Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an aerosol-type foamy first hair dye composition that is used by mixing with an oxidizing agent-containing second hair dye composition at the time of use, and which is excellent in foamability, uniformity of foam after discharge, and high-temperature stability.

Background Art

[0002] Oxidative hair dyes, bleaching agents and the like are generally known as hair dyes. Among hair dyes, two-component hair dyes are widely used by many people, which are used by mixing at the time of use a first hair dye composition containing one or more selected from oxidative dyes or alkaline agents, and a second hair dye composition containing an oxidizing agent. This two-component hair dye changes the color of hair by, for example, oxidizing the oxidative dye in the hair to develop color, and decomposing melanin pigment with the alkaline agent and oxidizing agent to lighten the hair.

[0003] As for the dosage form of two-component hair dyes, creamy and milky liquid dosage forms are widely prevalent. However, a certain level of skill is required to apply the creamy or milky liquid two-component hair dye uniformly and without unevenness to the entire hair. Therefore, foamy two-component hair dyes, which spread more easily than creamy and milky liquid dosage forms and are easy to apply uniformly and without unevenness to the entire hair, have come into use.

[0004] Foamy two-component hair dyes are roughly classified into an aerosol type in which liquefied petroleum gas such as LPG or isopentane is used as a foaming agent to discharge the product in foam form, a non-aerosol type in which the product is discharged in foam form from a foamer container, and a non-aerosol type in which foaming occurs spontaneously when the first hair dye composition and the second hair dye composition are mixed. Among these, the aerosol type allows the user to discharge and use only the desired amount of the first hair dye composition and the second hair dye composition from the aerosol container, so that the first hair dye composition and the second hair dye composition can be used without waste.

[0005] As an aerosol-type foamy two-part hair dye, for example, it is possible to use a system in which two aerosol containers, each containing a first hair dye composition (prepared by filling and mixing the first hair dye concentrate with liquefied petroleum gas that functions as a propellant and foaming agent) and a second hair dye composition (prepared by filling and mixing the second hair dye concentrate with liquefied petroleum gas that functions as a propellant and foaming agent), are connected together and simultaneously dispensed and mixed to produce a foamy hair dye composition.

[0006] Furthermore, an inner bag can be provided inside the aerosol container, and the first hair dye composition, which is a mixture of the first hair dye concentrate and a foaming agent, and the second hair dye composition, which is a mixture of the second hair dye concentrate and a foaming agent, are stored separately in the inner bag. In addition, a propellant is filled into the inner space of the aerosol container, excluding the inside of the inner bag, and the first and second hair dye compositions, which are dispensed by the propellant, are converted into a foamy hair dye composition by the foaming agent.

[0007] Patent Document 1 discloses a two-part aerosol-type foam hair dye in which, by using higher alcohols, a predetermined nonionic surfactant, oils and fats, and a foaming agent in predetermined amounts, the first hair dye concentrate and the foaming agent, and the second hair dye concentrate and the foaming agent, are uniformly mixed for a long period of time, resulting in good foaming properties when dispensed and smooth hair after application. [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]

[0008] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2021-155341 [Overview of the project] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0009] However, in the case of aerosol containers that dispense a foamy hair dye component by filling them with the first component concentrate along with a propellant, while foaming is good, the first component concentrate and propellant are mixed together, often resulting in the hair dye component being stored in the aerosol container in a separated state. Therefore, it is often necessary to shake the aerosol container before use to make the first component concentrate uniform before dispensing. In this case, depending on the ingredients and storage conditions, the first component concentrate may not become uniform in the aerosol container even after shaking. If dispensed in this state, the first component concentrate may not become foamy, or even if it does, the size and appearance of the foam may not be uniform.

[0010] On the other hand, in aerosol containers where an inner bag is provided inside to house the first hair dye component, which is a mixture of the first hair dye component concentrate and a foaming agent, and where a propellant is filled into the inner space of the aerosol container excluding the inside of the inner bag, and the product is dispensed by the propellant and foamed by the foaming agent to form a foamy first hair dye component, the foaming properties of the first hair dye component were sometimes insufficient. Furthermore, the first hair dye component is contained in the inner bag inside the aerosol container with no excess space due to the pressure of the propellant. In this state where there is no excess space inside the inner bag inside the aerosol container, if the first hair dye component separates, it cannot be mixed even by shaking. Therefore, it was necessary to maintain a uniformly mixed state of the first hair dye component concentrate and the foaming agent until use. In particular, when stored under high temperature conditions of around 45°C, as observed in vehicles and warehouses, the first hair dye component could separate, indicating room for improvement in high-temperature stability.

[0011] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a first hair dye composition that exhibits good foaming properties, uniform foam size and appearance after dispensing (hereinafter referred to as "uniformity of foaming after dispensing"), and high-temperature stability. [Means for solving the problem]

[0012] As a result of diligent research to solve the above problems, the present inventor has developed an aerosol-type foamy hair dye first component composition that is used by mixing it with a second component hair dye composition containing an oxidizing agent at the time of use, wherein the first component hair dye composition contains a first component hair dye stock solution containing one or more selected from oxidizing dyes or alkaline agents and a foaming agent. The viscosity of the first solution of the hair dye is 30,000 mPa·s or less. The first solution of the hair dye contains: (A) One or more selected from carboxyvinyl polymer or acrylic acid / alkyl methacrylate copolymer, (B) One or more selected from coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide or lauric acid diethanolamide It contains, The content of component (B) in the first solution of the hair dye is 1 to 10% by mass. We have discovered that a hair dye first agent composition characterized by a mass ratio of the hair dye first agent concentrate to the foaming agent (hair dye first agent concentrate: foaming agent = 99:1 to 90:10) can be obtained that exhibits good foaming properties, uniformity of foaming after dispensing, and high-temperature stability, thus completing the present invention. [Effects of the Invention]

If the viscosity of the stock solution of the first hair dye agent exceeds 30,000 mPa·s, the foamability will decrease. If the viscosity of the stock solution of the first hair dye agent is less than 6,000 mPa·s, the high-temperature stability may decrease.

[0017] The viscosity at 20°C of the stock solution of the first hair dye agent in the present invention is measured as follows: 130 g of the stock solution of the first hair dye agent prepared by a conventional method is filled into a sample bottle (Food 140: manufactured by Daiichi Glass Co., Ltd.), allowed to stand at 20°C for 48 hours, and then measured with a B-type viscometer (Model: Digital Viscometer TVB-10M, manufactured by Toki Sangyo Co., Ltd.) using an M4 rotor at 12 rpm for 1 minute of rotation.
