Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a flat tray and a mechanical parking apparatus using the same.
Background Art
[0002] Among trays for placing and storing articles, there are various types of articles to be placed on the tray, and water brought in by the articles may accumulate on the tray. For example, water brought in by articles accumulates on the tray, such as a tray used for placing food products like seafood and storing them in a warehouse or the like, and a tray of a mechanical parking apparatus for placing a vehicle and storing the vehicle in a storage section. Conventionally, there is a technology for discharging this water from the tray by a drainage means provided on the tray (Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2). However, in the conventional drainage means, the water accumulated on the tray may spill over from the end portion of the tray as the tray moves.
[0003] Patent Document 1 describes a pallet drainage device for a mechanical parking apparatus provided with a pallet turning means for turning a vehicle-carrying pallet having a vehicle passage, the pallet drainage device comprising: weir portions erected at both longitudinal end portions of the upper surface of the bottom of the vehicle passage of the pallet for retaining water on the vehicle passage; and drainage passages penetrating from the wall surface of the weir portion on the side where water is retained to the lower surface of the vehicle passage.
[0004] Patent Document 2 describes a multi-story parking apparatus having floor plates on which vehicles are placed, the floor plates being arranged in a multi-story manner, wherein the floor plate is provided with a drain hole, the lower opening edge of the drain hole is an annular continuous curve or a continuous line partially including a straight line, and the upper opening edge of the drain hole has an annular shape based on a curve or a line partially including a straight line and partially having a discontinuous portion.

Patent Document 1
[0006] In the prior art described in Patent Document 1, although a drainage passage is provided on the wall side of the weir where water accumulates, both sides of the pallet's driveway have side walls that rise from the driveway. Water accumulates in the driveway due to these side walls and the weir, and a drainage passage is provided in the weir to discharge this water. As a result, the water on the driveway is drained into the drainage passage as the pallet moves, and the shape prevents water from spilling over the edges of the pallet.
[0007] On the other hand, in the prior art described in Patent Document 2, although the floor plates of tire placement areas A and C of the pallet have multiple drainage holes, if a large amount of snow or ice covers the drainage holes, the water cannot be drained, and water spills out from the longitudinal ends of tire placement areas A and C.
[0008] The present invention aims to provide a flat tray in which water accumulated on the flat tray does not spill over from the edges of the flat tray, even if the flat tray is formed on a flat surface, and a mechanical parking device using the same. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] The flat tray according to the first embodiment is a flat tray whose upper surface is formed to be flat, and a water flow suppression member is provided at a position away from the peripheral edge of the upper surface to suppress the water that accumulates on the upper surface and becomes flowing water as the flat tray moves.
[0010] In the flat tray according to the second embodiment, the water flow suppression member is provided vertically, horizontally, or vertically and horizontally in a direction intersecting the direction of movement of the flat tray.
[0011] In the third embodiment, the flat tray is provided in the first or second embodiment, wherein the water flow suppressing member is positioned so that the area around the center of the flat tray flexes downward when a load is applied to the flat tray.
[0012] In the flat tray according to the fourth embodiment, the water flow suppressing member, in cooperation with a water-stopping frame provided on the periphery of the flat tray, prevents water accumulating on the upper surface of the flat tray from spilling off the upper surface.
[0013] The flat tray according to the fifth embodiment is a flat tray according to the first or second embodiment, wherein the flat tray has running wheels around the four corners in a plan view and is supported by a rail frame on which the running wheels run.
[0014] The flat tray according to the sixth embodiment is a flat tray according to the first or second embodiment, wherein a drainage means is provided on the upper surface of the flat tray at a position where water accumulates.
[0015] The mechanical parking device according to the seventh embodiment comprises a storage unit, a rail frame installed in the storage unit, and a flat tray according to the first or second embodiment, which is supported on the rail frame so as to be movable and is driven by a tray drive device. [Effects of the Invention]
[0016] According to the flat tray of the first embodiment, water that accumulates on the flat tray does not spill off the top surface of the flat tray.
[0017] According to the flat tray of the second embodiment, regardless of the direction in which the flat tray is moved, the water that accumulates on the flat tray will not spill off the top surface of the flat tray.
[0018] According to the flat tray of the third embodiment, water that accumulates near the center of the flat tray does not spill off the top surface of the flat tray.
[0019] According to the flat tray pertaining to the fourth aspect, even if there is a small amount of flowing water that flows over the flowing water suppressing member, water can be prevented from spilling down from the peripheral edge portion of the flat tray.
[0020] According to the flat tray pertaining to the fifth aspect, even if the central portion periphery of the flat tray bends downward due to a load, the flowing water suppressing member prevents the flowing water from spilling off the upper surface of the flat tray, so that the traveling of the flat tray is stabilized.
[0021] According to the flat tray pertaining to the sixth aspect, water accumulated on the upper surface of the flat tray can be drained to the lower side of the flat tray.
[0022] According to the mechanical parking apparatus pertaining to the seventh aspect, the water accumulated on the flat tray does not spill off from the upper surface of the flat tray, so that the rail frame supporting the flat tray, the tray driving device and the like are not exposed to water damage, and rust and aged deterioration can be suppressed. [0024] An example of a flat tray according to this embodiment and a mechanical parking system using the same will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0025] <Embodiment> Figures 1 to 8 show the main components of the flat tray 1 (hereinafter referred to as "tray 1") in one embodiment of the present invention. The items to be placed on tray 1 are considered to include food items such as seafood that contain a lot of moisture, and frozen foods from which ice may detach and fall. However, in this embodiment, the explanation will be based on the assumption of a vehicle, in particular a vehicle with rainwater adhering to the body, or a vehicle with snow or ice adhering to it in a snowy, cold region.
[0026] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the entire top surface of the tray 1 is flat, and a floor plate 3 made of steel plate or the like is fixed on the frame member 2. A water-stopping member 4 and a large water-stopping member 4A are fixed to the periphery of the floor plate 3 to prevent water accumulating on the floor plate 3 from spilling off the tray 1. The large water-stopping member 4A is a member that is slightly taller than the water-stopping member 4. In addition, a wheel stopper member 5 is provided on the floor plate (top surface) 3 of the tray 1 in the area where the tires are located when the vehicle is stopped. The wheel stopper member 5 has the function of stopping the rotation of the tires, and in this embodiment, multiple round bars extending in a direction intersecting the direction of travel of the vehicle are provided at intervals in the direction of travel of the vehicle.
[0027] As shown in Figure 2, the tray 1 is manufactured in a planar shape and has running wheels 76 that can travel on the rail frame 73 near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tray 1. When a vehicle or the like is placed on the tray 1, the load causes the area around the center in the longitudinal direction of the tray 1 to flex slightly downward. As a result, water that falls onto the top surface of the tray 1 flows from around both ends in the longitudinal direction of the tray in the direction of arrow Y, and accumulates mostly around the center.
[0028] Therefore, as shown in Figure 1, by providing a water flow suppression member 10 along the longitudinal direction in the center of the shorter direction on the upper surface 3 of the tray 1, for example, when the tray 1 moves in the shorter direction, the lateral movement of water accumulated around the center of the tray 1 is suppressed.
[0029] Figure 3 is a plan view showing another arrangement of the water flow suppression member 10. As shown in Figure 3, two water flow suppression members 10 are provided spaced apart from the center of the tray 1 in the short direction and along the longitudinal direction of the tray 1, away from the periphery of the tray 1. In this case, compared to the case with one water flow suppression member 10, the water flow velocity of the water accumulating on the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 is reduced by the two water flow suppression members 10, and the large water-stopping member 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 1 prevents the water moving on the upper surface 3 from spilling off the tray 1.
[0030] Figure 4 is a plan view showing yet another arrangement of the water flow suppression members 10. As shown in Figure 4, three water flow suppression members 10 are provided at intervals from the center of the tray 1 in the short direction and along the longitudinal direction of the tray 1, away from the periphery of the tray 1. In this case, compared to the case where there is one or two water flow suppression members 10, the water flow velocity of the water accumulating on the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 is further reduced by the three water flow suppression members 10, and the large water-stopping members 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 1 prevent the flowing water moving on the upper surface 3 from spilling off the tray 1.
[0031] Figure 5 is a plan view showing the arrangement of the water flow suppression member 20. As shown in Figure 5, one water flow suppression member 20 is provided at the center of the tray 1 in both the short and long directions, along the short direction of the tray 1, away from the periphery of the tray 1. In this case, when the tray 1 moves in the long direction, the water flow velocity of the water accumulating near the center of the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 is reduced, and the water-stopping member 4 or large water-stopping member 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 1 prevents the flowing water moving on the upper surface 3 from spilling off the tray 1.
[0032] Figure 6 is a plan view showing another arrangement of the water flow suppression members 20. As shown in Figure 6, two water flow suppression members 20 are provided near the longitudinal periphery of the tray 1, and along the short direction of the tray 1, away from the periphery of the tray 1. In this case, when the tray 1 moves in the longitudinal direction, even if water accumulating near the center of the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 flows to the longitudinal end of the tray 1, the water flow velocity is reduced by the water flow suppression members 20, and the water-stopping members 4 or large water-stopping members 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 1 prevent the water flowing on the upper surface 3 from spilling off the tray 1.
[0033] Figure 7 is a plan view showing yet another arrangement of the water flow suppression members 20. As shown in Figure 7, three water flow suppression members 20 are provided along the short direction of the tray 1, away from the periphery of the tray 1, near the center and periphery in the longitudinal direction of the tray 1. In this case, when the tray 1 moves in the longitudinal direction, the water flow velocity of the water accumulating near the center of the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 is reduced in the center of the tray 1, and even when it flows towards the longitudinal end, the water flow velocity is further reduced by the water flow suppression members 20, and the water-stopping members 4 or large water-stopping members 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 1 prevent the water moving on the upper surface 3 from spilling off the tray 1.
[0034] Figure 8 is a partial cross-sectional side view showing the state in which the water flow suppression member 10 or 20 is blocking the flowing water 30, thereby reducing the water flow velocity or flow rate. As shown in Figure 8, the water flow suppression member 10 or 20 is installed on the upper surface of the floor plate 3 of the tray 1. Figure 8 shows the state in which the water 30 accumulated on the tray 1 is flowing.
[0035] Figure 8(A) shows the state when tray 1 begins to move. As shown in Figure 8(A), when tray 1 begins to move in the direction of arrow A, the water 30 on the floor plate 3 flows in the direction of arrow B due to inertia and approaches the water flow suppression member 10 or 20.
[0036] Figure 8(B) shows that the water 30 flowing on tray 1 hits the water flow suppression member 10 or 20, and its flow is blocked. This figure shows the case when a large amount of water 30 has accumulated on tray 1, and the flowing water 30 exceeds the water flow suppression member 10 or 20, and a small amount of low-flow water 30A continues to flow in the direction of arrow C. In this state, the flow rate and velocity of the low-flow water 30A are further reduced as it approaches the water-stopping member 4 or large water-stopping member 4A installed on the periphery of tray 1, and the water 30A does not spill off tray 1.
[0037] In any of the above configurations, if the amount of water 30 accumulated on tray 1 is small, the water 30 will not exceed the flow-restricting member 10 or 20, as the flow-restricting member 10 or 20 will block the flow of water 30 and prevent it from flowing beyond the flow-restricting member 10 or 20. <Example 1>
[0038] Figure 9 is a plan view showing the arrangement of the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 of the tray 101 according to Modification 1. In Modification 1, as shown in Figure 9, the water flow suppression member 10, which is installed along the longitudinal direction of the tray 101, and the water flow suppression member 20, which is installed along the short direction of the tray 101, are installed on the floor plate 3 of the tray 101 in the center of the tray 101, in a state where they intersect. In this Modification 1, the water flow suppression member 10 and the water flow suppression member 20 are formed in a cross shape. With this configuration, the flow of water accumulating on the tray 101 can be efficiently suppressed or blocked regardless of whether the tray 101 is moving in the longitudinal direction or the short direction, and water can be prevented from spilling from the water-stopping member 4 or large water-stopping member 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 101. <Modification 2>
[0039] Figure 10 is a plan view showing the arrangement of the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 of the tray 201 according to Modification 2. As shown in Figure 10, Modification 2 is an arrangement in which two water flow suppression members 10 are installed on the floor plate 3 of the tray 201, with a gap between them in the direction of the short side of the tray 201 and in the direction of the longitudinal side of the tray 201 in the center of the tray 201, and in addition, water flow suppression members 20 are installed on both sides near the longitudinal end of the tray 201, also in the direction of the short side of the tray 201. In this Modification 2, the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 are installed separately from each other and also away from the periphery of the tray 201. With this arrangement, the flow of water accumulating on the tray 201 can be efficiently suppressed or blocked regardless of whether the tray 201 is moving in the longitudinal or short side, and water can be prevented from spilling from the water-stopping members 4 or large water-stopping members 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 201. <Variation 3>
[0040] Figure 11 is a plan view showing the arrangement of the water flow suppression members 10 of the tray 301 according to Modification 3. In Modification 3, as shown in Figure 11, two water flow suppression members 10 are installed on the floor plate 3 of the tray 301, in the center of the tray 301, along the longitudinal direction of the tray 301 and spaced apart in the short direction of the tray 301. In addition, each of these two water flow suppression members 10 is divided in the longitudinal center to make a total of four, and a drainage means 40 is installed in this divided portion. Note that if the water flow suppression members 10 and the drainage means 40 are arranged so as not to interfere with each other in plan view, it is not necessary to divide the water flow suppression members 10.
[0041] In this modified example 3, a drainage means 40 is provided in the divided portion of the water flow suppression member 10, that is, in the portion where a lot of water accumulates. This allows the tray 301 to be in a state where water accumulates and a state where water is drained downwards as the tray 301 moves. With this configuration, water accumulates on the tray 301 while it is moving or stopped, but when the tray 301 stops at a predetermined position, the drainage means 40 opens, allowing the water accumulated on the tray 301 to be drained downwards. The drainage means 40 of the tray 301 will be described later. This makes it possible to efficiently suppress or block the flow of water that accumulates on the tray 301, prevents water from spilling from the water-stopping member 4 or large water-stopping member 4A installed on the periphery of the tray 301, and allows the water accumulated on the tray 301 to be drained at a predetermined position.
[0042] In addition, in any of the above-described modifications, if the amount of water 30 accumulated on tray 101, 201, or 301 is small, the water 30 will not exceed the flow-restricting member 10 or 20, as the flow-restricting member 10 or 20 will block the flow of water 30 and prevent it from flowing beyond the flow-restricting member 10 or 20. [Drainage means]
[0043] Figures 12 and 13 show an example of the drainage means described above. This drainage means 40 is configured such that drainage is performed at the lifting section 75 shown in Figure 14.
[0044] As shown in Figure 12, the drainage means 40 includes a cylindrical member 33 provided below the opening 31 of the tray 301, having openings at the top and bottom and a sealing portion 34 formed at the top; a support member 43 provided on the cylindrical member 33 and movably supporting the opening / closing member 41; a sliding member 42 connected to the opening / closing member 41 and slidably supported by the support member 43; an actuated member 44 provided on the sliding member 42 opposite to the opening / closing member 41 and receiving the action of a water receiving portion 50, which will be described later; and a coil spring 45 provided between the support member 43 and the actuated member 44 and biasing the opening / closing member 41 in a direction that brings it into contact with the sealing portion 34.
[0045] (Cylindrical member) As shown in Figure 12, in this modified example, the cylindrical member 33 is watertightly fixed to the lower part of a spacer 32 that is watertightly fixed around the lower part of the opening 31 provided in the tray 301. The cylindrical member 33 is a cylindrical member as a whole, and has a sealing portion 34 at the upper part of the cylindrical member 33 with an inclined surface that opens upward.
[0046] Furthermore, the cylindrical member 33 is formed with the same diameter in the central part in the vertical direction, and the lower part of the central part is widened in diameter with an inclined surface that opens downwards, and the part below the widened portion extends downward while maintaining the widened diameter.
[0047] Furthermore, a support member 43 is fixed to the center of the cylindrical member 33 in the vertical direction, and inside the cylindrical member 33, to support a sliding member 42, which will be fixed to an opening / closing member 41 later, so that it can slide vertically. In this embodiment, a cylindrical pipe is used for the support member 43, and it is fixed in a position where it can slidably support the sliding member 42 using a bracket fixed to the inner surface of the cylindrical member 33, and supports the cylindrical sliding member 42.
[0048] (Opening / closing mechanism) As shown in Figure 12, the opening / closing member 41 has a sliding member 42 fixed to its lower surface, extending vertically and having predetermined dimensions, and an actuated member 44 fixed to the lower part of the sliding member 42, on which an actuated member 54, which will be provided in the water receiving portion 50 described later, acts. In this modified example, the opening / closing member 41 is a disc-shaped member having a size and thickness that provides a watertight seal to the sealing portion 34 formed on the upper part of the cylindrical member 33, and the circumferential portion of this member has an inclined surface that narrows downward at an angle that matches the inclination angle of the sealing portion 34. The opening / closing member 41 is made of a resin material such as rubber.
[0049] (Coil spring) As shown in Figures 12 and 13, the coil spring 45 is provided between the support member 43 and the actuated member 44, and biases the opening / closing member 41 in a direction that brings it into contact with the sealing portion 34. In this modified example, the coil spring 45 is provided so as to be inserted into the sliding member 42 that connects the support member 43, the opening / closing member 41 and the actuated member 44, which are provided on the cylindrical member 33, and biases the opening / closing member 41 downwards in the vertical direction, that is, toward the sealing portion 34.
[0050] [Water receiving section] As shown in Figures 12 and 13, the water receiving section 50 includes a water receiving tank 52 that is open upwards, and an operating member 54 provided inside the water receiving tank 52 that extends toward the actuated member 44 of the drainage means 40, and moves back and forth relative to the actuated member 44. The water receiving tank 52 provided in the water receiving section 50 also has a drainage hole 53 for draining water received from the drainage means 40.
[0051] In this modified example, the water receiving section 50 is provided on the lifting section 60. Specifically, the water receiving section 50 is composed of a frame member 56 provided on the upper part of the lifting section 60, a support member 57 fixed to the middle of the frame member 56 in the vertical direction, a water receiving tank 52 provided above the support member 57 and having an opening at the top, an operating member 54 provided inside the water receiving tank 52 and protruding above the opening of the water receiving tank 52, and a tip 55 provided on the upper part of the operating member 54 and protruding upward.
[0052] Furthermore, a drain hole 53 is provided at the bottom of the water receiving tank 52, and a drain pipe 58 is connected to it via an elbow pipe. Water is drained to the outside through the drain pipe 58.
[0053] Here, the operation of the drainage means 40 will be explained using Figures 12 and 13.
[0054] Figure 12 shows the drainage means 40 and water receiving section 50 of the tray 301 separated in the vertical direction. In the state shown in Figure 12, when water is brought onto the upper surface 3 of the tray 301 by an item placed on the upper surface 3 of the tray 301, the water collects at the position of the drainage means 40 and accumulates on the upper surface 3 of the tray 301. Figure 12 omits the illustration of the water accumulated on the upper surface 3 of the tray 301. In this state, the water receiving section 50 rises from below towards the landing position L1 of the tray 301 in the direction of arrow D, that is, relative to the drainage means 40 provided on the tray 301.
[0055] As shown in Figure 13, when the water receiving section 50 is raised by the lifting section 60, the water receiving section 50 comes into contact with the drainage means 40 provided on the tray 301. Specifically, the tip 55 of the operating member 54 protruding from inside the water receiving tank 52 of the water receiving section 50 pushes up the actuated member 44 of the drainage means 40 against the biasing force of the coil spring 45. The opening / closing member 41, provided on the actuated member 44 via a sliding member 42, is pushed upward from the sealing portion 34 of the cylindrical member 33 provided on the tray 301, opening the sealing portion 34. As a result, the water accumulating on the upper surface 3 of the tray 301 around the drainage means 40 flows down through the inside of the cylindrical member 33 into the water receiving tank 52 of the water receiving section 50, and then flows down through the drainage hole 53 provided on the water receiving tank 52 into the drainage pipe 58.
[0056] In the water receiving tank 52, as shown in Figure 13, the drain hole 53 that opens at the bottom of the water receiving tank 52 is located in a part of the bottom. Therefore, if there is a large amount of water from the tray 301, some of the water will accumulate in the water receiving tank 52, and gradually the entire amount will flow down through the drain hole 53. However, if there is a small amount of water from the tray 301, the water will not accumulate in the water receiving tank 52, but will flow down through the drain hole 53 to the drain pipe 58.
[0057] Here, the lifting unit 60 that performs the raising and lowering operation of the water receiving unit 50 may be raised and lowered using various mechanisms such as a link mechanism or a cam mechanism, which can be used with an electric motor or a hydraulic device to achieve the lifting and lowering operation.
[0058] <Mechanical parking system> Next, an example of a mechanical parking system 70 using the various trays 1, 101, 201, or 301 described above will be explained with reference to Figure 14. Note that Figure 14 shows an example using tray 1.
[0059] Figure 14 shows, as an example, the storage section 72 of a planar circulating mechanical parking system 70 that circulates in a planar manner to raise and lower the target tray 1 between it and a passenger compartment (not shown) for the entry and exit of vehicles (not shown). The mechanical parking system 70 includes a rail frame 73 installed within a body 71, a tray drive device 74 provided within the rail frame 73, and a lifting device 75 that has the tray drive device 74 and raises and lowers the tray 1 between a passenger compartment (not shown) and the storage section 72. The tray drive device 74 has rollers that can be switched between vertical and horizontal to drive the tray 1 by contacting the driven rail 77 (see Figure 2) provided on the underside of the tray 1 from below.
[0060] As shown in Figure 2, the tray 1 is mounted on the rail frame 73 via running wheels 76 so as to be able to move. In such a mechanical parking system 70, there are vehicles that bring in large amounts of rain, snow, or ice, and when the tray 1 moves vertically or horizontally, the water 30 that accumulates on the tray 1 is flowed in the opposite direction of the direction of movement by the acceleration force when the tray 1 starts to move. If the amount of water 30 that flows at this time is large, the water-stopping members 4 and large water-stopping members 4A (see Figures 1 and 2) provided on the periphery of the tray 1 as described above may not be able to stop the water 30 flowing on the upper surface 3 of the tray 1, causing it to spill from the tray 1 and potentially onto the rail frame 73 and tray drive device 74 installed below the tray 1. Therefore, the water flow suppression member 10 or 20 installed on the tray top surface 3 as described in this embodiment and its modifications blocks the flowing water 30 or reduces its flow velocity, and also reduces the amount of water flowing beyond the water flow suppression member 10 or 20 to a small flow rate 30A, thereby preventing the water 30 from falling downwards from the periphery of the tray 1.
[0061] As detailed above, the flat tray 1 (101, 201, 301) of the present invention is a tray 1 in which the upper surface 3 is formed to be flat, and water flow suppression members 10, 20 are provided at positions away from the peripheral edge of the upper surface 3 to suppress the water 30 that accumulates on the upper surface 3 and becomes flowing water as the tray 1 moves.
[0062] This prevents the water 30 that accumulates on tray 1 from spilling over from the top surface 3 of tray 1.
[0063] Furthermore, the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 are provided vertically, horizontally, or vertically and horizontally in a direction intersecting the direction of movement of the tray 1.
[0064] As a result, regardless of the direction in which tray 1 is moved, the water 30 that accumulates on tray 1 will not spill off the top surface 3 of tray 1.
[0065] Furthermore, the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 are positioned so that when a load is applied to the tray 1, the area around the center of the tray 1 flexes downward.
[0066] As a result, the water 30 that accumulates near the center of tray 1 does not spill off the top surface 3 of tray 1.
[0067] Furthermore, the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 work in cooperation with the water-stopping frames 4 and 4A provided on the periphery of the tray 1 to prevent the water 30 accumulating on the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 from spilling off the upper surface 3.
[0068] This prevents water 30 from spilling over the periphery of tray 1, even if there is a small amount of water 30A flowing over the water flow suppression members 10 and 20.
[0069] Furthermore, the tray 1 has running wheels 76 around its four corners in a plan view, and is supported by a rail frame 73 on which the running wheels 76 travel.
[0070] As a result, even if the tray 1 flexes downward around the center due to the load, the water flow suppression members 10 and 20 prevent the water from spilling off the top surface 3 of the tray 1, thus stabilizing the movement of the tray 1.
[0071] Furthermore, a drainage means 40 is provided on the upper surface 3 of the tray 1 at a position where water 30 accumulates.
[0072] This allows the water 30 that accumulates on the upper surface 3 of tray 1 to be drained to the bottom of tray 1.
[0073] Furthermore, with the mechanical parking system 70 using tray 1, etc., the water 30 that accumulates on tray 1 does not spill off the top surface 3 of tray 1, so the rail frame 73 supporting tray 1, tray drive device 74, etc. are not exposed to water damage, and rust and deterioration over time can be suppressed.
[0074] Although embodiments and modifications of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to what is described in the specification or drawings, and it goes without saying that other aspects, modifications, or improvements of the present invention are included within the technical scope of the claims of the present invention.
