Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a long object hoisting method for hoisting long objects such as H-section steel, and a long object hoisting jig used in this hoisting method.

Background Art

[0002] As the above long object hoisting method, for example, as shown in Fig. 12(a) to Fig. 12(d), a method using a vertical long material hoisting device for hoisting long materials such as reinforcing bars and H-section steel as long objects is known (Patent Document 1). This vertical long material hoisting device includes a chain 901 serving as a flexible rope. A ring 902 is connected to the upper end of the chain 901, and a reinforcing bar holding ring 903 is attached to a position near the upper end of the chain 901. Further, a clamp fitting 904 is attached to a position near the lower end of the chain 901, and a safety cup 905 is attached to the lower end of the chain 901. Slightly above the clamp fitting 904, a double safety device 906 composed of a restriction ring 907 and a clamp-type stopper 908 is mounted.

[0003] In such a vertical long material hoisting device, the long material is attached to the chain 901 using the reinforcing bar holding ring 903, the clamp fitting 904, the safety cup 905, and the double safety device 906, and the wire rope hook of a crane is engaged with the ring 902 for hoisting, whereby the long material can be vertically hoisted.

Summary of the Invention

Problem to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] Incidentally, such lifting operations sometimes have to be carried out in situations where there are structures above, such as under an elevated bridge. However, with the conventional method using the long material vertical lifting device described above, the wire rope hook is attached from above to a ring 902 provided at the upper end of the chain 901 and lifted up, which leads to the problem that the crane interferes with the structure above and the long material cannot be lifted to a sufficient height.

[0006] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a method for suspending long objects and a jig for suspending long objects that can suspend long objects to a sufficient height even if there is a structure above them. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The present invention's method for suspending long objects is as follows: A method for suspending a long object vertically, The method includes a lifting jig for the elongated body attached to a portion of the elongated body that is the center of gravity of the elongated body, and a lifting position set between the center of gravity of the aggregate (when the elongated body is considered as an aggregate) and the elongated center of gravity, and lifting the aggregate by engaging a crane at that position.

[0008] With this configuration, when the crane is secured to the set lifting position and the assembly is lifted, it can be lifted vertically with the center of gravity of the long section upwards and the center of gravity of the assembly downwards. In this lifted state, even though the lifting position is located below the center of gravity of the long section, the center of gravity of the long section and the other side of the long section in the longitudinal direction from the center of gravity of the long section are located above the lifting position, allowing the long section to be lifted to a height equal to or higher than that of the crane.

[0009] In the present invention's method for suspending long objects, In the suspended state obtained through the lifting process, the other end of the elongated body, which is the end on the other side in the longitudinal direction from the elongated center of gravity, may be located above the tip of the boom used to lift the assembly on the crane.

[0010] With this configuration, during the lifting process, the assembly is lifted with the other end of the long body positioned above the tip of the boom. Therefore, even if there is a structure above, the long body can be lifted vertically to a sufficient height.

[0011] The present invention's method for suspending long objects is as follows: The process may also include the step of attaching the other end of the elongated body, which is the end on the other side in the longitudinal direction from the elongated center of gravity, to the structure to be attached, while the elongated body is suspended by the aforementioned suspension process.

[0012] With this configuration, the assembly can be suspended during the lifting process, bringing the other end of the elongated body close to the structure to be attached, and then the elongated body can be attached to the structure during the attachment process. Therefore, even if there is a structure above, the movement and attachment of the elongated body to the structure can be carried out efficiently and safely.

[0013] The present invention's method for suspending long objects is as follows: The installation process may include a step of removing the jig for lifting the long body from the long body after the long body has been attached to the structure.

[0014] With this configuration, the method for lifting the long object includes the step of removing the jig for lifting the long object, so that only the long object can be attached to the structure.

[0015] The long object lifting jig of the present invention is used in the long object lifting method described above.

[0016] With this configuration, a jig for lifting long objects is attached to one side of the long object's center of gravity in the longitudinal direction to form an assembly. When the crane is locked to the set lifting position and the assembly is lifted, the object can be lifted vertically with the long object's center of gravity above and the assembly's center of gravity below. In this suspended state, even though the lifting position is located below the long object's center of gravity, the long object's center of gravity and the other side of the long object's center of gravity in the longitudinal direction are located above the lifting position. This allows the long object to be lifted to a height equal to or higher than the crane's height.

Effects of the Invention

[0017] As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a long object hoisting method and a long object hoisting jig that can hoist a long object to a sufficient height even when a structure is present above.

[Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0019] The following describes a method for suspending a long object according to one embodiment of the present invention, with reference to the attached drawings. As shown in Figure 4, the method for suspending a long object 1 in a vertical orientation is a method for suspending a long object 1 in a vertical orientation. The method for suspending a long object 1 in a vertical orientation is used, for example, to fix the upper end of a long object 1 suspended in a vertical orientation to a structure. Specifically, the method for suspending a support column, which is a long object 1 for supporting a sound barrier, in a vertical orientation, and fixing the upper end of this support column to the lower part of an elevated bridge, which is a structure, is used in construction work. The following describes, in order, the long object 1, which is the object to be suspended in a vertical orientation, the jig 2 for suspending a long object used in the method for suspending a long object, and the assembly 3 of these (see Figure 1).

[0020] The elongated body 1 is an object that is suspended vertically using the elongated body suspension method. This elongated body 1 is used, for example, as a support column. In this embodiment, the elongated body 1 is made of H-shaped steel. The weight M1 of the elongated body 1 is 125 kgf, the length L1 of the elongated body 1 is 3390 mm, and the height dimension H1 of the elongated body 1 is 150 mm. The elongated body 1 may be made of various shaped steel materials such as H-shaped steel, reinforcing bars, pipes, etc. Furthermore, the weight M1 and dimensions of the elongated body 1 are not limited.

[0021] In this embodiment, the elongated body 1 comprises an elongated main body portion 10 which is an H-shaped steel beam. The elongated body 1 also comprises an elongated connecting portion 11 provided on one side of the elongated main body portion 10 in the height direction. Furthermore, the elongated body 1 comprises a mounting portion 12 provided on the other side of the elongated main body portion 10 in the height direction.

[0022] The elongated main body 10 includes a high flange 100, a low flange 101, and a web 102 connecting the flanges 100 and 101.

[0023] The elongated connecting portion 11 is the part that connects the elongated body 1 to the elongated body lifting jig 2, and specifically, it is a through hole that penetrates the high flange 100 in the thickness direction. In this embodiment, the elongated connecting portion 11 is provided on one side portion 13 in the length direction of the elongated body 1. The through holes that make up the elongated connecting portion 11 are provided in pairs, spaced apart in the length direction of the elongated main body portion 10, and two sets of these pairs of through holes are provided, arranged in the width direction. That is, four through holes are provided in the elongated body 1, but two, three, five or more may be provided.

[0024] The mounting portion 12 is a protruding piece that extends outward from the elongated main body portion 10. Specifically, the mounting portion 12 is a protruding piece that extends further in the other direction in the height direction from the other end edge in the height direction of the lower flange 101 of the elongated main body portion 10. In this embodiment, the mounting portion 12 is provided at the other end 140 of the other portion 14 in the length direction of the elongated body 1. The mounting portion 12 is a rectangular plate-shaped protruding piece. This protruding piece has a pair of through holes that penetrate in the thickness direction, spaced apart in the length direction of the elongated body 1. With the mounting portion 12 provided in this way, the other end 140 in the length direction of the elongated body 1 is attached to the structure S to be attached.

[0025] The center of gravity G1 of the elongated body 1 is located at the intersection of the two diagonals when the elongated body 1 is viewed from the front (see Figure 1). In this embodiment, when the elongated body 1 is viewed from the width direction, the elongated main body portion 10 is substantially rectangular in a front view, and the center of gravity G1 of the elongated body 1 is located at the intersection of the two diagonals of the elongated main body portion 10. Furthermore, the center of gravity G1 is located approximately in the center of the length direction of the elongated body 1. That is, the center of gravity G1 is located between one side portion 13 and the other side portion 14 in the length direction of the elongated body 1. In addition, the center of gravity G1 is located approximately in the center of the height direction of the elongated body 1.

[0026] The lifting jig 2 for long objects is made of a long material, which in this embodiment is an H-beam. Furthermore, the lifting jig 2 is heavier than the long object 1, shorter than the long object 1, and has a greater height dimension than the long object 1. Specifically, the weight M2 of the lifting jig 2 is 186 kgf, the length L2 of the lifting jig 2 is 2000 mm, and the height dimension H2 of the lifting jig 2 is 300 mm. The lifting jig 2 may be made of a material other than an H-beam, and may be composed of various types of shaped steel such as H-beams, reinforcing bars, pipes, or other materials besides long objects. Also, although the lifting jig 2 is made of one component, it may be made of multiple components. The weight M2 and dimensions of the lifting jig 2 are not limited. Hereinafter, "Long-length Lifting Jig 2" will be referred to as "Lifting Jig 2".

[0027] Furthermore, the lifting jig 2 is attached to a portion 13 on one side in the longitudinal direction of the elongated body 1, relative to the elongated center of gravity G1. In this embodiment, the lifting jig 2 comprises a jig body portion 20 which is an H-shaped steel beam. The lifting jig 2 also has a jig connecting portion 21 at one end of the jig body portion 20 in the height direction.

[0028] The jig body 20 includes a high flange 200, a low flange 201, and a web 202 that connects the flanges 200 and 201.

[0029] The jig connecting portion 21 is the part that connects to the elongated body 1, and specifically, it is a through hole that penetrates the lower flange 201 of the lifting jig 2 in the thickness direction. In this embodiment, the jig connecting portion 21 is provided in the other side portion 22 of the jig body portion 20 in the longitudinal direction, or in the central portion 23 of the jig body portion 20 in the longitudinal direction. The through holes that serve as the jig connecting portion 21 are provided in pairs, spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the jig body portion 20, and two sets of these pairs of through holes are provided, arranged in the width direction. In other words, there are four through holes provided in the lifting jig 2. Specifically, two of the four through holes are provided in the other side portion 22 of the jig body portion 20 in the longitudinal direction, and the remaining two through holes are provided in the central portion 23 of the jig body portion 20 in the longitudinal direction. Note that there may be two, three, five or more through holes provided in the lifting jig 2.

[0030] The lifting jig 2 is attached to the elongated body 1 by inserting bolts through the through holes in the elongated connecting portion 11 and the jig connecting portion 21 of the elongated body 1. The lifting jig 2 may also be attached to the elongated body 1 by fastening devices other than screws and bolts, or by welding or other means.

[0031] The center of gravity G2 of the lifting jig 2 is located at the intersection of two diagonals when the lifting jig 2 is viewed from the width direction. Furthermore, the center of gravity G2 is located approximately in the center of the lifting jig 2 in the length direction. That is, the center of gravity G2 is located between the other side portion 22 and the one side portion 24 in the length direction of the lifting jig 2. In addition, the center of gravity G2 is located approximately in the center of the lifting jig 2 in the height direction.

[0032] In this embodiment, the lifting jig 2 is movable by being lifted by a crane C (see Figure 2). The jig lifting position P2, which is the lifting position where the crane C locks when lifting the lifting jig 2, is located on one side in the height direction of the jig's center of gravity G2 (see Figure 1). Furthermore, the jig lifting position P2 is located at approximately the same position as the jig's center of gravity G2 in the longitudinal direction of the lifting jig 2. Specifically, the jig lifting position P2 is a through hole that penetrates the web 202 in the thickness direction.

[0033] Assembly 3 consists of a long body 1 with a lifting jig 2 attached. The weight of assembly 3 is 311 kgf. The distance D12 between the center of gravity G1 of the long body and the center of gravity G2 of the jig in assembly 3 is, for example, 1786 mm.

[0034] The collective center of gravity G3 is the center of gravity of the assembly 3 when the lifting jig 2 and the elongated body 1 are considered as a single rigid body. Furthermore, the collective center of gravity G3 is set between the elongated body's center of gravity G1 and the jig's center of gravity G2. That is, the collective center of gravity G3 is located on the imaginary line L12 connecting the elongated body's center of gravity G1 and the jig's center of gravity G2. In this embodiment, the collective center of gravity G3 is located on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the lifting jig 2 than the jig's center of gravity G2.

[0035] The following equation holds true between the distance D12 between the center of gravity G1 of the long body and the center of gravity G2 of the jig, the distance D32 between the collective center of gravity G3 and the center of gravity G2 of the jig, the weight M1 of the long body 1, and the weight M2 of the lifting jig 2. (Math 1) M2·D32=M1(D12-D32) Therefore, the distance D32 between the centroid G3 and the jig centroid G2 can be calculated using the following formula. (Math 2) D32 = M1·D12 / (M1 + M2) In this embodiment, by substituting each numerical value into the above formula, the following formula is obtained. (Math 3) D32 = 125 * 1786 / (125 + 186) Based on this, the distance D32 between the collective center of gravity G3 and the jig center of gravity G2 is calculated to be 718 mm.

[0036] The suspension position P3 of the assembly 3 is set so that, when the assembly 3 is suspended, the center of gravity G1 of the long section is upward and the center of gravity G3 of the assembly is downward. There is one suspension position P3 set for the assembly 3. Specifically, the suspension position P3 is set on the long section 1 or the suspension jig 2 so that, when the assembly 3 is suspended, the center of gravity G1 of the long section is upward and the center of gravity G3 of the assembly is downward. More specifically, the suspension position P3 is set on the long section 1 or the suspension jig 2 at a position below the upper edge 25 of the suspension jig 2 so that, when the assembly 3 is suspended, the center of gravity G1 of the long section is upward and the center of gravity G3 of the assembly is downward.

[0037] In this embodiment, the lifting position P3 is set in the lifting jig 2. Specifically, the lifting position P3 is a through hole that penetrates the lifting jig 2 in the width direction. By setting the lifting position P3 in the lifting jig 2, the process of removing the lifting jig 2 from the elongated body 1 described later can be carried out efficiently without changing the lifting position (lifting position P3) of the crane C. Note that the lifting position P3 may also be set in the elongated body 1, for example, it may be a through hole that penetrates the elongated main body portion 10, which is an H-shaped steel beam, in the width direction.

[0038] The suspension position P3 is set in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3 at a position between the long-length centroid G1 and the collective centroid G3. Specifically, the suspension position P3 is set perpendicular to the imaginary line L12 connecting the long-length centroid G1 and the collective centroid G3, and is above the imaginary line LG3 passing through the collective centroid G3, but not on the imaginary line LG3. Furthermore, it is preferable that the suspension position P3 is set in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3 at a position between the long-length centroid G1 and the collective centroid G3, on the side closer to the collective centroid G3. Moreover, it is even more preferable that the suspension position P3 is set between the collective centroid G3 and the other end edge 220 in the longitudinal direction of the suspension jig 2.

[0039] On the other hand, the suspension position P3 is set within the height range of the assembly 3 in the height direction. That is, the suspension position P3 is set between the other end edge 15 in the height direction of the elongated body 1 and the one end edge 26 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2. It is also preferable that the suspension position P3 is set between the elongated center of gravity G1 and the one end edge 26 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2 in the height direction of the assembly 3. That is, it is preferable that the suspension position P3 is set between the elongated center of gravity G1 and the center of gravity G3 of the assembly, or between the center of gravity G3 of the assembly and the one end edge 26 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2 in the height direction of the assembly 3. It is also preferable that the suspension position P3 is set within the height range of the suspension jig 2 in the height direction of the assembly 3. That is, it is preferable that the suspension position P3 is set between the one end edge 26 and the other end edge 27 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2 in the height direction of the assembly 3. The suspension position P3 may be set at any location in the width direction of the assembly 3.

[0040] In this way, the suspension position P3 can be set within the area enclosed by one position in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3 and one position in the height direction of the assembly 3. For example, if a position between the long-length center of gravity G1 and the assembly center of gravity G3 is selected as one position in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, the suspension position P3 can be set within the area enclosed by this position in the longitudinal direction, the other end edge 15 in the height direction of the long-length body 1, and the one end edge 26 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2. It is also preferable to set the suspension position P3 within the area enclosed by this position in the longitudinal direction and between the long-length center of gravity G1 and the assembly center of gravity G3 in the height direction of the assembly 3, or between the assembly center of gravity G3 in the height direction of the assembly 3 and the one end edge 26 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2. It is also preferable to set the suspension position P3 within the area enclosed by this position in the longitudinal direction and between the one end edge 26 and the other end edge 27 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2.

[0041] The position of the suspension point P3 determines the orientation of the assembly 3 when it is lifted. For example, when the suspension point P3 is set to a position on the other side of the length of the assembly's center of gravity G3 in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, and at a position coinciding with the center of gravity G3 in the height direction of the assembly 3, the assembly 3 can be suspended with its length aligned with the vertical direction. Also, when the suspension point P3 is set to one side of the height direction of the suspension jig 2 relative to the center of gravity G3 of the assembly, the assembly 3 can be suspended in an inclined position relative to the vertical direction.

[0042] Furthermore, a virtual diagonal line VL2 is set that passes through the centroid G3 and is inclined at a desired angle, for example, 10 degrees, relative to a virtual straight line VL1 that passes through the centroid G3 and is parallel to the length direction of the assembly 3. The lifting position P3 is set on this virtual diagonal line VL2. The lifting position P3 is set so that the longitudinal direction LD1 of the long body 1 is inclined at an angle of 20 degrees or less with respect to the vertical direction VD, in this embodiment, at an angle of 10 degrees (see Figure 4). For example, when lifting the long body 1 (approximately 3m in this embodiment) in a position where the upper part extends above the tip B1 of the boom B of the crane C, the long body 1 and the tip B1 of the boom B of the crane C or the hook portion of the crane C become very close. Also, as described above, when lifting the long body 1 (assembly 3) along the vertical direction, the risk of the long body 1 coming into contact with the tip B1 of the boom B of the crane C or the hook portion increases. In contrast, by tilting the elongated body 1 (assembly 3) at a desired angle and lifting it, contact with the tip B1 or hook portion of the boom B of crane C can be suppressed. The magnitude of the tilt angle relative to the vertical direction may be set to an appropriate angle that avoids contact, corresponding to the size of the tip B1 of the boom B of crane C and the size of the hook portion. Furthermore, the lifting position P3 may be set so that the longitudinal direction LD1 of the elongated body 1 aligns with the vertical direction VD.

[0043] Next, each step of the long body lifting method will be described. In this embodiment, the long body lifting method includes a connection step, a step of lifting the assembly 3, an attachment step of attaching the long body 1 to the structure S, and a removal step of removing the lifting jig 2 from the long body 1.

[0044] The connection process involves connecting the lifting jig 2 to the elongated body 1 to obtain the assembly 3 (see Figure 2). In the connection process, first, the elongated body 1 is placed horizontally on the mounting surface. In this embodiment, the elongated body 1 is first placed on the mounting surface via a base. Furthermore, the lifting jig 2 is attached to the placed elongated body 1 with bolts. Specifically, the lifting jig 2 is lifted by locking the crane C to the jig lifting position P2 and brought close to the placed elongated body 1. Then, the lifting jig 2 is attached to the elongated body 1 by inserting bolts through the through holes in the elongated connection part 11 and the jig connection part 21 of the elongated body 1. Note that fixing these bolts (male threads) to the jig connection part 21 in advance by welding or the like makes the connection process and the removal process, which will be described later using Figure 5, easier and improves efficiency.

[0045] The connection point between the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2 is set in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, between the central part 16 of the elongated body 1 in the longitudinal direction and the central part 23 of the lifting jig 2 in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the connection point between the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2 is set within the height range of the assembly 3. That is, the connection point between the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2 is set between the other end edge 15 of the elongated body 1 in the height direction and the one end edge 26 of the lifting jig 2 in the height direction. In addition, the connection point between the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2 is set between the center of gravity G1 of the elongated body and the center of gravity G2 of the jig.

[0046] The coupling process may be performed at the site where the lifting process takes place, or, for example, the coupling process may be performed in advance at another location such as a factory, and the resulting assembly 3 may be brought to the site where the lifting process takes place.

[0047] The lifting process involves securing the crane C to the lifting position P3 and lifting the assembly 3 (see Figures 3 and 4). In this embodiment, first, the crane C is removed from the lifting position P2 of the lifting jig 2, and the removed crane C is secured to the lifting position P3 of the assembly 3 (see Figure 3). Furthermore, by lifting the other end 28 in the longitudinal direction of the lifting jig 2 with the crane C, the elongated body 1 is suspended vertically with its longitudinal direction LD1 inclined at an angle of 20 degrees or less with respect to the vertical direction VD, in this embodiment at an angle of 10 degrees (see Figure 4).

[0048] In this embodiment, when the elongated body 1 is suspended by the lifting process, the other end 140 of the elongated body 1, which is the end on the other side in the longitudinal direction from the elongated center of gravity G1, is located above the tip B1 of the boom B of the crane C used to suspend the assembly 3. That is, the upper end 17 of the elongated body 1 is located above the tip B1 of the boom B of the crane C. Alternatively, when the elongated body 1 is suspended, the upper end 17 of the elongated body 1 may be located at the same vertical position as the tip B1 of the boom B.

[0049] The installation process involves suspending the elongated body 1 using the lifting process, and then attaching the other end 140 of the elongated body 1 to the structure S to be installed. This installation process is carried out by a worker riding in the cage of an aerial work platform. The structure S is, for example, an elevated bridge.

[0050] In this embodiment, the elongated body 1 is fixed to the structure S while it is still suspended during the lifting process. Specifically, the other end 140 of the elongated body 1 is directly fastened to the structure S using bolts, and the mounting portion 12 of the elongated body 1 is fastened to the structure S via a short beam using bolts, thereby fixing the elongated body 1 to the structure S. Alternatively, the elongated body 1 may be fixed to the structure S by other fixing methods such as welding.

[0051] The removal process involves removing the lifting jig 2 from the elongated body 1 after it has been attached to the structure S during the installation process (see Figure 5). This removal process is performed by a worker riding in the cage of an aerial work platform. In this embodiment, the lifting jig 2 is removed from the elongated body 1 by removing the bolts connecting the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2.

[0052] When the long body 1 is attached to the structure S, the length of the assembly 3 is approximately vertical. Consequently, the lifting position P3 of the assembly 3 shifts toward the structure S relative to the boom B of the crane C. In this state, if the lifting jig 2 is removed from the long body 1, the lifting jig 2 moves away from the long body 1 so that the shift in the lifting position P3 returns to normal.

[0053] In the above method of lifting a long object, when the crane C is attached to the set lifting position P3 and the assembly 3 is lifted, it can be lifted vertically with the long object's center of gravity G1 above and the assembly's center of gravity G3 below. In this way, when the long object 1 is lifted vertically, even though the lifting position P3 is located below the long object's center of gravity G1, the long object's center of gravity G1 and the part 14 of the long object 1 on the other side of the length relative to the long object's center of gravity G1 are located above the lifting position P3. As a result, the long object 1 can be lifted to a height equal to or higher than the tip B1 of the crane C's boom B. In this way, even if there is a structure S above, the long object 1 can be lifted to a sufficient height.

[0054] According to the elongated body lifting method of this embodiment, in the lifting process, the assembly 3 is lifted with the other end 140 of the elongated body 1 positioned above the tip B1 of the boom B. Therefore, even if the structure S is above, the elongated body 1 can be lifted vertically to a sufficient height. For this reason, this elongated body lifting method can be used, for example, when the upper end of a vertically suspended support column is fixed to the lower part of an elevated bridge that serves as the installation site.

[0055] Furthermore, according to the elongated body suspension method of this embodiment, the assembly 3 is suspended in the suspension step to bring the other end 140 of the elongated body 1 closer to the structure S to be attached, and the elongated body 1 can be attached to the structure S in the attachment step. Therefore, even if there is a structure S above, the movement of the elongated body 1 to the structure S and the attachment work of the elongated body 1 to the structure S can be carried out efficiently and safely.

[0056] Furthermore, since the method for suspending the long object in this embodiment includes the step of removing the suspension jig 2, only the long object 1 can be attached to the structure S.

[0057] It should be noted that the long-body lifting method and long-body lifting jig of the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0058] For example, in the above embodiment, the suspension position P3 of the assembly 3 was a through hole provided in the H-shaped steel of the elongated body 1 or the suspension jig 2, but it may also be a suspension piece that protrudes outward from the outer circumference of the H-shaped steel. In this case, a through hole that penetrates through the suspension piece in the thickness direction can be provided, and the crane C can be locked into this through hole.

[0059] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, one lifting position P3 was set on the assembly 3, but multiple lifting positions may be set. In this case, by selecting one lifting position from the multiple lifting positions and locking the crane C to the selected lifting position, the angle of the elongated body 1 with respect to the vertical direction VD can be adjusted.

[0060] A method for suspending a long body and a suspension jig 2 according to another embodiment of the present invention having such a configuration will be described with reference to Figures 6 to 10. The configuration of the long body 1 in this embodiment is the same as the configuration of the long body 1 in the above embodiment.

[0061] As shown in Figure 6, the lifting jig 2 of this embodiment is composed of multiple members. The lifting jig 2 comprises a jig body 20 and a jig connecting part 21 provided at the other end of the jig body 20 in the height direction. Furthermore, the lifting jig 2 is heavier than the elongated body 1. Specifically, the weight M2 of the lifting jig 2 is 548 kgf. The length L2 of the lifting jig 2 is 3107 mm, and the height dimension H2 of the lifting jig 2 is 350 mm.

[0062] In this embodiment, the jig body 20 is composed of multiple components. Specifically, the jig body 20 is composed of two components: a weight portion 4A and an extension portion 4B.

[0063] The weight portion 4A is made of a long material and, in this embodiment, comprises a weight body portion 41A made of multiple stacked rectangular steel plates and a weight piece portion 42A provided on the weight body portion 41A.

[0064] The weight body 41A is constructed by connecting multiple steel plates to each other. In this embodiment, the multiple steel plates are connected by bolts. The weight body 41A may be made of something other than multiple steel plates connected to each other, for example, a block or the like.

[0065] The weight portion 42A is a protruding piece that extends from one end edge of the weight body portion 41A in the height direction to the other side in the height direction. The weight portion 42A is rectangular in shape. In this embodiment, the weight portion 42A is fixed to the weight body portion 41A by bolts via a bracket. The weight portion 42A may have a shape other than a rectangular plate, for example, a trapezoidal plate. The weight portion 42A may also be connected to the weight body portion 41A by welding.

[0066] In this embodiment, the weight portion 42A is located on one side in the height direction with respect to the center of gravity of the lifting jig 2, i.e., the jig's center of gravity G2, which is the center of gravity of the combined weight portion 4A and extension portion 4B. Furthermore, the weight portion 42A is positioned in approximately the same location as the jig's center of gravity G2 in the length direction. Moreover, the center of the weight portion 42A in the length direction is located on one side in the height direction with respect to the center of gravity of the lifting jig 2. That is, the center of the weight portion 42A in the length direction is positioned in approximately the same location as the jig's center of gravity G2 in the length direction.

[0067] The extension 4B is made of a long material and, in this embodiment, comprises an extension body 41B which is an H-shaped steel beam and an extension piece 42B which protrudes from the extension body 41B. Note that the extension 4B may be made of a material other than an H-shaped steel beam.

[0068] The extension body portion 41B is attached to a portion 13 of the elongated body 1 on one side in the longitudinal direction from the elongated center of gravity G1. In this embodiment, the extension body portion 41B is provided with a jig connecting portion 21 at the other end in the height direction of the extension body portion 41B. Furthermore, the extension body portion 41B has a high flange 200, a low flange 201, and a web 202 connecting the flanges 200 and 201 to each other.

[0069] The jig connecting portion 21 is the part that connects to the elongated body 1, and specifically, it is a through hole that penetrates the lower flange 201 of the extension portion 4B in the thickness direction. In this embodiment, the jig connecting portion 21 is provided in the other part 410B in the length direction of the extension body portion 41B or in the central part 411B in the length direction of the extension body portion 41B. The through holes for the jig connecting portion 21 are provided in pairs, spaced apart in the length direction of the extension body portion 41B, and two sets of these pairs of through holes are provided in the width direction. In other words, there are four through holes in the extension body portion 41B. Specifically, two of the four through holes are provided in the other part 410B in the length direction of the extension body portion 41B, and the remaining two through holes are provided in the central part 411B in the length direction of the extension body portion 41B.

[0070] The lifting jig 2 is attached to the elongated body 1 by inserting bolts through the through holes in the elongated connecting portion 11 and the jig connecting portion 21 of the elongated body 1.

[0071] The extension piece 42B is a protruding piece that extends from one end edge of the extension body 41B in the height direction to the other side in the height direction. The extension piece 42B is a trapezoidal plate when viewed from the front. Specifically, the extension piece 42B is a right-angled trapezoidal plate with a hypotenuse 420B. However, the extension piece 42B may have a shape other than a trapezoidal plate, such as a rectangular plate.

[0072] The extension piece 42B is located on the other side in the longitudinal direction relative to the weight body 41A. Furthermore, the extension piece 42B is located on the other side in the longitudinal direction relative to the weight piece 42A.

[0073] The center of gravity G2 of the jig is located to one side of the longitudinal center of the lifting jig 2. That is, the center of gravity G2 of the jig is located at one side of the longitudinal portion 24 of the lifting jig 2. Specifically, the center of gravity G2 of the jig is located to the other side of the longitudinal center of the weight body 41A.

[0074] Furthermore, the jig's center of gravity G2 is located to one side of the center of the lifting jig 2 in the height direction. Specifically, the jig's center of gravity G2 is located to the other side of the center of the weight body 41A in the height direction.

[0075] Assembly 3 consists of a long body 1 with a lifting jig 2 attached. The weight of assembly 3 is 673 kgf. The distance D12 between the center of gravity G1 of the long body and the center of gravity G2 of the jig in assembly 3 is, for example, 3190 mm.

[0076] The collective center of gravity G3 is the center of gravity of the assembly 3 when the lifting jig 2 and the elongated body 1 are considered as a single rigid body.

[0077] In this embodiment as well, the following equation holds true between the distance D12 between the center of gravity G1 of the long body and the center of gravity G2 of the jig, the distance D32 between the collective center of gravity G3 and the center of gravity G2 of the jig, the weight M1 of the long body 1, and the weight M2 of the lifting jig 2. (Math 3) D32 = 125 * 3190 / (125 + 548) Based on this, the distance D32 between the collective center of gravity G3 and the jig center of gravity G2 is calculated to be 592 mm.

[0078] In this embodiment as well, as shown in Figure 7, the lifting jig 2 can be lifted and moved by the crane C. In this figure, the lifting jig 2 is lifted by the crane C via an openable and closable annular lifting device, specifically a shackle having an annular portion and a pin, but the lifting jig 2 may also be lifted directly by the crane C without using a shackle.

[0079] The lifting jig 2 has a jig lifting position P2, which is the lifting position where the crane C locks when lifting the lifting jig 2. In addition, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the lifting jig 2 has two lifting positions P for the assembly 3, such that when the assembly 3 is lifted, the center of gravity G1 of the long section is upward and the center of gravity G3 of the assembly is downward. In this embodiment, the lifting positions for the assembly 3 are set as an attachment lifting position P3 used in the process of lifting the assembly 3 and the attachment process of attaching the long section 1 to the structure S, and a removal lifting position P4 used in the removal process of removing the lifting jig 2 from the long section 1.

[0080] The jig suspension position P2 is set at a portion 24 on one side of the length of the suspension jig 2 (see Figure 6). Specifically, the jig suspension position P2 is on one side in the height direction of the jig's center of gravity G2, and is located at approximately the same position as the jig's center of gravity G2 in the length direction of the suspension jig 2. In this embodiment, the jig suspension position P2 is located at the weight portion 4A of the suspension jig 2. Specifically, the jig suspension position P2 is located at the weight piece portion 42A of the weight portion 4A. The jig suspension position P2 is a through hole that penetrates the weight piece portion 42A in the thickness direction.

[0081] The mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 are both set on the extension piece 42B at a position below the upper edge 25 of the suspension jig 2, such that when the assembly 3 is suspended, the long section's center of gravity G1 is upward and the assembly's center of gravity G3 is downward. Furthermore, both the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 are positioned further to one side in the longitudinal direction from one end edge 220 of the long section 1.

[0082] The mounting and suspension position P3 is set in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, between the long centroid G1 and the collective centroid G3. Specifically, the suspension position P3 is set perpendicular to the imaginary line L12 connecting the long centroid G1 and the collective centroid G3, and above the imaginary line LG3 passing through the collective centroid G3, excluding the position on the imaginary line LG3. Furthermore, it is preferable that the mounting and suspension position P3 be set between the long centroid G1 and the collective centroid G3, on the side closer to the collective centroid G3. It is even more preferable that the mounting and suspension position P3 be set between the collective centroid G3 and the other end edge 220 in the longitudinal direction of the suspension jig 2.

[0083] Furthermore, the mounting and suspension position P3 is set in the height direction of the assembly 3, within the range of the height direction of the suspension jig 2, that is, between one end edge 26 and the other end edge 27 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2. Specifically, the mounting and suspension position P3 is set in the height direction of the assembly 3, between the center of gravity G3 of the assembly and one end edge 26 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2. Note that the mounting and suspension position P3 may be set at any location in the width direction of the assembly 3.

[0084] In this embodiment, a virtual diagonal line VL2 is set that passes through the centroid G3 and is inclined by a desired angle relative to a virtual straight line VL1 that passes through the centroid G3 and is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, and the lifting position P3 is set on this virtual diagonal line VL2. Furthermore, the mounting lifting position P3 is set so that the longitudinal direction LD1 of the long body 1 is inclined at an angle of 20 degrees or less with respect to the vertical direction VD (see Figure 9). In this embodiment as well, by inclining the long body 1 (assembly 3) at a desired angle and lifting it, it is possible to prevent the lifting jig 2 from coming into contact with the tip B1 or hook portion of the boom B of the crane C.

[0085] The mounting suspension position P3 is a through hole that penetrates the extension piece 42B in the thickness direction (see Figure 6). Note that the mounting suspension position P3 may have a configuration other than a through hole; for example, it may be a recess provided on both sides of the extension piece 42B in the thickness direction and recessed in the thickness direction.

[0086] The detachable suspension position P4 is set in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, between the long-length center of gravity G1 and the assembly center of gravity G3. Specifically, it is set in the position closer to the assembly center of gravity G3 between the long-length center of gravity G1 and the assembly center of gravity G3. Furthermore, the detachable suspension position P4 is set on one side in the longitudinal direction from the mounting suspension position P3. The detachable suspension position P4 is set between the assembly center of gravity G3 and the other end edge 220 in the longitudinal direction of the suspension jig 2.

[0087] Furthermore, the detachable suspension position P4 is set within the height range of the suspension jig 2 in the height direction of the assembly 3, that is, between one end edge 26 and the other end edge 27 in the height direction of the suspension jig 2. Specifically, the detachable suspension position P4 is set between the center of gravity G3 of the assembly and one end edge 26 of the suspension jig 2 in the height direction of the assembly 3. Also, the detachable suspension position P4 is set on the other side in the height direction from the suspension position P3. Note that the detachable suspension position P4 may be set at any location in the width direction of the assembly 3.

[0088] The detachable suspension position P4 is a through-hole that penetrates the extension piece 42B in the thickness direction. The detachable suspension position P4 may have a configuration other than a through-hole; for example, it may be a recess provided on both sides of the extension piece 42B in the thickness direction and recessed in the thickness direction. The detachable suspension position P4 and the mounting suspension position P3 are connected by a communication hole CP provided in the extension piece 42B.

[0089] In this embodiment, the other side in the longitudinal direction is closed to the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4, and specifically, an extension piece 42B exists on the other side in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 are in communication via a communication hole CP. Specifically, the region between the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 is closed, and in this embodiment, an extension piece 42B exists in this region. Furthermore, one side in the longitudinal direction is open to the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4, and in this embodiment, a communication hole CP exists on the other side in the longitudinal direction.

[0090] The communication hole CP is, for example, a through hole that penetrates the extension piece 42B in the thickness direction. The communication hole CP is also an elongated through hole. One end CP1 of the communication hole CP is continuous with the mounting suspension position P3. The other end CP2 of the communication hole CP is continuous with the detachable suspension position P4. In this embodiment, the communication hole CP is a change path that allows the openable and closable annular suspension device to change position between the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 while remaining in the closed state.

[0091] Furthermore, when viewed from the thickness direction of the extension piece 42B, the communication hole CP is linear, for example, bent. In this embodiment, the communication hole CP is U-shaped, inverted left and right. This communication hole CP is composed only of straight parts, but it may also include curved parts.

[0092] Next, each step of the method for lifting the long body will be described. In this embodiment as well, the method for lifting the long body includes a connection step, a step of lifting the assembly 3, an attachment step of attaching the long body 1 to the structure S, and a removal step of removing the lifting jig 2 from the long body 1.

[0093] In the connection process, as shown in Figure 7, first, the elongated body 1 is placed horizontally on the mounting surface via a base. Then, the lifting jig 2 is lifted by locking the crane C to the jig lifting position P2 and brought close to the placed elongated body 1. After that, the lifting jig 2 is attached to the elongated body 1 by inserting bolts through the through holes in the elongated connecting portion 11 and the jig connecting portion 21 of the elongated body 1. In this embodiment, when lifting the lifting jig 2, the annular lifting device is closed at the jig lifting position P2, thereby locking the crane C to the jig lifting position P2 via the annular lifting device.

[0094] The connection point between the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2 is set in the longitudinal direction of the assembly 3, between the central part 16 of the elongated body 1 in the longitudinal direction and the central part 23 of the lifting jig 2 in the longitudinal direction.

[0095] In the lifting process, as shown in Figure 8, the crane C is removed from the lifting jig position P2 of the lifting jig 2, and the removed crane C is locked to the mounting lifting position P3 of the assembly 3. Specifically, the annular lifting device is removed from the lifting jig position P2 in the open state, and the annular lifting device is closed at the mounting lifting position P3, thereby locking the crane C to the mounting lifting position P3 via the annular lifting device. Furthermore, by lifting the extension 4B of the lifting jig 2, specifically the extension piece 42B, with the crane C, the elongated body 1 is suspended vertically with its longitudinal direction LD1 inclined at an angle of 20 degrees or less with respect to the vertical direction VD (see Figure 9).

[0096] In this embodiment, when the elongated body 1 is suspended by the lifting process, the upper end portion 17 of the elongated body 1 is positioned above the tip portion B1 of the boom B of the crane C. In this state, since one end portion CP1 of the communication hole CP extends downward from the mounting and lifting position P3, the elongated body 1 is less likely to shift position from its vertically suspended state.

[0097] Next, while the elongated body 1 is still suspended by the lifting process, the other end 140 of the elongated body 1 is directly secured to the structure S using bolts, and the attachment portion 12 of the elongated body 1 is secured to the structure S via a short beam using bolts, thereby fixing the elongated body 1 to the structure S. Once the attachment of the elongated body 1 to the structure S is complete, the length direction of the assembly 3 is approximately vertical.

[0098] In the removal process, as shown in Figure 10, the crane C is moved through the communication hole CP while remaining attached to the assembly 3, from a state where it is locked to the mounting lifting position P3 of the assembly 3, to lock the crane C to the removal lifting position P4 of the assembly 3. Specifically, with the annular lifting device in the closed state, it is moved from the mounting lifting position P3 through the communication hole CP to the removal lifting position P4, and locked at the removal lifting position P4. This change in lifting position causes the lifting angle of the lifting jig 2 to rotate by θ. In this state, the lifting jig 2 is removed from the elongated body 1 by removing the bolts connecting the elongated body 1 and the lifting jig 2.

[0099] When the lifting jig 2 is removed from the elongated body 1, the lifting jig 2 is suspended alone at the removal lifting position P4. The suspension position of the lifting jig 2 is determined by the removal lifting position P4 and the jig's center of gravity G2. Since the removal lifting position P4 is located on one side in the height direction of the jig's center of gravity G2, the suspension position of the lifting jig 2 after it has been removed from the elongated body 1 is further away from the boom B of the crane C than the suspension position when the lifting jig 2 is suspended at the attachment lifting position P3.

[0100] Furthermore, when only the suspension jig 2 is suspended at the detachable suspension position P4, the other end CP2 of the communication hole CP extends downward from the detachable suspension position P4, making it less likely for the elongated body 1 to shift position from its vertically suspended state.

[0101] In the above method of lifting a long object, even though the lifting position P3 is located below the center of gravity G1 of the long object during the lifting process, the center of gravity G1 and the part 14 of the long object 1 on the other side of the length relative to the center of gravity G1 are located above the lifting position P3. As a result, the long object 1 can be lifted to a height higher than the tip B1 of the boom B of the crane C. In this way, even if there is a structure S above, the long object 1 can be lifted to a sufficient height.

[0102] In this embodiment, during the removal process, by changing the state from being locked at the mounting lifting position P3 to being locked at the removal lifting position P4, the lifting angle of the lifting jig 2 rotates by θ, which prevents the lifting jig 2 from coming into contact with the tip B1 or hook portion of the boom B of the crane C.

[0103] Furthermore, in this embodiment, during the removal process, the crane C can be changed from a state locked at the mounting lifting position P3 to a state locked at the removal lifting position P4 while still attached to the assembly 3. Therefore, this operation of changing the locking state can be performed efficiently and safely.

[0104] Thus, in the configurations shown in Figures 6 to 10, during the lifting process, the crane C was removed from the jig lifting position P2 of the lifting jig 2, and the removed crane C was locked to the mounting lifting position P3 of the assembly 3. However, the state in which the crane C is locked to the jig lifting position P2 may be changed to the state in which it is locked to the mounting lifting position P3 while the crane C remains attached to the assembly 3. For example, as shown in Figure 11, the lifting jig 2 may be configured to include a weight section 4A, an extension section 4B, and a single section 40C, with the jig lifting position P2 and lifting positions P3 and P4 set on the single section 40C.

[0105] In this embodiment, the weight portion 4A consists only of the weight body portion 41A. The extension portion 4B consists only of the extension body portion 41B.

[0106] The piece 40C is in the shape of a long plate. Specifically, the piece 40C comprises a parallel portion 41C extending parallel to the longitudinal direction and an inclined portion 42C extending at an angle to the parallel portion 41C. Furthermore, one end 400C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C is connected to the weight portion 4A, and the other end 401C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C is connected to the extension portion 4B. Specifically, one end 400C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C is connected to one edge 410A in the height direction of the weight body portion 41A, and the other end 401C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C is connected to one edge 412B in the height direction of the extension body portion 41B.

[0107] The suspension positions P2, P3, and P4 are all through holes that penetrate the piece 40C in the thickness direction. In this embodiment, the jig suspension position P2 is located at the parallel section 41C of the piece 40C. The jig suspension position P2 is also located at one end 400C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C. Furthermore, the jig suspension position P2 is located to one side in the height direction of the jig's center of gravity G2. The suspension positions P3 and P4 are located at the inclined section 42C of the piece 40C. The suspension position P3 is located at the other end 401C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C. The suspension position P4 is located towards the center of the other end 401C in the longitudinal direction of the piece 40C.

[0108] In this embodiment, with respect to the jig suspension position P2, one side in the height direction is closed, and specifically, a portion 40C exists on that side in the height direction. The jig suspension position P2 and the mounting suspension position P3 are in communication with each other via a communication hole CP. Specifically, the region between the jig suspension position P2 and the mounting suspension position P3 is closed, and in this embodiment, a portion 40C exists in this region. With respect to the jig suspension position P2, the other side in the height direction is open, and specifically, a communication hole CP exists on that side in the height direction.

[0109] Furthermore, the other side in the longitudinal direction relative to the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 is closed, and specifically, a portion 40C exists on the other side in the longitudinal direction. Also, the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 are in communication via a communication hole CP. Specifically, the region between the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 is closed, and in this embodiment, a portion 40C exists in this region. One side in the longitudinal direction relative to the mounting suspension position P3 and the detachable suspension position P4 is open, and specifically, a communication hole CP exists on one side in the longitudinal direction.

[0110] Furthermore, the jig suspension position P2 and the detachable suspension position P4 are in communication with each other via a communication hole CP. Specifically, the region between the jig suspension position P2 and the detachable suspension position P4 is closed, and in this embodiment, a portion 40C is present in this region. On the other side in the longitudinal direction relative to the jig suspension position P2, and on the other side in the height direction relative to the detachable suspension position P4, are open, and in this embodiment, a communication hole CP is present.

[0111] In this configuration, during the lifting process, the crane C can be changed from a state where it is locked at the jig lifting position P2 to a state where it is locked at the mounting lifting position P3 while it remains attached to the lifting jig 2. Similarly, during the removal process, the crane C can be changed from a state where it is locked at the mounting lifting position P3 to a state where it is locked at the removal lifting position P4 while it remains attached to the assembly 3. Specifically, with the annular lifting device in the closed state, it can be moved from the jig lifting position P2 through the communication hole CP to the mounting lifting position P3 and locked there, and it can also be moved from the mounting lifting position P3 through the communication hole CP to the removal lifting position P4 and locked there. This allows the crane C to remain attached to the lifting jig 2 while performing operations such as changing the lifting jig 2, which is suspended at jig lifting position P2 during the connection process for connecting to the long body 1, to a fixed lifting position P3 for the lifting process for lifting the assembly 3, and changing the lifting position to a fixed lifting position P4 for the removal process for removing the lifting jig 2 from the long body 1.

[0112] Furthermore, after the removal process is completed, the crane C can be changed from being locked at the removal lifting position P4 to being locked at the jig lifting position P2 while still attached to the lifting jig 2. Specifically, with the annular lifting device in the closed position, it can be moved from the removal lifting position P4 to the jig lifting position P2 via the communication hole CP and locked at the jig lifting position P2. This allows the crane C to be kept attached to the lifting jig 2 while the lifting jig 2, which was suspended at the removal lifting position P4 during the removal process, can be changed to the jig lifting position P2 for the connection process of attaching it to another long body 1 before fixing it to the structure S.

[0113] Furthermore, the method for lifting the long body only needs to include at least the step of lifting the assembly 3, and does not need to include any other steps. In the above embodiment, the method for lifting the long body included an attachment step, but it does not need to include an attachment step. In this case, the method for lifting the long body may involve locking the crane C to the lifting position P3 of the assembly 3 in the lifting step and lifting the assembly 3, then performing an attachment step of horizontally placing the long body 1 on the structure S, and then removing the lifting jig 2 from the long body 1 in a removal step. Alternatively, the method for lifting the long body may involve lifting the assembly 3 in the lifting step, then performing an erection step of erecting the long body on the ground, and then removing the lifting jig 2 from the long body 1 in a removal step.

[0114] The present invention's method for lifting long objects can also be used when there is no structure S above. Whether or not there is a structure S above, a crane C with a short boom B can lift a long object 1 vertically. [Explanation of Symbols]
