of the connecting portion 2, and thereby effectively reducing or avoiding resonance between the connecting portion 2 and the drum. When the drum rotates at a low speed, such a setting can move the primary natural frequency of the connecting portion 2 away from the vibration frequency of the drum at low speed rotation, improving the stability of the garment processing apparatus when the drum rotates at low speed, and reducing noise during operation of the garment processing apparatus.

[0137] Furthermore, when the drum rotates at a low speed, the vibration of the connection part 2 may be an up-and-down vibration. In this disclosure, by arranging the damping groove 54 to extend along the second direction and have length in the second direction, the damping groove 54 helps to counteract the up-and-down movement of the connection part 2, thereby preventing the connection part 2 from resisting its own up-and-down vibration, and thus preventing resonance with the connection part 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed.

[0138] Furthermore, the connecting portion 2 does not form the reduction groove 54 by thinning the connecting portion 2, but rather forms the reduction groove 54 by bending at least partially, and in this case, the thickness of each part of the connecting portion 2 may be approximately the same. Here, as will be apparent to those skilled in the art, the groove may be formed by a recess in a part of the component, and the groove has an open structure at one end, which is different from a hole or opening.

[0139] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 16, the reduction groove 54 can penetrate the connection portion 2 along a second direction. This is advantageous for forming the reduction groove 54 when the connection portion 2 is bent.

[0140] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 16, the reduction groove 54 has a width in the first direction, and the width of the reduction groove 54 may be 170 mm to 190 mm, for example, 180 mm or less.

[0141] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 17 to 20, the reduction groove 54 has depth in the vertical direction, and the depth of the reduction groove 54 may be 50 mm to 60 mm, for example, 55 mm or less. In this way, it is possible to avoid the reduction groove 54 being too deep and occupying a large space, to avoid interference between the connection part 2 and other parts in the housing 7, and to further avoid the connection part 2 being prone to breakage due to the static rigidity of the connection part 2 being too low because the reduction groove 54 is too deep.

[0142] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the reduction groove 54 may be configured as a rectangular groove, as shown in Figures 17, 18, and 20. This is advantageous for forming the reduction groove 54. Here, the corners of the rectangular groove can be made rounded, thereby avoiding stress concentration at the connection portion 2 in the reduction groove 54.

[0143] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 19, the reduction groove 54 may be configured as an arc groove, thereby improving the smoothness of the reduction groove 54 and thus avoiding stress concentration at the connection portion 2 in the reduction groove 54.

[0144] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 18 and 19, the rigidity reduction section 5 includes a reduction groove 54, the opening of which may face upward, and the first direction, second direction, and vertical direction are perpendicular to each other. In this way, the connection section 2 can be positioned in the space inside the housing 7, and interference with the top plate of the housing 7 can be avoided when the opening of the reduction groove 54 faces downward.

[0145] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figure 20, the rigidity reduction section 5 includes one reduction groove 54, the opening of which may face downward, and the first direction, second direction and vertical direction are perpendicular to each other. This is advantageous for forming the reduction groove 54.

[0146] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figure 17, the connecting portion 2 is at least partially bent to form at least two reduction grooves 54, the at least two reduction grooves 54 being arranged sequentially along a first direction, and the openings of two adjacent reduction grooves 54 facing opposite directions. In this way, the rigidity of the connecting portion 2 can be effectively reduced by at least two successively installed reduction grooves 54.

[0147] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the stiffness reduction section 5 includes at least two reduction grooves 54, and the at least two reduction grooves 54 may be spaced apart along the first direction. By spacing out two adjacent reduction grooves 54 in this way, the structural strength and stiffness of the portion of the connection section 2 located between the two adjacent reduction grooves 54 can be ensured, and fracture of the connection section 2 can be avoided.

[0148] In some embodiments of this disclosure, as shown in Figures 21 to 23, at least a portion of the connection portion 2 is configured as a stiffness reduction portion 5, the stiffness reduction portion 5 is manufactured from a predetermined material, where the material stiffness of the stiffness reduction portion 5 is less than the material stiffness of the portion of the connection portion 2 other than the stiffness reduction portion 5, or less than the material stiffness of the first suspension portion 1 or the second suspension portion 3.

[0149] With the above-described technology, the garment processing apparatus provided by this disclosure can reduce the rigidity of the connection part 2 by installing a rigidity reduction part 5 in the connection part 2 and reducing the material rigidity of the rigidity reduction part 5, thereby reducing the natural frequency of the connection part 2. This reduces or avoids resonance between the connection part 2 and the drum. When the drum rotates at a low speed, such an installation moves the primary natural frequency of the connection part 2 away from the vibration frequency at low speed rotation of the drum, improving the stability of the garment processing apparatus when the drum rotates at a low speed and reducing noise during operation of the garment processing apparatus.

[0150] Furthermore, if the elements affecting rigidity are the same for the rigidity reduction section 5 and the other parts of the connection section 2, the rigidity of the connection section 2 can be reduced by setting the material rigidity of the rigidity reduction section 5 to be lower than the material rigidity of the parts of the connection section 2 other than the rigidity reduction section 5. Similarly, if the entire connection section 2 is configured as the rigidity reduction section 5, and the factors affecting rigidity are the same for the rigidity reduction section 5, the first suspension section 1, and the second suspension section 3, the rigidity of the connection section 2 can also be reduced by setting the material rigidity of the rigidity reduction section 5 to be lower than the material rigidity of the first suspension section 1 or the second suspension section 3. In other words, the material of the rigidity reduction section 5 is different from the material of the other parts of the connection section 2, or the material of the rigidity reduction section 5 is different from the material of the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3.

[0151] In some embodiments, the low material stiffness of the stiffness reduction section 5 may be understood as meaning that the stiffness reduction section 5 may be manufactured from a more flexible material.

[0152] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the elastic modulus of the predetermined material is 1 × 10 9 Pa~2.1×10 11 It may also be Pa, and in this way, it is possible to avoid the predetermined elastic modulus of the material being too large or too small.

[0153] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the predefined material may include a metallic material and / or a non-metallic material, and / or this disclosure does not limit it.

[0155] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the pre-defined material may be a metallic material, the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3 may be manufactured from a metallic material, and the rigidity reduction section 5 is welded to the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3, respectively. Thus, the rigidity reduction section 5, the first suspension section 1, and the second suspension section 3 are all manufactured from a metallic material, which is advantageous for achieving welding of the rigidity reduction section 5 to the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3, and for improving the connection strength between the rigidity reduction section 5 and the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3.

[0156] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the pre-configured material is a metallic material, the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3 are manufactured from the metallic material, and the stiffness reduction section 5 is connected to the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3, respectively, via fasteners. In this way, the stiffness reduction section 5, the first suspension section 1, and the second suspension section 3 are all manufactured from metallic material, thereby preventing the material stiffness of the stiffness reduction section 5, the first suspension section 1, and the second suspension section 3 from being too low. Furthermore, by connecting the stiffness reduction section 5 to the first suspension section 1 and the second suspension section 3, respectively, via fasteners, the stability of the connection can be improved, on the one hand, and a detachable connection between the stiffness reduction section 5 and the first suspension section 1, and a detachable connection between the stiffness reduction section 5 and the second suspension section 3 can be achieved.

[0157] In some embodiments of this disclosure, the pre-set material is a metallic material, the first suspension part 1 and the second suspension part 3 are manufactured from a non-metallic material, and the stiffness reduction part 5 is connected to the first suspension part 1 and the second suspension part 3, respectively, via fasteners. In this way, the stiffness reduction part 5 and the first suspension part 1 and the second suspension part 3 are manufactured from different materials, and in this case, by connecting the stiffness reduction part 5 to the first suspension part 1 and the second suspension part 3, respectively, via fasteners, the stability of the connection can be improved on the one hand, and a removable connection between the stiffness reduction part 5 and the first suspension part 1, and a removable connection between the stiffness reduction part 5 and the second suspension part 3 can be achieved on the other hand.

Here, the first drum 4 is usually installed in front of the first suspension portion 1, and the second drum 6 is usually suspended in front of the second suspension portion 3, so by configuring at least a portion of the connecting portion 2 located in front of the second center line 60 as a rigidity reduction portion 5, it is advantageous to reduce the rigidity of the front of the connecting portion 2, and furthermore, it is possible to reduce or avoid resonance with the connecting portion 2 when the drum rotates at a low speed.

[0160] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in Figures 1 to 23, the first suspension section 1 may be provided with a first connection point 10 and a second connection point 20 arranged along a second direction, and the first drum 4 may be connected to the first suspension section 1 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20, i.e., the first suspension section 1 is connected to the first drum 4 via the first connection point 10 and the second connection point 20; the second suspension section 3 may be provided with a third connection point 30 and a fourth connection point 40 arranged along a second direction, and the second drum 6 may be connected to the second suspension section 3 via the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40, i.e., the second suspension section 3 is connected to the second drum 6 via the third connection point 30 and the fourth connection point 40, and the first direction and the second direction are perpendicular to each other.
