Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] A homogenizer works by crushing a sample within a storage bag by pressing it between a paddle and a door. Therefore, if the bag is not properly sealed or is damaged, the main body and door may become contaminated with the crushed sample, requiring cleaning each time. Also, when changing samples, the inside of the main body and door must be cleaned to reduce the risk of contamination with previously used samples. On the other hand, many conventional homogenizers are not designed so that the door can be removed from the main body, which makes cleaning difficult. Even when the door can be removed, there are shafts attached to both sides of the door that allow it to rotate relative to the main body, and these shafts must be removed before the door can be removed from the main body, which is inconvenient in terms of workability.

[0006] The door support structures shown in Patent Documents 3 and 4 are equipped with a mechanism used when removing the door, but removing the door requires sliding the shaft that rotatably supports the door. Furthermore, when attaching the removed door to the main body, the door must be held by hand so that the shaft and the shaft hole are aligned, and then the shaft must be inserted into the shaft hole while maintaining that position. As a result, there is a problem in that it is difficult to attach the door.

[0007] In view of these points, the present invention aims to propose a door support structure that allows the door to be easily removed from the main body and is also easy to install. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The door support structure of the present invention is provided between a main body and a door that opens and closes the front part of the main body, and the shaft portion of the door is rotatably supported by the main body, the main body having a fixed support portion located on the front side of the shaft portion, a movable support portion that is movable forward and backward relative to the fixed support portion and rotatably supports the shaft portion between itself and the fixed support portion when moving forward, and an elastic portion that biases the movable support portion toward the forward side, the door having a door removal contact portion that, when displaced to an open position, contacts the movable support portion and causes the movable support portion to retract, and enables the shaft portion to detach from the fixed support portion and the movable support portion. [Effects of the Invention]

[0009] According to this door support structure of the present invention, the door can be easily removed from the main body, and the removed door can be easily reattached to the main body. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0010] [Figure 1] This is an overall perspective view of a homogenizer equipped with one embodiment of the door support structure according to the present invention. [Figure 2] This is a partially enlarged perspective view of the door support structure shown in Figure 1, viewed from above. [Figure 3] Figure 1 is a partially enlarged perspective view showing the door support structure from below. [Figure 4] Figure 1 shows a side view of the door support structure with the door closed to the front part of the main body. [Figure 5] This figure shows the state after rotating the door in the opening direction from the state in Figure 4, where the door removal contact part is in contact with the movable support part. [Figure 6] This figure shows the state after the door has been further rotated in the opening direction from the state in Figure 5, with the door removal contact part retracting the movable support part. [Figure 7] This figure shows the state after the condition shown in Figure 6, where the shaft has detached from the fixed support and the movable support. [Figure 8] This diagram shows the removed door being reattached to the main unit. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0011] Hereinafter, an example of an embodiment of the door support structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings.

[0012] Figure 1 is a diagram showing an example of an embodiment of the door support structure according to the present invention, and shows a door support structure 2 provided on a homogenizer 1. The door support structure 2 of this embodiment comprises a main body 3 and a door 4. Figure 1 shows the door 4 rotated in the opening direction relative to the main body 3, and the door support structure 2 of this embodiment is configured so that the lower end of the door 4 is rotatably supported at the lower part of the main body 3. Figure 2 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the door support structure 2 shown from above, and Figure 3 is a partially enlarged perspective view of the door support structure 2 shown from below.

[0013] First, let's describe the detailed configuration of the main body 3. As shown in Figure 1, the main body 3 is equipped with paddles 5 and 6 on the left and right sides of its front section. Furthermore, the main body 3 is equipped with a drive mechanism (not shown) inside that causes the paddles 5 and 6 to reciprocate alternately in the forward and backward directions. The drive mechanism can be composed of, for example, a motor that provides rotational drive, a conversion mechanism that converts the rotational force of the motor into linear motion, and a pair of drive shafts that are capable of reciprocating linearly by the conversion mechanism, with the paddles 5 and 6 detachably attached to their respective ends.

[0014] The main body 3 is also equipped with a locking mechanism 7 that can hold the door 4 closed when it is rotated in the closing direction. The locking mechanism 7 in this embodiment is claw-shaped and can swing in the front-back direction by a drive mechanism (not shown) provided on the main body 3. In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 7 is provided on the left and right sides of the main body 3, as shown in Figure 1.

[0015] Further, the main body 3 includes an arm portion 9 that prevents the door 4 from opening beyond a predetermined angle when the door 4 is rotated in the opening direction, as indicated by the phantom lines in Figure 1. The distal end of the arm portion 9 is configured to be removably engaged with the door 4. With the distal end of the arm portion 9 engaged, the door 4 can be rotated in the opening direction up to the state shown in Figure 1. On the other hand, when the distal end of the arm portion 9 is detached from the door 4, the door 4 can be further rotated in the opening direction beyond the state shown in Figure 1. The arm portions 9 of the present embodiment are provided on the left side and the right side of the main body 3.

[0016] Further, as shown in Figures 2 and 3, the main body 3 includes a plate-shaped bottom portion 10 which is located on the lower side of the main body 3 and is parallel to the horizontal plane. The bottom portion 10 is provided, at its front part, with a plate-shaped connecting portion 11 extending toward the front side so as to be parallel to the horizontal plane, and a fixed support portion 12 is provided at the front end of the connecting portion 11. The fixed support portion 12 of the present embodiment is plate-shaped, and extends obliquely so as to be inclined upward toward the front as shown in Figure 4. A guide portion 13 extending toward the front side so as to be parallel to the horizontal plane is provided at the upper end of the fixed support portion 12. The guide portion 13 of the present embodiment is plate-shaped and extends so as to be parallel to the horizontal plane. The connecting portion 11, the fixed support portion 12, and the guide portion 13 are provided on the left side and the right side of the bottom portion 10.

[0017] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, the main body 3 is provided with a main body bracket 14. The main body bracket 14 of the present embodiment includes a main body bracket base portion 15 that extends parallel to the horizontal plane and is attached to the upper surface of the bottom portion 10, a main body bracket front portion 16 that extends from the front end portion of the main body bracket base portion 15 so as to be parallel to the vertical plane, and a main body bracket rear portion 17 that extends from the rear end portion of the main body bracket base portion 15 so as to be parallel to the vertical plane and faces the main body bracket front portion 16. Each of the main body bracket front portion 16 and the main body bracket rear portion 17 is provided with a circular through hole positioned coaxially with each other. A slide pin 20 described later is inserted into these through holes, and the slide pin 20 is slidably held by these through holes. The main body brackets 14 of the present embodiment are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom portion 10 similarly to the above-described connecting portion 11, and each main body bracket 14 is located on the rear side of the connecting portion 11.

[0018] In addition, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the main body 3 is provided with a movable support portion 18 that can move forward and backward relative to the fixed support portion 12 and the main body bracket 14 included in the bottom portion 10, and an elastic portion 19 that biases the movable support portion 18 toward the front side. The movable support portion 18 of the present embodiment is composed of a slide pin 20, a movable body 21, and an E-ring 22. Furthermore, the main body 3 is provided with a spacer 23. The elastic portion 19, the slide pin 20, the movable body 21, the E-ring 22, and the spacer 23 are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom portion 10 similarly to the main body bracket 14.

[0019] In the present embodiment, the elastic portion 19 is a compression coil spring wound in a spiral shape, and exerts an elastic force to restore its original length when compressed to reduce its total length.

[0020] The slide pin 20 has a stepped pin-like shape, consisting of a rear portion that is cylindrical and occupies most of the length of the slide pin 20, and a front portion that is cylindrical with a smaller diameter than the rear portion and is located on the front side of the slide pin 20. The rear portion of the slide pin 20 is provided with a groove for attaching the E-ring 22.

[0021] The movable body 21 includes a plate-shaped movable body body portion 24 that is located above the front portion 16 of the main body bracket and extends parallel to the horizontal plane. The movable body 21 also includes a movable body front portion 25 that extends parallel to the vertical plane from the front end of the movable body body portion 24, and a movable body rear portion 26 that extends parallel to the vertical plane from the rear end of the movable body body portion 24 and faces the movable body front portion 25. The movable body front portion 25 and the movable body rear portion 26 are each provided with circular through holes that are coaxial with each other.

[0022] Furthermore, the movable body 21 is provided with a pair of movable body lateral portions 27 that extend forward from both the left and right ends of the movable body front portion 25. As shown in Figure 3, the pair of movable body lateral portions 27 are located where the connecting portion 11 fits inside. Each movable body lateral portion 27 is provided with a concave portion 28 that is semicircularly recessed toward the rear when viewed from the side, as shown in Figure 4. As mentioned above, a fixed support portion 12 is provided at the front end of the connecting portion 11. That is, in this embodiment, a pair of concave portions 28 are provided with the fixed support portion 12 in between, as shown in Figures 2 and 4. Each movable body lateral portion 27 is also provided with an upper inclined portion 29 located above the concave portion 28 and extending with a downward slope from the rear to the front, and a lower inclined portion 30 located below the concave portion 28 and extending with a downward slope from the rear to the front.

[0023] In this embodiment, the spacer 23 is ring-shaped, and as will be described later, a slide pin 20 is inserted through the inner hole.

[0024] When assembling the main body bracket 14, elastic part 19, slide pin 20, etc., as shown in Figure 4, the elastic part 19 is positioned between the rear part 17 of the main body bracket and the rear part 26 of the movable body, and the spacer 23 is positioned between the rear part 26 of the movable body and the front part 16 of the main body bracket. The slide pin 20 is then inserted through holes provided in the rear part 17 of the main body bracket and the rear part 26 of the movable body, as well as through holes on the inside of the spacer 23, and further inserted through holes provided in the front part 16 of the main body bracket and the front part 25 of the movable body. These components can then be assembled by fitting the E-ring 22 into the groove provided in the slide pin 20.

[0025] Next, the detailed configuration of door 4 will be described. As shown in Figures 2 to 4, door 4 is equipped with a door bracket 31 at its lower part. The door bracket 31 comprises a door bracket base 32 attached to the inner surface of door 4 and a door removal contact portion 33 provided at the lower end of the door bracket base 32. As shown in Figure 4, the door removal contact portion 33 is plate-shaped and extends parallel to the horizontal plane from the lower end of the door bracket base 32 toward the rear when door 4 is closed. As shown in Figures 2 and 3, a notch is provided in the left-right center of the door removal contact portion 33, and the tip of the door removal contact portion 33 is bifurcated. In this embodiment, the door brackets 31 are provided on the left and right sides of door 4. Furthermore, each door bracket 31 is positioned so that the fixed support portion 12, the guide portion 13, and the pair of movable body lateral portions 27 described above are housed inside the bifurcated tip.

[0026] Furthermore, the door 4 is equipped with a cylindrical shaft portion 34. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 2, the shaft portion 34 is provided so as to connect the tips of the bifurcated door removal contact portion 33. The shaft portion 34 is provided on both of the two door brackets 31 provided on the left and right sides of the door 4. In other words, there are a total of two shaft portions 34 provided on the door 4. The shaft portion 34 could also be made into a single unit that extends long enough to span both of the two door brackets 31, but in this case the length of the shaft portion 34 would be long, and space would have to be secured between the two door brackets 31 for the shaft portion 34 to be positioned. On the other hand, according to this embodiment, the length of the shaft portion 34 can be shortened, and there is no need to secure space between the two door brackets 31 for the shaft portion 34 to be positioned.

[0027] In this configuration, the shaft portion 34 is positioned between the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28 in the front-rear direction when the door 4 is attached to the main body 3, and is rotatably supported by the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28. That is, the door 4 rotates relative to the main body 3 around the shaft portion 34 supported by the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 2 and 4, the shaft portion 34 is supported by a pair of concave portions 28 and the fixed support portion 12 located between them, so that tilting in the left-right direction is suppressed.

[0028] Furthermore, the door 4 is equipped with an arm engaging portion 35 into which the tip of the arm portion 9 is detachably engaged. In this embodiment, an elongated through hole is provided at the tip of the arm portion 9, and the arm engaging portion 35 is formed axially so as to be inserted into this through hole. The arm engaging portions 35 are provided on the left and right sides of the door 4.

[0029] Furthermore, the door 4 is equipped with a locking engagement portion 36 that engages with the locking portion 7 to hold the door 4 in a closed position. The locking engagement portion 36 in this embodiment is shaped like a bearing and is rotatably held relative to the door 4. The locking engagement portion 36 is also provided on the left and right sides of the door 4. When the door 4 is rotated in the closing direction, the locking portion 7 swings due to the drive mechanism, and the locking engagement portion 36 engages with the locking portion 7 while rotating relative to it.

[0030] Next, the movement of the door support structure 2 when using the homogenizer 1 will be described in detail. When the homogenizer 1 shown in Figure 1 is used to crush the sample contained in the containment bag, and the containment bag is positioned in front of the paddles 5 and 6, the door 4 is rotated in the closing direction. As shown in Figure 4, the door 4 rotates around the shaft portion 34 supported by the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28, and the lock portion 7 and the lock engagement portion 36 engage to maintain the closed position.

[0031] After the crushing of the sample contained in the storage bag is completed, the locking part 7 and the locking engagement part 36 are released and the top of the door 4 is tilted toward the front, causing the door 4 to rotate in the opening direction around the shaft part 34, as shown in Figure 5. As the door 4 rotates in the opening direction in this way, the door removal contact part 33 approaches the downward inclined part 30 provided on the movable body 21. In this embodiment, when the door 4 rotates in the opening direction, with the tip of the arm part 9 engaged with the arm engagement part 35, the point where the door removal contact part 33 contacts the downward inclined part 30, as shown in Figure 5, represents the maximum range of rotation when the door 4 is normally opened. However, if the part of the movable body 21 that the door removal contact part 33 contacts when the door 4 rotates in the opening direction extends horizontally from the rear to the front, for example, the door removal contact part 33 will come into contact with the movable body 21 in the initial stage of the door 4's rotation in the opening direction, narrowing the range in which the door 4 can be opened during normal use. On the other hand, in this embodiment, the part that the door removal contact portion 33 contacts is the downward inclined portion 30, and since the downward inclined portion 30 extends with an inclination that slopes downward from the rear to the front, the door removal contact portion 33 contacts the downward inclined portion 30 after the door 4 has rotated for a while in the opening direction. Therefore, by configuring it as described above, it is possible to ensure a range in which the door 4 can be opened during normal use.

[0032] Here, for example, when the main body 3 or door 4 becomes soiled with crushed specimens, etc., in order to remove the door 4 from the main body 3 for cleaning, the tip of the arm portion 9 is detached from the arm engagement portion 35, and the door 4 is rotated further in the opening direction as shown in Figure 6. As a result, the door removal contact portion 33 presses the lower inclined portion 30 toward the rear (in particular, as shown in Figure 3, the portion of the door removal contact portion 33 located in front of the notched portion described above presses the front end of the lower inclined portion 30 toward the rear), so that the movable body 21 moves toward the rear. As a result, as shown in Figure 6, the concave portion 28 separates from the shaft portion 34 toward the rear, so that the shaft portion 34 can be detached from the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28, and the door 4 can be removed from the main body 3 as shown in Figure 7. In particular, since the fixed support portion 12 of this embodiment extends with an upward slope toward the front, it is not necessary to lift the door 4 straight up when removing it from the main body 3. The door 4 can be easily removed from the main body 3 by moving it diagonally upward so that the shaft portion 34 moves along the fixed support portion 12. Furthermore, the movable body 21 is biased toward the front by the elastic portion 19, and a force that pushes the door 4 forward acts on it via the downward inclined portion 30 and the door removal contact portion 33, making it even easier to remove the door 4.

[0033] After removing the door 4 and cleaning the main body 3 and door 4, the door 4 is moved toward the main body 3 so that the shaft portion 34 is inserted between the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28, as shown in Figure 8, and the door 4 is attached to the main body 3. In this embodiment, a guide portion 13 is provided at the upper end of the fixed support portion 12, so that even if the shaft portion 34 is shifted forward relative to the fixed support portion 12 when moving the door 4, the guide portion 13 prevents the shaft portion 34 from falling below the fixed support portion 12, and the shaft portion 34 can be easily inserted between the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28. In addition, an upper inclined portion 29 is provided above the concave portion 28, so even if the shaft portion 34 comes into contact with the upper inclined portion 29 when attaching the door 4 to the main body 3, the shaft portion 34 moves along the upper inclined portion 29 and is inserted between the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28. In this way, the guide portion 13 and the upper inclined portion 29 make it easy to insert the shaft portion 34 between the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28.

[0034] As the shaft portion 34 is inserted between the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28, the movable body 21, which is biased forward by the elastic portion 19, moves backward. When the shaft portion 34 moves downward until it contacts the connecting portion 11, the movable body 21 moves forward due to the elastic force of the elastic portion 19, and the shaft portion 34 is rotatably supported by the fixed support portion 12 and the concave portion 28. After that, by engaging the tip of the arm portion 9 with the arm engagement portion 35, the door 4 can be opened and closed relative to the main body 3 as usual.

[0035] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above with reference to the drawings, this embodiment can be modified as appropriate.

[0036] For example, in this embodiment, the guide portion 13 extended forward parallel to the horizontal plane, but it may also extend at an angle to the water surface. Also, in this embodiment, the arm portion 9 was composed of a single relatively long member, but it may also be composed of two members and bent in the middle of its length.

[0037] Furthermore, the door support structure according to the present invention is not limited to the homogenizer 1 described above, but can be applied to various devices. For example, it can be applied to oven toasters and microwave ovens as described in Patent Documents 3 and 4, and also to pet cages, etc. In addition, in the door support structure 2 described above, the door 4 is rotatably supported at the lower part of the main body 3, and the top of the door 4 opens by tilting forward. However, the door support structure according to the present invention can also be applied to devices in which one side of the door is rotatably supported by the main body, and the other side of the door opens sideways by moving forward.

[0038] (Note) This specification discloses the following technologies in one aspect. The reference numerals listed below correspond to those used in the accompanying drawings, but are provided as examples only and are not intended to limit the inventions of this application.

[0039] (Technology 1) A door support structure (2) is provided between the main body (3) and a door (4) that opens and closes the front part of the main body (3), wherein the shaft portion (34) of the door (4) is rotatably supported by the main body (3), The main body (3) includes a fixed support portion (12) located on the front side of the shaft portion (34), a movable support portion (18) that is movable forward and backward relative to the fixed support portion (12) and rotatably supports the shaft portion (34) between itself and the fixed support portion (12) when moving forward, and an elastic portion (19) that biases the movable support portion (18) toward the forward side. The door support structure (2) has a door removal contact portion (33) that, when the door (4) rotates in the opening direction, contacts the movable support portion (18) to retract the movable support portion (18), and allows the shaft portion (34) to be detached from the fixed support portion (12) and the movable support portion (18).

[0040] This technology allows, for example, the door to be easily removed from the main unit for cleaning, and then easily reattached to the main unit after cleaning.

[0041] (Technology 2) The door support structure (2) according to Technical 1, wherein the movable support portion (18) extends inclined so as to slope downward from the rear to the front, and has a downward inclined portion (30) that the door removal contact portion (33) contacts when the door (4) is rotated in the opening direction.

[0042] If the part of the movable support that the door removal contact part contacts when the door rotates in the opening direction extends horizontally from the rear to the front, for example, the door removal contact part will come into contact with the movable support part in the initial stages of the door's rotation in the opening direction, narrowing the range in which the door can be opened during normal use. On the other hand, with this technology, the lower inclined part extends with an inclination that slopes downward from the rear to the front, so that the door removal contact part comes into contact with the lower inclined part only after the door has rotated for a while in the opening direction, thus ensuring that the range in which the door can be opened during normal use is maintained.

[0043] (Technology 3) The movable support portion (18) has a recessed shape toward the rear and has a concave portion (28) that supports the shaft portion (34). The door support structure (2) described in Technical 1 is provided with a pair of recessed portions (28) sandwiching the fixed support portion (12) in between.

[0044] This technology allows the shaft to be supported while suppressing tilting by a pair of concave sections and a fixed support section located between them, enabling the door to be opened and closed smoothly while minimizing tilting.

[0045] (Technology 4) The door support structure (2) described in Technical Reference 1, wherein the fixed support portion (12) extends inclined so as to slope upward toward the front.

[0046] This technology eliminates the need to lift the door straight up when removing it from the main unit. Instead, the door can be moved diagonally upwards so that the shaft moves along the fixed support, making it easy to remove the door from the main unit.

[0047] (Technology 5) The door support structure (2) described in Technical 1, wherein the fixed support portion (12) has a guide portion (13) that extends forward from the upper end.

[0048] This technology allows the door to be easily attached to the main body, even if the shaft is shifted forward relative to the fixed support when attaching the door to the main body, because the guide part can move the shaft toward the fixed support.

[0049] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to such specific embodiments, and unless otherwise specifically limited in the above description, various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the spirit of the present invention as described in the claims. For example, the configuration of the above-described embodiment can be added or deleted as appropriate, and the configuration of one embodiment can be provided in other embodiments. Furthermore, the effects in the above-described embodiment are merely illustrative of the effects that may result from the present invention. In other words, the effects of the present invention are not limited to the above-described effects, and additional effects may also be produced in addition to the above-described effects.
